Claims (17)
- 상 악과 하 악의 치아모형이 각각 고정하도록 된 한 쌍의 베이스 부재들과, 상기 베이스 부재들의 말단부위가 각각 탈부착 가능하게 고정되며 회동축에 의해 서로 회동 가능하게 축 결합하는 상부고정수단과 하부고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과모형 교합기에 있어서;상기한 베이스 부재의 말단부에는 관통된 고정공이 형성되며;상기 상부고정수단 및 하부고정수단에는,상기 말단부에 형성된 상기 고정공에 삽입되어 끼움 고정하는 끼움봉이 각각 구비되고;상기 상부고정수단과 하부고정수단에는,상기 베이스 부재의 말단부 측면을 가압하여 상기 베이스 부재에 대하여 상기 끼움봉 측 방향으로 압력을 인가함으로써 고정력을 보조하도록 된 보조고정수단이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기한 보조고정수단은,상기 베이스부재의 말단부의 단부면에 대응하도록 상기 끼움봉에 대하여 직각방향이 위치하며 스프링에 의해 탄지되는 가압돌기와;상기 스프링이 내재되며 상기 가압돌기가 왕복이동되도록 가이드하는 하우징을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기한 보조고정수단은,상기 베이스 부재의 말단부의 단부면에 대응하도록 상기 끼움봉에 대하여 직각방향이 위치하여 상기 끼움봉에 대하여 직각방향으로 상기 베이스 부재를 탄성적으로 가압하도록 된 탄성가압부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 상 악과 하 악의 치아모형이 각각 고정하도록 된 한 쌍의 베이스 부재들과, 상기 베이스 부재들의 말단부위가 각각 탈부착 가능하게 고정되며 회동축에 의해 서로 회동 가능하게 축 결합하는 상부고정수단과 하부고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과모형 교합기에 있어서;상기한 상부고정수단은,상기 베이스 부재가 고정되는 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재의 일단이 고정되며 상기 하부고정수단과 상기 회동축에 의해 축 결합하는 회동부재와; 상기 고정부재와 회동부재의 사이에 마련되어 상기 고정부재가 상기 회동부재와 이격 및 근접하는 왕복 운동하도록 가이드함과 아울러 고정하는 전후왕복수단을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 4항에 있어서;상기한 전후왕복수단은,상기 고정부재의 일단에 상기 베이스 부재에 대하여 평행한 방향으로 고정된 봉 형상의 가이드봉과; 상기 회동부재에 형성되며 상기 가이드봉이 안내되도록 수용되는 가이드공을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 상 악과 하 악의 치아모형이 각각 고정하도록 된 한 쌍의 베이스 부재들과, 상기 베이스 부재들의 말단부위가 각각 탈부착 가능하게 고정되며 회동축에 의해 서로 회동 가능하게 축 결합하는 상부고정수단과 하부고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과모형 교합기에 있어서;상기한 하부고정수단에는,상기 상부고정수단과의 회동시 사이 간격을 조절하도록 하는 간격조절수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 6항에 있어서;상기한 간격조절수단은,상기 하부고정수단에서 상기 상부고정수단이 대면하는 면상에 돌출됨과 아울러 회전 운동하도록 구비되고 상기 상부고정수단에 대하여 대면하는 면은 그 높이가 각기 차별되게 회전중심을 중심으로 일정 각도의 반경을 가지면서 단턱지게 형성된 접촉면들을 가진 간격조절부재와; 상기 상부고정수단에서 상기 하부고정수단에 대면하는 면상에 돌출되게 구비됨과 아울러 상기 접촉면과 접촉하도록 된 봉상의 간격봉을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 6항에 있어서;상기한 간격조절수단은,상기 상부고정수단에서 상기 하부고정수단에 대면하는 면상에 접촉가능하도록 돌출되게 구비됨과 아울러 돌출되는 부위의 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 된 간격조절봉으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 8항에 있어서;상기한 간격조절봉은,상기 상부고정수단에 나사결합하는 나사산을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 6항에 있어서;상기한 간격조절수단은,상기 하부고정수단에서 상기 상부고정수단과 대면하는 면에 회동가능하게 축 고정하며 일부 외주면에 회전하는 축의 중심에서 반경(R)(r)이 서로 다른 다수의 접촉부를 가지는 회전자와; 상기 상부고정수단에서 상기 하부고정수단과 대면하는 면에 상기 회전자의 접촉부와 맞닿는 부위에 구비되어 상기 회동축을 중심으로 상기 상부고정수단이 회전할 때 상기 접촉부와 접촉되어 상기 하부고정수단과의 사이 간격을 제한하도록 하는 대응수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 10항에 있어서;상기한 접촉부는,상기 회전자의 외주면에 형성되며 상기 회전자의 중심축에 대하여 서로 이격 된 거리가 다른 다수의 꼭지점들을 가지는 다각형 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 10항에 있어서;상기한 회전자는,상기 하부고정수단에서 상기 회동축의 하부에 구비된 회전축공에 회동 가능하게 고정되는 봉 형상의 회전체로 종단에 손으로 취부할 수 있도록 된 노브가 마련되고 타단에는 상기 접촉부가 구비되며,상기 노브와 상기 접촉부의 사이에는 핀의 종단이 끼움되어 상기 회전축공에서 빠지지 않도록 하는 환상요홈이 형성된 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 10항에 있어서;상기한 대응수단은,상기 상부고정수단에서 상기 회동축의 하부에 위치되는 면에 형성되며 상기 접촉부가 수용되는 수용요홈으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 상 악과 하 악의 치아모형이 각각 고정하도록 된 한 쌍의 베이스 부재들과, 상기 베이스 부재들의 말단부위가 각각 탈부착 가능하게 고정되며 회동축에 의해 서로 회동 가능하게 축 결합하는 상부고정수단과 하부고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과모형 교합기에 있어서;상기한 하부고정수단은,상기 베이스 부재가 고정되는 하부몸체와, 상기 하부몸체에 회전가능하도록 축결합되며 상기 상부고정수단이 회동축에 의해 축 결합된 회전몸체로 이루어지며;상기 하부몸체와 회전몸체의 사이에는,상기 회전몸체가 상기 베이스 부재에 대하여 횡 방향으로 각도가 조절된 축 회전운동을 하도록 조절하는 회전수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 14항에 있어서;상기한 회전수단은,상기 회전몸체에 구비되어 상기 하부몸체에 축 결합하는 고정축에 접촉됨과 아울러, 상기 고정축에 직각방향으로 운동하여 상기 고정축을 회전시키도록 된 누름부재를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 제 15항에 있어서;상기 고정축의 외주면에는,상기 누름부재에 구비된 랙기어와 기어 결합하는 피니언기어치들이 구비되며;상기 누름부재는,상기 하부몸체의 내부에서 가이드됨과 동시에 원위치로 복귀하도록 하도록 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
- 상 악과 하 악의 치아모형이 각각 고정하도록 된 한 쌍의 베이스 부재들과, 상기 베이스 부재들의 말단부위가 각각 탈부착 가능하게 고정되며 회동축에 의해 서로 회동 가능하게 축 결합하는 상부고정수단과 하부고정수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과모형 교합기에 있어서;상기한 베이스 부재의 말단부에는 관통된 고정공이 형성되며,상기 상부고정수단 및 하부고정수단에는 상기 말단부에 형성된 상기 고정공에 삽입되어 끼움 고정하는 끼움봉이 각각 구비되되;상기 끼움봉은 상기 상부고정수단 및 하부고정수단에서 상기 베이스 부재가 상기 상부고정수단 및 하부고정수단에 고정될 때 치아모형이 구비된 베이스 부재의 면을 통해 끼움 고정되도록 하는 위치에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아모형 교합기.
