Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態に係る発泡混練物の造型装置及び発泡混練物の造型方法について図1~図4を用いて説明する。なお、発泡混練物は、固体粒子と発泡した液体との混練物(発泡骨材混合物ともいう)であり、図2A~図2D、図3A、図3B、及び図4では発泡混練物を符号aで示す。
次に、図1に示される発泡混練物の造型装置10を用いた発泡混練物の造型方法について説明しながら、上記実施形態の作用及び効果について説明する。
次に、上記第1の実施形態の変形例について説明する。なお、この第1の実施形態の変形例は、制御部38の制御ロジックが異なる点を除いて第1の実施形態と同様の構成とされている。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る発泡混練物の造型装置及び発泡混練物の造型方法について図5を用いて説明する。図5には、第2の実施形態に係る発泡混練物の造型装置60の要部が模式的な縦断面図にて示されている。この図に示されるように、発泡混練物の造型装置60は、進退移動機構28(図1参照、エアシリンダ機構)に代えて、進退移動機構62(電動シリンダ機構)を備える点で、第1の実施形態に係る発泡混練物の造型装置10(図1参照)とは異なる。また、位置検出センサ34(図1参照)に代えて位置検出部としての位置検出器72、速度検出センサ36(図1参照)に代えて速度検出部としての速度検出器74、及び、圧力検出センサ48(図1参照)に代えて圧力検出部としての圧力検出器76が、それぞれ進退移動機構62に内蔵されている点で、第1の実施形態に係る発泡混練物の造型装置10(図1参照)とは異なる。他の構成は、第1の実施形態と実質的に同様の構成となっている。よって、第1の実施形態と実質的に同様の構成部については、同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
なお、上記第1の実施形態では、図1に示される進退移動機構28がエアシリンダ機構とされ、上記第2の実施形態では、図5に示される進退移動機構62が電動シリンダ機構とされているが、進退移動機構は、例えば、油圧シリンダ機構等のような他の進退移動機構であってもよい。また、開閉駆動機構も、例えば、油圧シリンダ機構等のような開閉駆動機構であってもよい。
Claims (9)
- 鋳型造型用空間を形成すると共に、充填口が形成された金型と、
発泡混練物を供給可能な内部空間が形成されると共に、前記充填口に接続されることで前記内部空間が前記鋳型造型用空間と連通されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に供給された発泡混練物を前記金型の前記鋳型造型用空間の側に押圧するピストンと、
前記ピストンに設けられ、前記シリンダ内に供給された発泡混練物を押圧する方向とその反対方向とに前記ピストンを進退移動させる進退移動機構と、
前記ピストンをその進退移動方向に貫通する抜気孔と、前記抜気孔を閉止する閉止位置と前記抜気孔を開放する開放位置との間で変位可能な開閉部と、前記開閉部を前記閉止位置と前記開放位置との間で移動させる開閉駆動機構と、を備えた抜気機構と、
前記シリンダ内における前記ピストンの位置を検出する位置検出部と、
前記位置検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記シリンダ内に供給された発泡混練物に前記ピストンが接する位置として想定された想定位置に前記ピストンが達していないものと判断した場合に、前記開閉部を前記開放位置に配置させるように前記開閉駆動機構を制御し、前記位置検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記想定位置に前記ピストンが達したものと判断した場合に、前記開閉部を前記閉止位置に配置させるように前記開閉駆動機構を制御する制御部と、
を有する発泡混練物の造型装置。 - 鋳型造型用空間を形成すると共に、充填口が形成された金型と、
発泡混練物を供給可能な内部空間が形成されると共に、前記充填口に接続されることで前記内部空間が前記鋳型造型用空間と連通されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に供給された発泡混練物を前記金型の前記鋳型造型用空間の側に押圧するピストンと、
前記ピストンに設けられ、前記シリンダ内に供給された発泡混練物を押圧する方向とその反対方向とに前記ピストンを進退移動させる進退移動機構と、
前記ピストンをその進退移動方向に貫通する抜気孔と、前記抜気孔を閉止する閉止位置と前記抜気孔を開放する開放位置との間で変位可能な開閉部と、前記開閉部を前記閉止位置と前記開放位置との間で移動させる開閉駆動機構と、を備えた抜気機構と、
前記シリンダ内の発泡混練物に作用する押圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部で検出した圧力値が前記ピストンで発泡混練物を押圧し始める場合に想定される圧力値未満の場合に、前記開閉部を前記開放位置に配置させるように前記開閉駆動機構を制御し、前記圧力検出部で検出した圧力値が前記ピストンで発泡混練物を押圧し始める場合に想定される圧力値以上の場合に、前記開閉部を前記閉止位置に配置させるように前記開閉駆動機構を制御する制御部と、
を有する発泡混練物の造型装置。 - 前記シリンダ内の発泡混練物に作用する押圧力を検出する圧力検出部が設けられており、
前記制御部は、前記位置検出部の検出結果に基づいて前記想定位置に前記ピストンが達したものと判断した場合で、前記圧力検出部で検出した圧力値が前記ピストンで発泡混練物を押圧し終える場合に想定される圧力値以上の場合に、前記ピストンの移動を停止するように前記進退移動機構を制御する、請求項1記載の発泡混練物の造型装置。 - 前記シリンダ内における前記ピストンの位置を検出する位置検出部が設けられており、
前記制御部は、前記位置検出部の検出結果に基づいて、前記シリンダ内に供給された発泡混練物に前記ピストンが接する位置として想定された想定位置に前記ピストンが達したものと判断した場合で、前記圧力検出部で検出した圧力値が前記ピストンで発泡混練物を押圧し終える場合に想定される圧力値以上の場合に、前記ピストンの移動を停止するように前記進退移動機構を制御する、請求項2記載の発泡混練物の造型装置。 - 前記ピストンの移動速度を検出する速度検出部が設けられており、前記制御部は、前記速度検出部で検出した移動速度と予め設定した前記ピストンの移動速度とが一致するように前記進退移動機構を制御する、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の発泡混練物の造型装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記開閉部が前記開放位置にある場合における前記ピストンの移動速度よりも、前記開閉部が前記閉止位置にある場合における前記ピストンの移動速度が低速になるように前記進退移動機構を制御する、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の発泡混練物の造型装置。
- シリンダ内に発泡混練物を供給する第一工程と、
前記第一工程の後に、前記シリンダの内部空間が金型の鋳型造型用空間に連通された状態で、前記シリンダ内に配置したピストンを、前記ピストンに貫通形成された抜気孔を開放しながら、前記発泡混練物の側に向けて移動させる第二工程と、
前記第二工程の後に、前記シリンダ内に供給された前記発泡混練物に前記ピストンが接する位置として想定された想定位置に前記ピストンが達したタイミングで抜気孔を閉止する第三工程と、
前記第三工程の後に、前記ピストンを前記発泡混練物の側に移動させることで、前記シリンダ内に供給された前記発泡混練物を前記金型の鋳型造型用空間の側に押圧する第四工程と、
を有する発泡混練物の造型方法。 - シリンダ内に発泡混練物を供給する第一工程と、
前記第一工程の後に、前記シリンダの内部空間が金型の鋳型造型用空間に連通された状態で、前記シリンダ内に配置したピストンを、前記ピストンに貫通形成された抜気孔を開放しながら、前記発泡混練物の側に向けて移動させる第二工程と、
前記第二工程の後に、前記発泡混練物に作用する押圧力が前記ピストンで前記発泡混練物を押圧し始める場合に想定される圧力値に達したタイミングで抜気孔を閉止する第三工程と、
前記第三工程の後に、前記ピストンを前記発泡混練物の側に移動させることで、前記シリンダ内に供給された前記発泡混練物を前記金型の鋳型造型用空間の側に押圧する第四工程と、
を有する発泡混練物の造型方法。 - 前記第二工程における前記ピストンの移動速度よりも、前記第四工程における前記ピストンの移動速度を低速にしている、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の発泡混練物の造型方法。
