一种 ^义预约方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及多媒体会议技术领域, 特别是涉及一种会议预约方法及装 置。 背景技术
多媒体会议系统是支持声音、 视频双向传送的远程通信系统。 通过该 系统, 身处异地的用户能完成实时的近似面对面效果的声音、 视频沟通。
国际电信联盟 ( International Telecommunication Unit, ITU ), 互联网工 程任务组( Internet Engineering Task Force, IETF )、第三代合作伙伴计划( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 3 GPP )等标准组织负责视频会议标准的制定。 ITU已制定了 ITU-T H.320、 ITU-T H.323 , ITU-T H.324等多个视频通信标 准,其中, ITU-T H.320是针对窄带电路交换网络的多媒体通信应用, ITU-T H.323是针对 IP网络的多媒体通信应用, 而 ITU-T H.324是针对非常低速 的网络的多媒体通信应用, 如公共交换电话网 ( Public Switched Telephone Network, PSTN ) 网络和移动网络。 IETF负责制定会话初始协议( Session Initialization Protocol, SIP )和基于此协议的多媒体会议标准。 3GPP是负责 制定 IP多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS )的标准, 它在 IETF 标准基础上也制定了一套基于 IMS网络的多媒体会议标准。 除了上面已经 提到的组织, 还有其它一些组织直接、 或间接地对视频会议的标准作出贡 献。 有些企业为了产品开发设计需要, 制定企业内部使用的私有产品和通 信规范, 或是在开发标准的集成上进行私有扩展。 视频会议产品可遵守一 种或多种开放标准或企业私有标准。
从设备互操作层面划分, 视频会议系统一般由终端、 多点控制单元 ( Multipoint Control Unit, MCU )、 网关、 呼叫控制器等实体或设备组成。 终端是用户使用的设备, 一个系统一般包含多个终端。 终端一般由核 心编解码器和外部的输入、 输出设备组成。 编解码器负责声音、 视频等信 号的预处理、 编码、 解码、 后处理、 网络通信、 用户控制等处理。 输入设 备包括麦克风、 摄像机等设备, 输出设备包括音响、 电视机等设备。 终端 采集用户的声音、 视频信号, 经过预处理后进行压缩编码、 再封装成数据 包的格式由网络发送给远端; 同时从网络接收远端的数据包, 经过拆封后 获得的有效数据再进行解码处理、 后处理后播放给用户。
MCU 用来完成多方会议通信。 当召开多点会议时, 参与多方会议通信 的多个终端和 MCU之间建立多对一连接, 终端通过 MCU交换音、 视频信 号。 MCU负责完成媒体流的交换和混合。 对于声音媒体流, MCU通常为 每个终端输出一个经过混音的声音媒体流, 混音一般选择输入音量最大的 几路声音媒体流进行叠加。 对于视频, MCU可以为某个终端发送另一个终 端的单画面视频流,如果 MCU支持多画面功能, 也能够把多个终端来的视 频合成为一个多画面图像, 然后发送给某个或某些终端。
呼叫控制器用来完成呼叫的路由选择, 例如 H.323 标准中定义的网守 实体(Gatekeeper ), 以及 SIP标准中定义的代理服务器 (Proxy ) 实体负责 完成呼叫路由功能。
网关设备用来实现不同网络协议、 媒体格式之间的设备互通的转换。 视频会议设备之间相互交换的信息内容包括呼叫控制信令和以及一种 或多种音频流、 视频流、 文本消息流等。 各种媒体流的含义以及媒体流编 解码和传送管理, 可参考 ITU-T H.323相关标准或 IETF SIP相关标准。
在企业应用中, 视频会议系统通常是一种较为稀缺的资源, 因此需要 采用预约的方式进行管理。 会议预约包含时间、 资源两个方面的约束。 例 如会议预约人希望第二天早上的 9:00~11 :00点召开一个多方视频会议, 参 加会议的终端和会议室有位于深圳总部的会议室 101 (含终端 1001 )、 北京 分支的会议室 201 (含终端 2001 )、南京分公司的会议室 301 (含终端 3001 )。 由于涉及到多方会议, 因此通常还需要占用 MCU设备资源。假如这个时间 段的终端、 MCU资源均空闲, 那么会议预约系统将会为本次会议保留这些 资源, 并返回预约成功的结果。 如果有其他的用户预约同一时间段的会议 并且打算占用会议室 101 时, 预约系统将返回失败的处理结果, 因为会议 室 101已经被占用了。
在现有的会议预约系统中, 一般要求用户输入会议的开始时间、 结束 时间、 需参加会议的终端列表, 系统根据用户输入的参数结合系统资源的 占用情况来计算预约结果。 当系统包含的终端数量很多, 且会议的业务非 常繁忙时, 上面的处理方式存在明显的不足。 因为用户指定的终端列表之 一个或多个终端很可能在指定的时间段已经被占用, 从而预约失败; 用户 需要不断地尝试选择不同的终端或选择不同的时间段, 具有预约会议不便 的缺陷。 发明内容
本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种会议预约方法及装置, 用 以解决现有技术中会议预约不便的问题。
为解决上述技术问题, 一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种会议预约方法, 包括:
获取会议的会议时间信息, 以及参与会议的一个或多个终端的位置选 择范围信息;
将所述会议时间信息、 位置选择范围信息与预先保存的会议资源信息 进行匹配; 匹配成功, 则会议预约成功; 匹配失败, 则会议预约失败; 其 中, 所述会议资源信息包括所有终端基于时间轴的空闲或占用的状态信息, 以及多点控制单元 MCU基于时间轴的资源消耗状态信息。 较佳地, 所述会议时间信息包括会议时长和可接受的会议召开时间区 间。
较佳地, 所述进行匹配为: 判断所述会议资源信息中, 在所述可接受 的会议召开时间区间内, 是否存在一个时长等于所述会议时长的时间窗, 且在所述时间窗内, 根据终端的位置选择范围信息, 每个位置范围至少有 一个终端空闲, 以及在所述时间窗内存在可使用的 MCU资源; 如果存在所 述时间窗, 则表示匹配成功, 否则表示匹配失败。
较佳地, 通过以下方法确定所述时间窗:
第一个候选时间窗的起点选择所述会议召开时间区间的起点, 时间窗 的长度为所述会议时长; 判断第一个候选时间窗是否匹配成功, 如果是, 则将第一个候选时间窗作为时间窗, 如果否, 则将第一个候选时间窗的起 点延迟一个增量, 再重新判断是否匹配成功, 以此类推, 直至匹配成功或 遍历完所述会议召开时间区间。
较佳地, 所述方法还包括: 当会议召开结束后, 将参与会议的终端及 MCU的状态修改为空闲状态, 并保存。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供一种会议预约装置, 包括:
输入单元, 配置为获取会议的会议时间信息, 以及参与会议的一个或 多个终端的位置选择范围信息;
预约单元, 配置为将所述会议时间信息、 位置选择范围信息与预先保 存的会议资源信息进行匹配; 匹配成功, 则会议预约成功; 匹配失败, 则 会议预约失败; 其中, 所述会议资源信息包括所有终端基于时间轴的空闲 或占用的状态信息,以及多点控制单元 MCU基于时间轴的资源消耗状态信 息。

为了解决现有技术会议预约不便的问题, 本发明提供了一种会议预约 方法及装置, 以下结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不限定本发 明。
实际上, 在某个地点, 例如同一个建筑内, 有多个会议室时, 用户一 般并不在意使用哪个会议室, 完全可以由系统从中选择一个空闲的会议室。 利用这个规则, 可以有效提供会议预约的成功概率。 另一方面, 有些情况 下,用户对会议的召开时间也不是非常敏感,例如会议在 9:00-11 :00进行或
10:00-12:00进行对用户都是可接受的。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例涉及一种会议预约方法, 包括:
步骤 S 101, 获取会议的会议时间信息, 以及参与会议的一个或多个终 端的位置选择范围信息;
本步骤中, 在获取之前, 先存储并维护 (更新)会议资源信息; 会议 资源信息包括但不限于终端资源的描述信息和 MCU资源的描述信息。终端 资源的描述信息包括但不限于终端的标识、 层次化的位置信息、 基于时间 轴的空闲或占用状态。 终端的层次化的位置信息的表示方式之一是用物理 位置来表达, 位置信息包含物理位置从属层次关系, 例如一种物理位置层 次表达方式为: 国家-城市-大楼-楼层-会议室。 终端的层次化的位置信息的 表示方式之一是用逻辑位置来表达, 位置信息包含逻辑位置从属层次关系, 例如, 一种逻辑位置层次表达方式为: 总部 (分部) -部门-会议室。 MCU 资源的描述信息包括但不限于端口容量和消耗量、 接口带宽容量和消耗量、 音频媒体处理资源总量和消耗量、 视频媒体处理资源总量和消耗量中的一 种或多种。
会议时间信息包括会议时长、 可接受的会议召开时间区间。 参与会议 终端的位置选择范围信息为前述的层次化的位置信息中的某级层次。
步骤 S102, 将所述会议时间信息、 位置选择范围信息与预先保存的会 议资源信息进行匹配; 匹配成功, 则会议预约成功; 匹配失败, 则会议预 约失败; 其中, 所述会议资源信息包括所有终端基于时间轴的空闲或占用 的状态信息, 以及多点控制单元 MCU基于时间轴的资源消耗状态信息。 本步骤中, 判断所述会议资源信息中, 在所述可接受的会议召开时间 区间内, 是否存在一个时长等于所述会议时长的时间窗, 且在所述时间窗 内, 根据终端的位置选择范围信息, 每个位置范围至少有一个终端空闲, 以及在所述时间窗内存在可使用的 MCU资源; 如果存在所述时间窗, 则表 示匹配成功, 否则表示匹配失败。 可使用的 MCU资源, 是指该时间窗内存 在满足该预约会议要求、 能保证会议正常如约进行的 MCU资源。 例如, 该 预约会议需要的端口数是 3个, 需要的带宽容量是 3M, 而, 剩余端口数大 于 3, 剩余带宽容量大于 3M, 则认为存在可使用的 MCU资源。 当然, 例 如 CPU资源等其它必须 MCU资源也需要满足预约会议要求, 本领域技术 人员显然都明白进行预约会议的必须资源是什么, 因此, 本实施例不再详 述。
通过以下方法确定所述时间窗: 第一个候选时间窗的起点选择所述会 议召开时间区间的起点, 时间窗的长度为所述会议时长; 判断第一个候选 时间窗是否匹配成功, 如果是, 则将第一个候选时间窗作为时间窗, 如果 否, 则将第一个候选时间窗的起点延迟一个增量, 再重新判断是否匹配成 功, 以此类推, 直至匹配成功或遍历完所述会议召开时间区间。
无论预约成功或失败, 都返回给预约者结果, 结果为成功和失败指示 以及可选参数; 如果预约成功, 可选参数包括但不限于保留的会议室信息、 会议信息的一种或多种; 会议室信息包括但不限于会议室标识、 位置信息、 呼叫地址的一种或多种; 会议信息包括但不限于会议主题、 会议开始时间、 会议时长、 呼叫地址的一种或多种。
当会议召开结束后, 将参与会议的终端及 MCU 的状态修改为空闲状 态, 并保存。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例还涉及一种实现上述方法的会议预约装置, 包括:
输入单元 201, 配置为获取会议的会议时间信息, 以及参与会议的一个 或多个终端的位置选择范围信息;
预约单元 202, 配置为将所述会议时间信息、位置选择范围信息与预先 保存的会议资源信息进行匹配; 匹配成功, 则会议预约成功; 匹配失败, 则会议预约失败; 其中, 所述会议资源信息包括所有终端基于时间轴的空 闲或占用的状态信息,以及多点控制单元 MCU基于时间轴的资源消耗状态 信息。
其中, 所述会议时间信息包括会议时长和可接受的会议召开时间区间。 所述预约单元 202还配置为: 判断所述会议资源信息中, 在所述可接 受的会议召开时间区间内, 是否存在一个时长等于所述会议时长的时间窗, 且在所述时间窗内, 根据终端的位置选择范围信息, 每个位置范围至少有 一个终端空闲, 以及在所述时间窗内存在可使用的 MCU资源; 如果存在所 述时间窗, 则表示可匹配成功, 否则匹配失败。 第一个候选时间窗的起点 选择所述会议召开时间区间的起点, 时间窗的长度为所述会议时长; 判断 第一个候选时间窗是否匹配成功, 如果是, 则将第一个候选时间窗作为时 间窗, 如果否, 则将第一个候选时间窗的起点延迟一个增量, 再重新判断 是否匹配成功, 以此类推, 直至匹配成功或遍历完所述会议召开时间区间。 当会议召开结束后,将参与会议的终端及 MCU的状态修改为空闲状态, 并 保存。
下面以一具体实例进行详细说明。
图 3描述了支持本发明实施例中的方法的视频会议系统结构图, 为了 表达的清晰, 图 3 中省略了呼叫服务器、 网关等不影响本发明实施例描述 的配套设备; 上述设备按照目前现有技术连接使用即可。 各种设备通过网 络进行相互通信, 图 3 中的网络可能代表多种网络, 例如对于 H.323视频 会议设备, 是通过 IP网络进行通信的, 而如果是 H.320兼容的设备, 则是 通过电路交换网络通信的。 视频会议管理平台 (预约单元)用来完成会议 预约、 会议控制、 设备管理、 用户管理、 故障管理、 性能管理等功能。 会 议管理客户端 (输入单元)用来提供管理员用户的操作界面, 管理员用户 通过会议管理客户端向会议管理平台录入会议资源相关的描述信息, 终端 资源描述信息, 如终端标识、 位置信息、 呼叫地址等, MCU资源的描述信 息, 如端口容量、 接口带宽、 音频媒体处理资源数量、 视频媒体处理资源 数量等。 另外,会议管理平台也可以通过终端和 MCU上报资源描述信息的 方式收集资源描述信息。 会议预约客户端 (输入单元)用来提高会议预约 用户的操作界面, 会议预约用户通过会议预约客户端向会议管理平台输入 会议预约信息, 会议预约信息包括会议时长、 可接受的会议召开时间区间、 参与会议终端的位置范围等参数。
图 4描述了一种终端位置信息的组织方式, 终端的位置被组织为树状 的层次结构。 为了表达方便性, 图 4示仅表示了一级、 二级、 会议室三个 层次的关系, 真实实现可以采用其它的级数。 根节点可表示本系统, 一级 和二级位置为中间层次, 会议室为末级层次。 一个终端的完整位置由所有 中间层次和末级层次完整确定, 例如 <一级位置 1, 二级位置 11, 会议室 112>。 采用上述结构的一个具体例子为一级位置表示国家名称、 二级位置 表示城市名称, 三级位置表示建筑物名称, 四级位置表示楼层名称, 末级 为会议室。
采用上述系统进行预约会议的流程如下:
步骤 1, 初始化会议资源描述信息, 这个过程通常在系统初始化阶段进 行。 例如由管理员通过会议管理客户端人工录入系统中; 也可以在系统使 用过程中, 动态新增资源或删除资源。 资源描述信息可以存储在数据库中, 例如终端描述信息可以采用表 11和表 12来描述, 表 11用来保存所有终端 的基本信息, 而表 12则表示终端在不同时间段的占用状态。

步骤 2,会议预约者通过预约客户端进行会议预约,预约者输入会议主 题、 多个参与会议的终端的地点范围、 会议时长、 可接受的会议召开的时 间区间等信息, 提交给会议管理平台进行计算。 参考图 3 的说明, 终端的 地点范围可以选择任何一级位置, 例如选择某个建筑物时, 该建筑物范围 内的任意一个终端都可以作为备选的参会终端。 步骤 3,会议管理平台进行会议资源保留。会议管理平台根据预约者的 输入参数和当前会议资源的描述信息, 推断是否能够成功预约会议。 推断 方法为, 在预约人可接受的会议召开时间区间内, 是否存在一个时长等于 预约人请求的会议时长的时间窗, 该时间窗内, 预约人提交的每个位置范 围至少有一个终端空闲以及存在可满足本次会议的可使用的 MCU资源。如 果存在这样一个时间窗, 则表示可以成功预约会议, 否则无法预约会议。 如果预约成功, 则分别更新终端资源描述表 12、 MCU资源描述表 22、 会 议表 32和 33, 以反映对终端资源和 MCU资源的占用。 一种确定时间窗的 方法是采用循环搜索法, 即第一个候选时间窗的起点选择预约人可接受的 会议召开时间区间的起点, 检查这个候选时间窗是否可通过前面所述的推 断, 如果不行, 则时间窗的起点延迟一个增量, 如 5分钟, 再进行尝试, 直到找到一个满足的时间窗或是遍历完预约人可接受的会议召开时间区 间。
步骤 4, 会议管理平台向预约客户端返回预约的结果, 如果预约成功, 可以携带会议的相关信息, 如会议主题、 会议开始时间、 会议时长、 会议 结束时间、 保留的终端标识, 终端位置等信息。 如果预约失败, 可以携带 预约失败的原因。
步骤 5, 当会议召开结束后, 会议管理平台释放会议占用的资源。 具体 来说, 将更新资源描述表 12、 MCU资源描述表 22、 会议表 32和 33, 以反 映对终端资源和 MCU资源的释放。
为了突出表达核心思想, 本发明实施例描述的省略了一些不重要的细 节信息和优化的步骤。 例如, 会议保留过程中如果存在多个满足条件的时 间窗时, 可以提供预约人选择其中的一个时间窗的机会; 又如, 如果一个 位置范围存在多个满足条件的终端, 也可以提供预约人选择其中一个终端 的机会。 类似的优化举措如不构成实质差别, 应视为本发明实施例的保护 范围。
由上述实施例可以看出, 本发明的方法及装置可明显提升会议预约成 功的概率, 并可提高设备资源的利用率, 进而带来生产效率的提升。
尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人 员将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当 不限于上述实施例。 工业实用性

9、 如权利要求 8所述的会议预约装置, 其中, 所述预约单元配置为: 第一个候选时间窗的起点选择所述会议召开时间区间的起点, 时间窗的长 度为所述会议时长; 判断第一个候选时间窗是否匹配成功, 如果是, 则将 第一个候选时间窗作为时间窗, 如果否, 则将第一个候选时间窗的起点延 迟一个增量, 再重新判断是否匹配成功, 以此类推, 直至匹配成功或遍历 完所述会议召开时间区间。
10、 如权利要求 6~9任一项所述的会议预约装置, 其中, 所述预约单 元还配置为: 当会议召开结束后,将参与会议的终端及 MCU的状态修改为 空闲状态, 并保存。
