Abstract
Signaling mechanisms enable dynamic reconfiguration of the UL/DL resource partitioning (403) by user equipment (UE) (104) in a TDD wireless communication system (100), such as the 3 GPP TDD Long Term Evolution (TD-LTE) system. The dynamic reconfiguration of the UL/DL resource partitioning may also be applied to any other TDD wireless system employing dynamic reconfiguration of the TDD UL/DL configuration.
