Claims (20)
- 곡면(curved surface) 구조의 전지셀; 및상기 곡면 구조에 부합하는 전지셀 수납 공간을 형성하여 스프링 백(spring back) 현상을 방지하고 외부 충격에 의한 곡률 변형을 방지하는 곡면 구조의 팩 하우징;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지셀은,전해질;양극, 음극 및 분리막의 적층면이 곡면(curved surface)을 포함하는 전극 적층체;상기 전극 적층체의 전극 탭들과 연결되는 전극 리드들; 및상기 곡면에 부합하는 곡면이 형성되어 있는 수납부에 상기 전해질과 전극 적층체를 내장하고, 상기 전극 리드들이 외부로 노출된 상태에서 개구부가 밀봉되어 있는 전지 케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 케이스에서 하나 이상의 외주 밀봉부가 수납부의 외측벽을 향해 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전극 리드가 외부로 노출되어 있는 외주 밀봉부를 제외한, 하나 이상의 외주 밀봉부가 수납부의 외측벽을 향해 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 리드는 비 절곡 외주 밀봉부를 향해 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 케이스는 금속층과 수지층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 라미네이트 시트는 알루미늄 라미네이트 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 하우징은,전지셀의 상면과 대면하고 있는 곡면 구조의 상부 플레이트;전지셀의 하면과 대면하고 있는 곡면 구조의 하부 플레이트; 및전지셀의 측벽들과 대면하면서 곡면 구조의 수납 공간을 형성하도록 상기 상부 플레이트 또는 하부 플레이트로부터 연장되어 있는 측면 플레이트들로서, 곡면 구조를 가진 둘 이상의 플레이트들을 포함하고 있는 측면 플레이트들;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 플레이트 및/또는 하부 플레이트는 윈도우 프레임(window frame) 구조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전지셀의 전극리드가 돌출되어 있는 변과 평행한 하나 이상의 상부 플레이트 및/또는 하부 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지팩은 전지셀의 전극리드가 돌출되어 있는 변에 인접한 변과 평행한 하나 이상의 상부 플레이트 및/또는 하부 플레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 플레이트 또는 하부 플레이트로부터 연장되어 있는 측면 플레이트들은, 각각 하부 플레이트 또는 상부 플레이트로 연장되어 있는 것으로 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 측면 플레이트들은 비곡면 구조를 가진 플레이트를 하나 이상 포함하고 있고, 비곡면 구조를 가진 적어도 하나의 플레이트에는 곡면 구조의 전지셀의 삽입을 위한 개구가 형성되어 있으며, 전지셀은 상기 개구를 통해 팩 하우징 내로 슬라이딩 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 하우징은,전지셀의 상면과 대면하고 있는 곡면 구조의 상부 플레이트;전지셀의 하면과 대면하고 있는 곡면 구조의 하부 플레이트; 및곡면 구조의 수납 공간을 형성하도록 상부 플레이트 또는 하부 플레이트에 연결 또는 결합되고 전지셀의 측벽들과 대면하고 있는 측면 플레이트들로서, 곡면 구조를 가진 둘 이상의 플레이트들을 포함하고 있는 측면 플레이트들;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 플레이트 및/또는 하부 플레이트는 윈도우 프레임 구조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 하우징은,전지셀의 상면과 대면하고 있는 곡면 구조의 상부 플레이트와 상기 상부 플레이트로부터 연장되어 곡면 구조의 수납 공간을 형성하도록 하기 하부 측면 플레이트들과 결합하고, 전지셀의 측벽들과 대면하고 있으며, 곡면 구조를 가진 둘 이상의 측면 플레이트들을 포함하고 있는 상부 측면 플레이트들을 포함하는 제 1 하우징; 및전지셀의 하면과 대면하고 있는 곡면 구조의 하부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트로부터 연장되어 곡면 구조의 수납 공간을 형성하도록 상기 상부 측면 플레이트들과 결합하고, 전지셀의 측벽들과 대면하고 있으며, 곡면 구조를 가진 둘 이상의 측면 플레이트들을 포함하고 있는 하부 측면 플레이트들을 포함하는 제 2 하우징;으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 플레이트 및/또는 하부 플레이트는 윈도우 프레임 구조물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 팩 하우징은, 금속 또는 고분자 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지팩.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전지팩을 전원으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 디바이스는 노트북, 휴대폰, PDP, PMP, MP3 플레이어, DSC(Digital Still Camera), DVR, 스마트 폰, GPS 시스템, 및 캠코더로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디바이스.
