 本発明は、車体下部構造に関する。
 車体下部においては、床下に配置された車載部材が支持板に載置されて固定されると共に、支持板が繊維強化樹脂材で成形された構造がある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

 しかしながら、支持板の端面は繊維端が露出しているので、支持板の端面に対して、路面上の障害物から荷重が入力された場合、支持板に亀裂が生じる可能性がある。
 本発明は、支持板の端部に路面上の障害物から荷重が入力された場合であっても、支持板に亀裂が生じるのを防止又は抑制することができる車体下部構造を得ることが目的である。
 本発明の第1の態様に係る車体下部構造は、車両の床下に配置された車載部材と、繊維強化樹脂材で板状に成形され、前記車載部材の取付部が載置されて固定された平板状の支持部と、前記支持部から延出された延出端部と、を備えると共に、前記延出端部には前記支持部又はその延長部から車体上方側へ向けて曲げられて前記車載部材の取付部から離間する側に傾斜した傾斜部が形成された支持板と、を有する。

 上記構成によれば、車載部材の取付部の下面は支持板の支持部に接着層を介して固定されている。そして、傾斜部の上端が接着層の上端よりも車体上方側の高さに位置するように設定されているので、例えば、路面上の障害物の上端部が接着層の上端の高さ位置にあっても、当該路面上の障害物は接着層の端面ではなく傾斜部の下面に当たる。よって、路面上の障害物が延出端部の端面及び接着層の端面に当たるのを回避することができる。
 本発明の第4の態様は、第3の態様に係る車体下部構造において、前記傾斜部と前記車載部材の取付部との間に介在されかつ前記接着層に連接する充填部が設けられている。
 上記構成によれば、傾斜部と車載部材の取付部との間に介在されかつ接着層に連接する充填部が設けられているので、例えば、路面上の障害物が傾斜部の下面に当たった場合、入力荷重が傾斜部から充填部を介して車載部材の取付部の側へ伝達される。よって、傾斜部の変形が抑えられる。また、傾斜部の変形が抑えられることで傾斜部の下面が路面上の障害物を乗り上げると、支持部は斜め上向きに変位するので、接着層には圧縮力が作用する。よって、車載部材の取付部からの支持部の剥離が防止又は効果的に抑制される。
 本発明の第5の態様は、第1の態様~第4の態様のいずれか1態様に係る車体下部構造において、前記延出端部には前記支持部又はその延長部から下面側を径方向外側として湾曲状に曲げられた湾曲部が形成されることで前記傾斜部が形成されており、前記湾曲部に配置された繊維の配向方向が当該湾曲部の湾曲方向に沿うように設定されている。
 上記構成によれば、支持部又はその延長部から曲げられた曲げ部分が下面側を径方向外側として湾曲状に曲げられた湾曲部となっているので、例えば、屈曲された曲げ部分に比べて繊維をより均等に配置させることができる。また、湾曲部に配置された繊維の配向方向が当該湾曲部の湾曲方向に沿うように設定されているので、湾曲部の曲げ強度が向上する。
 以上説明したように、本発明の第1の態様に係る車体下部構造によれば、支持板の端部に路面上の障害物から荷重が入力された場合であっても、支持板に亀裂が生じるのを防止又は抑制することができるという優れた効果を有する。
 本発明の第2の態様に係る車体下部構造によれば、延出端部に当たる路面上の障害物の高さに関わらず、延出端部の端面から亀裂が生じるのを防止又は抑制することができるという優れた効果を有する。
 本発明の第3の態様に係る車体下部構造によれば、路面上の障害物の上端部が接着層の上端の高さ位置にある場合であっても、当該路面上の障害物が延出端部の端面及び接着層の端面に当たるのを回避することができ、延出端部の端面及び接着層の端面から亀裂が発生するのを防止又は抑制することができるという優れた効果を有する。
 本発明の第4の態様に係る車体下部構造によれば、路面上の障害物が傾斜部の下面に当たった場合に、支持板の変形を抑えることができると共に、車載部材の取付部からの支持板の剥離を防止又は効果的に抑制することができるという優れた効果を有する。
 本発明の第5の態様に係る車体下部構造によれば、湾曲部に配置される繊維の設定によって湾曲部の曲げ強度を向上させ、傾斜部に荷重が入力された場合に湾曲部の変形を抑えることができるという優れた効果を有する。
本発明の一実施形態に係る車体下部構造を車体幅方向外側から見た状態で示す側断面図(図2の1-1線に沿った断面図)である。 図1の車体下部構造を車体上方側から見た状態で示す平面図である。 図1のスタックフレームの前端部及びその周囲部を拡大して示す側断面図である。
 本発明の一実施形態に係る車体下部構造について図1~図3を用いて説明する。これらの図において適宜示される矢印FRは車体前方側を示しており、矢印UPは車体上方側を示しており、矢印Wは車体幅方向を示している。また、以下の説明における前後の方向は車体前後方向と同じ方向とする。
 (実施形態の構成)
 図1には、本発明の一実施形態に係る車体下部構造10が車体幅方向外側から見た状態の側断面図にて示されている。また、図2には、車体下部構造10が車体上方側から見た状態の平面図にて示されている。なお、図1は、図2の1-1線に沿った断面図である。また、本実施形態における車体は、電気自動車(車両)の車体とされている。
 図1に示されるように、電気自動車の車体フロアを成すフロアパネル12の車体下方側(すなわち、車両の床下)には、スタックユニット14が搭載されている。図1及び図2に示されるように、スタックユニット14は、その外装部14Aが矩形箱状に形成されている。外装部14Aの前端部及び後端部の各両サイド部からは車体前後方向に張り出すフランジ部14Bが形成されている。なお、外装部14A及びフランジ部14Bは、本実施形態では金属で形成されているが、樹脂で形成されたものでもよい。図1に示されるように、フランジ部14Bは、スタックユニット14の下面側に配置されたプレート15に重ね合わせられている。フランジ部14B及びプレート15は、金属製の車載部材としての板金部品20の頂板部20Aにボルト締結されている。すなわち、フランジ部14B、プレート15、及び板金部品20の頂板部20Aを車体上方側から貫通するボルト16の雄ねじ部16Aが、板金部品20の頂板部20Aの下面側に配置されたナット18に螺合されている。
 板金部品20は、車体幅方向に延在し(図2参照)、車体側面視でハット形状に形成されている。板金部品20は、その上面を成す頂板部20Aと、頂板部20Aの前後端から車体下方側へ鈍角状に折り曲げられて垂下された側板部20Bと、側板部20Bの下端から互いに離反する方向へ折り曲げられて延出された取付部としてのフランジ部20Cと、を備えている。板金部品20のフランジ部20Cは、支持板としてのスタックフレーム30の上面に載置されて固定されている。
 スタックフレーム30は、板金部品20のフランジ部20Cよりも剛性が低い繊維強化樹脂材で板状に成形されている。繊維強化樹脂材は、繊維と樹脂との複合材であり、繊維としては、ガラス繊維や炭素繊維等の繊維が適用可能である。また、本実施形態の繊維強化樹脂材では、一例として繊維の織物ではなく不連続繊維が適用されている。但し、繊維強化樹脂材に繊維の織物が適用されてもよい。
 図2に示されるように、スタックフレーム30は、プレート状に形成されている。スタックフレーム30における車体幅方向の両サイド部には、アンダーメンバ(図示省略)への取付孔30Hが車体前後方向に間隔をおいて複数形成されている。前記アンダーメンバは、車体下部の両サイドにおいて車体前後方向に延在すると共に、フロアパネル12(図1参照)の下面に接合されている。
 図3には、スタックフレーム30の前端部及びその周囲部が拡大された側断面図にて示されている。図3に示されるように、スタックフレーム30の平板状の一般部30Aには、板金部品20のフランジ部20Cの下面が接着層24を介して固定される支持部32が設定されている。また、スタックフレーム30の前端部及び後端部には、支持部32から延出された延出端部34が形成されている(図1参照)。
 延出端部34には、支持部32の延長部36から下面側を径方向外側として湾曲状に曲げられた湾曲部38が形成されている。この湾曲部38は、成形型を用いた曲げ加工により成形されており、湾曲部38となる部分が成形時に引き伸ばされることで、繊維はその引き伸ばし方向に沿って配向されている。すなわち、湾曲部38に配置された繊維の配向方向(矢印A参照)は、湾曲部38の湾曲方向に沿うように設定されている。また、延出端部34には、湾曲部38が形成されることで、車体上方側へ向けて板金部品20のフランジ部20Cから離間する側に(図3では車体上方斜め前方側に)湾曲しながら傾斜した傾斜部40が形成されている。つまり、本実施形態では、湾曲部38と傾斜部40とが一致している。そして、傾斜部40は、上端側ほど急傾斜となっている。
 延出端部34の端面34Aは、傾斜部40の端面で構成されており、車体上方側かつ板金部品20のフランジ部20Cから離間する側へ(図3では車体上方斜め前方側へ)向けられている。また、傾斜部40の上端は、接着層24の上端(上端の高さを二点鎖線Bで示す)よりも車体上方側の高さに位置するように、より具体的には板金部品20のフランジ部20Cの上面の高さに位置するように、設定されている。
 また、本実施形態では、傾斜部40と板金部品20のフランジ部20Cとの間に介在されかつ接着層24に連接する充填部26が設けられている。充填部26は、本実施形態では接着層24の接着剤と同じ接着剤で構成されており、両者は一体化されて硬化された状態(固体)となっている。なお、図3では、板金部品20のフランジ部20Cとスタックフレーム30の支持部32との間の接着層24と充填部26との概念上の境界線を二点鎖線Lで示している。充填部26の上面は、傾斜部40の上端及び板金部品20のフランジ部20Cの上面に揃えられている。
 (実施形態の作用・効果)
 次に、上記実施形態の作用及び効果について説明する。
 本実施形態では、スタックフレーム30の延出端部34には、支持部32の延長部36から車体上方側へ向けて曲げられて板金部品20のフランジ部20Cから離間する側に傾斜した傾斜部40が形成されている。このため、例えば、支持部32の高さで延出端部34が路面上の障害物50に当たって水平方向の荷重Fが入力されても、スタックフレーム30は、延出端部34の端面34Aではなく傾斜部40の下面40Aで荷重Fを受けることができる。このため、スタックフレーム30の延出端部34の端面34Aからの亀裂の発生が防止又は抑制される。また、路面上の障害物50に傾斜部40の下面40Aが当たって傾斜部40の下面40Aに対して荷重Fが入力された場合、傾斜部40の下面40Aが路面上の障害物50を乗り上げるようとする。そして、スタックフレーム30が持ち上げられると(図示省略)、スタックフレーム30への荷重Fが逃がされるので、スタックフレーム30の変形等が抑えられる。
 また、本実施形態では、傾斜部40の上端が接着層24の上端よりも車体上方側の高さに位置するように設定されている。このため、仮に路面上の障害物50の上端部が接着層24の上端の高さ位置にあっても、その障害物50は接着層24ではなく傾斜部40の下面40Aに当たる。よって、路面上の障害物50が延出端部34の端面34A及び接着層24に当たるのを回避することができる。また、本実施形態では、延出端部34の端面34Aが車体上方側へ向けられている。このため、延出端部34に当たる障害物50の高さに関わらず、延出端部34の端面34Aへの荷重入力が回避される。これらによって、延出端部34の端面34A及び接着層24から亀裂が生じるのを防止又は抑制することができる。
 また、本実施形態では、傾斜部40と板金部品20のフランジ部20Cとの間に介在されかつ接着層24に連接する充填部26が設けられている。このため、路面上の障害物50が傾斜部40の下面40Aに当たった場合、入力荷重Fが傾斜部40から充填部26を介して板金部品20の側へ伝達される。よって、傾斜部40の変形が抑えられる。また、傾斜部40の変形が抑えられることで傾斜部40の下面40Aが路面上の障害物50を乗り上げると(図示省略)、支持部32は斜め上向き(矢印C方向参照)に変位するので、接着層24には圧縮力が作用する。よって、板金部品20のフランジ部20Cからの支持部32の剥離(接合部離脱)が防止又は効果的に抑制される。
 また、本実施形態では、支持部32の延長部36から曲げられた曲げ部分が下面側を径方向外側として湾曲状に曲げられた湾曲部38となっている。このため、例えば、屈曲された曲げ部分に比べて繊維をより均等に配置させることができる。また、湾曲部38に配置された繊維の配向方向(矢印A方向参照)が湾曲部38の湾曲方向に沿うように設定されているので、湾曲部38の曲げ強度が向上する。よって、傾斜部40に荷重Fが入力された場合に湾曲部38の変形を抑えることができる。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る車体下部構造10によれば、スタックフレーム30の延出端部34に路面上の障害物50から荷重Fが入力された場合であっても、スタックフレーム30に亀裂が生じるのを防止又は抑制することができる。
 (実施形態の補足説明)
 なお、上記実施形態の変形例として、スタックフレーム(30)の支持部(32)にスタックユニット(14)のフランジ部(14B)の下面が接着層(24)を介して固定されてもよい。換言すれば、支持板への車載部材の取付部は、例えば、スタックユニット(14)のフランジ部(14B)等のような他の車載部材の取付部であってもよい。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、スタックフレーム(30)の延出端部(34)には、支持部(32)から車体上方側へ向けて曲げられて車載部材の取付部(板金部品20のフランジ部20C)から離間する側に傾斜した傾斜部が形成されてもよい。また、延出端部(34)には、支持部(32)から下面側を径方向外側として湾曲状に曲げられた湾曲部が形成されてもよい。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、スタックフレーム(30)の延出端部(34)には、支持部(32)又はその延長部(36)から車体上方側へ向けて屈曲されて車載部材の取付部(板金部品20のフランジ部20C)から離間する側に直線状に傾斜した傾斜部が形成されてもよい。すなわち、本発明の第1の態様の「傾斜した」の概念には、上記実施形態のように、湾曲しながら傾斜した場合が含まれる他、前記変形例のように直線状に傾斜した場合も含まれる。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、延出端部(34)の端面(34A)は、車体上方側かつ車載部材の取付部(板金部品20のフランジ部20C)に接近する側へ向けられてもよいし、直上へ向けられてもよい。すなわち、本発明の第2の態様の「車体上方側へ向けられている」の概念には、直上へ向けられている場合が含まれる他、上記実施形態等のように車体斜め上方へ向けられている場合も含まれる。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、例えば、延出端部における傾斜部の上端が路面上の障害物に当たることが想定される高さ位置よりも高いような場合には、前記傾斜部の上端からさらに曲げられて車載部材の取付部の側とは反対側へ水平に延び、延出端部の端面が鉛直面とされるような構成も採り得る。すなわち、延出端部がZ字状に形成されてもよい。このような変形例の場合には、延出端部の端面が支持板の一般面に対して垂直となるので加工性がよい。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、車載部材においては支持板への取付部から支持板の傾斜部と交差する方向に延びる延設部が設けられると共に、その延設部の下面側に支持板の傾斜部の上端部が収容される凹部が形成されたような構成も採り得る。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、傾斜部(40)の上端は、接着層(24)の上端と同等の高さに位置するように設定されてもよいし、接着層(24)の上端よりも車体下方側の高さに位置するように設定されてもよい。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、傾斜部(40)と車載部材の取付部(板金部品20のフランジ部20C)との間に介在されかつ接着層(24)に連接する充填部(26)は、接着層(24)の接着剤とは異なる接着剤等のような他の固形物(固体)で構成されてもよい。また、充填部26が設けられない構成も採り得る。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、支持板(スタックフレーム30)の支持部(32)に載置された車載部材の取付部(板金部品20のフランジ部20C)は、接着層(24)を介さずにボルト締結等によって支持板(スタックフレーム30)の支持部(32)に固定されてもよい。
 また、上記実施形態の変形例として、湾曲部(38)に配置された繊維の配向方向をランダムとする構成も採り得る。
 なお、上記実施形態及び上述の複数の変形例は、適宜組み合わされて実施可能である。
 以上、本発明の一例について説明したが、本発明は、上記に限定されるものでなく、上記以外にも、その主旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変形して実施可能であることは勿論である。

Claims (5)

  1.  車両の床下に配置された車載部材と、
     繊維強化樹脂材で板状に成形され、前記車載部材の取付部が載置されて固定された平板状の支持部と、前記支持部から延出された延出端部と、を備えると共に、前記延出端部には前記支持部又はその延長部から車体上方側へ向けて曲げられて前記車載部材の取付部から離間する側に傾斜した傾斜部が形成された支持板と、
     を有する車体下部構造。
  2.  前記延出端部の端面が車体上方側へ向けられている、請求項1記載の車体下部構造。
  3.  前記車載部材の取付部の下面が前記支持板の支持部に接着層を介して固定され、
     前記傾斜部の上端が前記接着層の上端よりも車体上方側の高さに位置するように設定されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車体下部構造。
  4.  前記傾斜部と前記車載部材の取付部との間に介在されかつ前記接着層に連接する充填部が設けられている、請求項3記載の車体下部構造。
  5.  前記延出端部には前記支持部又はその延長部から下面側を径方向外側として湾曲状に曲げられた湾曲部が形成されることで前記傾斜部が形成されており、
     前記湾曲部に配置された繊維の配向方向が当該湾曲部の湾曲方向に沿うように設定されている、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の車体下部構造。
