一种缠绕机, 包括立柱、 缠绕机底座、 旋转机构和可升降的膜架, 其特征在于所述立 柱包括立柱外壳主体, 所述立柱外壳主体的底部通过第一连接件与缠绕机底座铰接, 立柱 外壳主体由第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板连接成柱形;所述缠绕机立柱还设有立柱底部内 侧连接件, 所述立柱底部内侧连接件具有立柱轮廓定型面, 所述立柱轮廓定型面与立柱外 壳主体连接; 所述缠绕机立柱顶部也设有顶部定型连接件, 所述顶部定型连接件也与立柱 外壳主体连接; 所述缠绕机立柱内还设置有升降装置支撑架, 升降装置支撑架的下端和底 部内侧连接件连接, 所述升降装置支撑架的上端连接升降装置的顶部安装架, 升降装置的 下部安装架与底部内侧连接件连接, 上述部件之间的连接均用螺栓或螺丝连接, 立柱外壳 主体在第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板之间留有供升降运动的槽口。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上, 本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案: 所述立柱外壳主体、 立柱底部内侧连接件、 顶部定型连接件、 升降装置支撑架、 顶部 安装架、 下部安装架、 升降装置连接构成立柱的运输时的总成, 并通过所述第一连接件与 缠绕机底座铰接。
所述立柱罩板由钢板经滚筋处理成具有凹凸结构。
进一步地, 立柱罩板在立柱罩板宽度方向被折弯; 所述立柱的横截面轮廓为矩形或为 角部圆弧过渡的矩形或角部具有斜面的矩形, 所述立柱罩板被折弯后具有 3个面, 分别对 应在立柱的所述矩形的三个立面上;第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板对应立柱的第一立面的 部分由所述螺栓或螺丝连接; 在与第一立面相对的第三立面上, 第一立柱罩板和第二立柱 罩板之间留有所述供升降运动的槽口; 所述立柱还设有下连接条, 下连接条具有在立柱的 下部对应第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板对应在槽口两侧的部分的连接部位以及对应缠绕 机底座的连接部位,用于在竖立安装立柱时用螺栓或螺丝连接第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩 板对应在槽口两侧的部分以及缠绕机底座。
更进一步地,所述第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板对应第一立面的那端也向立柱内侧折 边, 并在折边处拼接并用螺栓或螺丝连接。
本发明的立柱, 顶部定型连接件还可具有向下的折边, 用于定型立柱横截面轮廓, 所 述立柱外壳主体与所述折边进行所述连接。
本发明的立柱, 所述顶部定型连接件可构成立柱顶部罩壳的一部分, 升降装置的顶部 安装架构成立柱顶部罩壳的另一部分。
本发明还可设有底部外侧连接件,底部外侧连接件对应处在与第一连接件相邻的立柱 立面底部, 具有对应缠绕机底座和立柱主体的连接部位, 用于在立柱竖立安装时, 与缠绕 机底座和立柱主体、 底部内侧连接件通过螺栓或螺丝连接。
对应所述升降运动的槽口, 本发明的所述立柱还可设有遮护板, 所述遮护板的底部与 底部内侧连接件采用螺栓或螺丝连接, 上部与升降装置的顶部安装架插接, 遮护板的两侧 和立柱外壳主体之间留有供升降运动的部件进行升降运动的缝隙。
本发明包括处在缠绕机立柱外部的过渡件以及处在立柱中的连接件,所述连接件和立 柱内的升降装置中的传动链连接, 所述过渡件和所述连接件连接, 所述膜架再与所述过渡 件可拆式连接。
进一步地, 所述膜架挂在所述过渡件上。 进一步地, 所述过渡架上具有上下两个膜架 挂接连接部位。 更进一步地, 所述过渡件与膜架还设有通过螺丝或螺栓连接的连接位。
所述立柱内设置有升降运动的导轨, 所述升降装置导轨、 升降装置支撑架和立柱外壳 主体用螺栓连接, 升降装置导轨处在升降装置支撑架内侧并被螺栓和螺帽紧固; 所述缠绕 机设有所述连接件, 所述连接件和立柱内的升降装置中的传动链连接, 所述连接件上设置 有与导轨配合的导向部件; 所述连接件的侧面设置有槽口朝向侧外的安装槽, 所述安装槽 中设置有作为所述导向部件的滑块,所述滑块在安装槽中的位置在槽的深度方向上前后可 调。
进一步地, 所述连接件的侧面设置有槽口朝向侧外的安装槽, 所述安装槽中设置有作 为所述导向部件的滑块, 所述滑块在安装槽中的位置在槽的深度方向上前后可调。
进一步地, 所述安装槽的底部连接有调节螺丝, 所述调节螺丝顶住滑块的背部, 以前 后调节所述滑块。

所述缠绕机底座设有两根大梁, 所述大梁在横向上处于缠绕机立柱的两侧, 且两根大 梁中处在设置升降膜架的立柱这一侧的第一大梁短一截,使缠绕机在该处形成对应升降膜 架的缺口, 升降膜架的下端可以降入到所述缺口中, 所述底座设置立柱的这一端, 在两根 大梁处具有叉车货叉伸入口。
进一步地, 所述大梁在所述缠绕机底座安装立柱的这一端呈扁的、 周边封闭的、 中间 有叉车货叉伸入口的形状。
更进一步地, 所述大梁以槽型钢材为主体, 且槽口朝下, 在槽型口部再焊接钢板, 并 在缠绕机底座的前端也形成叉车货叉伸入口。
更进一步地, 所述缠绕机底座在两根大梁之间有连接结构, 使它们成为整体, 两根大 梁中的第二大梁一直延伸到所述缠绕机底座中的立柱基础部分的侧面,且立柱底座和第二 大梁及立柱底座前面的所述连接结构均焊接。
所述缠绕机底座设有大梁以及横杠, 所述大梁在与横杠的焊接处设置有插口, 用于定 位所述大梁与横杠的连接位置, 所述大梁和横杠焊接连接, 所述横杠具有与插口相匹配的 插入部位。
进一步地, 所述横杠上的与插口相匹配的插入部位为在横杠前端的凸出部位。

进一步地, 所述活动张紧轮装在可摆动的安装件上, 所述安装件连接所述弹簧, 所述 弹簧被安装在固定件上。 所述安装件可为扁形物体。
更进一步地, 所述安装件上设有限位长槽或一对阻挡件, 所述传动机构还设有固定的 限位销,所述限位销插入在所述限位长槽中或所述一对阻挡件之间。所述限位长槽圆弧槽, 所述圆弧槽以安装件的转动支点为圆心。
更进一步地, 所述位置固定的张紧轮和活动张紧轮分别处于链条环路的两侧外。 更进一步地,所述位置固定的张紧轮和活动张紧轮的位置相对于所述传动链轮和链条 的主动链轮的轴心连接基本对称。
由于采用本发明的技术方案, 本发明的立柱结构合理, 可以用螺栓或螺丝将立柱的主 体结构在制造工厂中组装完毕并与缠绕机底座铰接, 免除了焊接操作, 外形美观并适于安 装调试, 又便于运输。 本发明使立柱的主体结构形成了牢固的运输总成, 所述总成转动倒 下放平与缠绕机的底座等一起运输, 在现场, 只要将运输时的总成转动扶起和缠绕机的底 座固定连接, 运输和现场安装又极其方便。
进一步地, 本发明的立柱利用过渡件的连接方式连接膜架, 膜架可以轻易被拆装而对 立柱内的结构不影响, 这种结构使得立柱可以在制造工厂中完成安装和调试, 在运输过程 中, 只需把膜架取下, 确保运输过程中膜架部受损, 而在现场组装时, 只需简单地将膜架 装上即可, 不必再进行立柱内结构的其它组装和调试, 能够极大地减少工作量避免重复劳 动。
进一步地, 本发明的立柱中的升降导向机构, 结构简单, 适于运用在较小的缠绕机立 柱中, 使得立柱中能够运用单链传动升降。 而且, 进一步地, 本发明所提供的导向机构能 够前后调节, 在左右、 上下方向上能进行自适应调节, 使得本发明的升降导向机构对周围 结构的配合要求降低, 能够更长时间地有效运转。 而且, 本发明的升降导向机构采用滑块 的方式, 简单、 更换和安装方便, 成本也低。
进一步地,本发明的缠绕机底座,在缠绕机工作过程中,升降膜架能够降入到缺口中, 能够比以往降得更低, 能扩大缠绕机的绕膜工作范围, 降低最低绕膜高度; 而且, 使本发 明能够用叉车从后端插入搬运, 更加安全方便。
进一步地, 本发明的缠绕机底座, 在其大梁和横杠焊接时采用了插口定位, 既方便横 杠位置的定位, 又简化了焊接难度和复杂度并增强了焊接结构, 提高了焊接质量。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明所述提供的缠绕机,综合地改进了缠绕记的结构, 使得缠绕机在运输、 组装、 使用上得到了全面的提高。

参照附图, 尤其参考图 1-4。 本发明所提供的缠绕机包括立柱、 缠绕机底座 200、 旋 转机构 201和可升降的膜架 204, 所述旋转机构, 用于承载被绕膜物品。
本发明所提供的缠绕机中立柱, 它包括立柱外壳主体, 所述立柱外壳主体的底部通过 第一连接件 100与缠绕机底座 200铰接, 立柱外壳主体由第一立柱罩板 1-11和第二立柱 罩板 1-12连接成柱形; 所述缠绕机立柱还设有立柱底部内侧连接件 1-2, 所述立柱底部内 侧连接件 1-2具有立柱轮廓定型面 1-20, 所述立柱的横截面轮廓为矩形或为角部圆弧过渡 的矩形或角部具有斜面的矩形, 相应地, 立柱底部内侧连接件 1-2也有对应矩形的四个立 柱轮廓定型面 1-20。
所述缠绕机立柱顶部也设有顶部定型连接件 1-3, 所述顶部定型连接件 1-3也与立柱 外壳主体连接; 所述缠绕机立柱还设置有升降装置支撑架 1-4, 升降装置支撑架 1-4的下 端和底部内侧连接件 1-2连接, 附图标号 1-22为底部内侧连接件对应升降装置支撑架 1-4 的连接部位, 所述升降装置支撑架 1-4的上端连接升降装置的顶部安装架 1-5, 升降装置 的下部安装架 1-51与底部内侧连接件 1-2连接, 附图标号 1-21为底部内侧连接件 1-2对 应下部安装架 1-51 的连接部位, 上述部件之间的连接均用螺栓或螺丝连接, 立柱外壳主 体在第一立柱罩板 1-11和第二立柱罩板 1-12之间留有供升降运动的槽口。
所述立柱外壳主体、立柱底部内侧连接件 1-2、顶部定型连接件 1-3、升降装置支撑架 1-4、 顶部安装架 1-5、 下部安装架 1-51、 升降装置连接构成立柱的运输时的总成, 并通过 所述第一连接件 100与缠绕机底座 200铰接。升降装置包括了传动链条 202及其链轮、驱 动电机 203及其减速机构等。
所述立柱罩板 1-11、 1-12由钢板经滚筋处理成具有凹凸结构。这样, 用很薄的板材也 能保证需要的刚性, 立柱不易变形又方便安装和运输, 另外立柱的立体感也增强了, 外形 美观。 立柱罩板 1-11、 1-12经滚筋处理后, 其表面形成一条条直的筋条 111, 该筋条可以 是在立柱罩板的外表面凹进内表面突出的筋条或在立柱罩板的内表面凹进外表面突出的 筋条, 使立柱罩板具有凹凸结构, 也可以是既具有在立柱罩板的外表面凹进内表面突出的 筋条又具有在立柱罩板的内表面凹进外表面突出的筋条。 滚筋处理可以有各种花样变化, 各种形状的筋都可以。 立柱罩板可以按照需要打孔、 切槽或缺口, 预留想要的贴标签的位 置、 控制面板的位置和其它需要的位置。
立柱罩板 1-11、 1-12在立柱罩板宽度方向被折弯;所述立柱罩板被折弯后具有 3个面, 分别对应在立柱的所述矩形的三个立面上; 第一立柱罩板 1-11和第二立柱罩板 1-12对应 立柱的第一立面 301的部分由所述螺栓或螺丝连接;在与第一立面相对的第三立面 303上, 第一立柱罩板 1-11和第二立柱罩板 1-12之间留有所述供升降运动的槽口。 所述立柱还设 有下连接条 1-9, 下连接条具有在立柱的下部对应第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板对应在槽 口两侧的部分的连接部位 1-91、 1-92 以及对应缠绕机底座的连接部位 1-93, 用于在竖立 安装立柱时用螺栓或螺丝连接第一立柱罩板 1-11和第二立柱罩板 1-12对应在槽口两侧的 部分以及缠绕机底座 200。 该竖立安装一般在制造工厂调试中进行或在生产现场现场最终 安装中进行.
所述第一立柱罩板 1-11和第二立柱罩板 1-12对应第一立面的那端也向立柱内侧折边 1-40, 并在折边处拼接并用螺栓或螺丝连接。
顶部定型连接件 1-3具有向下的折边 1-30, 用于定型立柱横截面轮廓, 所述立柱外壳 主体与所述折边 1-30进行所述连接。
所述顶部定型连接件 1-3构成立柱顶部罩壳的一部分, 升降装置的顶部安装架 1-5构 成立柱顶部罩壳的另一部分, 这样既起到保护立柱内部部件的作用, 同时, 又便于顶部定 型连接件 1-3和顶部安装架 1-5按需制造。
本发明还设有底部外侧连接件 1-6, 底部外侧连接件 1-6对应处在与第一连接件相邻 的立柱立面底部, 具有对应缠绕机底座 200和立柱主体的连接部位 1-61、 1-62, 用于在立 柱竖立安装时,与缠绕机底座 200和立柱主体、底部内侧连接件 1-2通过螺栓或螺丝连接。
本发明还设有升降装置导轨 1-7, 所述升降装置导轨 1-7、升降装置支撑架 1-4和立柱 外壳主体用螺栓连接, 升降装置导轨 1-7处在升降装置支撑架 1-4内侧并被螺栓和螺帽紧 固, 该螺栓可采用如图 4所示的螺栓 1-70, 其具有中部台阶 1-71, 该台阶能够穿过罩板 1-11、 1-12的螺栓孔 401而与螺帽配合将升降装置导轨 1-7和升降装置支撑架 1-4紧固, 而使得螺帽头 1-72不至于对立柱罩板 1-11、 1-12的作用太紧。 本发明对应所述升降运动的槽口, 所述立柱设有遮护板 1-8, 所述遮护板 1-8的底部 与底部内侧连接件 1-2采用螺栓或螺丝连接, 上部与升降装置的顶部安装架插接, 附图标 号 1-80 为其插槽或长孔, 遮护板的两侧和立柱外壳主体之间留有供升降运动的部件进行 升降运动的缝隙 402, 这样, 即能保护立柱内部部件, 又便于拆装遮护板, 以便于立柱内 部的维护。
参照附图, 尤其参考图 5-7。 本发明所提供的缠绕机, 设有处在缠绕机立柱 400外部 的过渡件 2-4以及处在立柱中的连接件 2-2, 所述连接件 2-2和立柱内的升降装置中的传 动链 202连接,所述过渡件 2-4和所述连接件 2-2连接,所述膜架 204再与所述过渡件 2-4 可拆式连接。
所述膜架 204挂在所述过渡件 2-4上。 所述过渡架上具有上下两个膜架挂接连接部位
2-40, 膜架上具有相应的钩 2-41。
所述过渡件 2-4与膜架 204还设有通过螺丝或螺栓连接的连接位 2-42、 2-43。
所述缠绕机的立柱内设置有升降运动的导轨 1-7,所述连接件 2-2上设置有与导轨 1-7 配合的导向部件。
所述连接件 2-2的侧面设置有槽口朝向侧外的安装槽 2-21, 所述安装槽中设置有作为 所述导向部件的滑块 2-3, 所述滑块 3在安装槽中的位置在槽的深度方向上前后可调。
对于前后调节滑块 2-3的方式,本实施例采用了非常简单实用的结构,所述安装槽 2-21 的底部连接有调节螺丝 2-5, 所述调节螺丝 2-5顶住滑块 2-3的背部, 以前后调节所述滑 块 2-3。
所述滑块 2-3和安装槽 2-21的左右槽壁 2-22之间为间隙配合, 以根据情况而左右自 适应调节滑块 2-3。
所述安装槽 2-3中还设置所述滑块的上下位置限位部件 2-61、 2-62, 所述滑块处在上 下位置限位部件 2-61、 2-62之间。 所述滑块和上限位部件 2-61之间也为间隙配合以根据 情况而上下自适应调节滑块 2-3。
参照附图, 尤其参考图 8、 9。 本发明的缠绕机底座设有两根大梁, 第一大梁 3-1和第 二大梁 3-2, 所述第一大梁 3-1和第二大梁 3-2在横向上处于缠绕机立柱 400的两侧, 且 两根大梁中处在设置升降膜架 204的立柱这一侧的第一大梁 3-1短一截, 使缠绕机在该处 形成对应升降膜架 204的缺口 3-5, 在工作中, 升降膜架 204的下端可以降入到所述缺口 3-5中。
所述缠绕机底座设置立柱的这一端, 在两根大梁处具有叉车货叉伸入口 3-6。实施中, 该货叉伸入口 3-6可以直接由大梁形成, 也即所述大梁在所述底座设置立柱的这一端, 呈 扁的、 周边封闭的、 中间有叉车货叉伸入口 3-61的形状。
所述大梁可以以槽型钢材 3-71为主体, 且槽口朝下, 在槽型口部再焊接钢板 3-72。, 从而在缠绕机底座的前端也形成叉车货叉伸入口 3-62。
所述缠绕机底座在两根大梁之间有连接结构 3-8, 使它们成为整体, 第二大梁 3-2— 直延伸到缠绕机底座中的立柱基础部分 3-30侧面, 且立柱基础部分 3-30和第二大梁 3-2 及立柱基础前面的所述连接结构均焊接。
参照附图, 尤其参考图 10、 11。在本发明的实施方式中, 还提供了一种缠绕机底座的 焊接结构, 在焊接时采用了插口定位, 既方便横梁位置的定位, 又简化了焊接难度和复杂 度并增强了焊接结构, 提高了焊接质量。
所述缠绕机底座设有大梁 3-1、 3-2以及横杠 4-2, 所述大梁 3-1、 3-2在与横杠 4-2的 焊接处设置有插口 4-11, 用于定位所述大梁 3-1、 3-2与横杠 4-2的连接位置, 所述大梁
3-1、 3-2和横杠 4-2焊接连接, 所述横杠 4-2具有与插口 4-11相匹配的插入部位 4-21。
所述横杠上的与插口相匹配的插入部位 4-21为在横杠前端的凸出部位。
所述横杠 4-2的横截面呈槽形, 所述凸出部位凸出在槽形的槽底 4-20端部。
所述大梁 3-1、 3-2在与每根横杠 4-2的焊接处设置有一个或多个所述插口。
如图所示, 所述缠绕机底座设置有左右两根大梁, 分为第一大梁 3-1、 第二大梁 3-2, 每根大梁分别有横杠与其焊接。左右两根大梁所焊接的横杠, 它们的位置相对于两根大梁 之间的中线对称。
参照附图, 尤其参考图 12、 13。 在本发明的实施方式中, 还提供了一种旋转机构的 支撑结构, 其结构极其简单, 成本也低,
本实用新型包括支撑旋转机构 201的滚轮 5-2, 滚轮轴 5-3的支座 5-4为竖放设置的 槽形, 滚轮轴 5-3设置在槽形支座 5-4的顶端。 槽形结构被竖放设置后, 其槽底部分在支 座的整个高度范围都对两个竖立的槽壁起到连接作用, 防止它们变形, 使得整个支撑结构 牢固, 使旋转机构得到稳定、 平衡的支撑。 所谓竖放, 如图 13所示, 即为所述槽形中的 槽口 5-43是面向侧方的, 而槽的端部是上下端而非左右端。
所述槽形支座 5-4采用槽形钢材或由钢板弯曲而成。
所述槽形钢材的槽壁 5-41顶部设置有凹槽 5-40, 所述滚轮轴 5-3架在凹槽 5-40中, 附图标号 5-42为槽形支座 5-4的槽底部分。
所述滚轮轴 5-3为不可转动的轴, 比如其与支座 5-4配合的部位为方轴。
所述支座 5-4安装在与缠绕机底座的大梁 3-1、 3-2焊接的处在大梁侧面的固定件上, 比如横杠 4-2上, 大梁 3-1、 3-2之间的固定件 5-6。
所述支撑结构还包括设置在带动旋转机构旋转的同心链轮 5-7上的多个沿圆周方向分 布的支撑件 5-8。
参照附图, 尤其参考图 14。 在本发明的实施方式中, 还提供了一种旋转机构的传动 机构, 对链条的张紧效果好, 张紧状态稳定, 并且可以根据实际情况的变化, 自动调节链 条的张紧度, 使旋转机构的旋转运动平稳, 提高绕膜效果。
它包括所述旋转机构 201的同轴传动链轮 5-7以及传动链条 6-2, 所述传动机构对于 所述链条具有位置固定的张紧轮 6-3和活动张紧轮 6-4, 所述活动张紧轮由弹簧 6-5拉紧 作用在所述链条 6-2上。 所述旋转机构 201可以是连在传动链轮轴上的转盘。
所述活动张紧轮 6-4装在可摆动的安装件 6-6上, 所述安装件 6-6连接所述弹簧 6-5, 弹簧 6-5可安装在缠绕机底座等固定件上。 所述安装件 6-6为扁形物体。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种缠绕机, 包括立柱、 缠绕机底座、 旋转机构和可升降的膜架, 其特征在于所 述立柱包括立柱外壳主体, 所述立柱外壳主体的底部通过第一连接件与缠绕机底座铰接, 立柱外壳主体由第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板连接成柱形;所述缠绕机立柱还设有立柱底 部内侧连接件, 所述立柱底部内侧连接件具有立柱轮廓定型面, 所述立柱轮廓定型面与立 柱外壳主体连接; 所述缠绕机立柱顶部也设有顶部定型连接件, 所述顶部定型连接件也与 立柱外壳主体连接; 所述缠绕机立柱内还设置有升降装置支撑架, 升降装置支撑架的下端 和底部内侧连接件连接, 所述升降装置支撑架的上端连接升降装置的顶部安装架, 升降装 置的下部安装架与底部内侧连接件连接, 上述部件之间的连接均用螺栓或螺丝连接, 立柱 外壳主体在第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板之间留有供升降运动的槽口。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于立柱罩板在立柱罩板宽度方向被折 弯; 所述立柱的横截面轮廓为矩形或为角部圆弧过渡的矩形或角部具有斜面的矩形, 所述 立柱罩板被折弯后具有 3个面, 分别对应在立柱的所述矩形的三个立面上; 第一立柱罩板 和第二立柱罩板对应立柱的第一立面的部分由所述螺栓或螺丝连接;在与第一立面相对的 第三立面上, 第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板之间留有所述供升降运动的槽口; 所述立柱还 设有下连接片,下连接片具有在立柱的下部对应第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板对应在槽口 两侧的部分的连接部位以及对应缠绕机底座的连接部位,用于在竖立安装立柱时用螺栓或 螺丝连接第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板对应在槽口两侧的部分以及缠绕机底座。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于所述第一立柱罩板和第二立柱罩板 对应第一立面的那端也向立柱内侧折边, 并在折边处拼接并用螺栓或螺丝连接。
4、如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于所述立柱对应所述升降运动的槽口, 所述立柱设有遮护板, 所述遮护板的底部与底部内侧连接件采用螺栓或螺丝连接, 上部与 升降装置的顶部安装架插接,遮护板的两侧和立柱外壳主体之间留有供升降运动的部件进 行升降运动的缝隙。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于它设有处在缠绕机立柱外部的过渡 件以及处在立柱中的连接件, 所述连接件和立柱内的升降装置中的传动链连接, 所述过渡 件和所述连接件连接, 所述膜架再与所述过渡件可拆式连接。
6、如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于所述立柱内设置有升降运动的导轨, 所述升降装置导轨、升降装置支撑架和立柱外壳主体用螺栓连接, 升降装置导轨处在升降 装置支撑架内侧并被螺栓和螺帽紧固; 所述缠绕机设有连接件, 所述连接件和立柱内的升 降装置中的传动链连接, 所述连接件上设置有与导轨配合的导向部件; 所述连接件的侧面 设置有槽口朝向侧外的安装槽, 所述安装槽中设置有作为所述导向部件的滑块, 所述滑块 在安装槽中的位置在槽的深度方向上前后可调。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于所述滑块和安装槽的左右槽壁之间 为间隙配合; 所述安装槽中还设置所述滑块的上下位置限位部件, 所述滑块处在上下位置 限位部件之间; 所述滑块和上限位部件之间也为间隙配合。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于所述缠绕机底座设有两根大梁, 所 述大梁在横向上处于缠绕机立柱的两侧,且两根大梁中处在设置升降膜架的立柱这一侧的 第一大梁短一截, 使缠绕机在该处形成对应升降膜架的缺口, 升降膜架的下端可以降入到 所述缺口中, 所述缠绕机底座设置立柱的这一端, 在两根大梁处具有叉车货叉伸入口。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于缠绕机底座设有大梁以及横杠, 所 述大梁在与横杠的焊接处设置有插口, 用于定位所述大梁与横杠的连接位置, 所述大梁和 横杠焊接连接, 所述横杠具有与插口相匹配的插入部位。
10、如权利要求 1所述的一种缠绕机, 其特征在于所述缠绕机底座上设置缠绕机旋转 机构的支撑结构, 所述支撑结构包括支撑旋转机构的滚轮, 滚轮轴的支座为竖放设置的槽 形, 滚轮轴设置在槽形支座的顶端。
