权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括吸杆和电源杆, 所述吸杆包括吸筒和设于吸筒内的用于产生烟雾的雾 化器, 其特征在于, 吸杆的一端嵌设有吸嘴盖, 吸嘴盖的通孔内活动地嵌设有作为烟雾通道 的吸气口开关的气阀。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述气阀包括底座和设于底座第一侧的多个 5 柱体, 柱体之间设有间隙以配合形成供烟雾流通的通气槽。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 通气槽的底部由第一侧的局部侧面构成。
4. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 柱体为两个, 横截面呈弓形, 两个平面相对 且呈对称设置。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述气阀包括底座和设于底座第一侧的柱 0 体, 柱体内沿轴向设有空腔, 柱体的末端沿径向设有通气孔, 通气孔连通吸杆内部的烟雾通 道和所述空腔, 底座的第一侧面上开设有沟槽, 沟槽由空腔伸入第一侧面并向底座的第二侧 面延伸形成, 沟槽将空腔与外部连通。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 吸嘴盖的通孔壁向内延伸形成侧壁, 所述侧 壁在气阀拉出时堵住通气孔, 在气阀按下时露出通气孔。
5 7. 如权利要求 2至 6 中任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 柱体的末端向外延伸形成有防 止气阀脱出吸嘴盖的通孔的止挡部。
8. 如权利要求 2至 6 中任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 底座呈圆台形, 且相对于吸嘴 盖的第一侧面的直径小于第二侧面的直径。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸杆还包括设于吸筒另一端、 用于与电 :° 源杆连接的第一连接器。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电源杆包括电源筒及设于电源筒内的电 源, 电源筒的一端设有与所述第一连接器匹配对接的第二连接器, 另一端设有开关模块及灯 帽组件。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接器和第二连接器均由外电极

12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 雾化器包括由储液件和导管依次嵌套且两 端密封组成的雾化腔, 以及设于雾化腔内的加热器; 其中, 雾化腔的两端分别由隔油座和外 电极环密封。
