Abstract

 ドライクリーンルーム(S1)よりも低湿度の空気が供給されるドライチャンバ(S2)を設け、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)へ空気を供給する主除湿ユニット(40)と、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)からドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気を処理するターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を設けることにより、ドライクリーンルーム用の除湿システム(10)の省エネルギー化と低コスト化を可能にする。

Description

除湿システム
 本発明は、除湿した空気を室内へ供給する除湿システムに関するものである。
 従来より、除湿した空気を室内へ供給する除湿システムが知られている。特許文献1,2には、この種の除湿システムが開示されている。
 特許文献1,2には、吸着ロータを空気通路上で直列で複数段に配置する構成が記載されている。空気通路は、室外空気を吸着ロータで処理して室内に供給する給気通路と、室内空気を室外に排出する排気通路とから構成されている。吸着ロータは、給気通路と排気通路に跨って配置されており、両通路の間の回転軸を中心として回転可能に構成されている。
 そして、吸着ロータは、給気通路を流れる空気の水分を吸着して除湿する一方、排気通路を流れる空気へ水分を放出して再生される。排気通路には、空気を加熱して吸着ロータの再生に用いるため、空気加熱用のヒータが設けられている。吸着ロータは、水分を吸着している部分の水分吸着量が多くなると回転して排気通路へ移動し、そこで水分を放出して再生された後、再び吸着側で用いられる。以上の構成により、吸着側の空気通路を流れる低湿の空気が連続して室内に供給されることで室内が除湿され、室内の空気は加熱されて吸着ロータを再生した後に室外へ放出される。
 室外空気が複数回吸着ロータを通過することにより、室内へ吸着される空気は低露点の空気となり、例えばリチウムイオン電池を製造するドライクリーンルームに供給する空気(露点が約-50℃の空気)に用いることができる。

 しかしながら、複数の吸着ロータを用いたシステムでは、吸着ロータごとに再生用のヒータを設けて各吸着ロータを除湿再生ユニットにする必要があり、吸着ロータ自体がコストの高い部品であることに加えて、ヒータによる吸着ロータの再生温度が高いために、ヒータの熱量に要するランニングコストも高くなってしまう。また、吸着ロータを多段で用いるシステムでは、吸着ロータを通過した除湿側空気の湿度は下がるものの、空気が吸着ロータを通過する際の吸着熱とヒータによる再生加熱のために温度は高くなる。そのため、吸着ロータの入口で除湿側空気を冷却する必要があり、その冷却用のエネルギーも必要であった。
 特に、リチウム電池の製造プロセスでは、空調システム(除湿システム)のエネルギー使用量が約50%を占めており、このシステムの省エネルギー化を図ることがリチウム電池の低コスト化に大きく寄与する。しかしながら、実際には吸着ロータの再生に供する熱量が大きいために、除湿システムの低コスト化を実現するのは極めて困難であった。
 本発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、除湿システムの省エネルギー化と低コスト化を可能にすることである。
 第1の発明は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)に除湿空気を供給する除湿装置(40,50)を備えた除湿システムを前提としている。
 そして、この除湿システムは、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)よりも低湿度の空気が供給されるドライチャンバ(S2)を備え、上記除湿装置(40,50)が、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)へ空気を供給する給気通路(20)に設けられた主除湿ユニット(40)と、ドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気を処理するターミナル除湿ユニット(50)とを備え、主除湿ユニット(40)が、吸着部と再生部とに切り換えられる第1吸着部材(43,44)(45)を備え、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)が、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を除湿してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する除湿部と、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気で再生される再生部とに切り換えられる第2吸着部材(51,52)を備えていることを特徴としている。
 ここで、従来は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)全体を露点温度が例えば-50℃の環境になるように除湿していたが、この第1の発明では、-50℃のような低露点温度の環境が実際に必要になる領域にドライチャンバ(S2)を設けることにより、ドライチャンバ(S2)だけを-50℃の低露点にすれば、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)に供給する空気はそれよりも露点温度が高くてもよくなる。そして、主除湿ユニット(40)から供給されたドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を、さらにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給することができる。また、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気は、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生部を再生する空気にも利用される。
 第2の発明は、第1の発明において、上記ドライチャンバ(S2)がドライクリーンルーム(S1)の内部に設けられていることを特徴としている。
 この第2の発明では、主除湿ユニット(40)から供給されたドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を、さらにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理して低露点温度の空気にし、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の内部のドライチャンバ(S2)に供給することができる。
 第3の発明は、第1の発明において、上記ドライチャンバ(S2)がドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部に設けられていることを特徴としている。
 この第3の発明では、主除湿ユニット(40)から供給されたドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を、さらにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理して低露点温度の空気にし、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部のドライチャンバ(S2)に供給することができる。
 第4の発明は、第1から第3の発明の何れか1つにおいて、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生部から流出した空気を主除湿ユニット(40)の再生部に供給する再生通路(32)を備えていることを特徴としている。
 この第4の発明では、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を再生した空気により、主除湿ユニット(40)の再生が行われる。
 第5の発明は、第1から第4の発明の何れか1つにおいて、主除湿ユニット(40)が、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)とロータ式除湿ユニット(42)とを備え、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)が、上記第1吸着部材(43,44)として吸着側と再生側に交互に切り換えられる2つの吸着熱交換器(43,44)を備えて空気を吸着側の吸着熱交換器(43,44)で除湿するように構成され、ロータ式除湿ユニット(42)が、一部が吸着部として構成されるとともに他の一部が再生部として構成された上記第1吸着部材(45)としての吸着ロータ(45)を備えて切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)で除湿した空気を除湿するように構成され、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)が、上記第2吸着部材(51,52)として吸着側と再生側に交互に切り換えられる2つの吸着熱交換器(51,52)を備え、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を吸着側の熱交換器で除湿してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給するように構成されていることを特徴としている。
 この第5の発明では、主除湿ユニット(40)において、吸着熱交換器(43,44)を備えた切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)で除湿した空気が、吸着ロータ(45)を有するロータ式除湿ユニット(42)に供給されてさらに除湿される。吸着熱交換器(43,44)を通過した除湿空気は低湿であるうえに低温であるから、吸着ロータ(45)において吸着熱の発生が抑えられる。また、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)も吸着熱交換器(51,52)を用いた切り換え式除湿ユニットにしているので、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気が低湿でかつ低温の空気になる。
 第6の発明は、第1から第5の発明の何れか1つにおいて、複数のドライチャンバ(S2)が設けられ、上記ドライチャンバ(S2)ごとにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)が設けられていることを特徴としている。
 この第6の発明では、ドライチャンバ(S2)ごとにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理された低露点の空気が供給される。
 本発明によれば、主除湿ユニット(40)から供給されたドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を、さらにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給することができるため、主除湿ユニット(40)で作る空気の露点温度がドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気の露点温度よりも高くてもよくなり、主除湿ユニット(40)での除湿に要する消費電力を削減できる。また、主除湿ユニット(40)で生成する空気の露点温度を上げられるので、再生に必要な消費電力も低減できる。さらに、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生にはドライクリーンルーム(S1)の低露点の空気を用いるので、効率よく再生することが可能となり、再生エネルギーも低減できる。
 上記第2の発明によれば、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の内部に設けたドライチャンバ(S2)へ、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気をターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理して供給することにより、低露点の空気が必要なドライチャンバ(S2)の条件を満たしつつ、省エネルギー化も実現できる。
 上記第3の発明によれば、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部に設けたドライチャンバ(S2)へ、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気をターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理して供給することにより、低露点の空気が必要なドライチャンバ(S2)の条件を満たしつつ、省エネルギー化も実現できる。
 上記第4の発明によれば、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を再生した空気が依然として低湿であることから、この空気で主除湿ユニット(40)の再生を行うことができる。そして、このようにすることにより、主除湿ユニット(40)を再生するための加熱エネルギーも削減できる。
 上記第5の発明によれば、主除湿ユニット(40)において、吸着熱交換器(43,44)を備えた切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)で除湿した空気が、吸着ロータ(45)を有するロータ式除湿ユニット(42)に供給されてさらに除湿される。その際に、主除湿ユニット(40)の吸着熱交換器(43,44)を通過した除湿空気が低湿であるうえに低温であるから、吸着ロータ(45)において吸着熱の発生が抑えられるので、吸着ロータ(45)の再生エネルギーを抑えられる。また、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)も吸着熱交換器(51,52)を用いた切り換え式除湿ユニットにしているので、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気が低湿でかつ低温の空気になり、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)や主除湿ユニット(40)の再生エネルギーを抑えるのに効果的である。
 上記第6の発明によれば、ドライチャンバ(S2)ごとにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を設けているので、各ドライチャンバ(S2)に求められる露点温度の空気をドライチャンバ(S2)ごとに供給できる。

 上記室内空間(S)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)とドライチャンバ(S2)を含んでいる。ドライチャンバ(S2)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の中で特に低露点の空気(本実施形態では露点温度が-50℃の空気)が求められる領域に設けられている。一方、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)内の空間でドライチャンバ(S2)を除く領域には、露点温度が-50℃の空気は求められておらず、露点温度が-35℃の空気を供給することで条件が満たされる。このように、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)内には、該ドライクリーンルーム(S1)よりも低露点の空気が供給されるドライチャンバ(S2)が設けられている。なお、ドライチャンバ(S2)は人が入れるスペースであってもよいし、人が入らずに手を入れて作業するような比較的小さなスペースでもよい。
 この除湿システム(10)は、室外空気(OA)を除湿して給気(SA)として室内空間(S)へ供給するための給気通路(20)を備えている。また、除湿システム(10)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の室内空気(RA)を排出空気(EA)として室外へ放出する排気通路(30)を備えている。
 この除湿システム(10)は、除湿装置(40,50)として、給気通路(20)に設けられて室外空気(OA)を除湿する主除湿ユニット(40)と、ドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気を処理するターミナル除湿ユニット(50)とを備えている。上記給気通路(20)は、主除湿ユニット(40)を通る第1給気通路(21)と、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を通る第2給気通路(22)を含んでいる。また、上記排気通路(30)は、主除湿ユニット(40)を通る第1排気通路(31)と、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を通る第2排気通路(32)を含んでいる。
 第1給気通路(21)は、主除湿ユニット(40)で処理した空気をドライクリーンルーム(S1)に供給する通路であり、第2給気通路(22)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気をターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する通路である。
 第2排気通路(32)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気をターミナル除湿ユニット50)に通過させる通路であり、第1排気通路(31)は、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を通過した後の空気を主除湿ユニット(40)を通過させてから室外へ排出する通路である。
 主除湿ユニット(40)は、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)とロータ式除湿ユニット(42)とを備えている。切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)は、吸着側と再生側に交互に切り換えられる2つの吸着熱交換器(43,44)を備え、空気を吸着側の吸着熱交換器(43,44)で除湿するように構成されている。吸着熱交換器(43,44)は、空気熱交換器のフィンの表面に吸着剤が担持された熱交換器である。
 なお、図1では省略しているが、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)は、第1給気通路(21)を流れる空気が常に吸着側の吸着熱交換器(43,44)を通り、第1排気通路(31)を流れる空気が常に再生側の吸着熱交換器(44,43)を通るように、ケーシング内の空気の流れを切り換える構成が採用されている。一対の吸着熱交換器(43,44)は、冷媒回路の2つの熱交換器により構成され、冷媒の循環方向を反転させることにより、蒸発器になる熱交換器と凝縮器になる熱交換器を入れ換えて、吸着側と再生側を交互に切り換えるようにしている。
 図2は、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)の概略構成を示している。切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)は、複数(この実施形態では5つ)のサブユニット(46)から構成されている。サブユニット(46)は、それぞれボックス状のケーシング(46a)を有し、各ケーシング(46a)内に、図2には示していない一対の上記吸着熱交換器(43,44)が収納されている。
 各サブユニット(46)のケーシング(46a)には、室外空気が流入する処理入口(41a)と、再生空気が流入する再生入口(41b)と、処理空気が流出する処理出口(41c)と、排気が流出する再生出口(41d)とが設けられている。上記複数のサブユニット(46)は、給気通路(20)及び排気通路(30)に並列に接続されている。
 この構成において、給気通路(20)を流れる室外空気は、分岐して各サブユニット(46)へ処理入口(41a)から流入し、吸着側の吸着熱交換器(43,44)で除湿された後に処理出口(41c)から流出して下流側へ流れていく。また、排気通路(30)を流れる室内空気は、分岐して各サブユニット(46)へ再生入口(41b)から流入し、再生側の吸着熱交換器(44,43)を再生した後に再生出口(41d)から流出して室外へ放出される。一対の吸着熱交換器(43,44)は、所定のタイミング(例えば3分間隔)で吸着側と再生側が交互に切り換えられる。上記ケーシング(46a)は、一対の吸着熱交換器(43,44)が吸着側と再生側に切り換わるのに合わせて、空気通路における空気の流れも切り換わるように構成されている。
 ロータ式除湿ユニット(42)は、一部が吸着部として構成されるとともに他の一部が再生部として構成された吸着ロータ(45)を備え、回転軸(45a)を中心として回転するように構成されている。吸着ロータ(45)は、ハニカム構造の基材の表面に吸着剤が担持された構成で、第1給気通路(21)を流れる空気の通過する部分が吸着部であり、第1排気通路(31)を流れる空気の通過する部分が再生部である。そして、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)の吸着側の吸着熱交換器(43,44)で除湿した空気を吸着ロータ(45)の吸着部でさらに除湿するように構成されている。上記吸着熱交換器(43,44)と吸着ロータ(45)は、いずれも吸着部と再生部とに切り換えられる第1吸着部材である。
 ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)は、吸着側と再生側に交互に切り換えられる2つの吸着熱交換器(51,52)を備え、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を吸着側の吸着熱交換器(51,52)で除湿してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給するように構成されている。ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の吸着熱交換器(51,52)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を除湿してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する除湿部と、ドライクリーンルームの空気で再生される再生部とに切り換えられる第2吸着部材である。
 上記第1給気通路(21)には、主除湿ユニット(40)の上流側に予冷熱交換器(61)が配置され、主除湿ユニット(40)の下流側に再熱熱交換器(62)が配置されている。また、第2給気通路(22)には、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の下流側に第2再熱熱交換器(63)が配置されている。第1排気通路(31)には、主除湿ユニット(40)の下流側に排気冷却熱交換器(64)が配置されている。
 上記ドライクリーンルーム(S1)内には複数のドライチャンバ(S2)が設けられており、ドライチャンバ(S2)ごとにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)が設けられている。また、第2再熱熱交換器(63)の下流側である各ドライチャンバ(S2)への空気の流入口には、ハニカム構造の吸湿材(65)が設けられている。ドライチャンバ(S2)には、ドライチャンバ(S2)の低露点の空気をドライクリーンルーム(S1)に流出させる流出路(S21)が設けられている。
 第2排気通路(32)は、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生部となる吸着熱交換器(52,51)から流出した空気を主除湿ユニット(40)の再生部に供給する再生通路である。ドライクリーンルーム(S1)には、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の低露点の空気を排出する第3排気通路(33)が設けられており、この第3排気通路(33)は、この第2排気通路(32)にターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の吸着熱交換器(52,51)の下流側で合流している。
 上記予冷熱交換器(61)と排気冷却熱交換器(64)と再熱熱交換器(62)と第2再熱熱交換器(63)は、図示していない熱回収ユニットの冷媒回路に接続されている。そして、その冷媒回路は、上記再熱熱交換器(62)と第2再熱熱交換器(63)を凝縮器とし、予冷熱交換器(61)と排気冷却熱交換器(64)を蒸発器として冷凍サイクルを行うように構成されている。
  -運転動作-
 次に、この除湿システム(10)の運転動作を説明する。図3は、A点からO点の各点における空気の状態を表した図であり、図4は除湿システム(10)を簡略化した図である。図3の各点の4つの欄には、左上欄に風量(m3/min)、左下欄に絶対湿度(g/kg)、右上欄に乾球温度DB(℃)、右下欄に露点温度DP(℃)を示している。
 給気通路(20)を流れるA点の室外空気は、予冷熱交換器(61)で冷却除湿された後、主除湿ユニット(40)に流入して除湿される。この空気は、さらにB点,C点,D点及びE点の順に状態が変化して露点温度が-35℃の空気になって、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)に供給される。ドライクリーンルーム(S1)のF点の空気は、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を通過することによりG点からH点に状態変化して露点温度が-50℃になり、ドライチャンバ(S2)に供給される。ドライチャンバ(S2)の空気は、順次ドライクリーンルーム(S1)へ放出される。
 排気通路(30)では、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)によりI点からK点に状態が変化した空気にJ点の空気が混合され、空気がL点の状態になる。図3に示すL点の空気は、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を3台用いたときの例である。L点の空気は、主除湿ユニット(40)と排気冷却熱交換器を通過して、M点,N点及びO点の順に状態が変化し、排気通路(30)から室外へ排出される。
  -実施形態の効果-
 本実施形態によれば、主除湿ユニット(40)からドライクリーンルーム(S1)に供給された空気を、さらにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給するようにしている。したがって、主除湿ユニット(40)で作る空気の露点温度がドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気の露点温度よりも高くてもよくなるので、除湿に要する消費電力を削減できる。
 また、主除湿ユニット(40)で生成する空気の露点温度をドライチャンバ(S2)に必要な空気の露点温度よりも上げられるので、再生の水分量を抑えることにより再生に必要な消費電力も低減できる。特に、この実施形態では、ターミナル除湿ユニットを再生した空気が低湿であることから、L点の空気を加熱せずに主除湿ユニット(40)を再生できるようにしている。
 さらに、主除湿ユニット(40)において、吸着熱交換器(43,44)を備えた切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)で除湿した空気が、ロータ式除湿ユニット(42)の吸着ロータ(45)でさらに除湿される際に、吸着熱交換器(43,44)を通過した除湿空気が低湿であるうえに低温である。したがって、吸着ロータ(45)において吸着熱の発生が抑えられるので、吸着ロータ(45)の再生エネルギーを抑えられる。
 また、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)に吸着熱交換器(51,52)を用いた切り換え式除湿ユニットを用いているので、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気が低湿でかつ低温の空気になる。そして、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生にドライクリーンルーム(S1)の低露点の空気を用いているので、効率よく再生できるため、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生エネルギーを抑えられる。
 さらに、本実施形態では、ドライチャンバ(S2)ごとにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を設けているので、各ドライチャンバ(S2)に必要な露点温度の空気を各ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で確実に生成できる。また、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)からドライチャンバ(S2)への吹出口に吸湿材(65)を配置しているので、温湿度が時間的に変動するのを吸収できる。
 《その他の実施形態》
 上記実施形態については、以下のような構成としてもよい。
 図5に示す変形例1は、図4の実施形態において、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を、吸着熱交換器(51,52)ではなく吸着ロータ(53)により構成した例である。この構成においても、主除湿ユニット(40)とターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を用いることにより、主除湿ユニット(40)で作る空気の露点温度がドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気の露点温度よりも高くてもよくなるので、除湿に要する消費電力を抑えられるし、再生に必要な消費電力も抑えられる。
 図6に示す変形例2は、図4の実施形態において、主除湿ユニット(40)を2つの切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)により構成した例である。また、図7に示す変形例3は、図6に示す変形例2において、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を吸着ロータ(53)により構成した例である。
 図8に示す変形例4は、図4の実施形態において、主除湿ユニット(40)を1つの切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)により構成した例である。また、図9に示す変形例5は、図8に示す変形例4において、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を吸着ロータ(53)により構成した例である。
 図10に示す変形例6は、図4の実施形態において、主除湿ユニット(40)を1つのロータ式除湿ユニット(42)により構成した例である。また、図11に示す変形例7は、図10に示す変形例6において、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を吸着ロータ(53)により構成した例である。
 変形例2から変形例7においても、主除湿ユニット(40)とターミナル除湿ユニット(50)を用いることにより、主除湿ユニット(40)で作る空気の露点温度がドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気の露点温度よりも高くてもよくなるので、除湿に要する消費電力を抑えられるし、再生に必要な消費電力も抑えられる。
 また、図1~図3に示した実施形態1は、ドライチャンバ(S2)をドライクリーンルーム(S1)の内部に設けた場合のシステム構成を示しているが、図12,図13に示すようにドライチャンバ(S2)はドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部に設けてもよい。
 図12に示す変形例8は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の近傍にドライチャンバ(S2)を設置した例で、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)とドライチャンバ(S2)が隣り合った部屋になっていない場合である。また、図13に示す変形例9は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)に隣接してドライチャンバ(S2)を設置した例で、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)とドライチャンバ(S2)が隣り合った部屋になっている場合である。
 これらの変形例8,9は、ドライチャンバ(S2)の設置状態、ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)からドライチャンバ(S2)につながる第2給気通路(22)の構成、及びドライチャンバ(S2)の空気を室外へ排出する流出路(S21)の構成を除き、図1の例と構成が同じである。
 これらの変形例8,9の構成においては、主除湿ユニット(40)で除湿された露点温度が-35℃の空気がドライクリーンルーム(S1)に供給され、そのドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気がターミナル除湿ユニット(50)でさらに除湿されて露点温度が-50℃になり、第2給気通路(22)を通ってドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部のドライチャンバ(S2)に供給される。その他の空気の流れは、図1~図3の実施形態と同じである。
 この変形例8,9によれば、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部に設けたドライチャンバ(S2)へ、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気をターミナル除湿ユニット(50)で処理して供給することにより、上記実施形態と同様に、ドライチャンバ(S2)に必要な低露点空気の条件を満たしつつ、省エネルギー化も実現できる。
 なお、以上の実施形態は、本質的に好ましい例示であって、本発明、その適用物、あるいはその用途の範囲を制限することを意図するものではない。例えば、図3に示した各点の空気の状態は、ドライクリーンルームやドライチャンバで必要な空気の露点温度や、装置の具体的な構成などに応じて変更可能である。
 以上説明したように、本発明は、除湿した空気を室内へ供給する除湿システムについて有用である。

Claims (6)

  1.  ドライクリーンルーム(S1)に除湿空気を供給する除湿装置(40,50)を備えた除湿システムであって、
     ドライクリーンルーム(S1)よりも低湿度の空気が供給されるドライチャンバ(S2)を備え、
     上記除湿装置(40,50)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)へ空気を供給する給気通路(20)に設けられた主除湿ユニット(40)と、ドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する空気を処理するターミナル除湿ユニット(50)とを備え、
     主除湿ユニット(40)は、吸着部と再生部とに切り換えられる第1吸着部材(43,44)(45)を備え、
     ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)は、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を除湿してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給する除湿部と、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気で再生される再生部とに切り換えられる第2吸着部材(51,52)を備えていることを特徴とする除湿システム。
  2.  請求項1において、
     上記ドライチャンバ(S2)がドライクリーンルーム(S1)の内部に設けられていることを特徴とする除湿システム。
  3.  請求項1において、
     上記ドライチャンバ(S2)がドライクリーンルーム(S1)の外部に設けられていることを特徴とする除湿システム。
  4.  請求項1から3の何れか1つにおいて、
     ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)の再生部から流出した空気を主除湿ユニット(40)の再生部に供給する再生通路(32)を備えていることを特徴とする除湿システム。
  5.  請求項1から4の何れか1つにおいて、
     主除湿ユニット(40)は、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)とロータ式除湿ユニット(42)とを備え、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)は、上記第1吸着部材(43,44)として吸着側と再生側に交互に切り換えられる2つの吸着熱交換器(43,44)を備え、空気を吸着側の吸着熱交換器(43,44)で除湿するように構成され、ロータ式除湿ユニット(42)は、一部が吸着部として構成されるとともに他の一部が再生部として構成された上記第1吸着部材(45)としての吸着ロータ(45)を備え、切り換え式除湿ユニット(41)で除湿した空気を除湿するように構成され、
     ターミナル除湿ユニット(50)は、上記第2吸着部材(51,52)として吸着側と再生側に交互に切り換えられる2つの吸着熱交換器(51,52)を備え、ドライクリーンルーム(S1)の空気を吸着側の吸着熱交換器(51,52)で除湿してドライチャンバ(S2)に供給するように構成されていることを特徴とする除湿システム。
  6.  請求項1から5の何れか1つにおいて、
     複数のドライチャンバ(S2)が設けられ、
     上記ドライチャンバ(S2)ごとにターミナル除湿ユニット(50)が設けられていることを特徴とする除湿システム。
