Description

双管阻尼防跳上轮装置
技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰五金配件制造领域, 涉及一种用于推拉门上的上轮, 尤其涉及一种双管阻尼防跳上轮装置。
背景技术 在壁柜门 (推拉门) 上应用的阻尼器有多种形式, 但一般壁柜门阻尼器是 分为左、 右侧使用的, 因此, 装配要求比较严格; 而一般壁柜门阻尼器采用单 管阻尼器, 即只有一根阻尼管, 它的阻尼力度是有限的。 在上述现有技术下, 要增加阻尼力度, 则左右各设一根阻尼管, 这样的话, 则对应的轨道上均需要 为这两根阻尼管分别设一个拨动件, 这样, 结构便很复杂而且装配要求更高。 为克服上述缺陷, 本发明申请人研发了一种双管阻尼壁柜上轮并申请了专 利(专利号为 201320065103. 7), 该双管阻尼壁柜上轮的盒罩里装配两条并列的 阻尼管, 在两条阻尼管的共同前端装配阻尼器滑动件, 阻尼器滑动件可同时拉 动或推动两条阻尼管, 并通过其它结构的配合, 实现阻尼器的 "上弦"和阻尼 作用。 安装时, 将该双管阻尼壁柜上轮安装在门页的顶端, 在上轨道的一定位 置用螺钉把上挂体 (即拨动件) 倒装连接在上轨道上, 上挂体的拨动柱插接在 该双管阻尼壁柜上轮的阻尼器滑动件的圆弧槽里, 从而能推拉阻尼器滑动件。 然而, 随着上述专利技术的投入生产使用, 申请人发现在推拉门打开、 关 闭的瞬间, 由于加速度的原因, 门会发生跳动, 因此需要解决门跳动的问题。 此外, 上述上挂件在上轨道中的安装不牢靠, 随着门拖拉次数的增多, 上挂件 容易脱落, 因此需要解决上挂件的安装问题。 再者, 为了上挂体的拨动柱能插 入阻尼器滑动件的圆弧槽内, 拨动柱必须要有一定的长度, 当拨动柱固定在上 挂体的底板上时, 由于底板安装在上轨道中, 拨动柱的实际有效长度实际上并 不长, 从而容易从圆弧槽中滑出; 为此, 需要解决该上挂体的拨动柱的有效长 度问题。 综上, 有必要对上述技术方案作出相应的改进。 发明内容 为了解决现有技术中的门页跳动的问题, 申请人于 2013年 4月 15 日申请 的专利 "双管阻尼防跳壁柜上轮"(专利号 201320188516. 4 ) 提供了解决方案: 在双管阻尼壁柜上轮盒罩上垂直装配防跳滚轮; 为解决现有技术中上挂体的安 装和其拨动柱的有效长度问题, 该专利也提供了一种双层拨动件, 但在实际应 用中也被证明仍有缺陷。 为此, 申请人继续研发出一种改进的双层拨动件, 并 于 2013年 7月 8日申请专利 (专利号为 201320403640. 8); 该双层拨动件能微 调拨动柱的高度从而保证拨动柱的有效长度, 并且安装方便可靠。 本发明要求上述两个专利或专利申请的优先权, 其相应技术方案将被引入 本发明中。 本发明的目的在于提供一种双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其能够防止门页跳动, 其上挂体安装方便且牢靠, 上挂体和阻尼器滑动件的配合可靠。 为达到上述目的, 本发明采用如下技术方案:
双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 包括双管阻尼防跳上轮组件和拨动件, 所述双管 阻尼防跳上轮组件包括上轮板、 设置在所述上轮板上的上轮和上轮盒罩, 在所 述上轮板上所述上轮盒罩里沿纵向设置阻尼管, 所述阻尼管的一端连接阻尼器 滑动件, 所述拨动件能适配于安装门页的上轨道中且能拨动所述阻尼器滑动件; 其中,
在所述上轮盒罩上设置有防跳滚轮, 所述防跳滚轮的固定轴垂直于门页移 动方向, 且所述防跳滚轮的上部分露出所述上轮盒罩的顶面上;
所述拨动件为双层拨动件, 其包括拨动件底板和叠装在所述拨动件底板上 的拨动柱板; 在所述拨动柱板上垂直地固定能拨动所述阻尼器滑动件的拨动柱; 其中,
所述拨动件底板的纵向两端部均被切割成多块纵向并列的支板, 在所述支 板上均设有连接孔; 所述拨动件底板的纵向两端部的所述多块纵向并列的支板 上平行套接连接弹片;
所述连接弹片包括弹片底板和垂直竖立地固定于所述弹片底板两端上的左 竖板和右竖板, 所述弹片底板包括多个分槽板,所述分槽板数目与所述拨动件底 板的相应端部的所述支板的数目相等,所述多个分槽板中至少有一个分槽板相 对于其他分槽板向上凸出或者向下凹进一定的距离; 所述多个分槽板分别与对应的所述多块纵向并列的支板适配, 从而使所述 连接弹片被套接在所述拨动件底板上; 所述分槽板上设有与对应的所述支板上 的所述连接孔适应的安装孔或设有卡接在相应所述支板的所述连接孔中的凸 头;
在所述左竖板的外壁上和所述右竖板的外壁上均设有凸台, 所述左竖板的 凸台的外表面和所述右竖板的凸台的外表面之间的垂直距离等于所述上轨道的 垂直宽度。
优选地, 所述拨动件底板的纵向两端部均被切割成三块纵向并列的支板, 所述连接弹片的弹片底板包括三个分槽板, 所述三个分槽板分别为与所述左竖 板固接的左槽板、 与所述右竖板固接的右槽板以及连接于所述左槽板和所述右 槽板之间的中部槽板。
优选地, 所述左槽板和所述右槽板处于同一个平面上, 所述中部槽板相对 于所述左槽板和所述右槽板向上凸出一定的距离, 以使得平行套接时中间的所 述支板适配于所述中部槽板的底部, 两侧的所述支板分别适配在所述左槽板和 所述右槽板的顶部。
优选地, 所述左槽板和所述右槽板均设有凸头, 所述凸头与所述三块纵向 并列的支板中两侧的支板上的所述连接孔适应且能卡接在相应的所述连接孔 中; 所述中部槽板设有与所述三块纵向并列的支板中中间的支板的所述连接孔 适应的安装孔, 通过螺钉穿过该安装孔和连接孔实现安装。
优选地, 所述拨动件底板上垂直竖立地固定有导向件且设有与所述导向件 平行的内六角螺柱, 相应地在所述拨动柱板设有与所述导向件适配的导向孔和 与所述内六角螺柱适配的螺纹孔, 所述导向件和所述内六角螺柱分别从所述导 向孔和所述螺纹孔中穿出; 通过旋转所述内六角螺柱能调节所述拨动柱板相对 于所述拨动件底板的距离。
优选地, 所述凸台为长方体凸台。
优选地, 在所述上轮盒罩的设置所述滑动槽的一端上开设 "十"字槽孔, 在所述 "十"字槽孔里装配防跳滚轮。
优选地, 在所述上轮板上所述上轮盒罩里沿纵向并列地设置两条阻尼管, 所述两条阻尼管的拉杆端头连接所述阻尼器滑动件; 所述阻尼器滑动件包括与 所述拨动件适应的插接孔, 所述上轮盒罩对应于所述阻尼器滑动件设置有滑动 槽, 所述插接孔伸出在所述滑动槽中, 所述拨动件能穿过所述滑动槽插接在所 述插接孔中。
优选地, 在所述两条阻尼管之间平行地设置拉伸弹簧, 所述阻尼器滑动件 还连接有连接器, 所述阻尼管的拉杆端头和所述拉伸弹簧的相应一端均连接于 所述连接器。
优选地, 所述阻尼器滑动件设有适配柱, 所述上轮盒罩内壁上设置有为所 述适配柱导向的导向槽, 在所述导向槽的末端设有折弯部, 所述折弯部和所述 阻尼器滑动件具有适应的结构, 以使得所述适配柱滑动至所述折弯部时能适配 在所述折弯部内, 所述适配柱反向滑动时能从所述折弯部内脱出。
本发明的有益效果在于: 特殊结构的双层拨动件在上轨道中的安装更加方 便且牢靠, 从而使得拨动件能够稳定有效地发挥作用, 拨动阻尼器滑动件运动; 而其中防跳滚轮的设置能够避免在门页启动和关闭瞬间的跳动现象, 使得门页 运行平稳; 而且, 该双管阻尼防跳上轮装置的结构简单紧凑, 造价低。 本发明 的其他有益效果将在优选实施例中具体说明。

下面将结合附图详细介绍本发明的优选实施例。
图 20、21显示了本发明一个实施例的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置的整体示意图, 其主要包括两大部分: 双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10、 拨动件 20, 安装时, 双管阻 尼防跳上轮组件 10安装在推拉门门页的顶端,拨动件 20安装在上轨道内。图 1一 图 7显示了双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10或其部件, 图 8—图 13显示了拨动件 20, 图 14一图 19显示了拨动件 20中的连接弹片 23。 图 22显示了双管阻尼防跳上 轮装置装配在门页 A和上轨道 B上的示意图。
接着分别介绍双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10、 拨动件 20。
(一) 双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10
如图 1一图 8所示, 双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10包括上轮板 11、 设置在上轮 板 11上的上轮 12和上轮盒罩 13, 在上轮板 11上上轮盒罩 13里沿纵向设置阻 尼管 14, 阻尼管 14的一端连接阻尼器滑动件 15。 将该双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10安装在门页的顶端时,上轮 12能与安装门页的上轨道适应并沿上轨道侧壁滑 动。
优选地, 在本发明中, 在上轮板 11上上轮盒罩 13里沿纵向并列地设置了 两条阻尼管 14, 两条阻尼管 14的拉杆端头连接阻尼器滑动件 15, 两条阻尼管 的设置使得阻尼效果能够大大加强。 此外, 在两条阻尼管 14之间还平行地设置 拉伸弹簧 16, 拉伸弹簧 16也能被阻尼器滑动件 15推拉动。上轮盒罩 13设有用 于安装两条阻尼管 14的阻尼管适配槽 133、 134, 上轮盒罩 13还设有用于安装 拉伸弹簧 16的拉伸弹簧适配槽 135。 阻尼器滑动件 15连接有连接器 151, 连接 器 151设有阻尼器拉杆连接孔 1510、 1511和拉伸弹簧连接孔 1512, 两条阻尼管 14的拉杆端头和拉伸弹簧 16的相应端头分别连接在连接器 151的阻尼器拉杆连 接孔 1510、 1511和拉伸弹簧连接孔 1512中, 从而使得阻尼管 14和拉伸弹簧 16 能被阻尼器滑动件 15推拉动。
上轮盒罩 13对应阻尼器滑动件 15位置设有滑动槽 131,滑动槽 131设置在 上轮盒罩 13的纵向中部即两个阻尼管 14的中间位置, 与拉伸弹簧 16的位置相 对齐。
其中, 阻尼器滑动件 15设置有插接孔 150以及适配柱。 其中, 插接孔 150 伸出在滑动槽 131中, 从而使得拨动件 20的拨动柱 (下文将描述) 能穿过该滑 动槽 131插接在该插接孔 150中, 以拨动阻尼器滑动件 15。上轮盒罩 13内壁上 设置有为适配柱导向的导向槽 132, 该导向槽 132的末端设置有折弯部 1320, 折弯部 1320与上述阻尼器滑动件 15的适配柱适配, 且折弯部 1320和阻尼器滑 动件 15具有适当的结构, 以使得当适配柱在滑入该折弯部 1320内时, 能被适 配卡接在该折弯部 1320中, 此时, 拉伸弹簧 16达到最大拉伸值且阻尼管 14被 "上弦"; 当适配柱受到反向推动力时, 其能从该折弯部 1320 内脱出, 此时阻 尼管"脱钩", 发挥阻尼作用。阻尼器滑动件的具体结构应当满足上述功能要求, 同时能适应其安装部位的要求, 专利 ZL201320065103. 7提供了阻尼器滑动件的 优选实施例, 其技术方案能被引用到本发明中, 在此不再累述; 当然本发明也 可以采用其他等同结构。
当门页启动和关闭的瞬间, 由于加速度较大, 而门页安装后与上轨道之间 存在一定的空隙, 因而门页会剧烈跳动。 经过反复试验, 申请人发现了一种最 简单可靠的解决方法,
在上轮盒罩 13上设置有防跳滚轮 17, 防跳滚轮 17的固定轴垂直于门页移 动方向 (即双管阻尼防跳上轮组件 10的纵向方向), 滚轮绕固定轴转动; 而且, 防跳滚轮 17的上部分露出上轮盒罩 13的顶面外。 防跳滚轮 17为一般的滚动轮 即可, 优选地为塑料轮, 其露出上轮盒罩 13的顶面的高度等于上轮盒罩 13的 顶面与下文描述的拨动件 20的拨动柱板表面 (拨动件 20的安装见下文) 之间 的距离, 防跳滚轮 17就在拨动柱板上沿门页移动方向滚动, 这样门页便没有了 跳动的空间, 避免了启动或关闭时门页跳动现象, 实际应用表明该创造设计的 效果明显。 作为一个优选实施例, 在上轮盒罩 13的设置滑动槽 131的一端开设 "十"字槽孔 1310, 在 "十"字槽孔 1310里装配防跳滚轮 17。
(二) 拨动件 20
如图 9一图 14所示, 该拨动件 20为双层拨动件, 其包括拨动件底板 21和 叠装在拨动件底板 21上的拨动柱板 22; 在拨动柱板 22上垂直地固定有与阻尼 器滑动件 15的插接孔 150适应的拨动柱 221。
其中, 拨动柱 221为最重要的功能部件, 其插接在插接孔 150中能拨动阻 尼器滑动件 15从而带动阻尼器 14 "上弦", 当阻尼器 "上弦"后继续往前时拨 动柱又能从插接孔 150里脱出, 而且能反向拨动阻尼器滑动件从而使阻尼器发 生阻尼作用。 由于安装的限制, 拨动柱 221的实际长度并非其能插入插接孔 150 的有效长度, 双层结构的设置, 能够使拨动件底板 21安装在上轨道的顶面的同 时, 拨动柱板 22靠近门页顶端, 从而相对增加拨动柱的有效长度。
优选地,拨动件底板 21上垂直竖立地固定有导向件 211且设有与导向件 211 平行的内六角螺柱 212, 相应地在拨动柱板 22设有与导向件 211适配的导向孔 222和与内六角螺柱 212适配的螺纹孔 223, 导向件 211和内六角螺柱 212分别 从导向孔 222和螺纹孔 223中穿出, 到达拨动柱板 22的上方; 优选地, 拨动柱 板 22上围绕着导向孔 222设有为导向件 211导向的延伸部 2220。在本实施例中, 导向件 211优选地有 2个, 且导向件 211优选地为横截面为长方形的柱体; 内 六角螺柱 212的一端被限制在拨动件底板 21上且仅能被转动。
此外, 拨动柱板 22为塑料板和金属底板两层叠加而成, 图中标记 224的螺 钉为从底面往顶面方向将该两层板固定在一起的部件, 而相应地, 也有两个螺 钉 225从顶面往底面方向将该两层板固定在一起。
转动上述内六角螺柱 212, 其与螺纹孔 223相当于啮合传动, 拨动柱板 22 便在该传动之下相对于拨动件底板 21向上或向下运动,这样固定在拨动柱板 22 上的拨动柱 221的有效长度便能增长或变短, 以能和阻尼器滑动件 15适配并能 更稳定地插接在插接孔 150中, 从而能更有效地拨动阻尼器滑动件 15工作; 同 时拨动件 20的整体高度也能得到调整, 从而能适应不同的安装宽度。
优选地, 为了便于该拨动件 20在上轨道中的安装, 本实施例中, 拨动件底 板 21的纵向端部 213被切割成三块纵向并列的支板 2131、 2132、 2133, 拨动件 底板 21的纵向端部 214被切割成三块纵向并列的支板 2141、 2142、 2143 , 在每 个纵向端部的每块支板上均设有连接孔; 拨动件底板 21的纵向两端部 213、 214 的三块纵向并列的支板上平行套接有连接弹片 23、 24。 由于纵向端部 213和纵 向端部 214 的结构以及其套接的连接弹片的结构基本相同, 因此下面仅以其中 的纵向端部 213为例说明插接关系。
如图 9一图 14所示, 在拨动件底板 21的纵向端部 213的三块支板 2131、 2132、 2133 上分别设有连接孔 a、 b、 c, 在该三块支板上平行地套接连接弹片 23, 连接弹片 23采用弹性材料制成, 更利于稳固地卡在上轨道中。
如图 15—图 20所示, 该连接弹片 23包括弹片底板 231和固定垂直连接在 弹片底板两端的左竖板 232和右竖板 233,弹片底板 231包括与左竖板 232固接 的左槽板 2311、 与右竖板 233固接的右槽板 2312以及连接于左槽板 2311和右 槽板 2312之间的中部槽板 2313。 连接弹片 23—体成型。
其中, 左槽板 2311、 中部槽板 2313、 右槽板 2312分别与三块纵向并列的 支板 2131、 2132、 2133适配, 从而使连接弹片 23被套接在拨动件底板 21上; 左槽板 2311、 中部槽板 2313、 右槽板 2312分别设有与相应支板的连接孔&、 b、 c适应的安装孔或卡接在相应连接孔中的凸头。
在本实施例中, 左槽板 2311和右槽板 2312处于同一个平面上, 中部槽板 2313相对于左槽板 2311和右槽板 2312向上凸出一定的距离, 这样, 平行套接 时中间的支板 2132适配于中部槽板 2313的底部, 两侧的支板 2131、 2133分别 适配在左槽板 2311和右槽板 2312的顶部。 左槽板 2311和右槽板 2312分别设 有凸头 23110、 23120, 凸头 23110、 23120与三块纵向并列的支板中两侧的支板 2131、 2133上的连接孔 a、 c适应且能卡接在相应的连接孔 a、 c中; 中部槽板 2313设有与三块纵向并列的支板中中间的支板 2132 的连接孔 b适应的安装孔 23130 , 通过螺钉穿过该安装孔 23130和连接孔 b实现安装。
当然, 在本发明其他的实施例中, 也可以是中部槽板相对于左、 右槽板向 下凹进一定的距离, 这样, 平行套接时中间的支板适配在中部槽板的顶部, 两 侧的支板则适配在左、 右槽板的底部。 在本发明其他的实施例中, 可以是左槽 板、 中部槽板、 右槽板中的任意一个上设置安装孔以实现与相应支板的螺钉连 接, 另两个设置凸出以卡接在相应支板的连接孔中; 以此类推。
在本发明的其他实施例中, 还可以根据情况将拨动件底板的纵向两端部切 割成三块以上的纵向并列的支板, 在支板上均设有连接孔; 拨动件底板的纵向 两端部的三块以上的纵向并列的支板上如上述实施方式一样平行套接连接弹 片。 相应地, 连接弹片的弹片底板也包括三块以上对应的分槽板, 分槽板数目 与拨动件底板的相应端部的支板的数目相等,三块以上的分槽板中至少有一个 分槽板相对于其他分槽板向上凸出或向下凹进一定的距离, 这样所有的分槽板 便不在一个平面上, 平行套接时, 有些分槽板适配在相应支板的上部, 有些分 槽板适配在相应支板的下部, 这样才能实现套接。 再利用上述实施方式中凸台 卡接在支板的连接孔, 或利用螺钉穿过对应的连接孔和安装孔, 实现固定。
此外, 在本实施例中, 在左竖板 232和右竖板 233的外壁上分别设置设有 凸台 2320、 2330, 左竖板的凸台 2320的外表面和右竖板的凸台 2330的外表面 之间的垂直距离等于上轨道的垂直宽度。 优选地, 这两个凸台为长方体凸台。 安装时,将该双层拨动件 20倒装在上轨道中,弹片底板 231顶接在上轨道的底, 上述凸台 2320、 2330分别顶接在上轨道的左右侧面上, 当对拨动件 20在上轨 道中的位置进行调节时, 上述凸台结构的设置能够方便推移拨动件。
下面介绍在上轨道内安装双层拨动件的方法。在把双层拨动件 20倒装镶嵌 装配到上轨道 B内时,首先装配时尽可能把双层拨动件 20靠门柜边远一点距离, 因为这时双层拨动件 20的最后位置并没有确定。 当把壁柜门页 A推移从门柜边 向门中部移动时, 这时双层拨动件 20顶部的拨动柱 221没有碰到双管阻尼上轮 组件 10的阻尼器滑动件 15, 当壁柜门页 A从柜门中部向门框边推移时, 这时双 管阻尼上轮组件 10的阻尼器滑动件 15碰到拨动柱 221, 会推动着双层拨动件 20向门框边滑动, 直到壁柜门页 A到达门框边, 这时双层拨动件 20就自动定位 了。我们就可以用内六角起拧动内六角螺柱 212, 把内六角螺柱 212顶接在上轨 道 B的顶面上, 把双层拨动件 20固定位。
下面继续来看本发明的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置的作用机理。
参看附图 22, 原来在壁柜门页 A到达门框边时, 此时在上轨道 B里的双层 拨动件 20上的拨动柱 221是插接在双管阻尼上轮组件 10的阻尼器滑动件 15的 插接孔 150里, 当把壁柜门页 A从右边向左边推移时拨动柱 221拉动着阻尼器 滑动件 15使阻尼器 "上弦", 壁柜门页 A继续向左边滑行时, 拨动柱 221脱出 阻尼器滑动件 15, 壁柜门页 A自由滑动。 当关闭壁柜门页 A时, 推动壁柜门页 A从左向右方向运行, 当双管阻尼上轮组件 10滑行到双层拨动件 20下部时, 拨 动柱 221碰撞阻尼器滑动件 15, 使阻尼器滑动件 15 "脱钩", 这时双管阻尼上 轮组件 10里的阻尼管发生阻尼作用, 拉动壁柜门页 A反向运动, 壁柜门页 A只 能缓慢滑行, 不会发生跳动现象和碰撞问题, 安全运行到达门框边。
本实施例的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置的优点有: (一) 设计新颖、 结构合理; (二) 能微调拨动柱的高度; (三) 安装方便, 由于双层拨动件的拨动件底板两 侧装配了连接弹片, 它由具有高弹性的材质制成且左、 右竖板有长方形凸台, 这样, 将双层拨动件倒装镶嵌装配在上轨道里, 连接弹片顶接在上轨道的两个 内壁上, 非常牢固且不会自动掉下来, 同时又可以在上轨道里往复推移; (四) 由于改进了拨动件底板的结构, 它使得双层拨动件可以自动定位, 无须人工去 定位了; (五) 具有双管阻尼壁柜上轮的阻尼功能和防跳功能。
以上描述的仅仅是本发明的优选实施例, 当然不能以此限制本发明的保护 范围, 任何对于本发明技术方案的等同变换和替换, 都在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 包括双管阻尼防跳上轮组件和拨动件, 所述 双管阻尼防跳上轮组件包括上轮板、 设置在所述上轮板上的上轮和上轮盒罩, 在所述上轮板上所述上轮盒罩里沿纵向设置阻尼管, 所述阻尼管的一端连接阻 尼器滑动件, 所述拨动件能适配于安装门页的上轨道中且能拨动所述阻尼器滑 动件; 其特征在于:
在所述上轮盒罩上设置有防跳滚轮, 所述防跳滚轮的固定轴垂直于门页移 动方向, 且所述防跳滚轮的上部分露出所述上轮盒罩的顶面上;
所述拨动件为双层拨动件, 其包括拨动件底板和叠装在所述拨动件底板上 的拨动柱板; 在所述拨动柱板上垂直地固定能拨动所述阻尼器滑动件的拨动柱; 其中,
所述拨动件底板的纵向两端部均被切割成多块纵向并列的支板, 在所述支 板上均设有连接孔; 所述拨动件底板的纵向两端部的所述多块纵向并列的支板 上平行套接连接弹片;
所述连接弹片包括弹片底板和垂直竖立地固定于所述弹片底板两端上的左 竖板和右竖板, 所述弹片底板包括多个分槽板,所述分槽板数目与所述拨动件底 板的相应端部的所述支板的数目相等,所述多个分槽板中至少有一个分槽板相 对于其他分槽板向上凸出或者向下凹进一定的距离;
所述多个分槽板分别与对应的所述多块纵向并列的支板适配, 从而使所述 连接弹片被套接在所述拨动件底板上; 所述分槽板上设有与对应的所述支板上 的所述连接孔适应的安装孔或设有卡接在相应所述支板的所述连接孔中的凸 头;
在所述左竖板的外壁上和所述右竖板的外壁上均设有凸台, 所述左竖板的 凸台的外表面和所述右竖板的凸台的外表面之间的垂直距离等于所述上轨道的 垂直宽度。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述拨 动件底板的纵向两端部均被切割成三块纵向并列的支板, 所述连接弹片的弹片 底板包括三个分槽板, 所述三个分槽板分别为与所述左竖板固接的左槽板、 与 所述右竖板固接的右槽板以及连接于所述左槽板和所述右槽板之间的中部槽
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述左槽 板和所述右槽板处于同一个平面上, 所述中部槽板相对于所述左槽板和所述右 槽板向上凸出一定的距离, 以使得平行套接时中间的所述支板适配于所述中部 槽板的底部, 两侧的所述支板分别适配在所述左槽板和所述右槽板的顶部。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述左槽 板和所述右槽板均设有凸头, 所述凸头与所述三块纵向并列的支板中两侧的支 板上的所述连接孔适应且能卡接在相应的所述连接孔中; 所述中部槽板设有与 所述三块纵向并列的支板中中间的支板的所述连接孔适应的安装孔, 通过螺钉 穿过该安装孔和连接孔实现安装。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述拨动 件底板上垂直竖立地固定有导向件且设有与所述导向件平行的内六角螺柱, 相 应地在所述拨动柱板设有与所述导向件适配的导向孔和与所述内六角螺柱适配 的螺纹孔, 所述导向件和所述内六角螺柱分别从所述导向孔和所述螺纹孔中穿 出; 通过旋转所述内六角螺柱能调节所述拨动柱板相对于所述拨动件底板的距
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述凸台 为长方体凸台。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 在所述上 轮盒罩的设置所述滑动槽的一端上开设 "十"字槽孔, 在所述 "十"字槽孔里 装配防跳滚轮。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 在所述上 轮板上所述上轮盒罩里沿纵向并列地设置两条阻尼管, 所述两条阻尼管的拉杆 端头连接所述阻尼器滑动件; 所述阻尼器滑动件包括与所述拨动件适应的插接 孔, 所述上轮盒罩对应于所述阻尼器滑动件设置有滑动槽, 所述插接孔伸出在 所述滑动槽中, 所述拨动件能穿过所述滑动槽插接在所述插接孔中。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 在所述两 条阻尼管之间平行地设置拉伸弹簧, 所述阻尼器滑动件还连接有连接器, 所述 阻尼管的拉杆端头和所述拉伸弹簧的相应一端均连接于所述连接器。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的双管阻尼防跳上轮装置, 其特征在于: 所述阻 尼器滑动件设有适配柱, 所述上轮盒罩内壁上设置有为所述适配柱导向的导向 槽, 在所述导向槽的末端设有折弯部, 所述折弯部和所述阻尼器滑动件具有适 应的结构, 以使得所述适配柱滑动至所述折弯部时能适配在所述折弯部内, 所 述适配柱反向滑动时能从所述折弯部内脱出。
