Abstract
Description
まず、図1乃至図6を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100について説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る鉄道車両100の斜視図であって、妻外板を取り外した状態の図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る鉄道車両100は、車両長手方向端部に端梁11を有する台枠10、側構体20、及び屋根構体30の基本構成を備えている。また、鉄道車両100は、その四隅周辺に注目すると、側外板21と、隅柱40と、中間連結部材50と、を備えている。以下、これら側外板21、隅柱40、及び中間連結部材50を中心に説明する。
次に、図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る鉄道車両200について説明する。図7は、第2実施形態に係る鉄道車両200の隅柱40周辺の水平断面図である。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両200は、中間連結部材50の位置の点で、第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100と構成が異なる。それ以外の点は、基本的に同じ構成である。図7に示すように、本実施形態の隅柱40、中間連結部材50、及び側外板21の位置関係は、車幅方向に関しては第1実施形態の場合と同じであるが、車両長手方向位置に関しては第1実施形態のように中間連結部材50が隅柱40の真横に位置しておらず、中間連結部材50は隅柱40の後方に位置している。また、側外板21の先端部分は隅柱40の後端部分よりも後方に位置している。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両200は以上のような構成を備えているが、第1実施形態の場合と同様に、鉄道車両200の衝突によって隅柱40が変形したとしても、これに伴う側外板21の変形を抑えることができる。
次に、図8及び図9を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態に係る鉄道車両300について説明する。図8は、第3実施形態に係る鉄道車両300の隅柱40周辺の水平断面図である。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両300は、隅柱40の形状、及び隅柱40とその周辺の部材の位置関係の点で、第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100と構成が異なる。それ以外の点は、基本的に同じ構成である。本実施形態の隅柱40は、断面が矩形枠状に形成されておらず、後方に開口する形状を有している。隅柱40は、主に側面部41と、この側面部41につながる前面部42とによって構成されている。このうち側面部41は隅柱40の車幅方向外方側に位置する部分であって、車両長手方向に延びている。また、前面部42は隅柱40の前方側に位置する部分であって、断面視において略S字状に形成されている。
次に、図10を参照して、本発明の第4実施形態に係る鉄道車両400について説明する。図10は、第4実施形態に係る鉄道車両400の隅柱40周辺の水平断面図である。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両400は、中間連結部材50の形状の点で、第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100と構成が異なる。ここで、本実施形態の側外板21は押出成形された、いわゆるアルミのダブルスキンパネルである。そのため、図10に示すように、側外板21は車両幅方向に一定の厚みを有している。なお、側外板21は、押出成形時の押出方向が車両長手方向と一致するように配置されている。
次に、図11を参照して、本発明の第5実施形態に係る鉄道車両500について説明する。図11は、第5実施形態に係る鉄道車両500の隅柱40周辺の水平断面図である。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両500は、中間連結部材50が外面板部55(図10参照)を有しておらず、これに代えて中間連結部材50には目隠し外板23が取り付けられている点で、第4実施形態に係る鉄道車両400と構成が異なる。それ以外の点は、基本的に同じ構成である。つまり、本実施形態の中間連結部材50は、押出成形により成形されるが、その収縮部53は内面板部54のみで構成されている。また、内面板部54の車幅方向外側には目隠し外板23が取り付けられている。なお、目隠し外板23は、固定ポイント53a、52aにおいて、ボルトやリベットなどによって中間連結部材50に固定されている。
次に、図12を参照して、本発明の第6実施形態に係る鉄道車両600について説明する。図12は、第6実施形態に係る鉄道車両600の隅柱40周辺の水平断面図である。本実施形態に係る鉄道車両600は、ガイド部材70を有する点で、第1実施形態に係る鉄道車両100と構成が異なる。それ以外の点は、基本的に同じ構成である。ガイド部材70は、隅柱40の前方に配置されており、断面が略三角形の筒状の形状を有している。またガイド部材70は、車幅方向端部に傾斜面部71を有している。傾斜面部71は側外板21に向かって車両長手方向後方に傾斜している。

Claims (10)
- 車両長手方向端部に端梁を有する台枠と、側構体と、屋根構体とを備えた鉄道車両であって、
車幅方向両端部に設けられ、前記側構体を構成する側外板と、
前記端梁から前記屋根構体に向けて延びる隅柱と、
前記側外板と前記隅柱とを連結し、車両長手方向の剛性が鉛直方向の剛性よりも小さな中間連結部材とを備える、鉄道車両。 - 前記中間連結部材は、さらに、車両長手方向の剛性が車幅方向の剛性よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記中間連結部材は、前記隅柱を介して伝達された衝撃荷重により車両長手方向に潰れることで、前記衝撃荷重による前記側外板の変形を抑制する、請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記中間連結部材は、前記隅柱を介して伝達された衝撃荷重により車両長手方向に潰れることで、前記衝撃荷重のうち少なくとも車両長手方向の力を吸収する、請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記中間連結部材は、前記隅柱を介して伝達された衝撃荷重により車両長手方向に潰れることで、前記衝撃荷重が前記側外板及び前記屋根構体に伝達することを抑制する、請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記中間連結部材には、鉛直方向に延びる溝が形成されている、請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一の項に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記隅柱は、前記側外板よりも車幅方向内方に配置され、
前記中間連結部材は、その一端が前記隅柱の車幅方向外方の面に固定され、他端が前記側外板の車幅方向内方の面に固定される、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一の項に記載の鉄道車両。 - 前記隅柱は、前記側外板の外方の面と面一となるように車幅方向両端部に配置され、
前記中間連結部材は、その一端が前記隅柱の車幅方向内方の面に固定され、他端が前記側外板の車幅方向内方の面に固定される、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一の項に記載の鉄道車両。 - 前記中間連結部材は、2つの面板部と各面板部を結合して鉛直方向に延びるウエブ部とを有するダブルスキンパネルである、請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一の項に記載の鉄道車両。
- 前記隅柱の車両長手方向外方に配置され、車幅方向端部において、前記側外板に向かって車両長手方向後方に傾斜するガイド部材をさらに有する、請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一の項に記載の鉄道車両。
