图 6是根据本发明实施例的群组资源释放系统的结构框图; 图 7是根据本发明优选实施例的群组资源释放方法的流程图; 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的群组资源释放方法的交互流程图一; 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的群组资源释放方法的交互流程图二。 具体实施方式 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相 互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 本发明实施例提供了一种群组资源释放方法, 图 1是根据本发明实施例一的群组 资源释放方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S102, eNB在该 eNB的群组小区中确定需要释放群组资源的目标小区; 步骤 S104, eNB向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释放指 示消息用于指示目标小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB为目标小区分配的群组资源。 通过上述步骤, eNB在该 eNB的群组小区中确定需要释放群组资源的目标小区; eNB向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释放指示消息用于指示 目标小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB为目标小区分配的群组资源。 针对 eNB级的群组 资源 (即组呼资源) 释放, 通过释放组呼资源中无效的组呼资源, 解决了集群组呼中 的组呼资源释放速度慢, 利用率低的问题, 有效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的利用率。 实际上, 目标小区在释放群组资源时, 会在该小区的共享信道中发送小区资源释 放的消息, 如果该小区内有用户设备(User Equipment, 简称为 UE), 小区内 UE收到 该消息后会释放 UE自己的资源。 优选地, eNB向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息可以包括以下步骤: eNB判 断目标小区是否是当前组呼中最后一个小区; 如果目标小区不是当前组呼中最后一个 小区, eNB向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息; 如果目标小区是当前组呼中最后 一个小区, eNB向集群核心网发送组上下文释放请求, eNB接收到来自集群核心网的 组上下文释放命令后, 向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 组上下文释放 请求用于请求释放 eNB的群组小区的群组资源。采用该方法, 在小区是当前组呼中的 最后一个小区时, 释放该群组的组呼资源, 从而进一步提高了组呼资源的利用率。
在实施过程中, 在 eNB向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息之后, 该方法还可 以包括以下步骤: eNB接收来自目标小区的群组资源释放完成消息; eNB向集群核心 网发送邻区资源更新消息, 其中, 邻区资源更新消息包括 eNB的群组小区资源建立信 息,邻区资源更新消息用于指示目标小区的邻区所在的 eNB将目标小区的资源更新到 空口。 采用该方法, 能够及时向集群核心网报告资源释放后的 eNB的资源信息, 使释 放的组呼资源得到充分的利用。 在上述步骤, 即: 在 eNB向集群核心网发送邻区资源更新消息之后, 该方法还可 以包括以下步骤: 集群核心网接收来自 eNB的邻区资源更新消息; 集群核心网将邻区 资源更新消息发送给集群核心网中目标小区的邻区所在的 eNB。 采用该方法, 通过集 群核心网能够及时更新邻区的 eNB的资源信息, 使释放的组呼资源得到充分的利用。 优选地, eNB通过以下至少之一的方式在群组小区中确定需要释放组呼资源的目 标小区: 确定无线资源承载建立失败的小区作为目标小区; 确定在预设时间内没有用 户的小区作为目标小区; 确定在预设时间内没有用户使用小区群组资源的小区作为目 标小区。 采用该方法, 简单可靠地对无效的组呼资源进行了确定。 本发明实施例还提供了一种群组资源释放方法, 图 2是根据本发明实施例二的群 组资源释放方法的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S202, 小区接收来自 eNB 的群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释放 指示消息用于指示小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB为小区分配的群组资源; 步骤 S204, 小区根据群组资源释放指示消息释放小区的群组资源。 通过上述步骤, 小区接收来自 eNB的群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释 放指示消息用于指示小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB 为小区分配的群组资源; 小区根 据群组资源释放指示消息释放小区的群组资源的。针对 eNB级的群组资源释放, 通过 释放组呼资源中无效的组呼资源, 解决了集群组呼中的组呼资源释放速度慢, 利用率 低的问题, 有效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的利用率。 本发明实施例还提供了一种群组资源释放装置, 应用于 eNB, 该装置可以设置为 实现上述图 1及其优选实施例所示的群组资源释放方法。 图 3是根据本发明实施例一 的群组资源释放装置的结构框图, 如图 3所示, 该装置包括: 确定模块 32和发送模块 34, 其中, 确定模块 32, 设置为在 eNB的群组小区中确定需要释放群组资源的目标小 区;发送模块 34,耦合至确定模块 32,设置为向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息,
其中, 群组资源释放指示消息用于指示目标小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB 为目标小 区分配的群组资源。 通过上述装置, 采用确定模块 32在 eNB的群组小区中确定需要释放群组资源的 目标小区; 发送模块 34向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释放 指示消息用于指示目标小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB 为目标小区分配的群组资源的 方式。 针对 eNB级的群组资源释放, 通过释放组呼资源中无效的组呼资源, 解决了集 群组呼中的组呼资源释放速度慢, 利用率低的问题, 有效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的 利用率。 图 4是根据本发明实施例一的群组资源释放装置的优选结构框图, 如图 4所示, 优选地, 上述发送模块 34可以包括: 判断单元 342、 第一发送单元 344和第二发送单 元 346, 其中, 判断单元 342, 耦合至确定模块 32, 设置为判断目标小区是否是当前 组呼中最后一个小区; 第一发送单元 344, 耦合至判断单元 342, 设置为在目标小区不 是当前组呼中最后一个小区的情况下, 向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息; 第二 发送单元 346,耦合至判断单元 342, 设置为在目标小区是当前组呼中最后一个小区的 情况下, 向集群核心网发送组上下文释放请求, 以及接收到来自集群核心网的组上下 文释放命令后, 向目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 组上下文释放请求用 于请求释放 eNB的群组小区的群组资源。 本发明实施例又提供了一种群组资源释放装置, 应用于小区。 图 5是根据本发明 实施例二的群组资源释放装置的结构框图, 如图 5 所示, 该装置包括: 接收模块 52 和释放模块 54, 其中, 接收模块 52, 设置为接收来自 eNB的群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释放指示消息用于指示小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB 为小区分配的 群组资源; 释放模块 54, 耦合至接收模块 52, 设置为根据群组资源释放指示消息释放 小区的群组资源。 通过上述装置, 采用接收模块 52接收来自 eNB的群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 群组资源释放指示消息用于指示小区释放其空口资源和 /或 eNB 为小区分配的群组资 源; 释放模块 54根据群组资源释放指示消息释放小区的群组资源的方式。 针对 eNB 级的群组资源释放, 通过释放组呼资源中的无效的组呼资源, 解决了集群组呼中的组 呼资源释放速度慢, 利用率低的问题, 有效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的利用率。 本发明实施例还提供了一种群组资源释放系统, 图 6是根据本发明实施例的群组 资源释放系统的结构框图, 如图 6所示, 该系统包括 eNB 62、 目标小区 64和集群核 心网 66, 其中, eNB 62与目标小区 64相连, 包括上述图 3或图 4所示的群组资源释
放装置, 目标小区 64是在 eNB的群组小区中确定的需要释放群组资源的小区, 该目 标小区包括上述图 5所示的群组资源释放装置, 集群核心网 66与 eNB 62相连。 通过上述系统,位于小区中的群组资源释放装置根据位于 eNB中的群组资源释放 装置的指示, 对组呼资源进行释放, 针对 eNB级的群组资源释放, 通过释放组呼资源 中无效的组呼资源, 解决了集群组呼中的组呼资源释放速度慢, 利用率低的问题, 有 效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的利用率。 需要说明的是, 上述装置实施例中描述的群组资源释放装置或群组资源释放系统 对应于上述的方法实施例, 其具体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赘述。 为了使本发明的技术方案和实现方法更加清楚, 下面将结合优选的实施例对其实 现过程进行详细描述。 图 7是根据本发明优选实施例的群组资源释放方法的流程图, 如图 7所示, 该方 法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S702, 当 eNB发现集群呼叫中某一小区无用户, 或者该小区的无线资源承 载建立失败时, eNB将发起该小区的资源释放。 步骤 S704, eNB判断上述即将释放资源的小区是否是该组呼中的最后一个小区。 如果不是, 执行步骤 S706, 如果是, 执行步骤 S710。 步骤 S706, 进行小区资源释放。 通过释放该小区的空口无线资源和 eNB群组资 源, 完成小区的群组资源释放。 需要说明的是, 释放小区的空口无线资源和 eNB群组 资源不分先后。 步骤 S708, eNB向集群演进型核心网 (Evolved Packet Core, 简称为 EPC ) 发送 邻区资源更新消息。 小区的群组资源释放完成后, 通过向集群 EPC发送邻区资源更新 消息将本 eNB的小区群组资源建立情况告知相邻的邻区所在 eNB, 以便相邻 eNB将 邻区 (即该释放资源的小区) 资源更新到空口。 步骤 S710, eNB向集群 EPC发送释放请求消息, 其中, 释放请求消息中携带了 需要释放的组呼 ID和释放原因。 从这一个步骤开始, eNB发起该 eNB下的该群组的 组呼资源释放。 步骤 S712, 集群 EPC收到释放请求消息后向该 eNB发送释放命令消息。
步骤 S714, eNB收到来自集群 EPC的释放命令消息后, 发起小区群组资源释放 流程。该流程包括: eNB发起释放小区空口资源; eNB发起释放小区分配的无线资源。 需要说明的是, 释放小区的空口无线资源和 eNB群组资源不分先后。 步骤 S716, eNB向集群 EPC发送释放完成消息。 步骤 S718, eNB向集群 EPC发送邻区资源更新消息。 采用上述步骤, 在某个 eNB发起的群组释放, 能够高效快速的释放组呼中无效小 区的组呼资源, 提高集群系统的容量, eNB的组呼资源释放完成后, 释放的组呼资源 可以用于其它群组的呼叫, 提高了集群组呼中组呼资源利用率。 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的群组资源释放方法的交互流程图一,如图 8所示, 该方法包括以下步骤: 步骤 S802,当 eNB中的 eNB组呼管理模块中的某一个小区需要释放组呼资源时, eNB发现该小区不是组呼中最后一个小区。 在这种情况下, eNB组呼管理模块向 eNB 中的 eNB释放模块发送小区释放请求。 当 eNB中的 eNB组呼管理模块中的某一个小 区需要释放组呼资源时, 释放的原因包括: 建立业务承载失败, 或者是该小区长时间 内无用户。 步骤 S804, eNB释放模块收到小区释放请求后, 通过空口向该小区的 UE发送组 呼释放指示消息。 UE根据该指示消息释放小区空口资源,同时 eNB释放模块释放 eNB 的群组资源。 步骤 S806, 当空口资源和群组资源释放完成后, eNB释放模块向 eNB组呼管理 模块发送组呼资源释放完成消息。 步骤 S808, eNB组呼管理模块收到来自 eNB释放模块的组呼资源释放完成消息 后, 向集群 EPC发送邻区资源更新消息, 从而本 eNB的无线资源情况可以通过集群 EPC告知与本 eNB相邻的其他 eNB, 以便相邻的其他 eNB能及时更新群组邻区无线 资源信息。 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的群组资源释放方法的交互流程图二, 图 9描述的 是 eNB确定的需要释放组呼资源的小区是当前组呼中最后一个小区的情况下的处理流 程, 如图 9所示, 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 S902, 当 eNB释放小区时, eNB发现该小区是组呼中最后一个小区。 在这 种情况下, eNB将释放整个群组资源。 eNB向集群 EPC发送组上下文释放请求。 eNB 发起组呼资源的释放, 以便释放的群组资源可以为其他组呼呼叫服务。 步骤 S904,集群 EPC收到组上下文释放请求后, 向 eNB发送组上下文释放命令。 步骤 S906, eNB收到组上下文释放命令后, 向 UE发送组呼释放指示, 并根据未 释放的小区逐个小区释放空口无线资源、 eNB组呼资源等资源。 步骤 S908, 当组呼资源释放完成后, eNB向集群 EPC发送组上下文释放完成消 息。 步骤 S910,当 eNB向集群 EPC发送完组上下文释放完成消息后, eNB向集群 EPC 发送邻区资源更新消息, 用来报告本 eNB的群组小区资源的建立信息。 步骤 S912,集群 EPC将上述 eNB的邻区资源更新消息发送给与上述 eNB相邻的 其他 eNB (如图 9所示, 本 eNB在图中使用 "eNB A"示意, 其相邻的 eNB在图中使 用 "eNB B"禾 B "eNB C"示意)。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的 计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可 以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 综上所述, 通过本发明的上述实施例和优选实施方式, 提出了一种群组资源释放 方法、装置及系统, 采用 eNB级的组呼资源释放的方式释放组呼资源中的无效的组呼 资源, 解决了相关技术中集群组呼中的组呼资源释放速度慢、 利用率低的问题, 从而 有效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的利用率。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以 用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算 装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电 路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本 发明实施例不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明实施例的技术方案可以应用于集群通信领域, 解决了集群组呼中的组呼资 源释放速度慢, 利用率低的问题, 有效地提高了组呼中组呼资源的利用率。
Claims
1. 一种群组资源释放方法, 包括:
演进型基站 eNB在所述 eNB的群组小区中确定需要释放群组资源的目标 小区;
所述 eNB向所述目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 所述群组资 源释放指示消息用于指示所述目标小区释放其空口资源和 /或所述 eNB 为所述 目标小区分配的群组资源。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 eNB向所述目标小区发送群组资源释 放指示消息包括:
所述 eNB判断所述目标小区是否是当前组呼中最后一个小区; 如果所述目标小区不是所述当前组呼中最后一个小区,所述 eNB向所述目 标小区发送所述群组资源释放指示消息;
如果所述目标小区是所述当前组呼中最后一个小区,所述 eNB向集群核心 网发送组上下文释放请求,所述 eNB接收到来自所述集群核心网的组上下文释 放命令后, 向所述目标小区发送所述群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 所述组上 下文释放请求用于请求释放所述 eNB的群组小区的群组资源。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 eNB向所述目标小区发送群组 资源释放指示消息之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述 eNB接收来自所述目标小区的群组资源释放完成消息; 所述 eNB向集群核心网发送邻区资源更新消息, 其中, 所述邻区资源更新 消息包括所述 eNB的群组小区资源建立信息,所述邻区资源更新消息用于指示 所述目标小区的邻区所在的 eNB将所述目标小区的资源更新到空口。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在所述 eNB向集群核心网发送邻区资源更 新消息之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述集群核心网接收来自所述 eNB的邻区资源更新消息;
所述集群核心网将所述邻区资源更新消息发送给所述集群核心网中所述目 标小区的邻区所在的 eNB。
5. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 eNB通过以下至少之一的方式在 所述群组小区中确定所述目标小区:
确定无线资源承载建立失败的小区作为所述目标小区;
确定在预设时间内没有用户的小区作为所述目标小区;
确定在预设时间内没有用户使用小区群组资源的小区作为所述目标小区。
6. 一种群组资源释放方法, 包括:
小区接收来自演进型基站 eNB的群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 所述群组 资源释放指示消息用于指示小区释放其空口资源和 /或所述 eNB 为所述小区分 配的群组资源;
所述小区根据所述群组资源释放指示消息释放所述小区的群组资源。
7. 一种群组资源释放装置, 应用于演进型基站 eNB, 包括:
确定模块, 设置为在 eNB 的群组小区中确定需要释放群组资源的目标小 区;
发送模块, 设置为向所述目标小区发送群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 所 述群组资源释放指示消息用于指示所述目标小区释放其空口资源和 /或所述 eNB为所述目标小区分配的群组资源。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述发送模块包括:
判断单元, 设置为判断所述目标小区是否是当前组呼中最后一个小区; 第一发送单元, 设置为在所述目标小区不是所述当前组呼中最后一个小区 的情况下, 向所述目标小区发送所述群组资源释放指示消息;
第二发送单元, 设置为在所述目标小区是所述当前组呼中最后一个小区的 情况下, 向集群核心网发送组上下文释放请求, 以及接收到来自所述集群核心 网的组上下文释放命令后, 向所述目标小区发送所述群组资源释放指示消息, 其中, 所述组上下文释放请求用于请求释放所述 eNB的群组小区的群组资源。
9. 一种群组资源释放装置, 应用于小区, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收来自演进型基站 eNB的群组资源释放指示消息, 其 中, 所述群组资源释放指示消息用于指示小区释放其空口资源和 /或所述 eNB 为所述小区分配的群组资源;
释放模块, 设置为根据所述群组资源释放指示消息释放所述小区的群组资 源。
10. 一种群组资源释放系统, 包括: 演进型基站 eNB、 目标小区和集群核心网, 其 中, 所述 eNB包括权利要求 7或 8所述的群组资源释放装置, 所述目标小区是 在所述 eNB的群组小区中确定的需要释放群组资源的小区,所述目标小区包括 权利要求 9所述的群组资源释放装置。
