另外, 本发明提供了一种由上述水冲座便池扩展而成的收纳便携式座便器, 该 收纳便携式座便器的技术方案是: 座池的下端设置收纳基座, 座池下部设置凹水滴 结构, 所述收纳基座上的相应位置设置凸水滴结构, 收纳基座与座池通过凸水滴结 构与凹水滴结构相互扣合; 收纳基座的中部设置带有轴肩的孔, 轴肩下设置扩展压 环, 所述螺母外设置有压环, 螺母通过压环将扩展压环锁紧在轴肩上, 实现收纳基 座与座池的固定和可靠连接同时具备相互旋转运动; 收纳基座孔的底部设置滑轨, 所述收纳基座一侧设置开口, 内安装污水箱, 污水箱上中部设置密封阔, 上设置屋 檐式阔环, 阔环插入滑轨中, 与滑轨密封配合, 阔环的内腔与 J密封圈配合。
进一步, 所述密封阔上设置依靠自重下垂的拉手, 控制密封阔的开合, 所述收 纳基座在开口的对侧上部设置有开口窗, 拉手从开口窗中露出。
进一步, 所述污水箱装配有可旋转的排污管和盖。
进一步, 所述污水箱上设置有上部把手和中部把手。 进一步, 所述污水箱上设置有轮子。
进一步, 所述污水箱上设置液位显示仪与排气阔总成。
进一步, 收纳基座开口为 "口"型的金属支撑框架结构, 以增加刚性, 收纳基 座开口处设置有基座门, 基座门上设置有门把手。
进一步, 所述的污水箱、 收纳基座为一次吹塑成型。
本发明以水冲座便池为基础通用部件, 进而扩展为直排式和收纳式座便器, 其 通用互换性能好, 零配件通用性强, 投资少, 维护容易, 生产过程简化, 扩展而成 的座便器携带方便, 冲水座便池内置有自储水的空腔, 有喷水嘴口通到座池内胆, 因此勿需外接水源即可进行座便冲洗, 适于房车、 野夕卜、 医院、 矿山、 宿营、 船艇、 军营、 仓库、 居家等无水无电的环境下使用, 座池、 收纳基座、 污水箱皆为一次吹 塑成型, 具有良好的刚性和抗冲击性, 拥有良好的密闭性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步地说明。 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明的水冲座便池, 包括座池 10, 有座池内胆 11以座 池内胆下排管上的半环结构 112为定位基准向下装入座池 10内,座池内胆下排管伸 出座池下排管 101夕卜, 座池下排管 101的下端依次设置弹性圈 116、 夹圈 117及 J 型密封圈 118, 座池下排管 101外设置螺纹, 上安装螺母 17, 通过螺母 17将弹性圈 116、夹圈 117及 J型密封圈 118固定在座池 10上, 并压在座池内胆 11下排管的端 面上, 形成座池内胆 11的端面密封; 座池 10下部内腔与座池内胆 11下部之间形成 容纳清水的空腔, 座池内胆 11的环状平台 111与座池内孔 102相配合, 环状平台 111内设置双头喷水嘴口 114, 所述座池 10内设置管路 1023, 管路 1023的一端设 置喷水嘴 1022,从座池 10的喷水嘴口 114伸出,管路 1023的一端设置四通阔 1022, 与容纳清水的空腔相通, 座池 10的后部设置手压气泵 108, 与四通阔 1022相连通, 手动气泵 108的一侧设置按钮开关 105, 可用于手动控制座池 10内的清水冲洗。
所述螺母 17上端设置止回松结构 172,座池 10底部相应位置设置止回结构 109, 螺母 17与座池 10通过止回松结构 172和止回结构 109实现可靠固定连接, 形成不 能松动的状态。
所述座池 10的后部设置螺栓孔 103, 座池 10上设置座圈 6及与座圈 6铰接的 座盖 5, 座圈 6、 座盖 5与座池 10通过螺栓固定连接。
所述座池 10为吹塑一次成型的座池, 用中空成型技术一次性成型, 使其拥有良 好的刚性和抗冲击性, 拥有良好的密闭性, 成为可容纳清水的容器, 在无水源无电 源的环境下利用自储水正常冲洗。
所述座池内胆 11为高仿陶瓷高耐磨材料制成的注塑内胆。
如图 3和图 4所示, 本发明提供了一种由上述水冲座便池扩展而成的直排便携 式座便器, 该直排便携式座便器的技术方案是: 座池 10下端设置直排基座 12, 直 排基座 12内从上到下依次设置空腔孔 121、 侧位孔 123、 排放孔 128, 座池下排管 101、 螺母 17沉入空腔孔 121中, 空腔孔 121内设置扇形球面阔片 119, 与 J型密 封圈 118形成密封, 扇形球面阔片 119下部设置转轴 122, 插入侧位孔 123中, 其 中一个转轴 122上交叉固定连接脚踏 13,脚踏 13上设置复位弹簧, 一端与转轴 122 的端面相抵, 一端与侧位孔 123的内腔面相抵, 脚踏 13上设置有凸肩 132, 直排基 座 12上设置有止位钩 126, 凸肩 132与止位钩 126相抵, 防止脚踏 13脱落。
安装脚踏 13的一侧转轴 122上设置有密封槽 124,内安装密封圈,与侧位孔 123 之间形成密封。
所述直排基座 12下部设置带有螺栓连接孔的安装平台 129, 可将直排基座 12 固定在相关平台上, 形成直排式座便器。
如图 2、 图 5及图 6所示, 本发明在此还提供了一种由上述水冲座便池扩展而 成的收纳便携式座便器, 该收纳便携式座便器的技术方案是:座池 10的下端设置收 纳基座 15, 座池 10下部设置凹水滴结构 104, 所述收纳基座 15上的相应位置设置 凸水滴结构 151, 收纳基座 15与座池 10通过凸水滴结构 151与凹水滴结构 104相 互扣合;收纳基座 15的中部设置带有轴肩 158的孔,轴肩 158下设置扩展压环 131, 所述螺母 17外设置有压环 171, 螺母 17通过压环 171将扩展压环 131锁紧在轴肩 158上, 实现收纳基座 15与座池 10的固定和可靠的连接同时具备相互旋转运动, 收纳基座 15孔的底部设置滑轨 132,所述收纳基座 15—侧设置开口 152, 内安装污 水箱 16, 污水箱 16上中部设置密封阔 12, 密封阔 12上设置屋檐式阔环 121, 阔环 121插入滑轨 132中, 与滑轨 132密封配合, 阔环 121的内腔与 J密封圈 118配合, 组合成收纳便携式座便器。 收纳便携式座便器除了在房车使用外, 还可以在野外、 医院、 矿山、 宿营、 船艇、 军营、 仓库、 居家等无水无电的环境下良好的使用。 如图 5和图 7所示, 所述密封阔 12上设置依靠自重下垂的拉手 122, 控制密封 阔 12的开合, 所述收纳基座 15在开口的对侧上部设置有开口窗 153, 拉手 122从 开口窗 153中露出。
所述污水箱 16装配有可旋转的排污管 164和盖 165。
所述污水箱 16上设置有上部把手 167和中部把手 168。
所述污水箱 16上设置有轮子 161。
所述污水箱 16上设置液位显示仪与排气阔总成 169。
如图 5和图 8所示, 收纳基座开口 152为 "口"型的金属支撑框架, 以增加刚 性, 收纳基座开口 152处设置有基座门 150, 基座门 150上设置有门把手 1511。
所述的污水箱 16、 收纳基座 15为一次吹塑成型。 基座门 150可在收纳基座 15 成型时一并成型, 或是将收纳基座 15与基座门 150—体成型后再进行分割而成。
本发明可在收纳式座便器的基础上, 可进一步扩展为带有房屋结构的、 内置洗 手池的整体的可移动卫生间。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术 人员来说, 在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进, 这些改进也 应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

1、 一种水冲座便池, 包括座池, 其特征在于: 有座池内胆以座池内胆下排管上 的半环结构为定位基准向下装入座池内, 座池内胆下排管伸出座池下排管外, 座池 下排管的下端依次设置弹性圈、 夹圈及 J型密封圈, 座池下排管外设置螺纹, 上安 装螺母, 通过螺母将弹性圈、 夹圈及 J型密封圈固定在座池上, 并压在座池内胆下 排管的端面上, 形成座池内胆的端面密封; 座池下部内腔与座池内胆下部之间形成 容纳清水的空腔, 座池内胆的环状平台与座池内孔相配合, 环状平台内设置双头喷 水嘴口, 所述座池内设置管路, 管路的一端设置喷水嘴, 从座池的喷水嘴口伸出, 管路的一端设置四通阀, 与容纳清水的空腔相通, 座池的后部设置手压气泵, 与四 通阀相连通, 手动气泵的一侧设置按钮开关, 可用于手动控制座池内的清水冲洗。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的水冲座便池, 其特征在于: 所述螺母上端设置止回松 结构, 座池底部相应位置设置止回结构, 螺母与座池通过止回松结构和止回结构实 现固定连接, 形成不能松动的状态。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的水冲座便池, 其特征在于: 所述座池的后部设置螺栓 孔, 座池上设置座圈及与座圈铰接的座盖, 座圈、 座盖与座池通过螺栓固定连接。
4、 根据权利要求]至 3所述的任一种水冲座便池, 其特征在于: 所述座池为吹 塑一次成型的座池, 所述座池内胆为高仿陶瓷高耐磨材料制成的注塑内胆。
5、一种由权利要求 1所述的水冲座便池扩展而成的直排便携式座便器, 其特征 在于: 座池下端设置直排基座, 直排基座内从上到下依次设置空腔孔、 侧位孔、 排 放孔, 座池下排管、 螺母沉入空腔孔中, 空腔孔内设置扇形球面阀片, 与 J型密封 圈形成密封, 扇形球面阀片下部设置转轴, 插入侧位孔中, 其中一个转轴上交叉固 定连接脚踏, 脚踏上设置复位弹簧, 一端与转轴端面相抵, 一端与侧位孔的内腔面 相祗, 脚踏上设置有凸肩, 直排基座上设置有止位钩, 凸肩与止位钩相抵。
6、一种由权利要求 1所述的水冲座便池扩展而成的收纳便携式座便器, 其特征 在于: 座池的下端设置收纳基座, 座池下部设置凹水滴结构, 所述收纳基座上的相 应位置设置凸水滴结构, 收纳基座与座池通过凸水滴结构与凹水滴结构相互扣合; 收纳基座的中部设置带有轴肩的孔,轴肩下设置扩展压环,所述螺母外设置有压环, 螺母通过压环将扩展压环锁紧在轴肩上, 实现收纳基座与座池的固定连接和相互旋 转运动; 收纳基座孔的底部设置滑轨, 所述收纳基座一侧设置开口, 内安装污水箱, 污水箱上中部设置密封阀, 上设置屋檐式阓环, 阔环插入滑轨中, 与滑轨密封配合, 阀环的内腔与 J密封圈配合。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的收纳便携式座便器, 其特征在于; 所述的污水箱、 收 纳基座为一次吹塑成型, 上部一侧装配有可旋转的排污管和盖, 另一侧设置液位显 示仪与排气阔总成, 下设置轮子。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的收纳便携式座便器, 其特征在于: 所述密封阀上设置 依靠自重下垂的拉手, 控制密封阀的开合, 所述收纳基座在开口的对侧上部设置有 开口窗, 拉手从开口窗中露出。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的收纳便携式座便器, 其特征在于: 所述污水箱上设置 有上部把手和中部把手。
10、、 根据权利要求 6所述的收纳便携式座便器, 其特征在于: 所述收纳基座开 口为金属支撑框架结构, 开口处设置有基座门, 基座门上设置有门把乎。
