Abstract

La présente invention a, notamment, pour objet l'utilisation d'une composition cosmétique et/ou thérapeutique, notamment dermatologique contenant au moins une séquence d'acides aminés de la Dermicidine, d'un analogue ou d'un fragment de celle-ci, ou d'au moins une séquence d'acides nucléiques codant cette séquence, pour prévenir l'apparition d'imperfections, ainsi que pour le traitement et/ou la prévention et/ou le diagnostic de la peau acnéique et/ou grasse ou à tendance acnéique et/ou grasse. Elle concerne également un procédé d'application de la composition cosmétique précitée pour la prévention d'apparition d'imperfections et le traitement de la peau à tendance acnéique et/ou grasse. Elle concerne, en outre, un procédé de traitement d'une peau acnéique comprenant l'application topique sur ladite peau de la composition pharmaceutique pour le traitement de la peau acnéique et/ou grasse. La présente invention a, également, pour objet l'utilisation d'un biomarqueur pour le diagnostic des peaux acnéique et/ou grasse ou à tendance acnéiques et/ou grasse.
