如图 1所示, 本发明实施例的近场通讯设备还可以包括: 发送模块 10; 所述发送方标识包括所述发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码; 所述处理模块 11 , 还配置为确定所述发送方标识中的待接收对象的接 收方通讯号码与接收所述发送请求消息的接收方的通讯号码相同时, 确定 发送方标识与接收方标识匹配; 当接收方设置了信息接收条件时, 所述处 理模块 11 还配置为进一步确定所述发送方标识是否符合所述信息接收条 件, 确定出符合时, 允许发送方发送信息。
所述发送模块 10, 还配置为发送方向接收方发送请求消息; 发送方向 接收方发送信息。
所述发送方标识包括发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码; 也即发送方 在发送信息发送请求消息时, 不是以自身通讯号码作为信息发送请求消息 的源标识信息, 而是将自身通讯号码和接收方通讯号码的组合作为信息发 送请求消息的源标识信息, 这样, 接收方在接收到信息发送请求消息后, 即可通过发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码确认该信息发送请求消息是否是 发送给自身的; 这里, 接收方标识为接收方通讯号码。
例如, 当接收模块 12接收到发送方发送的信息发送请求消息时, 首先 象是否是自身, 若是, 发送模块 10反馈应答消息给发送方, 所述处理模块 11 为双方建立链接。 建立链接后, 当信息接收条件设置为无条件接收时, 接收方自动接收发送方发出的信息。 如果接收方的接收模块 12收到的标识 信息与自身无关, 该接收方的发送模块 10就不会发出应答消息, 双方就不 会建立链接。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例的近场通讯设备不仅可以作为所述信息 发送请求消息的接收方, 也可以作为发送方向其他近场通讯设备发送所述 信息发送请求消息。
本发明实施例的近场通讯设备还可包括: 搜索模块 16;
所述搜索模块 16, 配置为通过近场通讯方式搜索周围开启近场通讯功 能的设备, 以搜索到的设备形成在线设备列表。
这里, 接收方的搜索模块 16通过近场通讯方式如蓝牙或 WiFi搜索周 围开启近场通讯功能的设备, 以方便本发明实施例的近场通讯设备随时与 所搜索到的设备进行通讯。
本发明实施例的近场通讯设备的搜索模块 16还配置为, 查找通讯电话 簿中是否存在有在线设备列表中记录的通讯号码; 查找到时, 将在线设备 列表中记录的通讯号码更改为手机持有人姓名; 查找不到时, 在线设备列 表中仍然以通讯号码的形式或周边设备原有的型号命名记录。
在线设备列表中记录有手机名称、 通讯号码或手机持有人姓名、 无线 通讯技术类型等。
对上述技术方案的描述中, 接收方设置的信息接收条件为接收方无条 件自动接收。 接收方还可以设置信息接收条件为:
所述处理模块 11在确定所述信息发送请求消息中携带的发送方标识与 接收方标识匹配时, 接收方界面弹出提示框, 让用户确认是否接收发送方 的信息。 此外, 接收方可以设置的信息接收条件还可以为: 在接收方通讯 录中的用户 (发送方的请求消息中携带有发送方的标识, 接收方可以解析 识别而发送给用户)发送的文件, 可以自动接收。
所述信息接收条件还可以设置为: 无条件自动接收; 发送方是接收方 通讯录中的人员, 自动接收, 如不在通讯录中的发送方发出的信息, 需要 手动确认是否接收或拒绝; 任何接收都需要用户手动确认。 除此之外, 还 可以设置信息接收条件为: 发送方发送的信息小于等于可接收的信息最高 容量; 还可以设置信息接收条件为: 接收方通讯号码簿中需保存有发送方 通讯号码且发送方所发送信息小于等于可接收的信息最高容量; 所述信息 接收条件可根据实际需要而设置。
本发明实施例中, 通讯号码只是其中的一种形式, 该标识也可以是与 通讯号码关联的其他数字、 字母或符号组合, 在此不——列举。
本发明实施例中, 还存在以下应用场景:
时刻 1时发送方手机 A (简称为手机 A )与接收方手机 B (简称为手机 B )均已打开蓝牙或 WiFi功能, 手机 B的搜索模块 16可搜到手机 A, 并将 手机 A通讯号码作为手机 A在手机 B的在线设备列表的标识;手机 A的发 送模块 10向手机 B发送请求消息, 手机 B的接收模块 12接收所述发送请 求消息,手机 B的处理模块 11确定该请求消息中携带的接收方通讯号码与 手机 B的号码是否相同, 确定为相同时, 接收方的发送模块 10反馈应答消 息至发送方,手机 B的处理模块 11为双方建立链接, 并确定手机 B通讯号 码簿中是否保存有手机 A的通讯号码, 确定为是时, 发送方的发送模块 10 发送信息至接收方、 具体是接收方的接收模块 12, 接收模块 12接收信息。
时刻 2时手机 A还要发送信息 (如文件或消息等 )给手机 B, 但此时 手机 B已经关闭蓝牙或 WiFi功能, 就是说在时刻 2时手机 A的搜索模块 16搜索不到手机 B,但因为在时刻 1手机 A的搜索模块 16已经存储了在线 设备列表, 在线设备列表中记录有手机 B相关信息且标识为亮度, 只不过 在时刻 2时, 因手机 B 已经关闭了蓝牙或 WiFi功能, 手机 A的在线设备 列表中记录的手机 B相关信息标识为灰度; 在时刻 2手机 A将要发送给手 机 B的信息进行存储,手机 A的处理模块 11检测到在线设备列表中手机 B 再度被标识为亮度时,触发手机 A的发送模块 10将已存储的信息发送给手 机 B; 所述手机 B相关信息指的是: 手机 B的手机名称、 通讯号码或手机 持有人姓名和无线通讯技术类型。
实际应用中, 所述接收模块 12、 处理模块 11、 发送模块 10、 搜索模块 16均可由中央处理单元( CPU, Central Processing Unit )、 或数字信号处理 ( DSP, Digital Signal Processor ) , 或现场可编程门阵列 ( FPGA , Field Programmable Gate Array )等来实现; 所述 CPU、 DSP 、 FPGA均可内置于 通讯设备中。
基于上述近场通讯设备, 本发明实施例还提供了一种近场通讯方法, 所述方法包括:
接收方接收到发送方发送的信息发送请求消息后, 确定所述信息发送 请求消息中携带的发送方标识与所述接收方标识匹配时, 接收方向发送方 发出应答消息, 双方建立链接, 并根据接收方设置的信息接收条件, 确定 是否进行信息接收。
其中, 所述发送方标识包括发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码; 也即 发送方在发送信息发送请求消息时, 不是以自身的通讯号码作为信息发送 请求消息的源标识信息, 而是将自身通讯号码和待接收方通讯号码的组合 作为信息发送请求消息的源标识信息, 这样, 接收方在接收到信息发送请 求消息后, 即可通过发送方标识中的接收方的通讯号码确认该信息发送请 求消息是否是发送给自身的; 这里, 所述接收方标识为接收方通讯号码。
接收方接收到信息发送请求消息, 在确定发送方标识中的接收方通讯 号码与本方通讯号码相同时, 确定信息发送请求消息中携带的发送方标识 与本方标识匹配, 接收方向发送方发出应答消息, 双方建立链接, 接收方 同意发送方的信息发送请求, 发送方发送信息, 当接收方设置的信息接收 条件为无条件接收时, 接收方接收发送方发送的信息。
下面结合一具体实施例对本发明实施例的实现方法进行详细说明。 图 2为发送方近场通讯方法的实现流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 包括: 步驟 200: 发送方通过近场无线通讯方式搜索周围手机, 形成发送方在 线设备列表; 这里, 发送方在线设备列表记录有: 发送方可搜索到的手机名称、 通 讯号码和无线通讯技术类型 (蓝牙或 WiFi )等。
发送方形成在线设备列表的方式可参见前述近场通讯设备的相关描 述, 这里不再赘述。
步驟 201 :发送方有信息需要发送时,在在线设备列表中选择待接收方, 向所选择的待接收方发送信息发送请求消息; 其中, 信息发送请求消息为 发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码的组合;
步驟 202:发送方接收到接收方返回的应答消息反馈时,执行步驟 203。 若收不到接收方的应答消息, 则执行步驟 205。
步驟 203: 双方建立链接, 并判断接收方是否同意接收; 如果判断出接 收方同意接收, 执行步驟 204;
如果判断出接收方拒绝接收, 执行步驟 205。
步驟 204: 发送方发送信息, 接收方接收信息, 执行步驟 206。
步驟 205: 发送方不发送信息, 执行步驟 206。
步驟 206: 结束流程。
图 3为接收方近场通讯方法的实现流程示意图, 如图 3所示, 包括: 步驟 300: 接收方通过近场无线通讯方式搜索周围手机, 形成接收方在 线设备列表, 执行步驟 301 ;
步驟 301 : 接收方接收信息发送请求消息,确定发送方标识中的接收方 通讯号码是否能够与本方通讯号码匹配;
确定出发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码为本方通讯号码, 即能够匹配 时, 执行步驟 302;
确定出发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码不是本方通讯号码, 即不能够 匹配时, 执行步驟 303;
步驟 302: 接收方发出应答消息, 双方建立链接, 接收方根据设置的接 收条件进行下一步处理; 所述接收条件包括: 无条件接收发送方信息; 或 发送方与接收方的通讯录中用户匹配时自动接收发送方信息; 或手动确认 接受或拒接发送方信息; 或根据容量限制选择性接收发送方信息; 继续执 行步驟 304。
步驟 303: 接收方确定发送方标识不与自身匹配, 不发出应答消息, 发 送方发送若干次发送请求消息但没有收到接收方的应答, 发送方将要发送 的信息暂存, 并提示接收方未接收文件, 继续执行步驟 304。
步驟 304: 流程结束。
在对上述技术方案的描述中, 以接收方设置的接收条件可以包括: 无 条件接收; 或发送方与接收方的通讯录中的用户匹配时自动接收; 或手动 确认接收; 或容量限制接收。 其中, 所述容量限制接收条件可以为: 发送 方发来的信息需小于等于接收方设置的可接收信息最高容量。
本发明实施例提供的近场通讯方法与设备, 有信息需要发送时, 发送 方将信息发送请求消息发送至接收模块; 接收模块接收发送方发送的信息 发送请求消息, 接收方的处理模块确定信息发送请求消息中携带的发送方 标识与接收方标识匹配时, 当接收方设置接收条件时, 处理模块还需进一 步确定是否符合接收条件, 确定出符合接收条件时, 允许发送方发送信息; 利用本发明实施例, 可实现手机信息如文件、 数据的自动传输, 无需人工 操作, 节用省了人工、 方便了用户。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种近场通讯方法, 所述方法包括:
接收方接收到发送方发送的信息发送请求消息后, 确定所述信息发送 请求消息中携带的发送方标识与所述接收方标识匹配时, 双方建立链接, 并根据接收方设置的信息接收条件, 确定是否进行信息接收。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的近场通讯方法, 其中, 所述发送方标识包括 所述发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码;
对应的, 所述确定所述信息发送请求消息中携带的发送方标识与所述 接收方标识匹配, 包括:
确定所述发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码与所述接收方通讯号码是否 相同, 是时确定为所述发送方标识与所述接收方标识匹配;
向发送方发送应答消息, 双方建立链接, 根据所述信息接收条件, 接 收或拒绝接收发送方发送的信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的近场通讯方法, 其中, 所述发送方标识包括 所述发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码;
对应的, 所述确定所述信息发送请求消息中携带的发送方标识与所述 接收方标识匹配, 包括:
确定所述发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码与所述接收方通讯号码相同 时, 确定所述接收方通讯号码簿中是否保存有所述发送方通讯号码, 所述 接收方电话簿中保存有所述发送方通讯号码时, 向发送方发送应答消息, 双方建立链接, 接收所述发送方发送的信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的近场通讯方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述接收方通过近场通讯方式搜索周围开启近场通讯功能的设备, 以 搜索到的设备形成在线设备列表。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的近场通讯方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述在线设备列表中, 以设备的通讯号码作为设备的标识;
所述接收方通讯号码簿中存储有所搜索到的设备的通讯号码时, 以所 述设备在所述接收方通讯号码簿中的标识作为所述设备在所述在线设备列 表中的标识。
6、 一种近场通讯设备, 所述设备包括: 接收模块和处理模块; 其中, 所述接收模块, 配置为接收发送方发送的信息发送请求消息; 所述处理模块, 配置为确定所述信息发送请求消息中携带的发送方标 识与接收方标识匹配时, 为双方建立链接, 根据接收方设置的信息接收条 件, 确定是否接收发送方发送的信息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的近场通讯设备, 其中, 所述发送方标识包括 所述发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码;
所述处理模块, 配置为确定发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码与所述接 收方通讯号码相同时, 接收方发出应答消息, 为所述发送方与所述接收方 建立链接, 根据设置的信息接收条件, 允许接收或拒绝接收发送方发出的 信息。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的近场通讯设备, 其中, 所述发送方标识包括 所述发送方通讯号码及接收方通讯号码;
所述处理模块, 还配置为确定所述发送方标识中的接收方通讯号码与 所述接收方通讯号码相同时, 确定所述接收方通讯号码簿中是否保存有所 述发送方通讯号码, 确定为所述接收方电话簿中保存有所述发送方通讯号 码时, 接收方发出应答消息, 为所述发送方与所述接收方建立链接, 接收 发送方发出的信息。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的近场通讯设备, 其中, 所述设备还包括: 搜 索模块; 所述搜索模块, 配置为通过近场通讯方式搜索周围开启近场通讯功能 的设备, 并以搜索到的设备形成在线设备列表。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的近场通讯设备, 其中, 所述在线设备列表 中, 以设备的通讯号码作为设备的标识;
所述搜索模块, 还配置为查找到所述接收方通讯号码簿中存储有所搜 到的设备的通讯号码时, 以所述设备在所述接收方通讯号码簿中的标识作 为所述设备在所述在线设备列表中的标识。
