本发明实施例提供了一种网络配置方法, 图 1是该方法的流程图, 请参照图 1, 该方法包括:
步骤 101 : 用户设备的第一服务基站生成所述用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的 标识符;
步骤 102: 所述用户设备的第一服务基站将所述标识符发送给所述用户设备的第 二服务基站。
在一个实施方式中, 如果该第二服务基站也生成了该用户设备在多个基站服务模 式下的标识符, 则该第二服务基站会将其生成的该标识符发送给该第一服务基站, 则 本实施例的该方法还可以包括:
步骤 103: 所述用户设备的第一服务基站接收所述用户设备的第二服务基站发送 的所述用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的标识符。
在本实施例中, 当一个用户同时被多个基站服务时, 网络侧会为该用户分配相应 的标识符, 在本实施例中称为 "用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的标识符", 其中的 一个基站称为第一服务基站,其他的一个或多个基站称为第二服务基站。而且只要该 用户依然被多个基站服务, 该标识符就会一直被使用。其中, 这里的标识符可以是以 下类型的标识符的任意一种或任意组合:
用户设备的标识符;
第一服务基站的标识符;
—个或多个第二服务基站的标识符;
用户设备在所述第一服务基站的标识符;
用户设备在所述一个或多个第二服务基站的标识符。
其中, 所述用户设备的标识符可以是用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的一个特定 的标识符, 该特定的标识符能够唯一标识同时接受多个基站服务时的一个用户设备。
其中, 用户设备在其中一个服务基站的标识符可以是该用户设备在该基站中的
C-R TI ( Cell- Radio Network Temporary Identifier , 小区无线网络临时标识, [TS36.300 vl 1.5.0] ),或者用户设备在该基站的 X2接口的标识(i.e., eNB UE X2AP ID, [TS36.423 vl 1.4.0] ) 等等。
其中, 服务基站的标识符可以是该基站的 ID, 和 /或该基站下为该用户设备提供 服务的小区的标识符, 例如 PCI (physical cell identity物理小区标识符), ECGI ( E-UT AN Cell Global Identifier, E-UT AN小区的全球标识符) 等等。
以上标识符的类型只是举例说明, 本发明实施例并不以此作为限制, 只要能标识 用户设备或标识服务基站或标识用户设备在服务基站中的任意的标识符,都包含于本 发明实施例的保护范围。
在本实施例中, 并不限制步骤 103与步骤 101~102执行的先后顺序, 在一个实施 方式中, 可以先执行步骤 101~102, 再执行步骤 103 ; 在另外一个实施方式中, 也可 以先执行步骤 103, 再执行步骤 101~102; 在另外一个实施方式中, 步骤 101~102与 步骤 103也可以同时执行。
在本实施例中, 当用户设备的主基站为该用户设备增加一个新的服务基站或者增 加一个属于不同的基站的新的服务小区(在本实施例中称为辅基站)时, 可以通过本 实施例的方法进行各自生成的标识符的交互,由此可以实现一个用户同时接受多个基 站的服务, 以及多个基站对该用户的共同管理。
图 2是用户设备的主基站根据本实施例的方法, 为该用户设备添加辅基站的交互 示意图, 请参照图 2, 该流程包括:
步骤 201 : 主基站向辅基站发送该主基站产生的用户设备在多个基站服务模式下 的标识符。
其中, 上述标识符可以通过增加请求消息承载, 也可以通过其他消息承载, 本实 施例并不以此作为限制。
步骤 202: 辅基站向主基站发送该辅基站产生的用户设备在多个基站服务模式下 的标识符。
其中, 上述标识符可以通过增加请求回复消息承载, 也可以通过其他消息承载, 本实施例并不以此作为限制。
在本实施例中, 上述的标识符的形式已经在前面做了说明, 在此不再赘述。 这些 标识符可以是主基站产生,也可以是辅基站产生,也可以是主基站和辅基站分别产生。
如果由主基站产生, 主基站可以通过上述增加请求消息将主基站产生的标识符发 送给辅基站, 辅基站收到后就将该标识符存储下来, 并利用该标识符来管理该用户设 备。此时, 辅基站可以直接向主基站发送增加请求回复消息, 而在该增加请求回复消 息中不包含有关标识符的信息, 辅基站也可以在向主基站发送增加请求回复消息时, 将该标识符添加到该回复消息中, 发送给主基站。
如果由辅基站产生, 主基站会向辅基站发送不包含有关标识符的信息的增加请求 消息, 而辅基站在收到该消息后,可以由通过上述增加请求回复消息将辅基站产生的 标识符发送给主基站, 主基站收到后就将该标识符存储下来, 并利用该标识符来管理 该用户设备。
如果由主基站和辅基站产生, 由主基站产生的标识符会通过增加请求消息发送给 辅基站, 由辅基站产生的标识符会通过增加请求回复消息发送给主基站。此时, 辅基 站在收到主基站发送的主基站产生的该标识符后, 会将主基站产生的标识符存储下 来,然后生成该用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的标识符, 并通过增加请求回复消息 发送给主基站, 可选的, 该增加请求回复消息中还可以携带主基站产生的标识符。 主 基站在收到该消息后,将辅基站产生的该标识符存储下来, 并用于对用户设备的后续 管理。
通过本实施例的方法, 用户设备的主基站和辅基站都可以掌握该用户设备的服务 状态, 进而为后续的资源预留提供参考依据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站, 如下面的实施例 2所述, 由于该基站解决问题 的原理与实施例 1的方法类似, 因此其具体的实施可以参照实施例 1的方法的实施, 内容相同之处不再重复说明。
实施例 2
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站, 图 3是该基站的组成示意图, 请参照图 3, 该 基站包括:
生成单元 31, 其生成所述用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的标识符;
发送单元 32, 其将所述标识符发送给所述其他基站。
在一个实施方式中, 该基站还包括:
接收单元 33,其接收所述其他基站发送的所述用户设备在多个基站服务模式下的 标识符。
在本实施例中,用户设备在多个基站务模式下的标识符已经在实施例 1做了说明, 其内容被合并于此, 在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中, 该基站可以是为用户设备提供服务的主基站, 也可以是为用户设 备提供服务的辅基站。 通过本实施例的基站, 用户设备的主基站和辅基站都可以掌握该用户设备的服务 状态, 进而为后续的资源预留提供参考依据。
实施例 3
本发明实施例还提供了一种网络配置方法,该方法应用于用户设备从当前的服务 基站 (在本实施中称为源服务基站, 可以包括源主基站, 或者源主基站和源辅基站) 切换到其他服务基站(在本实施例中称为目标服务基站,可以包括目标主基站和目标 辅基站) 的场景中, 图 4A-图 4C是其中三个切换场景的示意图。
如图 4A所示, 在主基站 1中, 用户设备同时接受主基站 1和辅基站的服务, 在 本实施例中,称为该用户设备处于主基站 1和辅基站的共同服务模式下。在切换到主 基站 2的过程中或之后, 主基站 2添加辅基站为该用户设备提供服务, 此时, 用户设 备处于主基站 2和辅基站的共同服务模式下。 该切换过程可以简单描述为从主基站 1 和辅基站切换到主基站 2和辅基站。
如图 4B所示, 在主基站 1中, 用户设备接受主基站 1的服务, 在切换到主基站 2的过程中或之后, 主基站 2添加辅基站为该用户设备提供服务, 此时, 用户设备处 于主基站 2和辅基站的共同服务模式下。该切换过程可以简单描述为从主基站 1切换 到主基站 2和辅基站。
如图 4C所示, 在主基站 1中, 用户设备同时接受主基站 1+辅基站 1的服务, 在 本实施例中,称为该用户设备处于主基站 1和辅基站 1的共同服务模式下。在切换到 主基站 2的过程中或之后, 主基站 2添加辅基站 2为该用户设备提供服务, 此时, 用 户设备处于主基站 2和辅基站 2的共同服务模式下。该切换过程可以简单描述为从主 基站 1和辅基站 1切换到主基站 2和辅基站 2。
在以上这些场景中, 一个共同的特征是: 在切换到主基站 2的过程中或之后, 主 基站 2添加辅基站 (图 4A或图 4B的场景)或辅基站 2 (图 4C的场景) 为该用户设 备服务。这样, 辅基站可能会为同一个用户设备的同一个服务预留双份资源。 为了解 决不必要的资源预留, 提出了本发明实施例的网络配置方法。
图 5是本实施例的网络配置方法的流程图, 请参照图 5, 该方法包括: 步骤 501 : 用户设备的源主基站向目标主基站发送切换请求消息, 所述切换请求 消息包含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息,以便 所述目标主基站将所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息转发给目标辅基站,以便所 述目标辅基站参考所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息为所述用户设备的服务进 行资源配置。
在本实施例中, 该用户设备的切换前的服务基站可能只有一个主基站 (图 4B场 景中的主基站 1 ), 也可能有一个主基站和一个辅基站(图 4A场景中的主基站 1和辅 基站, 图 4C场景中的主基站 1和辅基站 1 )。
在本实施例的一个实施方式中, 用户设备的源主基站将该用户设备在切换前的服 务基站中的标识指示信息发送给该用户设备的目标主基站。其中, 该用户设备在切换 前的服务基站中的标识指示信息包括: 所述用户设备的特定标识符 (如实施例 1 所 述),和 /或所述用户设备在源主基站中的标识符,和 /或所述用户设备在源辅基站中的 标识符, 和 /或所述源主基站的标识符, 和 /或所述源辅基站的标识符。
对应图 4A的场景, 主基站 1在向主基站 2发送切换请求消息的时候, 将该用户 设备在切换前的服务基站 (主基站 1和辅基站) 中的标识指示信息发送给主基站 2, 这里的标识指示信息可以包括: 所述用户设备在主基站 1 中的标识符, 和 /或所述用 户设备在主基站 1与辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符, 和 /或所述主基站 1的标识 符, 和 /或所述辅基站的标识符。
其中, 主基站 1的标识符可以是主基站 1的 ID, 和 /或主基站 1下为该用户设备 提供服务的小区的标识符, 例如 PCI、 ECGI ( E-UTRAN Cell Global Identifier, E-UT AN小区的全球标识符) 等。

对应图 4C的场景, 主基站 1在向主基站 2发送切换请求消息的时候, 将该用户 设备在切换前的服务基站(主基站 1和辅基站 1 )中的标识指示信息发送给主基站 2, 这里的标识指示信息可以包括: 所述用户设备在主基站 1 中的标识符, 和 /或所述用 户设备在主基站 1与辅基站 1的共同服务模式下的标识符, 和 /或所述主基站 1的标 识符, 和 /或所述辅基站 1的标识符。
其中, 基站的标识符 (例如主基站 1的标识符或者辅基站 1的标识符)可以是该 基站的 ID, 和 /或该基站下为该用户设备提供服务的小区的标识符, 例如 PCI、 ECGI ( E-UT AN Cell Global Identifier, E-UT AN小区的全球标识符) 等。
在本实施方式中, 用户设备的源主基站将其在切换前的一个或多个基站的服务模 式下的标识指示信息(标识符)发送给该用户设备的目标主基站, 目标主基站再将其 转发给该用户设备的目标辅基站, 由此, 该用户设备的目标辅基站可以参考该信息为 该用户设备请求的服务配置资源。例如, 如果该用户设备的目标辅基站已经在该用户 设备切换前为该用户设备提供了某些服务, 则在该用户设备切换后, 该目标辅基站不 再为该用户设备的这些服务配置资源, 由此避免了资源的重复预留。
在本实施例的另外一个实施方式中, 用户设备的源主基站不是将该用户设备在切 换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息发送给该用户设备的目标主基站,而是将该用户设 备在切换前的服务基站中的服务指示信息发送给该用户设备的目标主基站。其中, 该 用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的服务指示信息包括:该用户设备所使用的服务以及 各服务对应的服务基站或服务小区。
在本实施方式中, 用户设备的源主基站将其在切换前的一个或多个基站的服务模 式下的服务指示信息发送给该用户设备的目标主基站, 目标主基站再将其转发给该用 户设备的目标辅基站, 由此, 该用户设备的目标辅基站可以参考该信息为该用户设备 请求的服务配置资源。例如, 如果该用户设备的目标辅基站发现该用户设备在切换前 某些服务已经存在, 或者接收到来自其他基站的关于相同用户设备的相同服务的请 求, 则在该用户设备切换后, 该目标辅基站不再为该用户设备的这些服务配置资源, 由此避免了资源的重复预留。
通过本实施例的方法, 在小区切换过程中, 用户设备的源主基站将该用户设备在 切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息发送给切换后的服务基站,由此 切换后的服务基站可以据此为该用户设备的服务分配适当的资源,避免了资源的重复 预留, 提高了资源利用率。
实施例 4
本发明实施例还提供了一种小区切换方法。 图 6是该方法的流程图,请参照图 6, 该方法包括: 步骤 601 : 用户设备的目标主基站接收所述用户设备的源主基站发送的切换请求 消息,所述切换请求消息包含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或 服务指示信息;
步骤 602: 所述用户设备的目标主基站将所述标识指示信息或者所述服务指示信 息发送给所述用户设备的目标辅基站,以便所述目标辅基站据此为所述用户设备的服 务进行资源配置。
其中, 用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息的内容已 经在实施例 3做了详细说明, 其内容被合并于此, 在此不再赘述。
通过本实施例的方法, 用户设备的目标主基站将该用户设备在切换前的服务基站 中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息发送给该用户设备的目标辅基站,由此目标辅基站 在为该用户的服务配置资源时, 可以参考该信息, 避免了资源的重复配置。
在本实施例中, 可选的, 与实施例 1类似, 在一个实施方式中, 该用户设备的目 标主基站还可以生成该用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符, 并将该标识符发送给该用户设备的目标辅基站, 目标辅基站在收到后将其保存下来, 以便对该用户设备进行后续的管理; 在另一个实施方式中, 该用户设备的目标辅基站 生成该用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符,并将该标识符发 送给该用户设备的目标主基站, 目标主基站在收到后将其保存下来, 以便对该用户设 备进行后续的管理; 在一个实施方式中, 该用户设备的目标主基站和目标辅基站都生 成该用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符,并互相交互各自生 成的标识符。可选的, 当该用户设备的目标主基站生成了上述标识符并发送给该用户 设备的目标辅基站的情况下,该用户设备的目标辅基站可以将该标识符携带在其向该 用户设备的目标主基站发送的回复消息中,以便目标主基站据此对该用户设备进行后 续的管理。
通过本实施例的方法, 用户设备的目标主基站不仅将该用户设备在切换前的服务 基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息发送给目标辅基站,同时将该用户设备在目标 主基站和目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符发送给目标辅基站, 由此, 目标辅基 站不仅可以据此为该用户所请求的服务配置相应的资源,还可以实现一个用户同时接 受多个基站的服务, 以及多个基站对该用户的共同管理, 避免了资源浪费, 提高了资 源利用率。 其中, 对应图 4A的场景和图 4B的场景, 主基站 2不仅向辅基站发送从主基站 1 获取到的标识指示信息或服务指示信息,还向辅基站发送该用户设备在主基站 2和辅 基站的共同服务模式下的标识符。
其中, 对应图 4C的场景, 主基站 2不仅向辅基站发送从主基站 1获取到的标识 指示信息或服务指示信息,还向该辅基站发送该用户设备在主基站 2和辅基站 2的共 同服务模式下的标识符。
在本实施例中, 与实施例 1相同, 关于该用户设备在目标主基站 (主基站 2) 和 目标辅基站 (辅基站或辅基站 2) 的共同服务模式下的标识符的形式, 如前所述, 可 以是以下标识符的任意一种或任意组合:

在本实施例中, 该用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息和服务指示信 息可以通过增加请求消息承载, 但本实施例并不以此作为限制。 另外, 如果该用户设 备的目标主基站生成该用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符, 则该标识符可以和上述标识指示信息或上述服务指示信息一起,通过增加请求消息承 载;如果该用户设备的目标辅基站生成该用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务 模式下的标识符, 则该标识符可以通过增加请求回复消息承载; 如果该用户设备的目 标主基站和目标辅基站都生成该用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下 的标识符,则由目标主基站生成的该标识符可以和上述标识指示信息或服务指示信息 一起,通过增加请求消息承载, 由目标辅基站生成的该标识符可以通过增加请求回复 消息承载。
通过本实施例的方法, 用户设备的目标主基站将从源主基站获取到的该用户设备 在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息发送给目标辅基站, 由此, 目 标辅基站可以参考接收到的上述信息为该用户设备请求的服务进行资源配置,避免了 重复配置资源导致的资源浪费。
实施例 5 本发明实施例还提供了一种网络配置方法, 图 7是该方法的流程图,请参照图 7, 该方法包括:
步骤 701 : 用户设备的目标辅基站接收所述用户设备的目标主基站发送的所述用 户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息;
步骤 702: 所述用户设备的目标辅基站根据接收到的所述标识指示信息或服务指 示信息为所述用户设备的服务进行资源配置。
其中, 用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息的内容已 经在实施例 3做了详细说明, 其内容被合并于此, 在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中, 可选的, 如果该用户设备的目标主基站生成该用户设备在目标主 基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符,则该用户设备的目标辅基站还可能接收该 标识符, 并存储下来, 以便于后续的用户设备的管理。 其中, 该用户设备的目标主基 站生成的标识符可以和上述标识指示信息或服务指示信息一起,通过增加请求消息发 送给该用户设备的目标辅基站,该用户设备的目标辅基站还可以向该用户设备的目标 主基站发送增加请求回复消息,在该回复消息中,可以不包含关于上述标识符的信息, 也可以包含上述接收到的目标主基站生成的该标识符。
在本实施例中, 可选的, 如果该用户设备的目标辅基站生成该用户设备在目标主 基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符,则该用户设备的目标辅基站在接收到上述 标识指示信息或服务指示信息后,将其生成的标识符通过回复消息发送给该用户设备 的目标主基站, 以便该用户设备的目标主基站将其存储下来, 以便于后续的用户设备 的管理。其中, 上述标识指示信息或服务指示信息可以通过增加请求消息承载, 上述 回复消息可以是增加请求回复消息。
在本实施例中, 可选的, 如果该用户设备的目标主基站和目标辅基站都生成该用 户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符,则该目标主基站和该目标 辅基站还可以交互各自生成的该标识符, 以便于各自进行后续的用户设备的管理。其 中, 由目标主基站生成的标识符可以和上述标识指示信息或服务指示信息一起,通过 增加请求消息承载, 由目标辅基站生成的标识符可以通过增加请求回复消息承载。
通过本实施例的方法, 用户设备的目标辅基站在接收到上述信息 (标识指示信息 或服务指示信息)后, 通过查询该用户设备请求的服务, 确认该辅基站在所述用户设 备处于切换前的源主基站与源辅基站的共同服务模式下,是否已经为该用户设备提供 了相同的服务, 或者关于该用户设备的该服务是否已经存在, 或者是否从其他基站收 到了关于该用户设备的该服务的请求,在确认为是的情况下, 不再为该用户设备的该 服务重复预留资源, 由此避免了资源浪费。 为了使实施例 3-实施例 5的方法更加清楚易懂,以下结合用户设备的源主基站(主 基站 1 )、 目标主基站 (主基站 2 )和目标辅基站 (对应图 4A和图 4B场景的辅基站, 对应图 4C场景的辅基站 2) 的交互流程图, 对上述实施例的方法进行说明。
图 8是用户设备在小区切换过程中, 其源主基站向目标主基站发送该用户设备在 切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息,来帮助目标辅基站为该用户设备请求的服务进 行资源配置的交互示意图。

步骤 801 : 主基站 1向主基站 2发送切换请求消息, 在该切换请求消息中, 包含 有该用户设备在主基站 1或者主基站 1和辅基站或者主基站 1和辅基站 1的服务模式 下的标识符。
其中, 该主基站 1的处理可以通过实施例 3的方法来实现, 其内容被合并于此, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 802: 主基站 2接收上述标识符, 将所述标识符以及用户设备在主基站 2和 辅基站 /辅基站 2的服务模式下的标识符发送给辅基站 /辅基站 2。

其中, 辅基站 /辅基站 2在为该用户设备的服务进行资源配置的时候,根据上述信 息确认是否已经为该用户设备的该服务预留过资源, 如果是, 则不再为其分配资源, 否则按照常规手段为该用户设备的该服务进行资源分配, 由此避免了资源重复预留。 步骤 804: 辅基站 /辅基站 2向主基站 2发送其生成的该用户设备在主基站 2和辅 基站 /辅基站 2的共同服务模式下的标识符。

通过图 8所示的各基站的工作过程可以看出, 通过本实施例的方法可以避免为用 户设备的同一服务预约多份资源, 避免了资源浪费, 提高了资源利用率。
图 9是用户设备在小区切换过程中, 其源主基站向目标主基站发送该用户设备在 切换前的服务基站中的服务及其对应的服务基站或服务小区 (服务指示信息), 来帮 助目标辅基站为该用户设备请求的服务进行资源配置的交互示意图。
请参照图 9, 该流程包括:
步骤 901 : 主基站 1向主基站 2发送切换请求消息, 在该切换请求消息中, 包含 有该用户设备在主基站 1和辅基站或者主基站 1和辅基站 1的服务模式下的服务及其 对应的服务基站或服务小区。
其中, 该主基站 1 的处理流程可以通过实施例 3的方法来实现, 其内容被合并 于此, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 902: 主基站 2将接收到的上述信息发送给辅基站 /辅基站 2。
其中, 该主基站 2的处理流程可以通过实施例 4的方法来实现, 其内容被合并 于此, 在此不再赘述。
其中, 可选的, 如果主基站生成了该用户设备在主基站 2和辅基站 /辅基站 2 的 服务模式下的标识符, 则该主基站 2 也可以将其自身生成的该用户设备在主基站 2 和辅基站 /辅基站 2的服务模式下的标识符, 与上述信息一起, 发送该辅基站 /辅基站 2。
其中, 该主基站 2可以通过增加请求消息承载上述信息, 但本实施例并不以此作 为限制。
步骤 903 :辅基站 /辅基站 2根据接收到的信息为该用户设备的服务进行资源配置。 其中, 该辅基站 /辅基站 2在收到上述信息后, 如果发现关于该用户的该服务已经 存在, 或者该辅基站 /辅基站 2接收到来自其他基站的关于相同用户的相同服务的请 求, 该辅基站 /辅基站 2可以避免为同一个用户的相同服务预留双份资源。
步骤 904: 辅基站 /辅基站 2向主基站 2发送回复消息。
其中, 可选的, 如果辅基站 /辅基站 2生成了该用户设备在主基站 2和辅基站 /辅 基站 2 的服务模式下的标识符, 则该辅基站 /辅基站 2也可以将其自身生成的该用户 设备在主基站 2和辅基站 /辅基站 2的服务模式下的标识符, 发送该主基站 2。
其中, 可选的, 如果辅基站 /辅基站 2没有生成该用户设备在主基站 2和辅基站 / 辅基站 2 的服务模式下的标识符, 但接收到了主基站发送的主基站生成的该用户设 备在主基站 2和辅基站 /辅基站 2 的服务模式下的标识符, 则该辅基站 /辅基站 2也可 以将主基站 2生成的该用户设备在主基站 2和辅基站 /辅基站 2的服务模式下的标识 符通过回复消息发送给主基站 2, 或者只发送该回复消息而不包含该标识符的信息。
其中, 该回复消息可以是增加请求回复消息, 但本实施例并不以此作为限制。 通过图 9所示的各基站的工作过程可以看出, 通过本实施例的方法可以避免为用 户设备的同一服务预约多份资源, 避免了资源浪费, 提高了资源利用率。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站, 如下面的实施例 6所述, 由于该基站解决问题 的原理与实施例 3的方法类似, 因此其具体的实施可以参照实施例 3的方法的实施, 内容相同之处不再重复说明。

发送单元 1001,其向用户设备的目标主基站发送切换请求消息,所述切换请求消 息包含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息,以便所 述目标主基站将所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息转发给目标辅基站,以便所述 目标辅基站参考所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息为所述用户设备的服务进行 资源配置。
其中, 所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息包括: 所述用户设备 的标识符, 和 /或所述用户设备在源主基站中的标识符, 和 /或所述用户设备在源辅基 站中的标识符, 和 /或所述源主基站的标识符, 和 /或所述源辅基站的标识符。
其中, 所述服务指示信息包括: 所述用户设备的服务以及所述服务对应的服务基 站或服务小区。
通过本实施例的基站将用户设备在切换前的服务基站的标识指示信息或服务指 示信息发送给目标服务基站,以便目标服务基站中的辅基站据此为该用户设备的服务 分配资源, 避免了资源浪费。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站, 如下面的实施例 7所述, 由于该基站解决问题 的原理与实施例 4的方法类似, 因此其具体的实施可以参照实施例 4的方法的实施, 内容相同之处不再重复说明。

接收单元 1101, 其接收用户设备的源主基站发送的切换请求消息, 所述切换请求 消息包含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息; 发送单元 1102,其将所述标识指示信息或者所述服务指示信息发送给所述用户设 备的目标辅基站, 以便所述目标辅基站据此为所述用户设备的服务进行资源配置。
在一个实施方式中, 该基站还包括: 生成单元 1103, 其生成所述用户设备在所述 基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符。 此时, 所述发送单元 1102将该 用户设备在所述基站和所述目标辅基站的服务模式下的标识符,与所述标识指示信息 或所述服务指示信息一起, 发送给所述用户设备的目标辅基站。
在另外一个实施方式中, 所述接收单元 1101 还用于接收所述用户设备的目标辅 基站发送的所述用户设备在所述基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符。 其中, 该用户设备在所述基站和所述目标基站的服务模式下的标识符,可能是该目标 辅基站生成的, 也可能是该目标辅基站从所述基站接收到的由该基站生成的。
在本实施例中, 所述用户设备在所述基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的 标识符包括: 所述用户设备的标识符, 和 /或所述基站的标识符, 和 /或所述目标辅基 站的标识符, 和 /或所述用户设备在所述基站的标识符, 和 /或所述用户设备在所述目 标辅基站的标识符。 通过本实施例的基站将用户设备在切换前的服务基站的标识指示信息或服务指 示信息发送给目标辅基站, 以便目标辅基站据此为该用户设备的服务分配资源,避免 了资源浪费。

接收单元 1201,其接收所述用户设备的目标主基站发送的所述用户设备在切换前 的服务基站中的标识指示信息或者服务指示信息;
配置单元 1202,其根据接收到的所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息为所述用 户设备的服务进行资源配置。
在本实施例的一个实施方式中, 所述基站还包括:
生成单元 1203,其生成所述用户设备在目标主基站和所述基站的共同服务模式下 的标识符;
发送单元 1204,其将所述目标设备在目标主基站和所述基站的共同服务模式下的 标识符发送给所述用户设备的目标主基站。
通过本实施例的基站根据用户设备在切换前的服务基站的标识指示信息或服务 指示信息为该用户设备的服务分配资源, 避免了资源浪费。
本发明实施例还提供了一种通信系统, 该通信系统可以包括: 至少两个实施例 2 所述的基站, 或者包括: 实施例 6、 7和 8所述的基站。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在基站中执行该程序时, 该 程序使得计算机在所述基站中执行实施例 3~5任一个所述的小区切换方法,或者实施 例 1所述的网络配置方法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质, 其中该计算机可 读程序使得计算机在基站中执行实施例 3~5任一个所述的小区切换方法,或者实施例 1所述的网络配置方法。
本发明以上的装置和方法可以由硬件实现, 也可以由硬件结合软件实现。本发明 涉及这样的计算机可读程序, 当该程序被逻辑部件所执行时, 能够使该逻辑部件实现 上文所述的装置或构成部件, 或使该逻辑部件实现上文所述的各种方法或步骤。逻辑 部件例如现场可编程逻辑部件、微处理器、计算机中使用的处理器等。本发明还涉及 用于存储以上程序的存储介质, 如硬盘、 磁盘、 光盘、 DVD、 flash存储器等。

1、 一种网络配置方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
用户设备的目标主基站接收所述用户设备的源主基站发送的切换请求消息, 所述 切换请求消息包含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示 信息;
所述用户设备的目标主基站将所述标识指示信息或者所述服务指示信息发送给 所述用户设备的目标辅基站,以便所述目标辅基站据此为所述用户设备的服务进行资 源配置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备的目标主基站生成所述用户设备在所述目标主基站和所述目标辅 基站的共同服务模式下的标识符;
所述用户设备的目标主基站将所述用户设备在所述目标主基站和所述目标辅基 站的共同服务模式下的标识符发送给所述用户设备的目标辅基站。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备的目标主基站接收所述用户设备的目标辅基站发送的所述用户设 备在所述目标主基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述标识指示信息包括: 所述用户设备 的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备的源主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备的源辅 基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在所述源主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设 备在所述源辅基站的标识符。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务指示信息包括: 所述用户设备 在源主基站和源辅基站的服务模式下的服务及该服务对应的服务基站或服务小区。
6、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户设备在所述目标主基站和 所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符包括: 所述用户设备的标识符; 和 /或, 所述目标主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述目标辅基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备 在所述目标主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在所述目标辅基站的标识符。
7、 一种网络配置方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
用户设备的目标辅基站接收所述用户设备的目标主基站发送的所述用户设备在 切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或者服务指示信息;
所述用户设备的目标辅基站根据接收到的所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信 息为所述用户设备的服务进行资源配置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备的目标辅基站接收所述目标设备的目标主基站发送的所述用户设 备在所述目标主基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备的目标辅基站将接收到的所述目标设备在目标主基站和目标辅基 站的共同服务模式下的标识符发送给所述用户设备的目标主基站。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备的目标辅基站生成所述目标设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的共 同服务模式下的标识符;
所述用户设备的目标辅基站将所述目标设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的共同 服务模式下的标识符发送给所述用户设备的目标主基站。
11、 一种网络配置方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
用户设备的源主基站向目标主基站发送切换请求消息, 所述切换请求消息包含所 述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息,以便所述目标主 基站将所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息转发给目标辅基站,以便所述目标辅基 站参考所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息为所述用户设备的服务进行资源配置。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中 的标识指示信息包括: 所述用户设备的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在源主基站中 的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在源辅基站中的标识符; 和 /或, 所述源主基站的标 识符; 和 /或, 所述源辅基站的标识符。
13、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务指示信息包括: 所述用户设 备在源主基站和源辅基站的服务模式下的服务及该服务对应的服务基站或服务小区。
14、 一种基站, 其中, 所述基站包括:
接收单元, 其接收用户设备的源主基站发送的切换请求消息, 所述切换请求消息 包含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息;
发送单元, 其将所述标识指示信息或者所述服务指示信息发送给所述用户设备的 目标辅基站, 以便所述目标辅基站据此为所述用户设备的服务进行资源配置。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其中, 所述基站还包括:
生成单元, 其生成所述用户设备在所述基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下 的标识符;
所述发送单元将所述生成单元生成的所述用户设备在所述基站和所述目标辅基 站的服务模式下的标识符发送给所述目标辅基站。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其中,
所述接收单元还用于接收所述用户设备的目标辅基站发送的所述用户设备在所 述基站和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其中, 所述标识指示信息包括: 所述用户设 备的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备的源主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备的源 辅基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在所述源主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户 设备在所述源辅基站的标识符。
18、 根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其中, 所述服务指示信息包括: 所述用户设 备在源主基站和源辅基站的服务模式下的服务及该服务对应的服务基站或服务小区。
19、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述的基站, 其中, 所述用户设备在所述目标主基站 和所述目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符包括: 所述用户设备的标识符; 和 /或, 所述目标主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述目标辅基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备 在所述目标主基站的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在所述目标辅基站的标识符。
20、 一种基站, 其中, 所述基站包括:
接收单元, 其接收所述用户设备的目标主基站发送的所述用户设备在切换前的服 务基站中的标识指示信息或者服务指示信息;
配置单元, 其根据接收到的所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息为所述用户设 备的服务进行资源配置。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的基站, 其中, 所述基站还包括:
生成单元, 其生成所述目标设备在目标主基站和所述基站的共同服务模式下的标 识符;
第一发送单元, 其将所述生成单元生成的所述目标设备在目标主基站和所述基站 的共同服务模式下的标识符发送给所述用户设备的目标主基站。
22、 根据权利要求 20所述的基站, 其中, 所述接收单元还用于接收所述目标主 基站发送的所述目标主基站生成的所述用户设备在目标主基站和目标辅基站的服务 模式下的标识符。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的基站, 其中, 所述基站还包括:
第二发送单元, 其将所述接收单元接收到的所述目标主基站生成的所述目标设备 在目标主基站和目标辅基站的共同服务模式下的标识符发送给所述用户设备的目标 主基站。
24、 一种基站, 其中, 所述基站包括:
发送单元, 其向用户设备的目标主基站发送切换请求消息, 所述切换请求消息包 含所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中的标识指示信息或服务指示信息,以便所述目 标主基站将所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息转发给目标辅基站,以便所述目标 辅基站参考所述标识指示信息或所述服务指示信息为所述用户设备的服务进行资源 配置。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的基站, 其中, 所述用户设备在切换前的服务基站中 的标识指示信息包括: 所述用户设备的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在源主基站中 的标识符; 和 /或, 所述用户设备在源辅基站中的标识符; 和 /或, 所述源主基站的标 识符; 和 /或, 所述源辅基站的标识符。
26、 根据权利要求 24所述的基站, 其中, 所述服务指示信息包括: 所述用户设 备在源主基站和源辅基站的服务模式下的服务及该服务对应的服务基站或服务小区。
27、 一种网络配置方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
用户设备的第一服务基站生成所述用户设备在多个基站的服务模式下的标识符; 所述用户设备的第一服务基站将所述标识符发送给所述用户设备的第二服务基 站。
28、 根据权利要求 27所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述用户设备的第一服务基站接收所述用户设备的第二服务基站发送的所述用 户设备在多个基站的服务模式下的标识符。
29、 根据权利要求 27或 28所述的方法, 其中, 所述用户设备在多个基站的服务 模式下的标识符包括:
所述用户设备的标识符; 和 /或 所述用户设备在所述第一服务基站的标识符; 和 /或
所述用户设备在所述第二服务基站的标识符; 和 /或
所述第一服务基站的标识符; 和 /或
所述第二服务基站的标识符。
30、 一种基站, 其中, 所述基站包括:
生成单元, 其生成所述用户设备在多个基站的服务模式下的标识符; 发送单元, 其将所述标识符发送给所述用户设备的其他服务基站。
31、 根据权利要求 30所述的基站, 其中, 所述基站还包括:
接收单元, 其接收所述其他服务基站发送的所述用户设备在多个基站的服务模式 下的标识符。
32、 根据权利要求 30或 31所述的基站, 其中, 所述用户设备在多个基站的服务 模式下的标识符包括:
所述用户设备的标识符; 和 /或
所述用户设备在所述基站的标识符; 和 /或
所述用户设备在所述其他服务基站中的标识符; 和 /或
所述第一服务基站的标识符; 和 /或
所述其他服务基站的标识符。
33、 一种通信系统, 其中, 所述通信系统包括:
权利要求 14-19任一项所述的基站, 权利要求 20-23任一项所述的基站, 以及权 利要求 24-26任一项所述的基站; 或者
权利要求 30-32任一项两项所述的基站。
34、 一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在基站中执行该程序时, 该程序使得计算机在 所述基站中执行权利要求 1-13、 27-29任一项所述的网络配置方法。
