作为本发明的还有一种改进, 所述冲泡座上设有分别对两个卡接件进行限位的两个限位 块, 所述两个限位块上连接有第二销轴, 所述卡接件的中部套接在第二销轴上且与第二销轴 转动连接。 通过限位块来限制卡接件的转动角度, 方便卡接件的复位。
作为本发明的还有一种改进, 所述第二销轴上套接有用于使卡接件复位的扭簧, 所述扭 簧的一端连接在限位块上, 所述扭簧的另一端连接在卡接件的卡接槽上。 通过扭簧的回复力 来使卡接件复位。
作为本发明的还有一种优选, 在冲泡组件与冲泡座彼此间远离运动时, 卡接件绕第二销 轴向内转动到卡接位置并被限位块的内侧限位;
在冲泡组件与冲泡座彼此间靠近运动时, 卡接件绕第二销轴向外侧转动压缩扭簧并被限 位块的外缘限位;
当冲泡组件与冲泡座再次彼此间远离运动时, 在扭簧的复位力和卡接件的作用下, 绕第 二销轴向内转动复位并被限位块的内侧限位。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1〜图 9所示为本发明的胶囊咖啡机的一种具体实施例。 在该实施例中, 本发明的 胶囊咖啡机包括经四根导向轴 13连接的、且在驱动组件作用下可相对运动的冲泡座 9和冲泡 组件 10。 如图 8和图 9所示, 所述冲泡组件 10上设有用于装入咖啡胶囊 12的酿造腔 10.1 ; 酿造腔 10.1内设有用于弹出冲泡后的咖啡胶囊 12的胶囊的弹性件 15。 所述冲泡座 9内设有 用于酿造咖啡胶囊 12的热水通道及单向阀。
, , Λ ^ Λ ^ 本友明的股囊咖啡机还包括分设在冲泡组件 10的两侧的两个 动仵 11和分别与两个转 动件 11连接的两个卡接件 14。 在本实施例中, 如图 1所示, 所述咖啡胶囊 12上设有凸缘, 所述卡接件 14呈 C字型, 所述卡接件 14上设有用于卡接咖啡胶囊 12的凸缘的卡接槽 14.1 在本发明中, 两个转动件 11均一端与冲泡组件 10转动连接。 在本实施例中, 转动件 11 与冲泡组件 10转动连接是指, 如图 2和图 3中所示, 所述冲泡组件 10的上端两侧分别设有 一个固定块 16, 所述每个固定块 16均连接有第一销轴 17, 所述转动件 11与第一销轴 17转 动连接。在冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9彼此间远离运动时, 第一销轴 17跟随冲泡组件 10—起远 离冲泡座 9, 卡接件 14绕第一销轴 17向内转动时带动同侧的卡接件 14向内转动;
在冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9彼此间靠近运动时,第一销轴 17跟随冲泡组件 10—起靠近冲 泡座 9, 转动件 11绕第一销轴 17向外侧转动并带动同侧的卡接件 14向外侧转动;
在冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9再次彼此间远离运动时,第一销轴 17跟随冲泡组件 10—起再 次远离冲泡座 9, 卡接件 14绕第一销轴 17向内转动时带动同侧的卡接件 14向内转动复位。
在本发明的一个未示出的实施例中, 所述转动件 11与冲泡组件 10铰接。
在本实施例中, 所述两个卡接件 14分别铰接在冲泡座 9的两侧, 且所述卡接件 14的一 端均与位于同侧的转动件 11 的另一端的用于限位的腰型孔 11.1活动连接。 所述腰型孔 11.1 为横截面由两端圆弧和连接两端圆弧的直线构成的通孔。
如图 5、图 7和图 9所示,所述卡接件 14的另一端设有与腰型孔 11.1配合的滑移轴 14.2 在本实施例中, 两根滑移轴 14.2与腰型孔 11.1的配合运动有两种运动方式: 一是滑移轴 14.2 在腰型孔 11.1 内转动, 满足使用的要求; 二是滑移轴 14.2在腰型孔 11.1 内来回滑动。 换句 话说, 所述滑移轴 14.2不仅可以与腰型孔 11.1配合将转动件 11的转动力传递给卡接件 14 从而使得转动件 11转动时带动卡接件 14转动;而且可以从腰型孔 11.1的一端移动到另一端。
如图 5所示为放入咖啡胶囊 12后冲泡组件 10开始向冲泡座 9靠近运动的其中一个结构 示意图。转动件 11带动卡接有咖啡胶囊 12的卡接件 14向外转动,卡接件 14上的滑移轴 14.2 位于远离冲泡组件 10的腰型孔 11.1的一端。
如图 7所示为冲泡组件 10向冲泡座 9靠近运动后酿造咖啡胶囊 12的结构示意图。 冲泡 组件 10向冲泡座 9靠近运动过程中, 与冲泡组件 10连接的转动件 11带动卡接件 14继续向 外转动到一定位置, 两个卡接件 14与咖啡胶囊 12脱离, 咖啡胶囊 12被套入冲泡组件 10内 冲泡咖啡, 冲泡组件 10继续向冲泡座 9方向运动, 酿造腔 10.1内的弹性件 15被逐渐压缩。 到冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9闭合时,所述咖啡胶囊 12在冲泡座 9与冲泡组件 10的共同作用下 酿造咖啡, 此时, 弹性件 15压缩量达到最大, 卡接件 14上的滑移轴 14.2也从远离冲泡组件 10的腰型孔 11.1的一端移动到靠近冲泡组件 10的腰型孔 11.1的另一端。
如图 9所示为咖啡胶囊 12在酿造完成后冲泡组件 10远离冲泡座 9运动的其中一个结构 示意图。 冲泡组件 10远离冲泡座 9运动过程中, 酿造腔 10.1内的弹性件 15逐渐恢复, 在弹 性力的作用下将冲泡后的咖啡胶囊 12的胶囊弹出。 冲泡组件 10继续远离冲泡座 9, 冲泡组 件 10与冲泡座 9之间的间隙逐渐变大, 到间隙足够大时, 冲泡后的咖啡胶囊 12在自身重力 的作用下从间隙自动掉落。 到冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9之间的距离达到最大时, 转动件 11带 动卡接件 14也向内转动复位以用于下一次冲泡。
, ra ra ra ^ , , , , , , 在本买施例中, 如图 1〜图 4、 图 6和图 8所 , 所述驱动组 包拈乎枘 1, 所述手柄 1 的一端为自由端, 另一端的中部连接有铰接块 2, 所述铰接块 2经第一转轴 3与冲泡座 9连 接; 手柄 1的另一端经第二转轴 4连接第一连杆 5的一端, 第一连杆 5的另一端经第三转轴 6与分设在冲泡座 9的两侧的两根第二连杆 7的一端连接, 两根第二连杆 7的另一端与冲泡 组件 10连接。
如图 2和图 4所示, 所述第二连杆 7经连接块 8与第三转轴 6连接, 所述连接块 8的一 端与第三转轴 6转动连接, 所述连接块 8的另一端与第二连杆 7铰接。
如图 1所示, 所述冲泡座 9上还设有分别对两个卡接件 14进行限位的两个限位块 18, 所述每个限位块 18上连接有第二销轴 20, 所述卡接件 14的中部套接在第二销轴 20上且与 第二销轴 20转动连接。在本实施例中, 所述限位块 18主要是对卡接件 14向内和向外的转动 角度进行限制。
如图 1所示, 所述第二销轴 20上套接有用于使卡接件 14复位的扭簧 19, 所述扭簧 19 的一端连接在限位块 18上, 所述扭簧 19的另一端连接在卡接件 14上。 在所述扭簧 19的弹 性力作用下, 所述两个卡接件 14配合卡接住咖啡胶囊 12后不易发生偏转而造成咖啡胶囊 12 掉落, 在卡接件 14复位时也更省力、 更快速。
在冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9彼此间远离运动时,卡接件 14绕第二销轴 20向内转动到卡接 位置并被限位块 18的内侧限位;
在冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9彼此间靠近运动时,卡接件 14绕第二销轴 20向外侧转动压缩 扭簧 19并被限位块 18的外缘限位;
当冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9再次彼此间远离运动时,在扭簧 19的复位力和卡接件 14的作 用下, 绕第二销轴 20向内转动复位并被限位块 18的内侧限位。
本发明的胶囊咖啡机的工作原理是: 如图 3、 图 4和图 5所示, 首先抬起手柄 1, 通过驱 动组件使得冲泡组件 10远离冲泡座 9运动从而打开胶囊咖啡机。 其次将咖啡胶囊 12从上面 放入冲泡座 9的上的两个卡接件 14的卡接槽 14.1内, 咖啡胶囊 12被卡接。然后压下手柄 1, 冲泡组件 10向着冲泡座 9的方向运动至完全闭合。 在冲泡组件 10向着冲泡座 9靠近的过程 中, 两个卡接件 14随着转动件 11向外转动, 转动件 11向外转动到一定角度时松开咖啡胶囊 12, 咖啡胶囊 12被套入冲泡组件 10的酿造腔 10.1 内, 并在冲泡组件 10进一步向冲泡座 9 靠近的过程中压缩位于酿造腔 10.1内的弹性件 15, 直至冲泡组件 10与冲泡座 9完全闭合。 闭合时, 卡接件 14转动到向外转动的最大角度并被限位块 18限位, 滑移轴 14.2滑至靠近冲 泡组件 10的腰型孔 11.1的一端。 闭合时, 咖啡胶囊 12进入冲泡组件 10的酿造腔 10.1内进 行酿造 (冲泡) 咖啡, 弹性件 15被压缩到最大量, 如图 6、 图 7所示。 酿造 (冲泡) 咖啡完 毕, 再次抬起手柄 1, 驱动组件使得冲泡组件 10远离冲泡座 9运动再次打开胶囊咖啡机。 两 个卡接件 14在转动件 11和扭簧 6的共同作用下向内旋转复位, 并再次被限位块 18限位, 以 待下次酿造 (冲泡) 咖啡时使用。 在冲泡组件 10远离冲泡座 9运动过程中, 冲泡组件 10内 的弹性体 15逐渐恢复, 在弹性力的作用下将酿造后只剩下胶囊的咖啡胶囊 12从酿造腔 10.1 内推出。 咖啡胶囊 12在重力作用下自动从冲泡座 9与冲泡组件 10之间的间隙掉出胶囊咖啡 机, 如图 8和图 9所示。 本发明的胶囊咖啡机的操作简便, 而且可适用于冲泡多种外形结构

虽然已经结合具体实施例对本发明进行了描述, 然而可以理解, 在不脱离本发明的范围 的情况下, 可以对其进行各种改进或替换。 尤其是, 只要不存在结构上的冲突, 各实施例中 的特征均可相互结合起来, 所形成的组合式特征仍属于本发明的范围内。 本发明并不局限于 文中公开的特定实施例, 而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
Claims
1 . 一种胶囊咖啡机, 包括可相对运动的冲泡座 (9)和冲泡组件 (10), 还包括:
分设在冲泡组件 (10)的两侧的两个转动件 (1 1), 各个转动件 (1 1)均在一端与冲泡组件 (10) 转动连接;
分别铰接在冲泡座 (9)的两侧的两个卡接件 (14),各个卡接件 (14)的一端与位于同侧的转动 件 (1 1)的另一端的限位结构活动连接;
在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)彼此间远离运动时, 两个转动件 (11)分别带动同侧的卡接件 (14)向内转动, 从而能够将咖啡胶囊 (12)卡接在两个卡接件 (14)之间;
在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)彼此间靠近运动时, 转动件 (1 1)带动卡接件 (14)向外转动并松 开咖啡胶囊 (12), 使得咖啡胶囊 (12)进入冲泡组件 (10)的酿造腔内进行咖啡的冲泡;
当冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)再次彼此间远离运动时,冲泡后的咖啡胶囊 (12)随着冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)之间的间隙变大而从间隙中掉落, 并且转动件 (1 1)带动卡接件 (14)向内转动而 复位。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 在所述冲泡组件 (10)的酿造腔 (10.1) 内设有用于弹出咖啡胶囊 (12)的弹性件 (15)。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述弹性件 (15)构造成冲泡组件 (10) 与冲泡座 (9)彼此间靠近运动时被压缩, 并在能够在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)再次彼此间远离 运动时通过复位力弹出咖啡胶囊 (12)。
4. 根据权利要求 1〜3 中任一项所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡组件 (10)与 冲泡座 (9)由驱动组件驱动做相对开合运动, 所述驱动组件包括手柄 (1), 所述手柄 (1)的一端为 自由端, 另一端的中部连接有铰接块 (2), 所述铰接块 (2)经第一转轴 (3)与冲泡座 (9)连接; 手 柄 (1)的另一端经第二转轴 (4)连接第一连杆 (5)的一端, 第一连杆 (5)的另一端经第三转轴 (6)与 分设在冲泡座 (9)的两侧的两根第二连杆 (7)的一端连接,两根第二连杆 (7)的另一端与冲泡组件 (10)连接。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述第二连杆 (7)经连接块 (8)与第 三转轴 (6)连接, 所述连接块 (8)的一端与第三转轴 (6)转动连接, 所述连接块 (8)的另一端与第 二连杆 (7)铰接。
6. 根据权利要求 1〜5 中任一项所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述转动件 (1 1)上的 限位结构为腰型孔 (1 1.1), 所述卡接件 (14)的另一端设有能够在腰型孔 (1 1.1)中运动的滑移轴
(14.2)。
7. 根据权利要求 1〜6 中任一项所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述卡接件 (14)呈 C 字型, 所述卡接件 (14)上设有用于卡接咖啡胶囊 (12)的卡接槽 (14.1)。
8. 根据权利要求 1〜7 中任一项所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡组件 (10)的 上端两侧上分别设有一个固定块 (16), 所述每个固定块 (16)均连接有第一销轴 (17), 所述转动 件 (1 1)与第一销轴 (17)转动连接。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于,

在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)彼此间靠近运动时, 第一销轴 (17)跟随冲泡组件 (10)—起靠近 冲泡座 (9), 转动件 (11)绕第一销轴 (17)向外侧转动并带动同侧的卡接件 (14)向外侧转动; 在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)再次彼此间远离运动时, 第一销轴 (17)跟随冲泡组件 (10)—起 再次远离冲泡座 (9), 卡接件 (14)绕第一销轴 (17)向内转动时带动同侧的卡接件 (14)向内转动复 位。
10. 根据权利要求 1〜9 中任一项所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述冲泡座 (9)上设 有分别对两个卡接件 (14)进行限位的两个限位块 (18), 所述每个限位块 (18)上连接有第二销轴 (20), 所述卡接件 (14)的中部套接在第二销轴 (20)上且与第二销轴 (20)转动连接。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述第二销轴 (20)上套接有用于 使卡接件 (14)复位的扭簧 (19), 所述扭簧 (19)的一端连接在限位块 (18)上, 所述扭簧 (19)的另一 端连接在卡接件 (14)上。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的胶囊咖啡机, 其特征在于,
在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)彼此间远离运动时, 卡接件 (14)绕第二销轴 (20)向内转动到卡 接位置并被限位块 (18)的内侧限位;
在冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)彼此间靠近运动时, 卡接件 (14)绕第二销轴 (20)向外侧转动压 缩扭簧 (19)并被限位块 (18)的外缘限位;
当冲泡组件 (10)与冲泡座 (9)再次彼此间远离运动时, 在扭簧 (19)的复位力和卡接件 (14)的 作用下, 绕第二销轴 (20)向内转动复位并被限位块 (18)的内侧限位。
