Claims (10)
- 複数のユーザに利用される複数の車両を管理するための車両管理システムであって、
前記ユーザによる前記車両の利用の受付を行うと共に、前記複数の車両と、前記複数の車両が駐車される複数の駐車スペースとを管理する利用管理手段と、
前記車両の走行に使用されるエネルギーの残量を示すエネルギー情報を、前記複数の車両から取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段により取得された前記エネルギーの残量と、前記エネルギーの不足を示す残量閾値とを比較し、前記エネルギーの残量が前記残量閾値より低い場合には、前記エネルギーの補給を必要とする、と判定し、前記エネルギーの補給を必要とすると判定された前記車両を回収車両として特定する判定手段と、
前記駐車スペースから前記回収車両を回収させる回収指令を出力する指令出力手段とを備える
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記取得手段は、
前記車両に設けられたバッテリの充電状態の情報を、前記エネルギー情報として取得する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記利用管理手段は、
前記ユーザが前記車両を返却すべき場所を、前記複数の駐車スペースから返却予定地として設定し、
前記取得手段は、
前記返却予定地に返却された前記車両から、前記エネルギー情報を取得する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記取得手段は、
前記車両が駐車されている前記駐車スペースの位置情報を取得し、
前記指令出力手段は、
前記回収車両の前記駐車スペースの位置情報を、前記回収指令に含めて出力する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記利用管理手段は、
前記回収車両の代わりとなる代替車両の位置と前記回収車両の位置とを管理し、
前記代替車両が前記回収車両の回収前の前記駐車スペースに駐車した場合には、前記代替車両を、前記ユーザにより利用可能な利用可能車両として設定する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記取得手段は、
前記回収車両から、前記回収車両のバッテリの充電情報を取得し、
前記利用管理手段は、
前記取得手段により取得した前記充電情報に基づいて、前記回収車両の前記バッテリの充電が完了したか否か判定する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項6記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記利用管理手段は、
前記回収車両の前記バッテリの充電が完了したと判定した場合には、充電が完了した前記回収車両を、前記エネルギーの補給を必要とする車両の代わりとなる代替車両として設定する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記利用管理手段は、
前記複数の車両のうち予約がされていない車両を利用可能車両として設定し、かつ、前記回収車両を前記利用可能車両から除外する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の車両管理システムにおいて、
前記ユーザにより、実際に前記車両が利用され、返却された際に、前記車両が、返却予定地に返却されたか否かを判定する返却判定手段と、
前記返却判定手段により、前記車両が設定された前記返却予定地に返却されたと判定された場合に、該車両の返却を許可する返却許可手段とをさらに備え、
前記利用管理手段は、
前記受付を行う際に、対象となる前記車両を前記ユーザが利用した後に、前記ユーザが前記車両を返却すべき場所を、前記複数の駐車スペースのうちから前記返却予定地として設定する
ことを特徴とする車両管理システム。 - 複数のユーザに利用される複数の車両を管理するための車両管理方法であって、
前記ユーザによる前記車両の利用の受付を行い、
前記複数の車両と、前記複数の車両が駐車される複数の駐車スペースとを管理し、
前記車両の走行に使用されるエネルギーの残量を示すエネルギー情報を、前記複数の車両から取得し、
取得された前記エネルギーの残量と、前記エネルギーの不足を示す残量閾値とを比較し、前記エネルギーの残量が前記残量閾値より低い場合には、前記エネルギーの補給を必要とする、と判定し、
前記エネルギーの補給を必要とすると判定された前記車両を回収車両として特定し、
前記駐車スペースから前記回収車両を回収させる回収指令を出力する
ことを特徴とする車両管理方法。
