Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明にかかる電力変換装置の実施の形態1の構成例を示す図である。図1に示す電力変換装置10は、直流電源1とモータ3の間に配され、モータ3(負荷)に供給される直流電源1の直流電力を三相交流電力に変換する。
図4は、本発明にかかる電力変換装置の実施の形態2の構成例を示す図である。図4に示す電力変換装置20は、直流電源1とモータ3の間に配され、モータ3(負荷)に供給される直流電源1の直流電力を三相交流電力に変換する。
図5は、本発明にかかる電力変換装置の実施の形態3の構成例を示す図である。図5に示す電力変換装置30は、直流電源1とモータ3の間に配され、モータ3(負荷)に供給される直流電源1の直流電力を三相交流電力に変換する。
図7は、本発明にかかる電力変換装置の実施の形態4の構成例を示す図である。図7に示す電力変換装置40は、直流電源1とモータ3の間に配され、モータ3(負荷)に供給される直流電源1の直流電力を三相交流電力に変換する。
図9は、本発明にかかる電力変換装置の実施の形態5の構成例を示す図である。図9に示す電力変換装置50は、交流電源501と負荷503の間に配され、交流電源501から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換し、この直流電力の電圧を昇圧して負荷503に供給する。
Claims (22)
- 電源と負荷の間に配される電力変換装置内に設けられる開閉装置であって、
ゲート端子を有するスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子のゲート端子に駆動電圧を印加するゲート駆動回路と、
前記ゲート駆動回路に供給する駆動信号を生成する制御部と、を備え、
前記スイッチング素子の前記ゲート端子に印加される前記駆動電圧から前記スイッチング素子のしきい値電圧を減算した値は、前記スイッチング素子のエミッタから前記ゲート駆動回路の負極までの抵抗値と前記スイッチング素子を導通する最大電流値の積よりも大きいことを特徴とする開閉装置。 - 直流電源と負荷の間に配され、
請求項1に記載の前記開閉装置を少なくとも一つ備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 直流電源と負荷の間に配され、
請求項1に記載の前記開閉装置が複数設けられた上アーム部及び下アーム部によりアームが構成され、
前記負荷に交流電力を供給することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記アームは、並列に接続された3つのレグを備え、
前記負荷に三相交流電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記3つのレグのうち少なくとも2つにおいては、
前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記直流電源のマイナス側端子の間に接続された下アームシャント抵抗と、
前記直流電源のマイナス側端子を基準として、前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記下アームシャント抵抗の間の電位を検出する下アーム電圧検出部と、をさらに備え、
前記下アームシャント抵抗及び下アーム電圧検出部を備えないレグにおいては、
前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記直流電源のマイナス側端子の間に接続された電源シャント抵抗をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記直流電源のマイナス側端子の間に接続された電源シャント抵抗と、
前記直流電源のマイナス側端子を基準として、前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記電源シャント抵抗の間の電位を検出する電源シャント電圧検出部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記3つのレグのうち少なくとも2つにおいて、
前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記直流電源のマイナス側端子の間に接続された下アームシャント抵抗と、
前記直流電源のマイナス側端子を基準として、前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ端子と前記下アームシャント抵抗の間の電位を検出する下アーム電圧検出部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記負荷に流れる電流値は前記スイッチング素子を導通する前記最大電流値に等しく、
前記制御部は、
前記電源シャント電圧検出部の検出した電圧値または前記下アーム電圧検出部の検出した電圧値に基づいて前記負荷に流れる電流の電流値を算出し、
当該電流の電流値に基づいて前記アーム内のスイッチング素子の駆動信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記電源シャント電圧検出部の検出した電圧値または前記下アーム電圧検出部が検出した電圧値に基づいて前記負荷における過電流の検出を行うことを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部が電流算出部及び比較部を備え、
前記電流算出部は、前記電源シャント電圧検出部の検出した電圧値または前記下アーム電圧検出部が検出した電圧値に基づいて前記負荷の電流値を算出して算出電流値を比較部に出力し、
前記比較部は、過電流判定用の過電流しきい値が記憶された記憶部を備え、該過電流しきい値と前記算出電流値を比較し、
前記算出電流値が前記過電流しきい値以上である場合、または、前記算出電流値が前記過電流しきい値を超えた場合には、過電流を検出したと判定して過電流の検出を行うことを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、過電流を検出すると、前記駆動信号の生成を停止することを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記駆動信号の生成を停止することで前記スイッチング素子のゲート端子への駆動電圧を遮断することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電力変換装置。
- 交流電源と負荷の間に配される電力変換装置であって、
前記交流電源の電圧を整流する整流回路と、
前記整流回路よりも前記負荷側に設けられ、前記整流回路により整流された直流電圧を平滑する平滑手段と、
前記平滑手段より前記負荷側に設けられたリアクタと、
前記リアクタよりも後段に設けられ、前記平滑手段の前記交流電源側への電流の逆流を防止する逆流防止素子と、
前記リアクタと前記逆流防止素子の間に配置された請求項1に記載の前記開閉装置と、を備え、
前記開閉装置は、前記制御部が生成する前記駆動信号に基づいて前記整流回路の正側と負側を短絡することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記整流回路の負側に挿入されたシャント抵抗と、
前記整流回路の負側の電位に対する、前記開閉装置内の前記スイッチング素子と前記シャント抵抗の間の電位を検出する負側シャント抵抗電圧検出部と、をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記負側シャント抵抗電圧検出部の検出値に基づき前記駆動信号を生成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記負側シャント抵抗電圧検出部の検出値に基づいて過電流の検出を行うことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記制御部が電流算出部及び比較部を備え、
前記電流算出部は、前記シャント抵抗電圧検出部の検出した電圧値に基づいて前記負荷の電流値を算出して算出電流値を比較部に出力し、
前記比較部は、過電流判定用の過電流しきい値が記憶された記憶部を備え、該過電流しきい値と前記算出電流値を比較し、
前記算出電流値が前記過電流しきい値以上である場合、または、前記算出電流値が前記過電流しきい値を超えた場合には、過電流を検出したと判定して過電流の検出を行うことを特徴とする請求項13から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の電力変換装置。 - 請求項2から請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の前記電力変換装置を備えるモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項17に記載の前記モータ駆動装置を備える送風機。
- 請求項17に記載の前記モータ駆動装置を備える圧縮機。
- 請求項18に記載の前記送風機及び請求項19に記載の前記圧縮機の少なくともいずれか一方を備える空気調和機。
- 請求項18に記載の前記送風機及び請求項19に記載の前記圧縮機の少なくともいずれか一方を備える冷蔵庫。
- 請求項18に記載の前記送風機及び請求項19に記載の前記圧縮機の少なくともいずれか一方を備える冷凍機。
