Definitions
- the present invention relates to a controller that receives an input signal from a measuring device, for example.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-159194
- This controller is capable of accepting a rotational speed command of any of a serial communication system, a PWM system, and an analog system.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a controller that can handle a plurality of patterns of analog inputs.
- the controller of the present invention provides: In a controller using a voltage signal as an input signal, A first resistor provided in the positive electrode side path; A second resistor provided across the positive electrode side path and the negative electrode side path; The first and second resistors reduce the assumed maximum input voltage below the allowable upper limit voltage of the controller, and prepare a voltage signal reading map for each input voltage pattern according to the ratio between the assumed maximum input voltage and the reduced voltage. And a selection unit that selects a map according to the input voltage pattern.
- the input maximum assumed voltage is lowered to the allowable upper limit voltage of the controller or less by the first resistor and the second resistor, and the voltage signal is read according to the ratio of the assumed input maximum voltage and the voltage after the reduction.
- a map is prepared for each input voltage pattern, and a map corresponding to the input voltage pattern is selected by the selection unit. Therefore, the input voltage can be suppressed below the allowable upper limit voltage of the controller, and a plurality of input signal patterns can be handled by the voltage signal reading map.
- the input voltage can be suppressed below the allowable upper limit voltage of the controller, and a plurality of input signal patterns can be supported.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a controller or the like according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the controller uses a voltage signal of 0V to 5V, 1V to 5V, or 0V to 10V as an input signal.
- This controller has a microcomputer 10 provided with a first resistor 21, a second resistor 22, and input terminals 11 and 12.
- the input terminal 11 is electrically connected to the positive electrode 41 through the positive electrode side path (harness) 51 and the terminal block 50.
- the first resistor 21 is provided in the positive electrode side path 51.
- the input terminal 12 is electrically connected to the negative electrode 42 via the negative electrode side path (harness) 52 and the terminal block 50.
- the negative electrode side path 52 is electrically connected to the positive electrode side path 51 between the first resistor 21 and the input terminal 11 via a path (harness) 53.
- the second resistor 22 is connected to the path 53. That is, the second resistor 22 is provided across the positive electrode side path 51 and the negative electrode side path 52.
- a temperature detection element that outputs the detected temperature as a voltage signal is connected to the positive electrode 41 and the negative electrode 42.
- the voltage signal is an analog signal having an input voltage pattern of 0V to 5V, 1V to 5V, or 0V to 10V.
- the positive electrode 41 and the negative electrode 42 may be connected to a temperature detection element that outputs the detected temperature as a current signal.
- this current signal is an analog signal having an input current pattern of 4 mA to 20 mA.
- an installation contractor connects the 250 ⁇ resistor 23 between the positive path 51 and the negative path 52 in the terminal block 50.
- an input current pattern of 4 mA to 20 mA is converted into an input voltage pattern of 1 V to 5 V.
- the resistor 23 is not necessary.
- the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22 have the same resistance value. Further, the input terminal 12 is ground (GND). For this reason, the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22 work as voltage dividing resistors, and the voltage of the voltage signal is reduced to half and input to the microcomputer 10.
- the microcomputer 10 has the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 5V which is lowered at 22 is input. Therefore, when the allowable upper limit voltage of the microcomputer 10 is 5V, the voltage input to the microcomputer 10 can always be kept below the allowable upper limit voltage.
- the microcomputer 10 includes a first changeover switch 13 and a second changeover switch 14 as an example of a selection unit.
- Each of the first changeover switch 13 and the second changeover switch 14 is a dip switch that can be switched ON or OFF.
- the microcomputer 10 has a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and a memory (not shown). In this memory, software for converting the voltage signal into temperature and maps 1 to 3 (shown in FIG. 2) are stored in advance.
- CPU Central Processing Unit
- memory not shown.
- software for converting the voltage signal into temperature and maps 1 to 3 are stored in advance.
- Maps 1 to 3 show the correspondence between the input voltage pattern in which the input voltage pattern of 0V to 5V, 1V to 5V, or 0V to 10V is reduced by the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22 and the temperature detected by the temperature detection element. It corresponds to a part of the table showing. In other words, the maps 1 to 3 show the input voltage pattern voltage of 0V to 5V, 1V to 5V, or 0V to 10V, and the input voltage after being reduced by the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22. It is a reading map according to the ratio of the voltage of a pattern.
- FIG. 2 shows maps 1 to 3 corresponding to input voltage patterns of 0V to 5V, 1V to 5V, or 0V to 10V.
- map 1 shown on the left side of FIG. 2 is used.
- This map 1 corresponds to an input voltage pattern of 0V to 2.5V obtained by reducing the input voltage pattern of 0V to 5V by half with the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22.
- the level scale is formed from 0V to 2.5V every 0.25V.
- the input voltage of 0V corresponds to -50 ° C
- the input voltage of 2.5V corresponds to 50 ° C.
- the CPU calculates by software and converts the input voltage to temperature so that corresponds to 10 ° C.
- the level scale of Map 2 corresponds to an input voltage pattern of 0.5V to 2.5V obtained by reducing the input voltage pattern of 1V to 5V by half with the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22. Note that when the temperature detection element outputs an analog signal having an input current pattern, the resistor 23 can obtain an input voltage pattern of 1V to 5V, so that the map 2 is also used at this time.
- the CPU can determine whether the positive electrode side path 51 or the negative electrode side path 52 is disconnected.
- map 3 shown on the right side of FIG. 2 is used.
- the level scale of Map 3 corresponds to an input voltage pattern of 0V to 5V obtained by reducing the input voltage pattern of 0V to 10V by half with the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22.
- FIG. 3 shows the setting of the first changeover switch 13 and the second changeover switch 14 for setting the maps 1 to 3 in accordance with the input voltage pattern or input current pattern to the microcomputer 10.
- the installer sets the first selector switch 13 to OFF and turns the second selector switch 14 to ON.
- Set and select Map 2
- the installer sets the first changeover switch 13 and the second changeover switch 14 to ON and selects the map 3.
- the installer selects the maps 1 to 3 appropriately by setting the first changeover switch 13 and the second changeover switch 14 to ON or OFF. Can support multiple input methods.
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
- the first resistor 21 and the second resistor 22 have the same resistance value, but the first resistor and the second resistor may be arbitrarily changed to different resistance values.
- the voltage of the voltage signal can be reduced to a desired magnitude such as 1/3 or 1/4.
- the temperature detection element is connected to the microcomputer 10, but a pressure detection element or other measuring device may be connected.
