现有技术中, 用户在分享信息时, 首先需要主动的登录社交网络, 然后编辑要分享 的信息, 通过网络发布分享的信息。 而且随着智能手机等移动终端的迅速发展, 人们开 始更多的在手机上安装相应的软件, 采用手机登陆社交网络, 就可以随时随地的发布分 享的信息。
然而, 现在的社交网络虽然给人们带来了崭新的生活方式, 然而, 由于用户忙碌的 工作或生活, 这样对于用户来说, 登录社交网络、 编辑分享的信息以及将该分享信息发 布出去的操作很是繁琐, 使得用户发布分享的信息不是很方便。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的方法和移动终端,所述移动终端能够自 动进行信息的发布, 从而减少用户的操作, 方便用户的使用。
第一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的方法, 该方法包括: 接收用户的操作信息;
当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 向预定的服务器发送 信息发布指示消息, 所述信息发布指示消息中至少包括所述预定的服务器的地址、 所述 用户的账户信息和所述操作信息, 以使得所述预定的服务器根据所述账户信息将所述操 作信息发进行布。 在第一种可能的实现方式中, 根据第一方面, 该方法还包括: 在所述接收用户的操 作信息之前, 设置所述预设的操作信息的类型。
在第二种可能的实现方式中, 结合第一方面或第一种可能的实现方式, 该方法还包 括:
当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息类型匹配时,在向预定的服务器发 送信息发布指示消息前, 存储所述用户的操作信息;

本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的方法, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括: 101、 移动终端接收用户的操作信息。
其中, 所述移动终端可以是手机或平板电脑等终端。
这里需要说明的是, 所述移动终端可以接收所述移动终端的硬件模块发送的用户 的操作信息, 当然也可以接收所述移动终端安装的软件模块发送的用户的操作信息。 对 此本发明实施例不作具体限定。
举例来说, 当用户对手机进行操作, 选择手机播放音乐 A时, 手机的音频模块或 者手机中安装的音乐播放器向所述移动终端发送正在播放的音乐 A的操作信息。
102、 当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息的类型匹配时, 所述移动终 端向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息,所述信息发布指示消息至少包括预定的服务 器地址、 所述用户的账户信息和所述操作信息, 以使得所述预定的服务器根据所述账户 信息将所述操作信息进行发布。

其中, 所述预定的服务器的地址可以是微博、 博客等发布网络日志的社交网络的 服务器的地址。
这里需要说明的是, 预定的服务器可以是用户设定的任一服务器, 当然也可以是 所述移动终端出厂设置的任一服务器。所述接收用户的操作信息的终端与该预定的服务 器建立连接后可以访问服务器,所述预定的服务器也可以向所述接收用户的操作信息的 终端发送信息。
所述账户信息为用户登录该预定的服务器的信息,例如登录用户名和密码等信息。 举例来说, 如图 7左侧所示, 假若用户 A是新浪微博的用户, 用户名为 AA, 用户
A的手机正在播放音乐 " CC" , 这样所述信息发布指示消息中包括有新浪微博的服务器 地址, 以及用户名为 AA的账户信息和用户 AA正在收听音乐 " CC" 的操作信息。 如图 7 右侧所示, 所述预定的服务器将所述包括有用户 AA正在收听音乐 " CC" 的操作信息发 布到新浪微博。这样当用户 KK浏览朋友微博时,能够分享到朋友 AA正在收听的音乐" CC" 的信息。
本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的方法, 该方法包括: 移动终端接收到用 户的操作信息后, 当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息的类型匹配时, 移动 终端自动的向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息,所述信息发布指示消息至少包括预 定的服务器地址、 账户信息和所述操作信息, 指示所述服务器根据所述账户信息将所述 操作信息进行发布。 这样基于本发明实施例描述的方案, 用户发布信息时, 不再需要用 户主动编辑要分享的信息, 然后发送给服务器, 而是可以在所述用户的操作信息类型与 预设的操作信息类型相匹配时,移动终端自动的将包括所述用户的操作信息的信息发布 指示消息发送给服务器, 指示服务器对该用户的操作信息进行发布, 进而减少了用户的 操作, 方便用户的使用。
实施例二、
本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的方法, 如图 2所示, 所述方法包括: 201、 移动终端设置所述预设的操作信息的类型。
其中, 所述移动终端可以是手机或平板电脑等终端。
为了提高用户体验, 用户可以根据自身的需要或个人喜好自由设置自动发布的操 作信息的类型。
如图 3所示为用户设置预设的操作信息类型的界面。 从图中可以看出用户设置的 预设的操作信息的类型包括音频信息、 视频信息类型, 则移动终端在接收到所述用户的 操作信息类型是音频信息或视频信息类型时,可以随时随地的向网络侧的预定的服务器 发送该操作信息, 使得所述预定的服务器将所述用户的操作信息进行发布, 供其它用户 分享用户喜好的音乐、 影视作品等, 而对于用户未设置的操作信息的类型, 当所述移动 终端接收到未设置的类型的操作信息时, 所述移动终端不予以发布, 恰当的保护了用户 的隐私。
其中, 所述预设的操作信息类型包括以下信息类型的至少一种: 通话信息、 音频 信息、 视频信息、 网络信息、 位置信息和图片信息和软件操作信息等类型。
所述通话信息类型包括短信、 语音通话和视频通话的信息类型; 所述音频信息类 型包括音乐播放器、 录音机、 收音机等录制或播放音频的信息类型; 所述视频信息类型 包括各种多媒体播放器录制或播放的电影、 电视剧及各种视频影像的信息类型; 所述网 络信息类型指用户浏览网页、 网络下载, 网络游戏、 网络聊天、 网络分享、 网络买卖等 各种用户在互联网上进行活动的信息类型; 所述位置信息类型主要包括用户所在的位置 或者从一个地方移动到另一个地方的位置变化的信息类型,例如在主要活动的场所之间 的移动, 例如从家到办公室的位置变化的信息; 所述图片信息类型主要为使用拍摄的图 片或者对已有图片的操作信息类型; 所述软件操作信息类型包括用户登陆、 更新或注销 某款软件等的信息类型。

这里需要说明的是, 所述移动终端可以接收所述移动终端的硬件模块发送的用户 的操作信息, 当然也可以接收所述移动终端安装的软件模块发送的用户的操作信息。 对 此本发明实施例不作具体限定。

其中, 所述预定的服务器地址可以是微博、 博客等发布网络日志的社交网络的服 务器的地址。
这里需要说明的是, 预定的服务器可以是用户设定的任一服务器, 当然也可以是 所述移动终端出厂设置的任一服务器。所述接收用户的操作信息的终端与该预定的服务 器建立连接后可以访问服务器,所述预定的服务器也可以向所述接收用户的操作信息的 终端发送信息。
所述账户信息为用户登录该预定的服务器的信息,例如登录用户名和密码等信息。 举例来说, 假若用户 A是新浪微博的用户, 用户名为 AA, 用户 A的手机正在播放 音乐, 这样所述信息发布指示消息中包括有新浪微博的服务器地址, 以及用户名为 AA 的账户信息和包括播放音乐的操作信息。
优选的, 当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 在向预定 的服务器发送信息发布指示消息前,所述移动终端可以将所述操作信息转化为文本格式 或图片格式的信息。
例如, 用户 A是新浪微博的用户, 用户 A新浪微博的用户名为 AA, 用户 A为了能 自动在新浪微博中分享自己的音乐信息,那么所述移动终端中预定的服务器地址是新浪 微博的服务器地址。 这样所述移动终端接收到音频模块正在播放歌曲 "CC"的操作信息 后, 所述移动终端可以将所述正在播放歌曲 "CC"的操作信息转化为图片格式发送给预 定的播放器, 具体如图 8右侧所示, 所述预定的服务器将所述包括图片格式的用户 AA 正在收听音乐 "CC"的操作信息发布到新浪微博。 这样当用户 AA的朋友 KK浏览朋友微 博时, 能够通过图片的格式分享到朋友 AA正在收听的音乐 "CC" 的信息。
需要说明的是, 本发明对所述操作信息转化的格式不作具体限定。
进一步的, 所述移动终端还可以在预设时间后, 当接收到的用户的操作信息类型 与预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 所述移动终端可以先存储所述用户的操作信息。 在预设 的时间内, 所述移动终端可能存储有多条用户的操作信息。 在预设的时间后, 所述移动 终端向所述预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息,其中所述信息发布指示消息中包括的 操作信息是所述移动终端中存储的操作信息。
这样, 移动终端不需要在接收到用户的操作信息后, 只要该操作信息与预设的操 作信息类型匹配, 就将包括该操作信息的信息发布指示消息发送给所述预定的服务器。 而是在预设的时间后,将存储在所述终端中的所有操作信息一并发送给所述预定的服务 器, 从而减少了所述终端的发送次数, 减少了所述移动终端的工作量。
所述预设的时间还可以是某一时刻值, 所述移动终端在某一时刻, 将包括所述移 动终端存储的用户的操作信息的信息发布指示消息发送给所述预定的服务器。
当然, 所述预设的时间可以是某一时间段, 所述移动终端在每过某一时间段后, 将所述移动终端存储的用户的操作信息的信息发布指示消息发送给所述预定的服务器。
本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的方法, 该方法首先设置所述预设的操作 信息的类型。 然后在接收用户的操作信息后, 将所述用户的操作信息类型与所述预设的 操作信息的类型进行匹配, 当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息的类型匹配 时, 向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息, 指示所述预定的服务器根据所述账户信息 将所述操作信息进行发布。 这样基于本发明实施例描述的方案, 用户发布共享信息时, 不需要主动编辑要分享的信息, 然后发送给服务器, 而是可以根据用户个人的喜好或需 要, 首先设置预设的操作信息类型, 即用户需要发布的共享信息的类型。 这样在所述用 户的操作信息类型与预设的操作信息类型相匹配时, 终端能够自动的将包括所述用户的 操作信息的信息发布指示消息发送所述预定的给服务器,指示服务器对该用户的操作信 息进行发布, 进而减少了用户的操作, 方便用户的使用。
实施例三、
本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的移动终端 50, 如图 4所示, 包括: 接收 单元 51、 匹配单元 52和发送单元 53。

其中, 所述移动终端 50可以是手机或平板电脑等终端。

本实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的移动终端, 该终端包括: 接收单元、 匹配单 元和发送单元。 其中所述接收单元, 用于接收用户的操作信息。 在所述接收单元接收到 用户的操作信息后,所述匹配单元用于将所述用户的操作信息类型和所述预设的操作信 息类型进行匹配, 若所述用户的操作信息类型和所述预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 所述 发送单元用于自动向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息,所述信息发布指示消息至少 包括预定的服务器地址、 所述用户的账户信息和所述操作信息, 以使得指示所述服务器 根据所述账号信息将所述操作信息发布到所述服务器上。这样基于本发明实施例描述的 方案, 用户发布信息时, 不需要通过所述终端编辑要分享的信息, 然后发送给服务器, 而可以是所述终端自动对用户的操作信息和预设的操作信息进行匹配,然后自动指示所 述预定的服务器将与所述预设的操作信息匹配的操作信息进行发布,进而减少了用户的 操作, 方便了用户的使用。

可选的, 所述接收器 72, 还用于接收设置的预设的操作信息的类型。
所述处理器 73,还用于将所述设置的预设的操作信息的类型存储在所述存储器 71 中。
可选的,所述处理器 73,还用于将所述接收器 72接收的用户的操作信息存储在所 述存储器 71中。
所述存储器 71, 还用于存储所述用户的操作信息。
所述发送器 74,还用于在预设的时间后,从所述存储器 71中获取所述用户的操作 信息, 向所述服务器发送信息发布指示消息。
可选的, 处理器 73, 还用于将所述操作信息转化为文本格式或图片格式的信息。 为了节约篇幅, 此次不在赘述。 未揭示的技术细节请参考本发明实施例二。
本发明实施例提供了一种自动发布信息的终端, 包括: 存储器、 接收器、 处理器 和发送器。 所述存储器用于存储所述预设的操作信息类型、 所述预定的服务器的地址、 所述用户的账户信息, 在所述接收器接收到用户的操作信息后, 将所述操作信息发送给 所述处理器。 然后所述处理器接收所述接收器发送的所述操作信息, 从所述存储器中获 取所述预设的操作信息的类型,对所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息的类型 进行匹配, 当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息的类型相匹配, 将所述用户 的操作信息发送给所述发送器。 所述发送器接收到所述处理器发送的所述操作信息, 并 从所述存储器中获取所述预定服务器的地址、 所述用户的账户信息, 自动向所述预定的 服务器发送信息发布指示消息,指示所述服务器根据所述账号账户信息将所述操作信息 发布到所述服务器上。 这样用户发布共享信息时, 不需要主动编辑要分享的信息, 然后 发送给服务器。 故可以减少用户的操作, 方便用户的使用。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过 程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程 序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: R0M、 RAM, 磁 碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此, 任 何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到变化或替换, 都 应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范 围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种自动发布信息的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收用户的操作信息;
当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息的类型匹配时, 向预定的服务器发 送信息发布指示消息, 所述信息发布指示消息中至少包括所述预定的服务器的地址、 所 述用户的账户信息和所述操作信息, 以使得所述预定的服务器根据所述账户信息将所述 操作信息进行发布。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述接收用户的操作信息之前, 该方法还包括:
设置所述预设的操作信息的类型。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户的操作信息的类型 与预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 且在向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息前, 该方法 还包括:
存储所述用户的操作信息;
在预设的时间后, 向所述预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3 中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设的操作信息的 类型包括以下信息类型的至少一种: 移动终端的通话信息、 音频信息、 视频信息、 网络 信息、 位置信息、 图片信息和软件操作信息类型。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述用户的操作信息 的类型与预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 在向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息前, 该 方法还包括:
将所述操作信息转化为文本格式或图片格式的信息。
6、 一种自动发布信息的移动终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收单元、 匹配单元和发 送单元;
所述接收单元, 用于接收用户的操作信息;
所述匹配单元, 用于对所述用户的操作信息的类型和预设的操作信息类型进行匹 配;
所述发送单元, 用于当所述用户的操作信息的类型与预设的操作信息类型匹配时, 向预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消息,所述信息发布指示消息至少包括所述预定的服 务器的地址、 所述用户的账户信息和所述操作信息, 以使得所述预定的服务器根据所述 账户信息将所述操作信息进行发布。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 设置单元; 所述设置单元, 用于设置所述预设的操作信息的类型。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储单元; 所述存储单元, 用于存储所述接收单元接收的所述用户的操作信息;
所述发送单元, 还用于在预设的时间后, 向所述预定的服务器发送信息发布指示消 息。
9、 根据权利要求 6-8 中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述预设的操作信息的 类型包括以下信息类型的至少一种: 移动终端的通话信息、 音频信息、 视频信息、 网络 信息、 位置信息、 图片信息和软件操作信息类型。
10、 根据权利要求 6-9中任一项所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 转换单元; 所述转换单元, 用于将所述操作信息转化为文本格式或图片格式的信息。
