一种翻转梁及其冰箱,翻转梁包括前盖板(1)、后盖板(2)、安装座(3)及弹性结构(4),前盖板(1)与后盖板(2)配合形成一空腔,安装座(3)及弹性结构(4)置于空腔内,安装座(3)包括与门体连接的固定位(32)及与设于前盖板(1)上的孔(11)铰接的转轴(31),转轴(31)上设有限位止挡(33),弹性结构(4)一端固定于空腔内,另一端为自由端,其与限位止挡(33)弹性配合,门体在两个限定位置时弹性结构(4)的自由端位于限位止挡(33)两侧,门体在两个限定位置之间时弹性结构(4)自由端在与限位止挡(33)弹性挤压配合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电冰箱、酒柜、饮料箱、冷柜的技术领域,具体涉及冰箱门体用翻转梁及其冰箱,一般应用于冷藏间室为对开门的门体,法式冰箱,多门冰箱,十字对开冰箱等。
背景技术
目前市场上现有的冷藏间室为对开门的冰箱,如法式冰箱、多门冰箱等,大多采用在一侧的箱门上设计可以做 90
度翻转的翻转梁,一般的要求是,当箱门关闭时,翻转梁与门体平行,箱门打开时,翻转梁与门体垂直,普遍的做法是,利用扭簧来保证翻转梁仅能在上述两个位置保持稳定。
在上述设计中,扭簧一般设置在翻转梁的外部,影响产品外观;扭簧的寿命有一定限制,长时间的开关门容易导致扭簧损坏,导致翻转梁失效;扭簧在两个状态之间切换时,必然要经过一处死点,设计不当的话,翻转梁容易在死点处停留,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单、安装方便、使用寿命长的翻转梁及其冰箱。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种翻转梁,其包括前盖板、后盖板、安装座及弹性结构,前盖板与后盖板配合形成一空腔,安装座及弹性结构置于空腔内,安装座包括与门体连接的固定位及与设于前盖板上的孔铰接的转轴,转轴上设有限位止挡,弹性结构一端固定于空腔内,另一端为自由端,其与限位止挡弹性配合,门体在两个限定位置时弹性结构的自由端位于限位止挡两侧,门体在两个限定位置之间时弹性结构自由端在与限位止档弹性挤压配合。
本方案中,将安装座及弹性结构置于空腔内,
不影响外观,安装简便。另外,利用弹性结构与限位止挡的配合取代扭簧,其开关状态的变换是由弹性结构的变形与回弹来实现,不会产生'死点',使用寿命更长。
具体的,所述 弹性结构为弹片; 所述安装座的限位止挡为弧形结构;所述 弹性结构 的一端固定在前盖板上;所述
两个限定位置分别为关门位置与开门位置。
同时,本发明还提供一种冰箱,其包含:箱体,所述箱体限定有至少一个间室,所述间室限定有左右对开的门体;至少一组上述的翻转梁,所述翻转梁安装在门体的侧面。
所述翻转梁在关门状态下,翻转梁处在与门体平行的状态;在开门状态下,翻转梁地处在与门体垂直的状态。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过 将安装座及弹性结构置于空腔内,
不影响外观,安装简便。另外,利用弹性结构与限位止挡的配合取代扭簧,其开关状态的变换是由弹性结构的变形与回弹来实现,不会产生'死点',使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2 及图3所示,本发明公开一种翻转梁,其包括前盖板 1 、后盖板 2 、安装座 3 及弹性结构

如图4至图6所示,弹片的一端通过螺丝5固定在前盖板上,自由端为弧形,安装座的外侧也带有一段弧形结构,在关门状态下,弹片与安装座限位止挡的一侧接触,保证翻转梁稳定地处于这一状态;开门过程中,弹片受挤压变形,当翻转角度超过一定角度时,弹片的回弹力迫使翻转梁继续翻转,直到开门状态,在这一状态下,弹片与安装座限位止挡的另一侧接触,保证翻转梁稳定地处于这一状态。
同时,本发明还提供一种冰箱,其包含:箱体,所述箱体限定有至少一个间室,所述间室限定有左右对开的门体;至少一组上述的翻转梁,所述翻转梁安装在门体的侧面。
所述翻转梁在关门状态下,翻转梁处在与门体平行的状态;在开门状态下,翻转梁地处在与门体垂直的状态。

Claims (7)
- 一种翻转梁,其特征在于,所述翻转梁包括前盖板、后盖板、安装座及弹性结构,前盖板与后盖板配合形成一空腔,安装座及弹性结构置于空腔内,安装座包括与门体连接的固定位及与设于前盖板上的孔铰接的转轴,转轴上设有限位止挡,弹性结构一端固定于空腔内,另一端为自由端,其与限位止挡弹性配合,门体在两个限定位置时弹性结构的自由端位于限位止挡两侧,门体在两个限定位置之间时弹性结构自由端在与限位止档弹性挤压配合。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 翻转梁 ,其特征在于,所述弹性结构为弹片。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的 翻转梁 ,其特征在于,所述安装座的限位止挡为弧形结构。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的翻转梁,其特征在于,所述弹性结构 的一端固定在前盖板上。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的翻转梁,其特征在于,所述两个限定位置分别为关门位置与开门位置。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包含:箱体,所述箱体限定有至少一个间室,所述间室限定有左右对开的门体;至少一组根据权利要求 1-5 任一项所述的翻转梁,所述翻转梁安装在门体的侧面。
- 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述翻转梁在关门状态下,翻转梁处在与门体平行的状态;在开门状态下,翻转梁地处在与门体垂直的状态。
