Description

車室ボディ構造
 本発明は、概して車室ボディ構造に関する。より詳細には、本発明は、車室(乗員室)を画成する構造に取り付けられるインナー補強ブラケット及びタイヤハウス内においてダッシュボード壁に取り付けられるアウター補強ブラケットを含む車室ボディ構造に関する。インナー補強ブラケット及びアウター補強ブラケットは衝突時に発生する力を分散させるために取り付けられる。
 車体構造は、正面衝突時の衝撃力を吸収する構造要素を含めるよう、定期的に再設計されている。
 本発明は、中央からずれた前方からの衝撃力を、車室ボディ構造の複数の構造部材に分散する補強ブラケットを含む車室ボディ構造を提供することを目的の一つとする。
 既存の技術水準に鑑み、本発明の車室ボディ構造は、次のような特徴を有している。サイドシルと、前記サイドシルに固着されるフロアと、前記サイドシル及び前記フロアに固着され、車両の乗員室を少なくとも部分的に画成するダッシュボード壁と、前記サイドシルの内側面に取り付けられたシル取付け領域と、前記ダッシュボード壁の内装面に取り付けられたダッシュボード壁取付け領域と、前記フロアの上面に取り付けられたフロア取付け領域とを有するインナー補強ブラケットとを備えることを要旨とする。

 以下、図面を参照しながら、実施形態について詳細に説明する。
 初めに図1を参照するに、車両10は、第1実施形態に係るものであり、車両10は、アウター補強ブラケット12(図4,図5及び図8~図11)及びインナー補強ブラケット14(図2~図4及び図14~図21)を含む。アウター補強ブラケット12及びインナー補強ブラケット14については、車両10の関連部分に関しての説明の後に、より詳しく説明する。
 図1~図6に示すように、車両10は、車体構造20を基本的に含む。車両10が含むその他の特徴については、簡潔のために説明を省略する。車体構造20は、アウター補強ブラケット12及びインナー補強ブラケット14に関連する、タイヤハウス22及び乗員室24を画成する。具体的には、アウター補強ブラケット12は、車体構造20の、タイヤハウス22を画成する及び/又はタイヤハウス22に露出する部分に装着され、インナー補強ブラケット14は、以下に詳述するように、乗員室24内の車体構造20の面に装着される。乗員室24は、車室である。したがって、乗員室24に関連する構造によって、車室ボディ構造が構成される。
 図2及び図3でよく示されるように、車体構造20は、ボディサイドパネル26(図2及び図3)と、ダッシュボード壁28(図2及び図4~図6)と、前構造支持部30(図2~図6)と、横構造支持部32(図5及び図6)と、フロア34(図2~図4)とを基本的に含む。図示の車体構造20は、様々なパネルやアセンブリが単一の一体構造として溶接形成される、単一車体型の構造を有する。しかし、車体構造20は、分離型の従来のフレーム構造及びボディ構造を有してもよいことが、図面及び本明細書から理解されたい。
 各ボディサイドパネル26は各種アセンブリ及び/又はパネルを含み、それらを溶接することによりボディサイドパネル26が形成される。ボディサイドパネル26は、対称(互いの鏡像)である以外は、全く同じであるため、一方のボディサイドパネル26についてのみ説明するが、当該説明は、両パネルに同じように適用する。
 ボディサイドパネル26は、例えば、サイドシル40と、Aピラー支持部42と、Aピラー44と、Bピラー46と、ルーフレール48とを含む。ボディサイドパネル26は、ここでは簡潔のために説明を省略するその他の領域及び/又は部分を含み得ることが理解されたい。また、Aピラー支持部42がサイドシル40の一部であり得ることも理解されたい。Aピラー支持部42は、サイドシル40から上方へ延びて、Aピラー44及びルーフレール48に接続及び/又は繋がる。
 図4に示すように、Aピラー支持部42は、インナーパネル50とアウターパネル52とを含む。Aピラー支持部42のインナーパネル50とアウターパネル52とは、鉛直方向、つまり、車両10の上下方向に延びる梁を形成する。インナーパネル50は、代わりに、ダッシュボード壁28の延長部分又は取付け部品であってもよい。インナーパネル50及びアウターパネル52は、インナーパネル50及びアウターパネル52の結合部分に継ぎ目54が画成されるように、互いに溶接される。継ぎ目54は、インナーパネル50及びアウターパネル52のそれぞれの前面から前方に延出する。継ぎ目54は、基本的には、インナーパネル50とアウターパネル52との間の重複領域である。Aピラー支持部42には、以下でより詳細に説明するように、フェンダ取付けブラケット55が設けられている。
 ダッシュボード壁28は、乗員室24と車両10のエンジン室とを隔てる車体構造20の部分である。また、ダッシュボード壁28は、乗員室24とタイヤハウス22とを隔てる。アウター補強ブラケット12とインナー補強ブラケット14とは、ダッシュボード壁28を挟んで取り付けられている。ダッシュボード壁28は、単一のパネルであっても、溶接された複数の別々のパネルを含むアセンブリであってもよい。図4に示すように、ダッシュボード壁28の少なくとも一部が、Aピラー支持部42と前構造支持部30との間で横方向に延在する。図5及び図6に示すように、ダッシュボード壁28の少なくとも一部が、横構造支持部32から上方に延出する。具体的には、ダッシュボード壁28の下部が、フロア34及び横構造支持部32の一方又は両方に溶接される。さらに、ダッシュボード壁28の片側が、サイドシル40のAピラー支持部42に溶接され、ダッシュボード壁28の別の部分が、前構造支持部30に溶接される。ダッシュボード壁28には、以下でより詳細に説明するように、3つのネジ開口を含むオフセットブラケット56が設けられる。
 前構造支持部30は2つある。前構造支持部30は、互いの鏡像である以外は、全く同じである。一方の前構造支持部30についてのみ以下に説明するが、当該説明は、両前構造支持部30に同じように適用する。前構造支持部30は、複数のパネルを溶接したアセンブリである。基本的に、前構造支持部30は、複数のパネルによって略水平に車両10の長手方向に延びる梁を形成している。図示及び説明はしないが、前構造支持部30は、従来のフロントバンパーアセンブリ支持領域(不図示)と、従来のエンジン支持領域(不図示)と、従来のサスペンション及び/又は支柱支持領域とを含む。これらの特徴は、本質において従来のものであるため、簡潔のために更なる説明を省略する。
 前構造支持部30は、タイヤハウス22の内壁を定める。前構造支持部30は、車両10の前部から、少なくともフロア34の下部のある位置まで延在する。前構造支持部30は、車両10の後部領域まで後方に延在してもいいし、前構造支持部30とフロア34の構造剛性を補足するその他の構造要素と、フロア34の下で繋がっていてもよい。
 横構造支持部32は、互いの鏡像である以外は、全く同じである。一方の横構造支持部32についてのみ以下に説明するが、当該説明は、両横構造支持部32に同じように適用する。横構造支持部32は単一の部品として示されているが、複数のパネルを溶接したアセンブリであってもよい。基本的に、横構造支持部32は、複数のパネルによって略水平に車両10の短手方向に延びる梁である。具体的には、横構造支持部32は、サイドシル40から前構造支持部30に延びる。横構造支持部32は、車両10の動作時にエンジン(不図示)から車両10へのトルクによって発生する応力に車体構造20が対抗するための、側方の構造剛性を提供することから、トルクボックス(又はアウトリガ)と呼ばれることが多い。横構造支持部32は、2つの別々のアセンブリであってもよいし、車体構造20の左右に延びる1つのアセンブリであってもよいことを理解されたい。図示の実施形態では、車体構造20のそれぞれの各側に横構造支持部32があり、それぞれのサイドシル40と前構造支持部30との間に延在する。
 フロア34は1つのパネルであっても、フロア34を構成する各種パネルのアセンブリであってもよい。フロア34は、各ボディサイドパネル26のサイドシル40間に横方向に延在し、横構造支持部32及びダッシュボード壁28から、乗員室24を少なくとも部分的に画成する車体構造20の後部に向かって後方に延びる。具体的には、フロア34の前端領域は、従来のように、横構造支持部32及びダッシュボード壁28に溶接される。
 図2,図3及び図13~図14に示すように、フロア34は、フロア34の下方を延びる前構造支持部30の対応する部分とそれぞれ位置が一致する補剛パネル60を更に含む。補剛パネル60は2つあり、中央に位置するトンネル領域62の両側にそれぞれ位置する。補剛パネル60及びトンネル領域62は、乗員室24の前部から後部へ、車両長手方向に延在する。補剛パネル60及びトンネル領域62は、補助的なフロアパネルであり、フロア34の上面に溶接されて従来のようにフロアに構造剛性を与える。
 図4~図6に示すように、タイヤハウス22は、ダッシュボード壁28と、前構造支持部30と、横構造支持部32と、サイドシル40のAピラー支持部42とによって、少なくとも部分的に画成される。図6に示すように、継ぎ目54の外側にある、サイドシル40のAピラー支持部42の前向き面72は、開口Aを含む。同様に、Aピラー支持部42に溶接又は硬く固定されるフェンダ取付けブラケット55は、別の開口Aを含む。ダッシュボード壁28の下の横構造支持部32の前面70は、一対の開口Aを含む。前構造支持部30の車両長手方向に延びる側面68は、複数の開口Aを含む。ダッシュボード壁28の前面66は、一対の開口Aを含む。更に、オフセットブラケット56は、開口Aを含む。
 図4に示すように、前構造支持部30の側面68は、サイドシル40のAピラー支持部42の前向き面72に概して垂直な方向に延在する。ダッシュボード壁28の前面66及び横構造支持部32の前面70は、側面68及び前向き面72に対して、90°を超える角度(鈍角)だけ角度がずれている。
 図9~図11を具体的に参照しながら、アウター補強ブラケット12を説明する。アウター補強ブラケット12は、ダッシュボード壁28とは反対側を向くタイヤハウス対向面(第2の面)76と、ダッシュボード壁28に対向するダッシュボード壁対向面(第1の面)78とを基本的に含む。タイヤハウス対向面76は、全体として凹状の凹面であり、ダッシュボード壁対向面78は全体的に凸面である。アウター補強ブラケット12は、いくつかのフランジ領域に更に分割され、これらは第1の面領域80、第2の面領域82、第3の面領域84及び第4の面領域86と以下において称される。アウター補強ブラケット12は、鉛直方向、つまり、車両10の上下方向に延在する凹部88を更に含む。図9及び図10に示すように、第1の面領域80は開口A’を、第2の面領域82は開口A’を、第3の面領域84は開口A’を、第4の面領域86は開口A’を含む。
 第1の面領域80には、アウター補強ブラケット12を車体構造20に取り付けるための第1の位置が定められる。具体的には、アウター補強ブラケット12は、第1の面領域80の開口A’内をそれぞれ通る締め具Fによって、Aピラー支持部42と、継ぎ目54の外側にあるフェンダ取付けブラケット55とに、それぞれの開口Aにおいて直接取り付けられる。第2の面領域82には、アウター補強ブラケット12を車体構造20に取り付けるための第2の位置が定められる。具体的には、アウター補強ブラケット12は、第2の面領域82の開口A’内をそれぞれ通る締め具Fによって、横構造支持部32に、その開口Aを介して取り付けられる。第3の面領域84には、アウター補強ブラケット12を車体構造20に取り付けるための第3の位置が定められる。具体的には、アウター補強ブラケット12は、第3の面領域84の開口A’内をそれぞれ通る締め具Fによって、前構造支持部30に、その開口Aを介して取り付けられる。更に、第4の面領域86には、アウター補強ブラケット12を車体構造20に取り付けるための第4の位置が定められる。具体的には、アウター補強ブラケット12は、第4の面領域86の開口A’内を通る締め具F(図4参照)によって、オフセットブラケット56に、その開口Aを介して取り付けられる。以下に説明するように、オフセットブラケット56は、ダッシュボード壁28の開口A内を通る締め具Fを介してインナー補強ブラケット14に取り付けられる。つまり、インナー補強ブラケット14は、ダッシュボード壁28のアウター補強ブラケット14に対向する側にあるオフセットブラケット56に固定される。図示の各種締め具は、ねじ締め具やリベット等、様々な締め具から任意のものを選択できる。締め具は従来の要素であるため、これ以上の説明は、簡潔のために省略する。
 従って、アウター補強ブラケット12は、車体構造20の異なる4つの構造要素に取り付けられる。具体的には、アウター補強ブラケット12は、(オフセットブラケット56を介して)ダッシュボード壁28と、前構造支持部30と、横構造支持部32と、サイドシル40のAピラー支持部42とに取り付けられる。アウター補強ブラケット12は、継ぎ目54より外側の位置でサイドシル40のAピラー支持部42に取り付けられるため、アウター補強ブラケット12は、ダッシュボード壁28とAピラー支持部42との間のオーバーラップ接続部(継ぎ目54)を跨いで延在する。また、当該オーバーラップ接続部(継ぎ目54)は、アウター補強ブラケット12の上下方向に延在する凹部88内部の途中まで延出する。
 図11に示すように、第1の面領域80及び第2の面領域82は、互いに対して第1の鈍角αだけ角度がずれている。第3の面領域84及び第2の面領域82は、互いに対して第2の鈍角αだけ角度がずれている。更に、第1の面領域80は、第3の面領域84に対して垂直である。図示の実施形態において、第1の鈍角αは、第2の鈍角αよりも大きい。第1の鈍角αは、140°~150°であり、第2の鈍角αは、120°~130°である。
 図5~図8に、アウター補強ブラケット12を車体構造20に取り付ける順序を示す。図6に示すように、開口A~Aは、締め具F~Fを受けるために設けられる。或いは、開口A~A及びオフセットブラケット56を省略してもよく、アウター補強ブラケット12は、適切な位置に溶接されてもよい。図16に示すように、オフセットブラケット56は、ダッシュボード壁28に装着される。オフセットブラケット56は、ダッシュボード壁28の乗員室側から開口Aを通ってオフセットブラケット56のねじ開口に挿入される締め具Fを介して、ダッシュボード壁28に取り付けられる。図面及び本明細書から、インナー補強ブラケット14が、この時に装着可能であることを理解されたい。しかし、インナー補強ブラケット14は、アウター補強ブラケット12と共に使用される必要はない。すなわち、アウター補強ブラケット12は、インナー補強ブラケット14がない場合も、車体構造20に装着できる。例えば、図12において、インナー補強ブラケット14は、任意的に省略されている。
 そして、図8に示すように、アウター補強ブラケット12は、締め具F~F及びFが、開口A~A及びAに装着されるように、配置される。第1~第4の面領域80~86には、A~A及びAそれぞれと位置が一致する開口が設けられる。
 図面及び本明細書から、アウター補強ブラケット12を適切な位置に溶接することにより、機械的な締め具を必要としない代替形態が可能であることが理解されたい。従って、以下に記載する各種開口を、代わりに、溶接点として見なすこともできる。
 最後に、図4及び図5に示すように、従来のタイヤハウスカバー90が、アウター補強ブラケット12を覆うように装着される。タイヤハウスカバー90は、スナップ式のクリップやその他の締結手段を介して、アウター補強ブラケット12及び車体構造20のその他各種部品に取り付けられ得る。
 図9及び図10に示すように、アウター補強ブラケット12は、水平に延在する複数のリブR1,R2を含む。これらリブR1,R2により、アウター補強ブラケット12に剛性が加えられる。
 車両10のサイドフェンダ92及び/又はタイヤハウス22がその衝撃の略中心点である、中央からずれた前方からの衝突時には、衝撃力は、アウター補強ブラケット12により、ダッシュボード壁28と、前構造支持部30と、横構造支持部32と、サイドシル40のAピラー支持部42とに分散される。
 次に、図13~図21を特に参照して、インナー補強ブラケット14と、乗員室24に関する構造とについて説明する。
 上述したように、また、図13に示すように、乗員室24は、ダッシュボード壁28と、フロア34と、ボディサイドパネル26のサイドシル40及びAピラー支持部42とによって、少なくとも部分的に画成される。フロア34は、前述の補剛パネル60を含む。補剛パネル60は、例えば溶接によって、フロア34の上面に固着されるフロア補剛材である。補剛パネル60は、乗員室24内において、ダッシュボード壁28近傍から後方に延在する。補剛パネル60の上面は、フロア34の上面から上方に離間している。
 フロア34は、フロア34の上面と、補剛パネル60(フロア補剛材)の側面とに固着されるフロアブラケット98を更に含む。具体的には、フロアブラケット98は、サイドシル40の内側面から補剛パネル60の側面に向かって車両横断方向に延びるように、フロア34に対して溶接される、及び/又は機械的締め具によって締結される。
 図13及び図14に示すように、ダッシュボード壁28の内装面は、平坦領域28aと、凸状領域28bとを含む。図16に示すように、凸状領域28bは、例えば溶接によってAピラー支持部42に固着される、外側縁部28cを含む。
 図示の実施形態において、インナー補強ブラケット14は、機械的な締め具F,F~F10によって、適切な位置に締結される。しかし、アウター補強ブラケット12の場合と同様に、インナー補強ブラケット14は、適切な位置に溶接されてもよい。以下の各種開口は、代わりに、溶接点として見なすこともできる。
 図13に示すように、ダッシュボード壁28は、前述の開口Aを含む。フロア34は、(任意ではあるが補剛パネル60の取付けフランジに形成される開口と位置が一致し得る)開口Aを含み、補剛パネル60は開口Aを含み、サイドシル40は開口Aを含み、Aピラー支持部42は開口Aを含む。更に、フロアブラケット98は開口A10を含む。
 図17~図20に示すように、インナー補強ブラケット14は、互いからずれて多数の位置関係及び角度関係を規定する複数のフランジ領域を含む。具体的には、インナー補強ブラケット14は、ダッシュボード壁取付け領域100と、第1のフロア取付け領域102と、第2のフロア取付け領域104と、シル取付け領域106と、Aピラー取付け領域108と、フロアブラケット取付け領域110とを含む。インナー補強ブラケット14は更に、ダッシュボード壁取付け領域100の下から第2フロア取付け領域104の近傍点まで斜めに延びる補剛リブ112を含む。
 ダッシュボード壁取付け領域100は、インナー補強ブラケット14が図14に示す装着位置にある状態においてダッシュボード壁28の開口Aと位置が一致する一対の開口A’を含む。第1のフロア取付け領域102は、インナー補強ブラケット14が図14に示す装着位置にある状態においてフロア34の開口Aと位置が一致する開口A’を含む。第2のフロア取付け領域104は、インナー補強ブラケット14が図14に示す装着位置にある状態において補剛パネル60の開口Aと位置が一致する一対の開口A’を含む。シル取付け領域106は、インナー補強ブラケット14が図14に示す装着位置にある状態においてサイドシル40の開口Aと位置が一致する一対の開口A’を含む。Aピラー取付け領域108は、インナー補強ブラケット14が図14に示す装着位置にある状態においてAピラー支持部42の開口Aと位置が一致する開口A’を含む。更に、フロアブラケット取付け領域110は、インナー補強ブラケット14が図14に示す装着位置にある状態においてフロアブラケット98の開口A10と位置が一致する3つの開口A10’を含む。
 より具体的には、ダッシュボード壁取付け領域100は、開口A’及び開口A内を通る締め具Fによってダッシュボード壁28に取り付けられ、第1のフロア取付け領域102は、開口A’及び開口A内を通る締め具Fによってフロア34の前部に取り付けられ、第2のフロア取付け領域104は、開口A’及び開口A内を通る締め具Fによって補剛パネル60に取り付けられ、シル取付け領域106は、開口A’及び開口A内を通る締め具Fによってサイドシル40に取り付けられ、Aピラー取付け領域108は、開口A’及び開口A内を通る締め具FによってAピラー支持部42に取り付けられ、フロアブラケット取付け領域110は、開口A10’及び開口A10内を通る締め具F10によってフロアブラケット98に取り付けられる。第2のフロア取付け領域104及びフロアブラケット取付け領域110は、それぞれフロア34とフロアブラケット98の上面に対面して取り付けられる後部取付け領域を基本的に規定する。
 図16及び図18に示すように、シル取付け領域106及びAピラー取付け領域108は互いに対して平行である。更に、シル取付け領域106は、ダッシュボード壁取付け領域100に対して第3の鈍角αだけ角度がずれている。更に、図19に示されるように、ダッシュボード壁取付け領域100は、第1のフロア取付け領域102に対して第4の鈍角αだけ角度がずれている。更に、図20に示すように、シル取付け領域106及びAピラー取付け領域108は共に、フロアブラケット取付け領域110に対して垂直である。更に、フロアブラケット取付け領域110は、第2のフロア取付け領域104に対して平行である。
 従って、インナー補強ブラケット14は、ダッシュボード壁28と、サイドシル40と、Aピラー支持部42と、フロア34とに取り付けられる。より具体的には、インナー補強ブラケット14は、補剛パネル60及びフロアブラケット98を介して、フロア34に取り付けられる、又は固定連結される。
 図21に概略的に示すように、アウター補強ブラケット12及びインナー補強ブラケット14は、協働してタイヤハウス22及び乗員室24の双方に対する車体構造20の特定領域を補強するように成形及び構成される。図面及び本明細書から、アウター補強ブラケット12及びインナー補強ブラケット14を合わせて使用し得ることを理解されたい。しかし、アウター補強ブラケット12を単一で用いることもでき、インナー補強ブラケット14を単一で用いることもできる。
 いくつかの図面において、アウター補強ブラケット12及びインナー補強ブラケット14の様々な部分間の関係と、関連構造に対するこれらの関係とをより明確に示すために、締め具F~F10が意図的に図示されていない。または、アウター補強ブラケット12及びインナー補強ブラケット14を適切な位置に溶接することにより、機械的な締め具を不要とすることが可能であることも理解されたい。
 車両10のサイドフェンダ92及び/又はタイヤハウス22がその衝撃の略中心点である、中央からずれた前方からの衝突時には、衝撃力は、インナー補強ブラケット14により、ダッシュボード壁28と、フロア34と、Aピラー支持部42と、サイドシル40とに分散される。
 車両10の各種要素及び特徴の多くは、当技術分野で周知の従来部品である。これらの要素及び特徴が当技術分野で周知であることから、これらの構造はここで詳しい記載も図示もしない。むしろ、本開示によって、当該部品が、本発明を実施するのに使用可能な、いかなる構造及び/又はプログラミングであってもよいことが、当業者には明らかとなるであろう。
 本発明の範囲を理解する際、本明細書で使用した「備える」という表現及びその派生的用語は、記載される特徴、要素、部品、群、整数、及び/又は工程の存在を特定するオープンエンドな表現であるものとして意図され、その他の記載していない特徴、要素、部品、群、整数、及び/又は工程の存在を除外するものではない。これは、同様の意味を有する語、例えば「含む」や「有する」、またこれらの派生的用語に関しても適用される。また、「一部」、「領域」、「部」、「部材」、又は「要素」の表現は、単数形で使用されている場合には、単数の場合と複数の場合との両方の意味を有し得る。また、上記の実施形態の説明で用いた「前」、「後」、「上」、「下」、「鉛直」、「水平」、「下方」、「横」、及びその他の同様の方向に関する表現は、上記実施形態の車室ボディ構造を装備した車両についての方向である。よって、本発明を説明するために用いられるこれらの表現は、上記実施形態の車室ボディ構造を装備した車両に対してのものとして解釈されるべきである。

Claims (22)

  1.  サイドシルと、
     前記サイドシルに固着されるフロアと、
     前記サイドシル及び前記フロアに固着され、車両の乗員室を少なくとも部分的に画成するダッシュボード壁と、
     前記サイドシルの内側面に取り付けられるシル取付け領域と、前記ダッシュボード壁の内装面に取り付けられるダッシュボード壁取付け領域と、前記フロアの上面に取り付けられるフロア取付け領域とを有するインナー補強ブラケットと
    を備える車室ボディ構造。
  2.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     Aピラー支持部と、
     前記ダッシュボード壁から車両長手方向に延びる前構造支持部と、
     前記ダッシュボード壁の下部に沿って前記前構造支持部から前記Aピラー支持部に延在する横構造支持部と、
     第1の位置において前記Aピラー支持部に取り付けられ、第2の位置において前記横構造支持部に取り付けられ、第3の位置において前記前構造支持部に取り付けられ、第4の位置において前記ダッシュボード壁に取り付けられたアウター補強ブラケットであって、前記ダッシュボード壁と前記Aピラー支持部との間のオーバーラップ接続部を跨いで延在するアウター補強ブラケットと
    を更に備え、
     前記ダッシュボード壁は、前記Aピラー支持部に取り付けられ、タイヤハウスを少なくとも部分的に画成し、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットと前記アウター補強ブラケットは、前記ダッシュボード壁を挟んで取り付けられたこと
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  3.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットを介して前記フロアに固定されるアウター補強ブラケットを更に備える車室ボディ構造。
  4.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記シル取付け領域は、前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域に対して、第1の鈍角だけ角度がずれていること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  5.  請求項4に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域は、前記フロア取付け領域に対して、第2の鈍角だけ角度がずれていること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  6.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記シル取付け領域は、前記フロア取付け領域に対して垂直であること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  7.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記フロアの前記上面に固着され、前記乗員室内において、前記ダッシュボード壁の近傍から後方に延在するフロア補剛材であって、該フロア補剛材の上面が前記フロアの前記上面から上方に離間したフロア補剛材を更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記フロア取付け領域から離間した第2のフロア取付け領域を含み、
     前記第2のフロア取付け領域は、前記フロア補剛材の前記上面に取り付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  8.  請求項7に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記フロアの前記上面及び前記フロア補剛材の側面に固着されたフロアブラケットを更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記フロア取付け領域から後方に離間した後部取付け領域を更に含み、
     前記後部取付け領域は、前記フロアブラケットの上面に対向して取り付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  9.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記フロアの前記上面に固着され、前記サイドシルの前記内側面から車両横断方向に延在するフロアブラケットを更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記フロア取付け領域から後方に離間した後部取付け領域を更に含み、
     前記後部取付け領域は、前記フロアブラケットの上面に対向して取り付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  10.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記ダッシュボード壁の前面に固定されるオフセットブラケットを更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットの前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域は、前記ダッシュボード壁の開口及び前記オフセットブラケットの開口内を延在する締結部品が通る開口を含むこと
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  11.  請求項10に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記オフセットブラケットが取り付けられる前記ダッシュボード壁の前方に画成されるタイヤハウス内に配置されたアウター補強ブラケットを更に備えること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  12.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記サイドシルから上方に延出し、前記ダッシュボード壁に固着されるAピラー支持部を更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記シル取付け領域から上方に離間したAピラー取付け領域を更に含み、
     前記Aピラー取付け領域は、前記Aピラー支持部の内装面に取り付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  13.  請求項12に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記Aピラー取付け領域は、前記シル取付け領域に対して平行であることを特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  14.  請求項12に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記ダッシュボード壁の前記内装面は、平坦領域と凸状領域とを含み、
     前記凸状領域は、前記Aピラー支持部に固着された外側縁部を有し、
     前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域は、前記ダッシュボード壁の前記凸状領域に取付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  15.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記ダッシュボード壁は、平坦領域と凸状領域とを含み、
     前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域は、前記ダッシュボード壁の前記凸状領域に取付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  16.  請求項1に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域の下方から前記フロア取付け領域に隣接する点まで斜めに延在する補剛リブを含むこと
    を特徴とする記載の車室ボディ構造。
  17.  Aピラー支持部と、
     前記Aピラー支持部に固着されたダッシュボード壁と、
     前記ダッシュボード壁に固着されたフロアであって、前記Aピラー支持部と、前記フロアと、前記ダッシュボード壁とが、車両の乗員室を少なくとも部分的に画成するフロアと、
     前記Aピラー支持部の内装面に取り付けられたAピラー取付け領域と、前記ダッシュボード壁の内装面に取り付けられたダッシュボード壁取付け領域と、前記フロアの上面に取り付けられたフロア取付け領域とを含むインナー補強ブラケットとを備える車室ボディ構造。
  18.  請求項17に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記フロアの前記上面に固着され、前記乗員室内において、前記ダッシュボード壁の近傍から後方に延在するフロア補剛材であって、該フロア補剛材の上面が前記フロアの前記上面から上方に離間したフロア補剛材を更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記フロア取付け領域から離間した第2のフロア取付け領域を含み、
     前記第2のフロア取付け領域は、前記フロア補剛材の前記上面に取り付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  19.  請求項18に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記Aピラー支持部の下端から延びるサイドシルを更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記サイドシルの内側面に取り付けられたシル取付け領域を更に含むこと
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  20.  請求項18に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記Aピラー支持部の下端から延びるサイドシルを更に備え、
     前記フロアの前記上面に固着され、前記サイドシルの内側面から車両横断方向に延在するフロアブラケットを更に備え、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記フロア取付け領域から後方に離間した後部取付け領域を更に含み、
     前記後部取付け領域は、前記フロアブラケットの上面に取り付けられること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  21.  請求項17に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記インナー補強ブラケットは、前記ダッシュボード壁取付け領域の下方から前記フロア取付け領域に隣接する点まで斜めに延在する補剛リブを含むこと
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
  22.  請求項17に記載の車室ボディ構造であって、
     前記Aピラー取付け領域は、前記フロア取付け領域に対して垂直であること
    を特徴とする車室ボディ構造。
