为实现上述目的, 本发明还公开了一种折叠装置, 应用于折叠车, 所述折 叠车包括上车架、 下车架和后车架, 所述上车架的下端和所述下车架的上端分 别枢接于所述后车架; 所述折叠装置包括连动机构和卡合机构, 所述连动机构 包括滑块、 拉杆和支杆; 所述滑块滑动连接于所述后车架, 所述滑块与所述上 车架、 所述下车架之间分别连接一所述拉杆; 两所述支杆的中部相枢接, 每一 所述支杆的两端分别连接于两所述后车架, 所述滑块连接于所述支杆并带动两 所述支杆相互枢转; 所述卡合机构设置于所述后车架并限定所述滑块相对所述 后车架滑动。
与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的折叠装置, 通过卡合机构限定所述滑块相 对后车架的滑动以使折叠车保持在展开状态; 收合该折叠车时, 操作卡合机构 释放对滑块的定位, 上车架和下车架在重力作用下相对后车架枢转收合, 使得 折叠车在竖向收合, 同时经由两拉杆驱动滑块沿后车架向下滑动; 滑块的滑动 带动两支杆枢转收合, 使得折叠车在横向收合。 结构简单、 操作方便, 仅需操 作一卡合机构, 利用上车架和下车架的重力即可驱动折叠车收合, 无需用户耗 费较大的力气。
较佳的, 所述连动机构还包括连杆, 所述连杆枢接于所述滑块和所述支杆 之间; 所述连杆在滑块的驱动下相对滑块和支杆枢转, 驱动呈交叉设置的两支 杆向中间枢转收合。
具体地, 所述卡合机构包括固定件和卡合件, 所述固定件固定于所述后车 架, 所述卡合件枢接于所述固定件, 所述卡合件相对所述固定件枢转以卡抵所 述滑块; 驱动卡合件枢转, 卡合件释放对滑块的卡抵限位, 滑块相对后车架滑 动, 即可方便地收合折叠车, 操作简单、 方便。 附图说明

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
如图 1所示的可折叠婴儿车, 包括上车架 100、 下车架 200、 后车架 300、 收合关节 400及折叠装置 500。 上车架 100包括左上车架 110、 右上车架 120, 左上车架 110和右上车架 120呈对称的倒置 L型, 且左上车架 110和右上车架 120的上端相枢接; 下车架 200包括左下车架 210、右下车架 220, 左下车架 210 和右下车架 220呈对称的 L型, 且左下车架 210和右下车架 220的下端相枢接; 后车架 300包括左后车架 310、 右后车架 320, 且左后车架 310和右后车架 320 位于上车架 100和下车架 200的一侧, 左上车架 110和左下车架 210通过一收 合关节 400连接于左后车架 310,右上车架 120和右下车架 220通过一收合关节 400连接于右后车架 320, 从而使得上车架 100和下车架 200可相对后车架 300 枢转。折叠装置 500位于左后车架 310和右后车架 320之间, 并限定上车架 100 和下车架 200相对后车架 300的枢转。 结合图 2-图 12所示, 更具体地:
折叠装置 500包括连动机构 510、 卡合机构 520及操作件 530。 其中, 连动 机构 510包括滑块 511、 拉杆 512、 支杆 513、 连杆 514及转动杆 515; 卡合件 520包括固定件 521、 卡合件 522及弹性件 523。
结合图 2所示, 滑块 511的中部具有套接孔 511a , 并通过套接孔 511a滑动 地套接于后车架 300; 滑块 511 的两侧向外凸伸形成第一连接部 511b, 两第一 连接部 511b与上车架 100、 下车架 200之间分别枢接一拉杆 512; 当上车架 100 和下车架 200相对后车架 300枢转时, 带动拉杆 512, 驱动滑块 511 沿后车架 300滑动, 从而实现可折叠婴儿车的竖向收合或张开。 进一步地, 如图 2所示, 两第一连接部 511b之间形成凸出于滑块 511外侧壁的定位块 511c。
两支杆 513的中部相枢接于 P点, 每一支杆 513的两端分别连接于左后车 架 310和右后车架 320,滑块 511连接于支杆 513 ,并驱动两支杆 513相对枢转。 更具体地: 每一支杆 513的上端分别连接于左后车架 310或右后车架 320, 每一 支杆 513与滑块 511之间, 于两支杆 513的中部枢接点 P的上侧, 枢接有连杆 514; 连杆 514与转动杆 515相对中部枢接点 P对称设置。 进一步地, 结合图 2 所示,滑块 511向所述支杆 513方向凸伸形成第三连接部 511d ,第三连接部 511d 用于连接连杆 514。 当滑块 511相对后车架 300滑动时, 带动与之枢接的连杆 514, 驱动两支杆 513相对枢转, 连杆 514与转动杆 515相对枢转, 使得左后车 架 310和右后车架 320靠近或远离, 从而实现可折叠婴儿车的横向收合或张开。
固定件 521固定地套接于后车架 300, 且固定件 521位于滑块 511的上方; 卡合件 522位于左后车架 310和右后车架 320的相对内侧, 且卡合件 522的上 端枢接于固定件 521 ; 卡合件 522的下端具有卡勾部 522a , 可折叠婴儿车呈张 开状态时, 卡合件 522靠近滑块 511 , 卡勾部 522a卡抵定位块 511 c的下侧面, 固定件 521 的下侧面卡抵于滑块 511的上侧面, 限定滑块 511相对后车架 300 的滑动, 使得可折叠婴儿车保持张开状态。 卡合件 522与固定件 521之间, 于 卡合件 522与固定件 521的枢接处的下方, 设置弹性件 523 , 弹性件 523使得卡 合件 522恒具有卡抵定位块 511 c的动作趋势, 从而使得卡勾部 522a常时保持 卡 4氐定位块 511 c的状态, 使得可折叠婴儿车的张开状态稳定。
操作件 530为一柔性连接件,操作件 530的两端分别连接于卡合件 522。 具 体地, 操作件 530与卡合件 522的连接处位于卡合件 522与固定件 521的枢接 处的下方。
结合说明书附图 1-12对本发明可折叠婴儿车的收合过程做一详细说明: 当可折叠婴儿车呈张开状态时,如图 3-图 5所示,上车架 100和下车架 200 相对后车架 300张开, 上车架 100和下车架 200张开位于同一直线上; 固定件 521的下侧面抵顶于滑块 511的上侧面, 弹性件 523拉伸卡合件 522 , 使得卡勾 部 522a卡抵于定位块 511 c的下侧面, 限定滑块 51 1的位置, 从而使得可折叠 婴儿车保持张开状态。
当收合可折叠婴儿车时,沿如图 3所示 F1方向提拉操作件 530,卡合件 522 受力枢转远离滑块 511 , 弹性件 523弹性变形, 卡勾部 522a释放对定位块 511 c 的卡 ·ί氏作用, 如图 6-图 9所示, 上车架 100和下车架 200在重力作用下, 相对 后车架 300向下枢转收合, 即可实现可折叠婴儿车的竖向收合; 上车架 100和 下车架 200经拉杆 512驱动滑块 511相对后车架 300向下滑动, 滑块 511带动 拉杆 514动作, 拉杆 514相对滑块 511和支杆 513枢转, 拉动两支杆 513靠近 后车架 300, 使得两支杆 513相对枢转收合, 以使可折叠婴儿车横向收合。 可折 叠婴儿车同时横向收合和竖向收合, 收合完成后的可折叠婴儿车如图 10-图 12 所示。
与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的可折叠婴儿车, 通过卡合机构 520 限定滑 块 511相对后车架 300的滑动, 以使可折叠婴儿车保持在展开状态; 收合该可 折叠婴儿车时, 操作卡合机构 520释放对滑块 511的定位, 上车架 100和下车 架 200在重力作用下相对后车架 300枢转收合, 使得可折叠婴儿车在竖向收合, 同时经由两拉杆 512驱动滑块 511沿后车架 300向下滑动; 滑块 511的滑动带 动两支杆 513枢转收合, 使得可折叠婴儿车在横向收合。 结构简单、 操作方便, 仅需操作一"" ^合机构 520,利用上车架 100和下车架 200的重力即可驱动可折叠 婴儿车收合, 无需用户耗费较大的力气。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖 的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种折叠车, 包括上车架、 下车架和后车架, 所述上车架的下端和所述下车 架的上端分别枢接于所述后车架; 其特征在于: 所述折叠车还包括连动机构和 卡合机构, 所述连动机构包括滑块、 拉杆和支杆; 所述滑块滑动连接于所述后 车架, 所述滑块与所述上车架、 所述下车架之间分别连接一所述拉杆; 两所述 支杆的中部相枢接, 每一所述支杆的两端分别连接于两所述后车架, 所述滑块 连接于所述支杆并带动两所述支杆相互枢转; 所述卡合机构设置于所述后车架 并限定所述滑块相对所述后车架滑动。
2.如权利要求 1所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述连动机构还包括连杆, 所述连 杆枢接于所述滑块和所述支杆之间。
3.如权利要求 2所述的折叠车,其特征在于:所述支杆的一端枢接于所述后车架, 所述支杆的另一端与所述后车架之间枢接一转动杆, 所述转动杆与所述连杆相 对两所述支杆中部的枢接点对称设置。
4.如权利要求 1所述的折叠车,其特征在于:所述卡合机构包括固定件和卡合件, 所述固定件固定于所述后车架, 所述卡合件枢接于所述固定件, 所述卡合件相 对所述固定件枢转以卡 ·ί氐所述滑块。
5.如权利要求 4所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述固定件和所述卡合件之间设置 有弹性件, 所述弹性件使得所述卡合件恒具有卡抵所述滑块的动作趋势。
6.如权利要求 4所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述固定件位于所述滑块上方; 所 述卡合件的上端枢接于所述固定件, 所述卡合件的下端具有卡勾部, 所述卡勾 部卡 ·ί氏所述滑块, 以限定所述滑块相对所述后车架滑动。
7.如权利要求 4所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述折叠车还包括操作件, 所述操 作件的两端分别连接于所述卡合件。
8.—种折叠装置, 应用于折叠车, 所述折叠车包括上车架、 下车架和后车架, 所述上车架的下端和所述下车架的上端分别枢接于所述后车架; 其特征在于: 所述折叠装置包括连动机构和卡合机构, 所述连动机构包括滑块、 拉杆和支杆; 所述滑块滑动连接于所述后车架, 所述滑块与所述上车架、 所述下车架之间分 别连接一所述拉杆; 两所述支杆的中部相枢接, 每一所述支杆的两端分别连接 于两所述后车架, 所述滑块连接于所述支杆并带动两所述支杆相互枢转; 所述 卡合机构设置于所述后车架并限定所述滑块相对所述后车架滑动。
9.如权利要求 8所述的折叠装置, 其特征在于: 所述连动机构还包括连杆, 所述 连杆枢接于所述滑块和所述支杆之间。
10.如权利要求 8所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述卡合机构包括固定件和卡合 件, 所述固定件固定于所述后车架, 所述卡合件枢接于所述固定件, 所述卡合 件相对所述固定件枢转以卡抵所述滑块。
