Definitions
- the present invention relates to an infant seat bed.
- the elastic material is compression molded, but is integrally manufactured, and relates to an infant seat bed that can prevent the flow of infants, including the wall and the support.
- Infants are used in a variety of ways, but they usually mean when they are raised for about one year of milk.
- infants do not support their heads themselves, so if the head is turned, there is a risk of asphyxiation due to blockage of airways in bedding, such as duvets, and the development of body tissues, because the skull is in a loose state. If the lying posture lasts for a long time, the head may be easily deformed by external pressure.
- the immature infants with digestive organs may reflux food, vomiting, which can lead to asphyxiation if severe.
- the present invention has been devised to solve the problems as described above, to prevent the flow of infants by forming to eliminate the risk of suffocation, assist the head to be well-placed without deformation, and position the infant It is aimed to prevent food reflux by correcting, to allow body tissues to grow correctly, to induce a comfortable sleep of infants, and to reduce the weight of the members by compression molding.
- the present invention is produced integrally by compression molding the elastic material, in the infant sheet bed (M) comprising a wall portion 100 and the support portion 200, the wall portion 100 can prevent the flow of infants
- the headrest portion 210 is formed in a shape surrounding the edge, and the support portion 200 is formed in the shape of a curved groove to support the head of the infant; and the lower portion of the headrest portion 210. It characterized in that it comprises a neck support portion 220 is formed in the form of a protrusion projecting the neck of the infant support; and the back support portion 230 is supported by the back of the infant in the lower portion of the neck support portion 220; do.
- the lower portion of the back support 230 is characterized in that it comprises a leg support 240 which is formed to be inclined upward to support the legs of the infant.
- both side ends of the wall portion 100 is characterized in that the arm support grooves (110, 110 ') are formed in the shape of a groove so that the arms of the infant to hang over.
- the lower portion of the wall portion 100 is characterized in that the leg support groove 120 is formed in the shape of a groove so that the legs of the infant is covered.
- the ventilation grooves 300 are provided on the upper surfaces of the wall part 100 and the support part 200.
- the ventilation groove 300 is provided on the upper surface of the wall portion 100 is a border ventilation groove 310 to use the edge; And a support vent hole 320 which is connected to the edge vent groove 310 and is provided on an upper surface of the support part 200, wherein the support vent hole 320 is the support part.
- a head vent groove 321 provided at the headrest portion 210 of the 200;
- a back vent groove 322 provided in the back support 230;
- a leg vent groove 323 provided in the leg support 240.
- the infant seat bed according to the present invention through the wall portion and the support portion, by preventing the flow of the infant, it is possible to eliminate the risk of choking because the head is turned back.
- the head restraints of the support the head of the infant is not flat or asymmetrical, it is possible to position well.
- the posture is corrected, there is an effect that can prevent asphyxiation due to the backflow of food.
- the ventilation groove it is possible to circulate the air to prevent skin diseases caused by sweat or moisture, it is possible to properly maintain the body temperature.
- the infant provides a favorable posture to sleep, there is an effect that can induce a comfortable sleep.
- FIG. 1A and 1B are perspective views showing a conventional infant sheet.
- Figure 2 is a perspective view of the infant seat bed of an embodiment according to the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a plan view, side view and bottom view of an infant seat bed of an embodiment according to the present invention.
- FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing an infant seat bed of an embodiment according to the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a state of use of the infant bed bed according to the present invention.
- FIGS. 1A and 1B are perspective views showing a conventional infant sheet.
- Conventional infant seats are designed to hold infants and fix their heads, but the bottom surface is constantly formed irrespective of parts of the body. It was insufficient to expect such effects.
- Infant sheet bed (M) according to the present invention is made integrally by compression molding the elastic material as shown in Figures 2 to 5, and includes a wall portion 100 and the support portion 200.
- the elastic material may be a foamed polyethylene or EVA foam material, it is preferable to produce by compression molding after laminating the fabric fabric to the elastic material.
- the infant seat bed (M) has a certain elasticity, but has a strength to properly support the posture, the posture is disturbed to overcome the problem of adversely affecting the organization of the body.
- the infant seat bed (M) can be produced by applying pressure to the upper and lower at the same time in the compression molding process, it can be formed as thin as a thickness of 15mm to 20mm, It is possible to reduce the weight.
- the wall portion 100 is configured in a shape surrounding the edge to prevent the flow of infants. As a result, even if the infant struggles severely, it is possible to prevent the body from overturning.
- the support portion 200 is formed in the shape of the head protruding portion 210 is formed in the shape of the curved groove to support the head of the infant and the protrusion of the curved surface so as to support the neck of the infant in the lower portion of the headrest 210.
- the support includes a neck support 220 and a back support 230 on which an infant's back is supported at the bottom of the neck support 220.
- the headrest 210 is primarily to prevent infants from flowing, or moreover, to assist the head of the infant to be properly deformed due to external pressure due to immaturity of the skull. do.
- the neck support 220 to reduce the load on the neck by the head and at the same time prevents the head and chest to be in a straight line, infants who have not yet fully developed the digestive tract dispose of food This can prevent choking.
- the lower portion of the back portion 230 may include a leg support 240 which is formed to be inclined upward to support the legs of the infant.
- the cross-sectional line of the curved surface leading to the neck support part 220, the back support part 230, and the leg support part 240 correctly adjusts the posture of the infant to assist in the construction of body tissue.
- the burden of parental care can be reduced, it is possible to eliminate various risks such as choking or abalone accident that can occur during sleep.
- Both side ends of the wall portion 100 may be provided with arm support grooves (110, 110 ') formed in the shape of a groove so that the arms of the infant spans.
- Arm support grooves 110 and 110 'prevent arm pinching due to self-weight, an accident that occurs when an infant's arm is not fixed, or an accident in which the arm touches the face, and the pressure applied to the arm of the infant. By removing the blood circulation effect, infants can sleep more comfortably.
- the lower end of the wall portion 100 may be provided with a leg support groove 120 is formed in the shape of a groove so that the legs of infants.
- the infant's body has a center of gravity in the upper body, the legs naturally up in the lying down state, the leg support groove 120 supports the load of the leg, and the infant has a comfortable posture.
- the ventilation groove 300 may be provided on the upper surface of the wall portion 100 and the support portion 200.
- the ventilation groove 300 allows the air of the infant body to contact the infant seat bed (M) to circulate the air to prevent skin diseases due to sweat or moisture, and to maintain the body temperature properly.
- Infants are sensitive to the skin, and if the skin is not in contact with the outside for a long time, it leads to an increase in body temperature, and if the sweat is not cooled, it leads directly to skin diseases such as rashes and atopy.
- the vent groove 300 is provided on the upper surface of the wall portion 100 is connected to the edge vent groove 310 and the edge vent groove 310 to use the edge, the upper surface of the support portion 200 It may be configured as a support vent groove 320 is provided in.
- edge vent groove 310 and the support vent groove 310 is connected to each other to induce a smooth flow of air.
- the support portion vent groove 320 is provided in the head vent groove 321, which is provided in the headrest portion 210 of the support portion 200, the vent hole 322 is provided in the back support portion 230 And the leg vent groove 323 provided in the leg support 240 to allow air to be circulated evenly in the infant's body.
