Abstract
一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂(5),包括卷纱(3)和织带(1),所述卷纱(3)为单根纱线经过层层环绕而成或有若干根闭合的环形线圈组合而成的环形纱线,所述织带(1)为圆形环状且内侧设置有用于放置所述环形纱线的开口(2),所述环形纱线的外围包覆有所述织带(1),所述快挂(5)上缝合有车线(4)。该快挂工艺简单,缝合后无接缝,结实安全耐用,在环形纱线外围包覆织带,使得快挂更结实更安全。

一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂
技术领域
本发明涉及攀岩用品技术领域, 尤其涉及一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和全民体育运动的兴起, 越来越多的人参与到体育锻炼的 行列中来, 随之而来的体育用品也层出不穷, 在攀岩用品技术领域里, 现有技 术下所使用的快挂, 一般都是使用高强度的织带将两端对接后用针车缝合, 此 种快挂成本低, 制作方便, 但两端对接后缝合时会存在一定缝隙, 在承重后缝 隙处的应力较为集中, 很容易发生断裂, 因此会存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种工艺简单, 缝合后无接缝, 结实安全实用的 环式无接缝攀岩快挂。
为达此目的, 本发明釆用以下技术方案:
一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 快挂包括卷纱和织带, 所述卷纱为单根纱线经 过层层环绕而成或有若干根闭合的环形线圈组合而成的环形纱线, 所述织带为 圆形环状且内侧设置有用于放置所述环形纱线的开口, 所述环形纱线的外围包 覆有所述织带, 所述快挂上缝合有车线。
其中, 所述织带为单层结构的高强涤纶织带。
其中, 所述环形纱线为特多龙或尼龙丝材质的线材。
其中, 所述线材的线径大于等于 0.08mm小于等于 5mm。
其中, 所述织带的外轮廓的周长略大于所述环形纱线的外轮廓的周长。 其中, 所述织带的横截面的直径略大于所述环形织带的横截面的直径。
其中, 所述车线为特多龙或尼龙丝材质的线材。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明包括卷纱和织带, 所述卷纱为单根纱线经过层 层环绕而成或有若干根闭合的环形线圈组合而成的环形纱线, 所述织带为圆形 环状且内侧设置有用于放置所述环形纱线的开口, 所述环形纱线的外围包覆有 所述织带, 所述快挂上缝合有车线。 环绕而成的环形纱线克服了现有技术中织 带两端对接后存有缝隙的缺点, 因此在使用时不会存在安全隐患, 在环形纱线 外围包覆织带, 使得快挂更结实更安全, 本发明工艺简单, 缝合后无接缝, 结 实安全耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图 1至附图 3并通过具体实施方式来进一歩说明本发明的技术 方案。
一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 快挂 5包括卷纱 3和织带 1, 所述卷纱 3为单 根纱线经过层层环绕而成或有若干根闭合的环形线圈组合而成的环形纱线, 所 述织带 1 为圆形环状且内侧设置有用于放置所述环形纱线的开口 2, 所述环形 纱线的外围包覆有所述织带 1, 所述快挂 5上缝合有车线 4。将环绕好的环形纱 线, 用带有开口的圆形环状织带包覆起来, 然后通过针车进行缝合, 从而使得 快挂安全实用, 环绕而成的环形纱线克服了现有技术中织带两端对接后存有缝 隙的缺点, 使得快挂更结实更安全, 本发明工艺简单, 缝合后无接缝, 结实安
全耐用。
所述织带 1为单层结构的高强涤纶织带。 高强涤纶织带抗拉强度高, 结实 耐磨, 比较适合户外攀岩使用。
所述环形纱线为特多龙或尼龙丝材质的线材。 也可以是其它线材。
所述线材的线径大于等于 0.08mm小于等于 5mm。 所使用的线材的粗细可 根据实际使用的快挂的粗细和承重去选择。
所述织带的外轮廓的周长略大于所述环形纱线的外轮廓的周长。 以此便于 织带将环形纱线完全包覆。
所述织带 1的横截面的直径略大于所述环形织带的横截面的直径。
所述车线 4为特多龙或尼龙丝材质的线材。 也可以釆用其它比较结实耐用 的线材进行缝合。

1、 一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 快挂 (5 ) 包括卷纱 (3 ) 和 织带(1 ), 所述卷纱(3 ) 为单根纱线经过层层环绕而成或有若干根闭合的环形 线圈组合而成的环形纱线, 所述织带(1 )为圆形环状且内侧设置有用于放置所 述环形纱线的开口 (2), 所述环形纱线的外围包覆有所述织带 (1 ), 所述快挂
( 5 ) 上缝合有车线 (4)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 所述 织带 (1 ) 为单层结构的高强涤纶织带。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 所述 环形纱线为特多龙或尼龙丝材质的线材。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 所述 线材的线径大于等于 0.08mm小于等于 5mm。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 所述 织带 (1 ) 的外轮廓的周长略大于所述环形纱线的外轮廓的周长。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 所述 织带 (1 ) 的横截面的直径略大于所述环形织带的横截面的直径。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种环式无接缝攀岩快挂 , 其特征在于: 所述 车线 (4) 为特多龙或尼龙丝材质的线材。
