Abstract

一种电连接件(30)及使用该电连接件(30)的LED灯(100)。电连接件(30)用于LED灯(100)的光源基板(20)与驱动板(40)之间的电连接,包括输入端子(32)和输出端子(34)。LED灯(100)包括驱动板(40)和光源基板(20)。输出端子(34)设置在LED灯(100)的驱动板(40)上,光源基板(20)对应输入端子(32)设有固定孔(22)。输入端子(32)固定在光源基板(20)的固定孔(22)内并与光源基板(20)电连接。输出端子(34)包括两个触头(342),两个触头(342)的一端分别与驱动板(40)电连接。输入端子(32)包括两个连接头,两个连接头分别对应两个触头(342)设置。两个连接头的一端分别与光源基板(20)电连接。组装时,输出端子(34)的两个触头(342)分别插设在输入端子(32)对应的两个连接头内,两个连接头分别弹性地抵接两个触头(342)。电连接件(30)具有便于自动化组装的优点。

Description

电连接件及使用该电连接件的LED灯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电结构以及使用该导电结构的照明灯具,特别涉及一种电连接件以及使用该电连接件的 LED 灯。
背景技术
传统的 LED 照明灯是通过将导线从驱动电路板上引出,穿过灯头端面与光源基板电连接,从而为光源基板上的 LED 芯片供电。例如,公布日为 2012 年 11 月 28 日,申请号为 201210276961.6 的中国发明专利申请揭示了一种对流散热式 LED 灯泡,该 LED 灯泡包括灯头、驱动电路、导热柱、以及设置在导热柱外壁上的 LED 。该驱动电路通过其引出的两条导线分别焊接在导热柱的电极端子上从而实现为导热柱外壁的 LED 供电。
然而,由于导线属于柔性质地的导电材料,因此在生产组装过程中,必须通过人工作业将导线的两端分别焊接在驱动电路板和导热柱上。这就使得该 LED 灯泡在生产过程中无法完全实现自动化组装。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单,适于自动化组装的电连接件及使用该电连接件的 LED 灯。
本发明采用的技术方案之一为: 一种电连接件,用于 LED 灯的光源基板与驱动板之间的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,该 LED 灯包括驱动板和光源基板,该输出端子设置在该 LED 灯的驱动板上,该输入端子设置在该 LED 灯的光源基板上并与该光源基板电连接,该输出端子包括两个触头,所述两个触头的一端分别与该驱动板电连接,该输入端子包括两个连接头,所述两个连接头分别对应所述两个触头设置,所述两个连接头的一端分别与该光源基板电连接,组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子对应的两个连接头内,所述两个连接头分别弹性地抵接所述两个触头。
本发明采用的技术方案之二为:一种 LED 灯,包括电连接件,该电连接件用于 LED 灯的光源基板与驱动板之间的电连接,该电连接件包括输入端子和输出端子,该 LED 灯包括驱动板和光源基板,该输出端子设置在该 LED 灯的驱动板上,该输入端子设置在该 LED 灯的光源基板上并与该光源基板电连接,该输出端子包括两个触头,所述两个触头的一端分别与该驱动板电连接,该输入端子包括两个连接头,所述两个连接头分别对应所述两个触头设置,所述两个连接头的一端分别与该光源基板电连接,组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子对应的两个连接头内,所述两个连接头分别弹性地抵接所述两个触头。该 LED 灯的驱动板垂直固接在该光源基板底部。
与现有技术相比,该LED 灯使用了该电连接件使得该驱动板与该光源基板电连接。该电连接件包括输入端子和输出端子,该输入端子设置在该LED灯的光源基板上并通过该输入端子的两个连接头与该光源基板电连接;该输出端子的两个触头分别于该驱动板电连接。组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子连接头内,该连接头弹性的夹持两个触头。由于该输入端子和输出端子的电连接过程完全通过机械连接方式,而不需要手动穿线和焊接,这就使得该LED灯在组装时,可以设定将该驱动板轴向插设入该光源基板的输入端子内,从而完成二者电连接,而无需通过焊接来完成,从而可以实现自动化生产。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
图 1 为本发明第一实施例电连接件及使用该电连接件的 LED 灯的立体分解图,该 LED 灯 100 包括一灯泡壳 10 、一光源基板 20 、一电连接件 30 、一驱动板 40 和一灯头 50 。该灯泡壳 10 罩设在该光源基板 20 上。该光源基板 20 设置在该灯头 50 的端面。该驱动板 40 设置在该灯头 50 的内部,该驱动板 40 通过该电连接件 30 与该光源基板 20 形成电连接。
请参考图 1 、图 3 和图 4 ,该电连接件 30 包括一输入端子 32 和一输出端子 34 。该输入端子 32 包括一绝缘外壳 322 、两个插孔 324 和两个连接头。该绝缘外壳 322 为塑料材质制成。该绝缘外壳 322 成方形结构。这两个插孔 324 并排设置在该绝缘外壳 322 的端面中央。每个插孔 324 均呈'工'字型结构。每个插孔 324 包括两个卡接区 3242 和一个连通区 3244 ,这两个卡接区 3242 分设在该插孔 324 的两端,且由该连通区 3244 互相连通在一起。 每个连接头由两个弹片 326 构成,每个弹片 326 均为导电金属一体成型而成,该导电金属材质可以是弹簧钢、铜片等。每个弹片 326 包括一个导电端 3262 和一个夹持端 3264 ,该导电端 3262 穿过该输入端子 32 的绝缘外壳 322 与该光源基板 322 的电极电连接,该夹持端 3264 呈 V 字型结构。每个弹片 326 的导电端 3262 卡接在该插孔 324 的卡接区 3242 内,每个弹片 326 的夹持端 3264 延伸到该连通区 3244 ,每个连接头的弹片 326 的夹持端 3264 在该连通区 3244 内两两相对并互相抵持。
请参考图 1 ,该光源基板 20 包括一个固定孔 22 、多个 LED 光源 24 和四个电极 26 。该固定孔 22 对应该输入端子 32 的绝缘外壳 322 设置在该光源基板 20 中央,该绝缘外壳 322 收容在该固定块内。这些 LED 光源 24 围绕该固定孔 22 呈等角度圆周排布。这些电极 26 对应该输入端子 32 的导电端 3264 设置在该固定孔 22 的两个对边外。这些 LED 光源 24 围成的最小内径大于这些电极 26 围成的最大外径。该输入端子 32 的导电端 3264 分别焊接在该光源基板 20 的四个电极 26 上。该输入端子 32 的绝缘外壳 322 嵌接在该光源基板的固定孔 22 内,从而使得该光源基板 20 上的 LED 光源 24 围绕该输入端子 32 呈等角度圆周排布。
请参考图 1 、图 2 、图 3 和图 4 ,该电连接件 30 的输出端子 34 包括两个触头 342 、一支撑套 344 、和两个定位柱 346 。这两个触头 342 为 L 型金属插针,这两个触头 342 中部还设有卡接部 3422 。该卡接部 3422 为方形结构。该支撑套 342 由绝缘材料制成。该支撑套 342 端面对应这些触头 342 的卡接部 3422 设有通孔 3442 。这些触头 342 通过将该卡接部 3422 插设在该通孔 3442 中从而固定在该支撑套 344 内。组装后,这些触头的两端分别伸出该支撑套 344 之外。这两个定位柱 346 设置在该支撑套 344 的一个侧面。这两个定位柱 346 的方向与该支撑套 344 的通孔 3442 互相垂直。
请参考图 1 ,该驱动板 40 包括两个电极和两个定位孔 42 。这两个电极设置在该驱动板 40 的一边边缘处。这两个定位孔 42 对应该输出端子 34 的定位柱 346 设置在该驱动板 40 上。该输出端子 34 通过将定位柱 346 插设在该驱动板 40 的定位孔 42 中,从而使得该输出端子 34 的触头 342 一端分别于该驱动板 40 上的电极互相定位。该输出端子 34 的触头 342 一端焊接在该驱动板 40 的电极上。
请参考图 5 ,组装时,将该驱动板 40 的输出端子 34 从该灯头 50 内部轴向插设到该光源基板 20 的输入端子 32 内,从而使得该输入端子 32 的夹持端 3262 从两个相对的方向一起弹性的夹持该输出端子 34 的触头 342 ,形成接触电连接。
综上所述, 该 LED 灯 100 使用了该电连接件 30 使得该驱动板 40 与该光源基板 20 电连接。该电连接件 30 包括输入端子 32 和输出端子 34 ,该输入端子 32 设置在该 LED 灯 100 的光源基板 20 上并通过该输入端子 32 的两个连接头与该光源基板 20 电连接;该输出端子 34 的两个触头 342 分别于该驱动板 40 电连接。组装时,该输出端子 34 的两个触头 342 分别插设在该输入端子 32 连接头内,该连接头弹性的夹持两个触头 342 。由于该输入端子 32 和输出端子 34 均采用刚性材料,其电连接过程完全通过机械连接方式,而不需要手动穿线和焊接,这就使得该 LED 灯 100 在组装时,可以设定将该驱动板 40 的输出端子 34 轴向插设入该光源基板 20 的输入端子 32 内,从而完成二者电连接,而无需通过焊接来完成,从而可以实现自动化生产。此外,该输入端子 32 还设置了绝缘外壳 322 ,该绝缘外壳 322 上设有插孔 324 。该输入端子 32 的弹片 326 的夹持端 3262 卡接在该插孔 324 内,从而固定在该绝缘外壳 322 上,并穿过该插孔 324 在该插孔 324 的连通区 3244 内两两相对并互相抵持,这就使得两个相抵持的夹持端 3262 被设置在该绝缘外壳 322 内部,从而夹持该输出端子 34 的触头 342 时能够保护该电连接状态,使该电连接件工作更稳定。即便该 LED 灯 100 受到震动,该触头 342 仍然能被弹性的夹持,从而保证稳定的电连接。进一步的,该输出端子 34 上设置了定位柱 346 ,该驱动板 40 顶部侧面设有电极且对应该输出端子 34 设有支撑套 344 ,该支撑套 344 用于保护细长的触头 342 ,以免发生弯折变形。该支撑套 344 上设有两个定位柱 346 。该驱动板 40 的侧壁对应这些定位柱 346 设有定位孔 42 ,从而使得该输出端子 34 的支撑套 344 通过这些定位柱 346 插设在对应的定位孔 42 内以使得该输出端子 34 的触头 342 一端能与该驱动板 40 的电极互相定位,以便于自动化生产中过波峰焊或回流焊一次性焊接起来。
除此之外,该电连接件的输入端子可以只采用一个弹片作为连接头。 该弹片包括导电端和夹持端,该夹持端呈 V 字型结构,该输入端子还包括两个' T '字型插孔,每个插孔包括一个卡接区和一个连通区,该弹片的夹持端卡接在该插孔的卡接区内,并穿过该插孔延伸至该连通区,与该插孔内壁相抵持。该连接头的 V 字型夹持端的一端与该导电端连接,另一端弹性的抵接该输出端子 34 的触头 342 ,从而实现稳固的电连接。采用这种方式电连接可以减少用料,降低生产成本,同时使得该电连接件的结构更简单。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电连接件,用于 LED 灯的光源基板与驱动板之间的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,该 LED 灯包括驱动板和光源基板,其特征在于:该输出端子设置在该 LED 灯的驱动板上,该光源基板对应该输入端子设有固定孔,该输入端子固定在该光源基板的固定孔内并与该光源基板电连接,该输出端子包括两个触头,所述两个触头的一端分别与该驱动板电连接,该输入端子包括两个连接头,所述两个连接头分别对应所述两个触头设置,所述两个连接头的一端分别与该光源基板电连接,组装时,该输出端子的两个触头分别插设在该输入端子对应的两个连接头内,所述两个连接头分别弹性地抵接所述两个触头。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:每个连接头由两个弹片构成,所述弹片均为导电金属一体成型而成,每个弹片包括导电端和夹持端,该导电端与该光源基板的电极电连接,该夹持端呈 V 字型结构。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输入端子还包括 绝缘外壳及两个插孔,该绝缘外壳收容在该固定孔内,该两个插孔设置在该绝缘外壳上,每个插孔 包括两个卡接区和一个连通区,每个弹片的导电端卡接在该插孔的卡接区内,所述弹片的夹持端在该连通区内两两相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:所述插孔为'工'字型结构。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:每个连接头由一个弹片构成,该弹片由导电金属一体成型而成,该弹片包括导电端和夹持端,该夹持端呈 V 字型结构,该夹持端弹性的抵接所述触头。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该光源基板还包括正负电极,所述电极对应该输入端子的导电端设置在该固定孔之外,该输入端子的导电端与对应的电极电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 或 5 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输出端子还包括支撑套,该输入端子的触头为 L 型金属插针,该触头插设在该支撑套内,该支撑套固定在该驱动板上。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的电连接件,其特征在于:所述触头中部还设有卡接部,该支撑套对应该卡接部设有插槽,所述触头通过所述卡接部插设在该插槽内从而固接在该支撑套内。
  9. 一种使用权利要求 1 至 8 中任一项所述的电连接件的 LED 灯,其特征在于:该驱动板轴向固接在该光源基板底部。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的 LED 灯,其特征在于:还包括多个 LED 光源,所述 LED 光源围绕设置在该光源基板上的输入端子呈等角度圆周排布。
