 端末は、ロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける音声受付手段と、ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する声紋認証手段と、ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する音声認識手段と、音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する実行手段と、を備える。声紋認証および音声認識の機能を備えた端末において簡便にロックを解除できるようにする。

Description

端末、ロック解除方法およびプログラム
 [関連出願についての記載]
 本発明は、日本国特許出願:特願2013-002387号(2013年 1月10日出願)に基づくものであり、同出願の全記載内容は引用をもって本書に組み込み記載されているものとする。
 本発明は、端末、ロック解除方法およびプログラムに関し、特に、声紋認証および音声認識機能を備えた端末、かかる端末におけるロック解除方法およびプログラムに関する。
 近年、スマートフォン、タブレット端末等の携帯端末が急速に普及している。これらの携帯端末への入力方法として、一般に、指先でタッチパネルを操作する方法が採用されている。一方、両手がふさがれた状況において携帯端末への入力を可能とするために、音声入力により端末を操作する機能を備えた機種も増加している。
 タッチパネルを備えた携帯端末では、不正利用を回避するために、初回に起動した際、または、スリープ状態から復帰させた際、認証画面を表示し、利用者が本人であるかどうかを確認する。認証を成立させて利用制限を解除する方法として、パスワード入力に基づく方法、タッチパネル上の指の軌跡に基づく方法等が知られている。
 また、携帯端末が鞄やポケット内にある場合、タッチパネルの意図しない反応により誤動作が生じることを回避する必要がある。そこで、利用者にタッチパネル上で頻繁に発生しない特定の操作を促し、特定の操作を受け付けた場合に限り、端末の利用制限を解除する方法が用いられている。特定の操作として、例えば、画面上で指を一定の距離だけスライドする操作、または、特定領域をダブルタップする等の操作が採用されている。
 以上のように、認証画面に対する利用者の入力、利用者の特定の操作等に基づいて、端末の利用制限(すなわち、端末が保持するリソースや情報へのアクセス制限)を解除することを、以下では「ロック解除」という。
 関連技術として、特許文献1には、指紋、声紋、顔、虹彩等の生体情報を用いた個人認証装置が記載されている。
 また、特許文献2には、保存されたユーザの声紋と、ユーザが発した音声とを比較した結果に基づいて携帯電話のロック解除を行う方法が記載されている。
 さらに、特許文献3には、入力された音声から抽出した声紋情報に基づいて個人を認証し、認証済と判別されたときに当該音声からコマンドを認識し、認識したコマンドにより機器を遠隔操作する音声認識システムが記載されている。
 また、特許文献4には、ユーザが発生した音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、認証結果に依存して、当該音声に従った所定の処理を実行または停止する携帯端末装置が記載されている。

 上記の特許文献の全開示内容は、本書に引用をもって繰り込み記載されているものとする。以下の分析は、本発明者によってなされたものである。
 通常、ロック解除のための認証画面を表示するには、スリープ状態からの復帰または起動を行う必要がある。ソフトウェアキーやタッチパネル等に対する操作に基づいてスリープ状態からの復帰を行うには、タッチパネルのセンシングを常時行う必要があり、消費電力の観点から好ましくない。したがって、スリープ状態からの復帰には、一般に、ハードウェアキーに対する操作が必要とされ、かかる操作によって表示された認証画面に対して利用者が入力を行うことで、ロック解除が行われる。これらの一連の操作は、端末の機能を即座に利用したい利用者にとっては煩わしいものとなっている。
 特許文献1には、生体情報として声紋を用いた個人認証装置が記載されている。かかる装置によると、個人認証を行う際に、利用者は指で操作を行う必要がなくなる。また、登録された定型文を利用者自身が読み上げたものを合言葉として、ロックを解除する方法も知られている。しかし、読み上げた定型文を他人に聴かれることにより、セキュリティレベルが低下するおそれがある。
 特許文献1に記載された技術の問題を解消するために、例えば、特許文献2に記載された声紋認証を用いたロック解除方法を用いることができる。しかしながら、スマートフォン、タブレット端末等のロックを解除する目的でわざわざ発声するよりも、指先で画面の入力操作を行う方が簡便であるため、利用者の利便性が向上しないという問題がある。
 一方、対話型の端末操作、音声入力検索等の音声認識機能を搭載したスマートフォン、タブレット端末等が普及し始めている。しかし、これらの端末において音声認識機能を利用するには、上述のように、ハードウェアキーへの操作による起動と、認証画面への入力に基づくロック解除を行い、さらに、メニューから音声入力のアイコンを選択する必要があり、操作性が低い。
 また、特許文献3、4に記載された技術によると、ロックされた状態の端末は音声を受け付けることができず、ロックされた状態の端末の機能をユーザが即座に利用することはできず、端末のロックを解除するために煩雑な操作が必要とされる。
 そこで、声紋認証および音声認識の機能を備えた端末において簡便にロックを解除できるようにすることが要望される。本発明の目的は、かかる要望に寄与する端末、ロック解除方法およびプログラムを提供することにある。
 本発明の第1の視点に係る端末は、
 端末がロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける音声受付手段と、
 前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する声紋認証手段と、
 前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する音声認識手段と、
 前記音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する実行手段と、を備える。
 本発明の第2の視点に係るロック解除方法は、
 端末が、ロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける工程と、
 前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する工程と、
 前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する工程と、
 前記音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する工程と、を含む。
 本発明の第3の視点に係るプログラムは、
 ロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける処理と、
 前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する処理と、
 前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する処理と、
 前記音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する処理と、を端末に設けられたコンピュータに実行させる。
 なお、プログラムは、非一時的なコンピュータ可読記録媒体(non-transitory computer-readable storage medium)に記録されたプログラム製品として提供することができる。
 本発明に係る端末、ロック解除方法およびプログラムによると、声紋認証および音声認識の機能を備えた端末において簡便にロックを解除することが可能となる。

 はじめに、一実施形態の概要について説明する。なお、この概要に付記する図面参照符号は、専ら理解を助けるための例示であり、本発明を図示の態様に限定することを意図するものではない。
 図1を参照すると、端末(10)は、端末(10)がロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける音声受付手段(14)と、ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する声紋認証手段(16)と、ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する(例えば、音声をテキストデータに変換する)音声認識手段(18)と、音声認識の結果(例えば、テキストデータ)を用いてアプリケーションを実行する実行手段(22)と、を備える。
 かかる端末(10)によると、端末の利用者は、アプリケーションを実行するためのテキスト(例えば、コマンド、キーワード等)を発声することで、端末のロックを解除してアプリケーションを実行することが可能となる。したがって、端末(10)の利用者は、端末のロックを解除することのみを目的として発声する必要がなくなる。ゆえに、端末(10)によると、声紋認証および音声認識の機能を備えた端末において簡便にロックを解除することが可能となる。
 図3を参照すると、端末(20)は、所定の操作を検出すると、端末(20)の電源を投入する電源投入手段(12)をさらに備えていてもよい。このとき、音声受付手段(14)は、所定の操作に応じて端末(20)の電源が投入された場合に、ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する。
 かかる端末(20)によると、ロック状態の端末において、音声受付手段(14)による音声受付動作を常に稼働させておく必要がなくなり、電源投入手段(12)への操作をトリガとして音声受付手段(14)による音声受付動作を開始することができる。したがって、かかる端末(20)によると、ロック状態における消費電力を削減することが可能となる。
 図5を参照すると、端末(30)は、所定の物理量を測定するセンサ手段(34)を備えていてもよい。このとき、音声受付手段(14)は、センサ手段(34)によって測定された物理量(例えば、振動、熱)が所定の値である場合に、ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する。
 かかる端末(30)によると、ロック状態の端末において、音声受付手段(14)による音声受付動作を常に稼働させておく必要がなくなり、センサ手段(34)による所定の物理量の測定をトリガとして音声受付手段(14)による音声受付動作を開始することができる。かかる端末(30)によると、音声受付手段(14)よりも消費電力の少ないセンサ手段(34)を稼働させておくことによって、ロック状態における消費電力を削減することが可能となる。
 声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、実行手段(22)は、端末(10)に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを許可しつつ、音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行するようにしてもよい。一方、声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかった場合、実行手段(22)は、端末(10)に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを禁止しつつ、音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行するようにしてもよい。
 かかる端末(10)によると、声紋認証により本人であることが確認されなかった場合においても、端末(10)に格納された情報を適切に保護しつつ、利用者の発した音声に基づいてアプリケーションを実行することが可能となる。したがって、かかる端末(10)によると、声紋認証による本人確認に失敗した場合に、利用者の発声動作が無駄になることを防ぐことができる。
 以下、実施形態に係る端末について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、端末は、携帯電話、スマートフォン等に限定されず、ゲーム機、タブレット端末、ノートPC(Personal Computer)、携帯情報端末(PDA:Personal Data Assistants)、デジタルカメラ、デジタルビデオカメラ等を含むその他の電子機器であってもよい。また、音声認識の結果(例えば、テキストデータ)を用いて動作するアプリケーションは、音声認識検索(例えば、ウェブ検索)、音声通話等のアプリケーションに限定されず、音声識機能に基づくその他のアプリケーション(例えば、カーナビゲーションソフトウェア、音楽再生ソフトウェア等)であってもよい。また、以下の実施形態では、音声認識の結果がテキストデータある場合について説明するが、音声認識の結果はテキストデータに限定されない。
 (実施形態1)
 第1の実施形態に係る端末について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。図1は、本実施形態に係る端末の構成を一例として示すブロック図である。図1を参照すると、端末10は、音声受付手段14、声紋認証手段16、音声認識手段18、および、実行手段22を備える。
 音声受付手段14は、端末10がロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける。声紋認証手段16は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する。音声認識手段18は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識によってテキストデータに変換する。実行手段22は、テキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する。
 図2は、本実施形態に係る端末10の動作を一例として示すフロー図である。図2を参照して、端末10の動作について説明する。
 まず、音声受付手段14は、端末10がロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける(ステップA1)。
 次に、声紋認証手段16は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する(ステップA2)。また、音声認識手段18は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識によってテキストデータに変換する(ステップA3)。なお、声紋認証および音声認識の順序は、図2に示した順序に限定されない。また、声紋認証および音声認識を同時に実行してもよい。
 次に、実行手段22は、テキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する(ステップA4)。
 端末10によると、端末10の利用者は、アプリケーションを実行するためのテキストを発声することで、端末10のロックを解除してアプリケーションを実行することが可能となる。したがって、端末の利用者は、端末のロックを解除することのみを目的として発声する必要がなくなる。ゆえに、端末10によると、声紋認証および音声認識の機能を備えた端末において簡便にロックを解除することが可能となる。
(実施形態2)
 第2の実施形態に係る端末について、図面を参照して説明する。図3は、本実施形態に係る端末の構成を一例として示すブロック図である。図3を参照すると、端末20は、電源投入手段12、音声受付手段14、声紋認証手段16、音声認識手段18、実行手段22、タッチパネル手段24、表示手段26、声紋記憶手段28、および、アプリケーション記憶手段32を備える。
 声紋記憶手段28は、声紋認証を行うために、端末20の利用者の声紋情報を予め保持している。
 アプリケーション記憶手段32は、音声認識機能により音声から抽出されたテキストデータ(例えば、コマンド、キーワード等)を用いて動作するアプリケーション、または、かかるテキストデータに基づいて起動されるアプリケーションを保持している。アプリケーション(単に「アプリ」ともいう。)として、利用者が発した検索用のキーワードに基づいてウェブ検索等を行う音声検索アプリケーション、利用者が発した相手先電話番号に基づいて発呼を行う音声通話アプリケーション等が考えられる。ただし、アプリケーションは、これらに限定されない。
 電源投入手段12は、利用者によるハードウェアキーの押下等の所定の操作を検出すると、端末20の電源を投入する。
 音声受付手段14は、端末20がロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける。音声受付手段14は、上記の所定の操作に応じて端末20の電源が投入された場合に、ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する。
 声紋認証手段は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声と、声紋記憶手段28に格納された声紋情報とを比較して声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する。
 音声認識手段18は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声を、音声認識によってテキストデータに変換する。
 実行手段22は、音声認識手段18によって得られたテキストデータを用いて、アプリケーション記憶手段32に格納されたアプリケーションを実行(または起動)する。
 実行手段22は、声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、端末20に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを許可しつつ、音声認識によって得られたテキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する。例えば、アプリケーションが音声検索アプリケーションである場合、端末20の利用者本人と確認されたときには、実行手段22は、端末20に格納されたクッキー(Cookie)情報を用いた検索を行うようにしてもよい。一方、実行手段22は、声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかった場合、端末20に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを禁止しつつ、テキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する。
 なお、アプリケーションが端末20に格納された保護すべき情報を利用しなければ実行できないようなものである場合、声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかったときには、実行手段22はアプリケーションを実行または起動しないようにしてもよい。
 また、実行手段22は、声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、テキストデータに含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションを抽出し、抽出したアプリケーションのリストを端末20の表示手段26に表示する。
 タッチパネル手段24は、利用者のタッチ操作に基づく入力を受け付ける。なお、タッチパネル手段24と表示手段26とは、互いに重ね合わされた(例えば、貼り合わされた)構成であってもよい。
 図4は、端末20(図3)の動作を一例として示すフロー図である。図4を参照して、端末20の動作について説明する。
 スリープ状態に入っている端末20を操作可能とするために、例えば、利用者が電源ボタン等の短押しを行うと、電源投入手段12は、端末20の電源を投入する(ステップB1)。すると、音声受付手段14は、ロック状態において音声の受け付けを開始する(ステップB2)。
 声紋認証手段16は、端末20がロックされた状態で音声受付手段14が受け付けた音声と、声紋記憶手段28に保存されている声紋情報とを比較し、本人であるかどうかを確認する(ステップB3)。
 音声認識手段18は、端末20がロックされた状態で音声受付手段14が受け付けた音声を音声認識によりテキストデータに変換する(ステップB4)。
 実行手段22は、アプリケーション記憶手段32に格納されたアプリケーションを、音声認識手段18によって得られたテキストデータを用いて実行する。声紋認証手段16によって本人であると判定された場合(ステップB5のYes)、実行手段22は、端末20が保持する保護すべき情報へのアクセスを許可しつつ(すなわち、通常モード)、テキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する。例えば、アプリケーションが音声認識に基づくインターネット検索アプリケーションである場合、実行手段22は、テキストデータを用いたインターネット検索を行い、インターネットの検索の結果を表示手段26に出力する。
 次に、実行手段22は、音声認識手段18によって得られたテキストデータに関連付けられたアプリケーションを、アプリケーション記憶手段32から抽出し、リストとして端末20の表示手段26に表示する(ステップB7)。
 例えば、テキストデータ中に、アプリケーションを表すキーワード(アプリケーション名、電話、カメラ、メール、プレーヤ等)、アプリケーションが利用するデータを示すキーワード(地名、電話番号、メールアドレス、楽曲名等)、アプリケーションの動作を表すキーワード(通話開始、撮影、メール送信、再生等)が含まれる場合には、実行手段22は、これらのキーワードに関係するアプリケーションを起動候補のリストとして抽出して表示手段26に表示する。
 以上により、利用者が音声で入力した内容に関連するアプリケーションの実行結果(ステップB6)、および、当該アプリケーションのリスト(ステップB7)が端末20の表示手段26に表示される。利用者が表示手段26に表示されたアプリケーションのリストから所望のアプリケーションをタッチ操作によって選択すると、タッチパネル手段24は、これを受け付ける(ステップB8)。
 次に、実行手段22は、利用者によって選択されたアプリケーションを起動する(ステップB9)。
 一方、声紋認証手段16によって本人であると判定されなかった場合(ステップB5のNo)、実行手段22は、端末20が保持する保護すべき情報へのアクセスを禁止しつつ(すなわち、制限モード)、テキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する(ステップB10)。なお、アプリケーションが端末20に格納された保護すべき情報を利用しなければ実行できないアプリケーションである場合、声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかったときには、実行手段22はアプリケーションを実行(または起動)しないようにしてもよい。
 声紋認証を行う際には(ステップB3)、一定量の音声情報が必要となる。そこで、ステップB3における声紋認証のための情報が不足する場合、利用者に対して追加の音声情報の入力を促す手段を端末20に設けてもよい。かかる端末によると、声紋認証の精度を向上させることが可能となる。また、追加の音声が入力されない場合には、声紋の認証が一致しなかった場合と同一のモード(制限モード)で端末20を動作させるようにしてもよい。
 また、利用者が所定のボタン(例えば、画面上のソフトウェアキー)を押しながら発声した音声については、音声認識には利用せずに、声紋認識にのみ利用するようにしてもよい。
 本実施形態の端末20によると、利用者が指で端末のロック解除を行うことなく、認証画面(ロック画面)に話しかけるだけで、ロックを解除し、インターネット音声検索、ボイスコマンドによる命令等の結果を取得することが可能となる。また、端末20によると、声紋認証により本人の認証を行うことができるため、端末を不正に利用されることを防ぐこともできる。
 関連技術の端末では、通常、利用者の認証を完了させないと、端末の機能を全く利用することができない。かかる端末によると、声紋に基づく認証が失敗した場合、利用者が音声で入力した、音声入力検索のためのキーワードや音声認識対話のためのキーワードが破棄されることになる。
 しかし、本実施形態の端末20によると、声紋認証において本人であることを確認できなかった場合であっても(ステップB5のNo)、入力された音声から抽出されたテキストデータはアプリケーション(例えば、インターネット検索)に利用される。したがって、声紋認証に失敗したときに利用者が入力した音声情報が破棄されて無駄になることを防ぐことができ、利用者が同一内容の音声を再度発声する手間を省くことができる。
(実施形態3)
 第3の実施形態に係る端末について、図面を参照して説明する。図5は、本実施形態に係る端末の構成を一例として示すブロック図である。図5を参照すると、端末30は、第2の実施形態に係る端末20(図3)の電源投入手段12の代わりに、センサ手段34を備える。
 センサ手段34は、所定の物理量(例えば、加速度、温度、静電気等)を測定するセンサである。本実施形態では、音声受付手段14は、センサ手段34によって測定された物理量が所定の値である場合に、ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する。
 第2の実施形態に係る端末20(図3)では、電源ボタン等の操作による電源投入をトリガとして音声受付手段14による音声の受け付けを開始する。一方、本実施形態では、センサ手段34による測定をトリガとして音声受付手段14による音声の受け付けを開始する。センサ手段34として、例えば、加速度センサ、ジャイロセンサ等を採用し、端末20の揺れを検出するようにしてもよい。また、端末20の表面において、熱や静電気を感知するセンサを用いるようにしてもよい。これらのセンサを設けることで、利用者が端末20に接触したことを認識し、音声受付手段14による音声の受け付けを開始することが可能となる。
 本実施形態によると、例えば、利用者は端末20を持ち上げて、そのまま端末20に向かって発声するだけで、端末のロックを解除し、音声認識機能に基づくアプリケーションの実行結果を取得することが可能となる。また、センサ手段34によって所定の物理量が測定されるまで、音声の受け付けは開始されないため、待機時における電力を少なくすることが可能となる。
(実施形態4)
 第4の実施形態に係る端末について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。図5は、本実施形態に係る端末30の構成を一例として示すブロック図である。
 本実施形態では、センサ手段34は、端末30の置かれた状況として、例えば、姿勢(例えば、縦、横、ななめ)、周辺機器に対する端末30の接続状況等を検出する。センサ手段34は、一例として、端末30の置かれた状況として、利用者の手で縦向きに保持されている状態、利用者の手で横向きに保持されている状態、充電台(クレードル)に設置されている状態、カークレードル(すなわち、車のダッシュボード等に取り付けるクレードル)に設置されている状態等を検出する。
 本実施形態の端末30は、例えば、次のように動作する。端末30が縦置きの場合には、第3の実施形態と同様に動作するようにしてもよい。
 一方、センサ手段34によって端末30がカークレードルに設置されていることが検出された場合、音声受付手段14は、常に音声の受け付け動作を行う。また、音声認識手段18によって、入力された音声が本人であると判定された場合、実行手段22は音声認識によって得られたテキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行する。このとき、実行手段22は、自動車の運転に関連するカーナビゲーションアプリ、地図アプリ、交通情報を提供するアプリ等を起動し、ブラウザによる情報検索の結果を表示するようにしてもよい。
 また、センサ手段34によって端末30が充電台クレードルに設置されていることが検出された場合、実行手段22は時計アプリ、ムービー表示、ブラウザの情報検索の結果を表示するようにしてもよい。
 さらに、端末30が利用者によって横向きに保持されていることがセンサ手段34により検出された場合、実行手段22はテレビアプリ、カメラアプリ等を抽出して、これらのアプリケーションを起動するためのアイコンをリスト表示の上位に表示するようにしてもよい。
 本実施形態の端末30によると、音声認識の結果を利用して実行すべきアプリケーションを、端末の置かれた状態に応じて適切に選択し、アプリケーションの実行結果として利用者の期待に沿った内容を表示することが可能となる。また、端末30によると、利用者が期待するアプリケーションのアイコンをリスト表示することが可能となる。したがって、本実施形態の端末30によると、利用者は、アプリケーション実行結果として所望の結果を得ることができ、さらに、希望するアプリケーションを容易に起動することができる。
 第1の実施例に基づいて、第2の実施形態に係る端末20(図3)の動作について具体的に説明する。図6は、本実施例において、端末20の表示手段26に表示された内容を例示する。本実施例では、一例として、ユーザの音声を認識したテキストデータを用いるアプリケーションを、インターネット検索アプリケーションとする。
 図6(a)は、利用者が電源ボタンを操作する前の表示内容を示す。この状態では、端末20の音声受付手段14は音声を受け付けていない。
 電源投入手段12は、ハードウェアキーまたは電源ボタンの押下操作を検出すると、端末20の電源を投入する(図4のステップB1)。すると、音声受付手段14は、端末20がロックされた状態での音声の受け付け動作を開始する(ステップB2)。図6(b)は、ロック状態の画面を例示している。
 音声受付手段14が音声を受け付けると、声紋認証手段16はロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行う(ステップB3)。また、音声認識手段18は、ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識してテキストデータに変換する。図6(c)は、声紋認証手段16および音声認識手段18が稼動している様子を示す。
 図6(a)ないし(c)に示すように、例えば、ハードキーが操作されると、端末20は、ロック状態のまま音声の受け付けを開始し、声紋認証および音声認識を行う。したがって、利用者は、ロックを解除するためにわざわざ発声する必要がなくなり、ロック状態の端末20に向けて、インターネット検索によって検索したいキーワードを発声すればよい。以下では、一例として、利用者が発声した内容を「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」とする。
 声紋認証手段16は、利用者が発声した音声の声紋と、声紋記憶手段28に記録された正当な利用者の声紋とを照合し、本人であるかどうかを判定する(ステップB3)。
 また、音声認識手段18は、利用者が発声した音声を音声認識して、「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」というテキストデータに変換する(ステップB4)。
 音声認識手段18による声紋認証によって、音声を発した者が端末20の利用者本人であると判定された場合(ステップB5のYes)、実行手段22は、端末20に保存された保護すべき情報(例えば、Cookie情報)へのアクセスを許容しつつ、「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」というキーワードを用いてインターネット検索を行い、検索結果を表示手段26に出力する。図6(d)の下段は、当該キーワードによるインターネット検索の結果42を示している。
 さらに、実行手段22は、「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」というテキストデータに含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションを抽出し、抽出したアプリケーションを起動するためのアイコンを表示手段26に表示する(ステップB7)。なお、テキストデータに含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションが明確である場合、実行手段は、テキストデータを用いてアプリケーションを実行し、実行結果を表示手段26に表示するようにしてもよい。
 図6(d)の上段には、「会場」という単語に関連するアプリケーションである地図アプリを「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」というキーワードで実行した結果44が表示されている。また、図6(b)の中段には、「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」というテキストデータに含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションとして、カメラアプリを起動するためのアイコン46、乗り換え案内アプリを起動するためのアイコン47、および、ソーシャルメディアアプリを起動するためのアイコン48が表示されている。
 一方、音声認識手段18による声紋認証により、端末20の利用者本人であると判定されなかった場合(ステップB5のNo)、端末20は制限モード(例えば、ゲストモード)での動作を開始する。制限モードの場合には、実行手段22は、端末20の中に保存されている保護すべき情報や、識別番号等を読み出すことなく、単に、インターネット検索のみを行う。このとき、ブラウザも、端末20の情報を一切公開せず、クッキー情報も破棄するモード(シークレットモード)として動作する。実行手段22は、音声認識で得られたテキストデータ「明日の隅田川の花火の会場」をキーワードとしてインターネット検索を行い(ステップB10)、検索結果をリストとして取得し、表示手段26に表示する。図6(e)は、このときのインターネット検索の結果52を示す。以降、実行手段22は、セキュアモードのブラウザによる閲覧を行う。
 本実施例によると、端末20の利用者は、ロック状態の端末に向けてインターネット検索のためのキーワードを発声するだけで、端末のロックを解除してインターネット検索結果を取得することが可能となる。
 第2の実施例に基づいて、第2の実施形態に係る端末20(図3)の動作について具体的に説明する。本実施例では、ユーザの音声を認識したテキストデータを用いるアプリケーションを、通話アプリケーションとする。以下では、第1の実施例との差分について説明する。
 本実施例では、利用者は、ロック状態の端末20に向けて、例えば、相手方の電話番号を発声する。ここでは、一例として、利用者が発声した内容を「01234567890」とする。
 また、音声認識手段18は、利用者が発声した音声を音声認識して、「01234567890」というテキストデータに変換する(ステップB4)。
 音声認識手段18による声紋認証によって、音声を発した者が端末20の利用者本人であると判定された場合(ステップB5のYes)、実行手段22は、端末20に保存された保護すべき情報として、例えば、端末20に割り当てられた電話番号を用いつつ、相手先の電話番号「01234567890」への発呼を行う。これにより、相手方との音声通話が可能となる。
 一方、音声認識手段18による声紋認証により、端末20の利用者本人であると判定されなかった場合(ステップB5のNo)、端末20は制限モード(例えば、ゲストモード)での動作を開始する。制約モードの場合には、実行手段22は、端末20の中に保存されている情報(例えば、端末20に割り当てられた電話番号)を読み出すことができず、発呼処理を行うことなく待機する。
 本実施例によると、端末20の利用者は、ロック状態の端末に向けて相手方の電話番号を発声するだけで、端末のロックを解除して、相手方との通話を開始することが可能となる。
 なお、上記の特許文献の各開示を、本書に引用をもって繰り込むものとする。本発明の全開示(請求の範囲を含む)の枠内において、さらにその基本的技術思想に基づいて、実施形態および実施例の変更・調整が可能である。また、本発明の請求の範囲の枠内において種々の開示要素(各請求項の各要素、各実施形態の各要素、各実施例の各要素、各図面の各要素等を含む)の多様な組み合わせ、ないし、選択が可能である。すなわち、本発明は、請求の範囲を含む全開示、技術的思想にしたがって当業者であればなし得るであろう各種変形、修正を含むことは勿論である。特に、本書に記載した数値範囲については、当該範囲内に含まれる任意の数値ないし小範囲が、別段の記載のない場合でも具体的に記載されているものと解釈されるべきである。

Claims (21)

  1.  端末がロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける音声受付手段と、
     前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する声紋認証手段と、
     前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する音声認識手段と、
     前記音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する実行手段と、を備える、端末。
  2.  所定の操作を検出すると、前記端末の電源を投入する電源投入手段を備え、
     前記音声受付手段は、前記所定の操作に応じて前記端末の電源が投入された場合に、前記ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する、請求項1に記載の端末。
  3.  所定の物理量を測定するセンサ手段を備え、
     前記音声受付手段は、前記センサ手段によって測定された物理量が所定の値である場合に、前記ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する、請求項1に記載の端末。
  4.  前記実行手段は、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記端末に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを許可しつつ、前記音声認識の結果を用いて前記アプリケーションを実行する、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の端末。
  5.  前記実行手段は、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかった場合、前記端末に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを禁止しつつ、前記音声認識の結果を用いて前記アプリケーションを実行する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の端末。
  6.  前記実行手段は、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記音声認識の結果に含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションを抽出し、抽出したアプリケーションのリストを前記端末の画面に表示する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の端末。
  7.  前記実行手段は、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記端末の姿勢、または、前記端末が接続された周辺機器の種別に応じてアプリケーションを抽出し、抽出したアプリケーションのリストを前記端末の画面に表示する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の端末。
  8.  端末が、ロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける工程と、
     前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する工程と、
     前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する工程と、
     前記音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する工程と、を含む、ロック解除方法。
  9.  前記端末が、所定の操作を検出すると、前記端末の電源を投入する工程を含み、
     前記所定の操作に応じて前記端末の電源が投入された場合に、前記ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する、請求項8に記載のロック解除方法。
  10.  前記端末が、所定の物理量を測定する工程を含み、
     前記測定された物理量が所定の値である場合に、前記ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する、請求項8に記載のロック解除方法。
  11.  前記端末は、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記端末に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを許可しつつ、前記音声認識の結果を用いて前記アプリケーションを実行する、請求項8ないし10のいずれか1項に記載のロック解除方法。
  12.  前記端末は、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかった場合、前記端末に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを禁止しつつ、前記音声認識の結果を用いて前記アプリケーションを実行する、請求項8ないし11のいずれか1項に記載のロック解除方法。
  13.  前記端末が、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記音声認識の結果に含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションを抽出する工程と、
     抽出したアプリケーションのリストを前記端末の画面に表示する工程と、を含む、請求項8ないし12のいずれか1項に記載のロック解除方法。
  14.  前記端末が、前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記端末の姿勢、または、前記端末が接続された周辺機器の種別に応じてアプリケーションを抽出する工程と、
     抽出したアプリケーションのリストを前記端末の画面に表示する工程と、を含む、請求項8ないし12のいずれか1項に記載のロック解除方法。
  15.  ロックされた状態で音声を受け付ける処理と、
     前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声に基づいて声紋認証を行い、本人であるかどうかを判定する処理と、
     前記ロック状態で受け付けた音声を音声認識する処理と、
     前記音声認識の結果を用いてアプリケーションを実行する処理と、を端末に設けられたコンピュータに実行させる、プログラム。
  16.  所定の操作を検出すると、前記端末の電源を投入する処理と、
     前記所定の操作に応じて前記端末の電源が投入された場合に、前記ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する処理と、を前記コンピュータに実行させる、請求項15に記載のプログラム。
  17.  所定の物理量を測定する処理と、
     前記測定された物理量が所定の値である場合に、前記ロック状態での音声の受け付けを開始する処理と、を前記コンピュータに実行させる、請求項15に記載のプログラム。
  18.  前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記端末に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを許可しつつ、前記音声認識の結果を用いて前記アプリケーションを実行する処理を、前記コンピュータに実行させる、請求項15ないし17のいずれか1項に記載のプログラム。
  19.  前記声紋認証により本人であると判定されなかった場合、前記端末に格納された保護すべき情報へのアクセスを禁止しつつ、前記音声認識の結果を用いて前記アプリケーションを実行する処理を、前記コンピュータに実行させる、請求項15ないし18のいずれか1項に記載のプログラム。
  20.  前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記音声認識の結果に含まれる単語に関連するアプリケーションを抽出する処理と、
     抽出したアプリケーションのリストを前記端末の画面に表示する処理と、を前記コンピュータに実行させる、請求項15ないし19のいずれか1項に記載のプログラム。
  21.  前記声紋認証により本人であると判定された場合、前記端末の姿勢、または、前記端末が接続された周辺機器の種別に応じてアプリケーションを抽出する処理と、
     抽出したアプリケーションのリストを前記端末の画面に表示する処理と、を前記コンピュータに実行させる、請求項15ないし19のいずれか1項に記載のプログラム。
