Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る特典付与システムの一例であるポイントシステム1を構成する装置を示した図である。通信網2は、音声通信やデータ通信などの通信サービスを提供する移動体通信網である。なお、通信網2は、インターネットや固定電話網なども含めることができる。サーバ装置20、レジスター40及び端末装置10A、10Bは、通信網2を介してデータ通信を行う。
図3は、端末装置10のハードウェア構成の一例を示したブロック図である。制御部101は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)及びRAM(Random Access Memory)を備えたマイクロコントローラである。CPUがROMに記憶されているプログラムを実行すると、スマートフォンの基本的な機能が実現する。
図5は、サーバ装置20のハードウェア構成の一例を示したブロック図である。表示部203は、液晶ディスプレイを備えており、サーバ装置20を操作するための画面や記憶部202に記憶されている情報などを表示する。操作部204は、キーボードやマウスを備えており、サーバ装置20は、キーボードやマウスに行われた操作に応じて動作する。通信部205は、通信網2を介して通信を行う通信インターフェースとして機能する。通信部205は、通信網2を介して端末装置10やレジスター40と情報のやり取りを行う。なお、本実施形態においては、サーバ装置20は、表示部203と操作部204を備えているが、表示部203と操作部204を備えていない構成であってもよい。
次に、本実施形態の動作の一例について説明する。まず、端末装置10Aのユーザは、店3に入店する前に、上述したアプリAの起動を指示する操作を操作部104において行う。制御部101は、ユーザの操作に応じてアプリAを実行する。制御部101は、アプリAを実行すると、店3内にユーザが位置しているか否かを示す店内フラグを初期化して「0」にする。なお、店内フラグは、値が0であるとユーザが店3の外にいることを示し、値が1であるとユーザが店3の中にいることを示す。音声処理部107においては、マイクロホンで取得した音波がデジタル信号に変換され、このデジタル信号が制御部101へ供給される。
端末装置10Aのユーザは、ポイントサービスを利用する場合、端末装置10Aをレジスター40に近づける。端末装置10Aがリーダに近づくと、レジスター40と、アプリAを実行している端末装置10Aとの間で近距離無線通信が開始される。まず、制御部101は、近距離通信部108を制御し、記憶部102に記憶されているユーザ識別子をレジスター40へ送信する。レジスター40は、ユーザ識別子を受信すると、記憶している店舗識別子と、受信したユーザ識別子とをサーバ装置20へ送信する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されることなく、他の様々な形態で実施可能である。例えば、上述の実施形態を以下のように変形して本発明を実施してもよい。なお、上述した実施形態及び以下の変形例は、各々を組み合わせてもよい。
なお、複数の発信機30を店3の中に配置する場合、各発信機の発信機識別子が異なるようにしてもよい。この場合、店舗テーブルTB1は、店舗識別子に対応付けて、当該店舗識別子の店の各棚(各エリア)に配置された発信機30の装置識別子を格納する。
また、このように棚毎(エリア毎)に発信機30を配置する構成にあっては、店3の中を端末装置10が移動すると、端末装置10が受信する発信機識別子は、移動した位置に応じて変化する。端末装置10は、店3の中で取得した発信機識別子をサーバ装置20へ送信し、サーバ装置20は、送信された発信機識別子に応じて、端末装置10のユーザに与えるポイントを変更するようにしてもよい。例えば、受信した発信機識別子の順番が予め定められた順番である場合、商品のバーコードを読み取って得られるポイントとは別のポイントをユーザに与えるようにしてもよい。また、受信した発信機識別子の数が予め定められた数より多いユーザに対して、商品のバーコードを読み取って得られるポイントとは別のポイントを与えるようにしてもよい。
また、無線LAN(Local Area Network)のアクセスポイントを店3の中に配置し、実施形態の発信機識別子に替えてアクセスポイントの識別子(例えばSSID(Service Set Identifier))を用いるようにしてもよい。端末装置10が店3のアクセスポイントの識別子を受信できている場合は店3の中にいると判断し、店3のアクセスポイントの識別子を受信できていない場合は店3の外にいると判断する。
例えば、発信機識別子が「1001100」で店舗識別子が「S001」の店3にユーザ識別子が「u0001」であるユーザが入店し、店3の中で端末装置10にバーコードを読み取らせなかった場合、サーバ装置20は、ユーザテーブルTB3で店舗識別子「S001」が格納されている行に、未取得情報を対応付けて記憶する。
また、本変形例においては、ユーザテーブルTB3において、未取得情報が格納されている状態において、端末装置10のユーザが、店舗識別子が「S001」である店3と同じ系列である他の店3に入店し、商品のバーコードを読み取らせた場合、サーバ装置20は、店舗識別子が「S001」である店3でユーザが取得可能なポイントより低いポイントを、店舗識別子「S001」が格納されている行のポイントの列に加算してもよい。
また、サーバ装置20は、ポイントの付与ではなく、店舗識別子が「S001」である店3で使用可能なクーポン券の画像を端末装置10へ送信するようにしてもよい。
Claims (7)
- 商品を識別する商品識別子を取得する第1取得手段と、
自装置が店内に位置している場合、ユーザを示すユーザ識別子と、前記第1取得手段が取得した前記商品識別子とを送信する第1送信手段と、
を有する端末装置と、
前記端末装置が送信した前記ユーザ識別子と前記商品識別子とを受信する第1受信手段と、
前記第1受信手段が受信したユーザ識別子に対応付けて記憶手段に記憶されている特典情報を、前記第1受信手段が受信した商品識別子に対応した特典を示す情報で更新する更新手段と、
を有するサーバ装置と、
を備える特典付与システム。 - 前記端末装置は、
店内に配置された発信機から出力される発信機識別子を取得する第2取得手段と、
前記第2取得手段が取得した前記発信機識別子を送信する第2送信手段と、
前記第2送信手段が送信した前記発信機識別子を受信した装置から送信された第1の応答を受信する第2受信手段と、
前記第2受信手段が前記第1の応答を受信した場合、自装置が店内に位置していると判定する判定手段と、
を有し、
前記サーバ装置は、
前記端末装置が送信した前記発信機識別子を受信する第3受信手段と、
前記第3受信手段が受信した発信機識別子が前記記憶手段に記憶されている場合、前記端末装置へ前記第1の応答を送信する第3送信手段と、
を有する請求項1に記載の特典付与システム。 - 前記発信機は、前記発信機識別子を表す音波を出力し、
前記第2取得手段は、前記音波を解析して前記発信機識別子を取得する
請求項2に記載の特典付与システム。 - 前記第1送信手段は、自装置が店内に位置していない場合、前記ユーザ識別子と前記商品識別子とを送信しない
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の特典付与システム。 - 前記端末装置は、自装置が店内に位置していない場合、前記第1取得手段が前記商品識別子を取得すると、来店を促す情報を表示する
請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の特典付与システム。 - 端末装置が店内に位置しているときに送信した、ユーザを示すユーザ識別子と、商品を識別する商品識別子とを受信する受信手段と、
前記受信手段が受信したユーザ識別子に対応付けて記憶手段に記憶されている特典情報を、前記受信手段が受信した商品識別子に対応した特典を示す情報で更新する更新手段と、
を有するサーバ装置。 - 端末装置が、商品を識別する商品識別子を取得するステップと、
端末装置が、自装置が店内に位置している場合、ユーザを示すユーザ識別子と、前記取得した前記商品識別子とを送信するステップと、
サーバ装置が、前記端末装置から送信された前記ユーザ識別子と前記商品識別子とを受信するステップと、
サーバ装置が、前記受信したユーザ識別子に対応付けて記憶手段に記憶されている特典情報を、前記受信した商品識別子に対応した特典を示す情報で更新する更新ステップと、
を備える特典付与方法。
