Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for rehabilitating sections of non-circular sewers between two inspection shafts with winding tubes wound from profile strip, in which the abutting edges of consecutive pipe turns of the wound profile strips made of plastic to dense connections latched into the to be rehabilitated sewer insertable winding tube; it further relates to an apparatus for carrying out this method.
- sewers As part of the wastewater discharge usually sewers are used, which are assembled from concrete pipes. These concrete pipes are subject to corrosion by the sewage, so that from time to time renovations are necessary.
- This is u. a. known to use winding tubes wound from extruded plastic profiles.
- a channel sections between two inspection shafts is selected, in which such a winding tubes is introduced until the end of the section of the sewer to be rehabilitated is reached.
- To form the winding tube of the supplied through the inspection shaft profile strip is placed in pipe turns and the abutting edges of successive pipe turns of adjacent profile strips locked to dense connections.
- a manufacturing apparatus for this purpose disclose DE 696 36 214 T2 and EP 2 085 209 A1.
- the profile strip made of plastic is fed to a winding former, which is fixedly arranged in the region of the mouth of the sewer to be rehabilitated, and in which the profiled strip is placed in pipe turns and the edge regions of adjacent pipe turns are overlapped.
- a winding former which is fixedly arranged in the region of the mouth of the sewer to be rehabilitated, and in which the profiled strip is placed in pipe turns and the edge regions of adjacent pipe turns are overlapped.
- the invention thus raises the problem of proposing a method for rehabilitating even non-circular concrete channels by means of such plastic profile strips and to provide a corresponding device in which the disadvantages of the prior art are avoided.
- the winding tube is formed from tube turns of a profile strip, which are joined together by a wrapper rotating on a guide rail so that abutting edge regions are brought together and locked.
- a Wickelfertiger is installed in a revision chamber at the bottom of a first inspection shaft, which has a cross-sectional shape of the channel to be rehabilitated adapted guide rail and a peripheral winding former, and which is installed in front of the mouth of the section to be rehabilitated the channel.
- These can be provided against the walls of the inspection chamber or the ceiling and floor directed supports. If these supports are mounted on rails, this allows a displacement corresponding to the production progress. In this case, the retraction of the finished winding tube section takes place discontinuously each in the displacement possibility corresponding pieces.
- a certain mobility of the winding device can also be achieved by hanging the guide rail about chains.
- a Wickelformer On the inside of the guide rail, a Wickelformer is arranged, which engages around the guide rail with C-profiles laterally and is held on the outside of the guide rail seated Häifungsrollen at this so that it can rotate along the guide rail.
- the guide rail is advantageously assembled from several jumbled together juxtaposed individual pieces, so that the winding former regardless of their shape smoothly rotate on the guide rail and can move the profile strip when it circulates.
- this profile strip is fed to the former by the first inspection shaft, in the former to form tube turns whose shape corresponds to the shape of the guide rail. together.
- the edge region of adjacent pipe turns are locked overlapping each other. Since the winding former follows the guide rail during its movement, each of the shaped pipe turns corresponds to the shape of the guide rail and thus also to the cross-sectional shape of the channel section to be rehabilitated.
- the winding tube is extended by the width of the profile strip minus the overlap width with each revolution of the Wickelformers.
- the interconnected edge regions are adhesively bonded, at least in the region of one of the nested grooves, with sealing compound or adhesive.
- the predetermined by the guide rail shape of the winding tube is advantageously additionally secured by steel wire insert. In this way, a liquid-tight and in itself particularly stable winding tube is obtained.
- the winding former has a strip inlet, through which the profile strip is fed.
- a profile roller ensures that the grooves of the edge region of the last completed pipe turns of the winding tube lie against the adjacent edge region of the supplied profile strip, lock the profiles of both profile strips by means of pressing against the profile strip friction rollers and bring in the predetermined by the guide rail shape.
- the Wickelformer is provided with at least one drive.
- the pressure rollers interact with profiled counter-rollers.
- the turns facing the upper side of the body of the Wickelformers profiled. In these profiles, the outward profiling of the assembled profile strip is pressed and locked.

- the energy supply preferably takes place close to the center of the guide rail.
- the energy supply preferably takes place close to the center of the guide rail.
- the energy is supplied through the channel section to be rehabilitated. Since in this case the electrical or hydraulic lines run to the stationarily arranged Wickelfertiger, these are also stationary.

- the guide rail is provided with a corrugation or a toothing, which interacts with the output gear of the auxiliary drive to provide the necessary for the desired movement adhesion.
- This auxiliary drive is advantageous hinged to the connecting the preformer and the final paver rocker and thus also against these swivel.
- the profile strip used for refurbishment is removed from a supply roll at the mouth of the (first) inspection shaft so that the rotation of the profile strip occurring during each revolution of the rewinder is canceled.
- the profile strip is withdrawn from the standing and held in position drum similar to a streamer, each of the withdrawn drum windings compensates for a caused by the circulation of the winding former Torsionswindung.
