Abstract

本发明涉及一种数据业务传输方法及装置,所述方法包括:当终端到达漫游地时,接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;所述终端在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,根据所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息;所述终端利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。本发明解决漫游终端的用户使用数据业务的问题,降低漫游数据业务的使用资费。

Description

数据业务传输方法及终端
本申请要求于2013年12月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201310687424.5、发明名称为“数据业务传输方法及终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据业务传输方法及终端。
背景技术
随着智能机的发展和无线网络技术的发展,终端用户有强烈的无处不在的互联网接入需求。传统数据漫游方案主要通过漫游地或者归属地的通用分组无线业务网关支持节点(Gateway GPRS Support Node,GGSN)接入数据网进行数据业务的传输。
用户在国际漫游状态下使用的是境外运营商的网络,而国际漫游资费标准是基于两个国家或地区的运营商之间的协议确定的,大部分国家或地区的国际漫游数据业务资费要高于国内资费。
面对高昂的漫游数据业务资费,处于国际漫游的终端用户只能谨慎使用国际漫游业务,很容易产生高额的费用账单,而且由于现在的智能终端具有数据业务的活跃性,目前除了关闭数据漫游业务外,没有比较好的可以有效控制和降低用户使用费用的方法。另外,终端用户还可以通过换卡的方式来使用境外运营商的网络,然而,如果采用这种方式,终端用户需要去购买漫游地的电话卡或者到漫游地的运营商营业厅去办理相关的业务,还需要进行换卡,操作较为不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种数据业务传输方法及装置,可以解决漫游的终端 用户在不换卡的情形下使用数据业务成本太高的问题,方便快捷,不需要换卡。
为实现上述目的,本发明第一方面提供了一种数据业务传输方法,所述方法包括:
当终端到达漫游地时,接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
所述终端在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,根据所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息;
所述终端利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实施方式中,所述第一消息为空中传送OTA消息。

所述服务器接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求,并确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在接收到所述漫游终端下载虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,发送所述虚拟SIM卡信息给所述漫游终端。

发送单元,用于发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
接收单元,用于接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求;
处理单元,用于确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在所述接收单元接收到所述漫游终端下载虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,通 过所述发送单元发送所述虚拟SIM卡信息给所述漫游终端。

所述处理单元确定所述接收单元接收的所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式是否合格,如果是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
本发明提供的数据业务传输方法及终端,通过配置虚拟SIM卡的方式,使得终端用户到达漫游地时,能够使用漫游地的网络运营商提供的本地化服务进行业务传输,不需要换卡,即可方便快捷地解决漫游的终端用户使用数据业务成本太高的问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例提供的数据业务传输方法,尤其适用于有漫游需求的终端用户以及漫游地的网络运营商,可以不需要换卡,为漫游终端提供方便快捷的数据业务传输方法。
国际漫游数据业务资费通常较为昂贵,例如,运营商中国联通在国际1区(美国等地)的数据业务资费是0.01元/KB(中国联通在国内的数据业务资费一般是0.0003元/KB),在国际7区(葡萄牙等地)数据业务资费是0.5元/KB,在港澳台地区的漫游数据业务资费也高达0.005-0.04元/KB,均比漫游地本地的资费高昂。当终端用户处于国际漫游的时,往往会被高昂的资费抑制了数据业务的使用,通常只能谨慎使用国际漫游业务。据了解,仅仅10%的欧洲移动用户,在漫游时使用互联网Internet业务,大部分用户认为,漫游移动互联网的使用成本太高(高于本地流量资费的100倍)。
对于运营商来说,用户谨慎使用国际漫游数据业务造成的结果就是:运营商从漫游用户获取的收益不多。而且,传统数据漫游方案主要通过漫游地或者 归属地的通用分组无线业务网关支持节点接入数据网进行数据业务的传输。无论哪种情况,两个运营商进行资费结算,结算复杂。
本发明实施例提供的数据业务传输方法及装置,可以在不换卡的情形下,解决漫游终端用户使用数据业务成本太高的问题。
实施例一
图1是本实施例提供的数据业务传输方法流程图,如图1所示,本发明的数据业务传输方法包括:
S101、当终端到达漫游地时,接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息。
其中,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM卡)的标识信息。
所述第一消息可以为空中传送OTA消息,即所述OTA消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟SIM卡的标识信息。虚拟SIM卡的标识信息可以是一个链接的形式,也可以是一个代码或菜单的形式。
其中,OTA(Over-The-Air)是一项基于短消息机制,通过手机终端或服务器(网上)方式实现SIM卡内业务菜单的动态下载、删除与更新,使用户获取个性化信息服务的数据增值业务(简称OTA业务)。漫游地的运营商利用OTA消息向漫游的终端提供所述虚拟SIM卡信息。
S102、所述终端在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,根据所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息。
终端通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权可以在S101之前,也可以在S101之后进行。
具体地,所述通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权,包括:
所述终端获取所述漫游地的网络运营商的服务号码和服务密码。
对于有漫游计划的终端用户可以根据自己的需求,从所要到的漫游地运营商网站获取服务号码和服务密码,以便于终端到达该漫游地,可以从该漫游地运营商网络获取该漫游地的虚拟SIM卡信息,并下载到终端。
当所述终端达到所述漫游地时,所述终端发起呼叫所述服务号码,并利用所述服务密码获得所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
或者,也可以由漫游地的网络运营商直接通过OTA消息(短信方式)知会漫游终端用户,也可以在第一消息中一起发送。
可选的,所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式。服务选项信息可以包括虚拟SIM卡提供的不同类型的服务选项等信息,供用户选择使用。则此时,所述通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权,具体为:所述终端根据所述第一消息,选择所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息,并通过所述付费方式获取所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,终端根据所述第一消息中携带的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息。
S103、所述终端利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。
其中,所述业务包括网络数据业务、语音业务、短信业务和/或彩信业务等。
终端用户在S102正常下载所述虚拟SIM卡后,用户可以根据需要来选择使用漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务(漫游地的本地卡套餐),从而降低资费。
这样,漫游的终端即可以用漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务(漫游地本地 的业务套餐)进行通信,实现了漫游终端在漫游地的本地化。
可选的,在所述终端根据所述第一消息下载所述虚拟SIM卡信息之后,还包括:
所述终端存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息。
具体地,为了保证卡信息的安全性,所述终端根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息。通常,终端用户的操作系统可以包括安全操作系统和开放操作系统,为了保证信息的安全性,将所述虚拟SIM信息中的鉴权密码key和鉴权算法存储于安全操作系统中,从而保证key和鉴权计算过程的安全性。将剩余的其他所述虚拟SIM信息存储于加密文件系统(Encrypt File System,EFS)中,以便于调制解调器Modem的获取。
可选的,在所述终端根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息之后,还包括:

其中,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟SIM卡的标识信息。所述第一消息可以为OTA消息,即所述OTA消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟SIM卡的标识信息。
S202、所述服务器接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求,并确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在接收到所述漫游终端下载虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,发送所述虚拟SIM卡信息给所述漫游终端。
可选的,在所述漫游地的网络运营商发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端之前,还包括:

本发明实施例提供的数据业务传输方法,可以解决漫游终端的用户使用数据业务的问题,降低漫游数据业务的使用资费,使得漫游地运营商可以快速吸引漫游终端的用户使用数据业务。
以上是对本发明所提供的数据业务传输方法进行的详细描述,下面对本发明提供的终端和服务器进行详细描述。
实施例二
图3是本实施例提供的终端示意图,如图5所示,本发明的终端包括:接收单元301和处理单元302。
接收单元301用于当所述终端到达漫游地时,接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息。
其中,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟SIM卡的标识信息。所述第一消息可以为OTA消息,即所述OTA消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟SIM卡的标识信息。
处理单元302用于通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权,根据接收单元301接收的所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息;并利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。
处理单元302通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权可以在接收单元301接收的所述第一消息之前,也可以在接收之后。
可选地,所述终端还包括:获取单元,用于获取所述漫游地的网络运营商的服务号码和服务密码。
对于有漫游计划的终端用户可以根据自己的需求,利用所述获取单元从所要到的漫游地运营商网站获取服务号码和服务密码,以便于终端到达该漫游地,可以从该漫游地运营商网络获取该漫游地的虚拟SIM卡信息,并下载到终端。
当所述终端达到所述漫游地时,处理单元302则发起呼叫所述获取单元获取的所述服务号码,并利用所述服务密码获得所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
或者,也可以由漫游地的网络运营商直接通过OTA消息(短信方式)知会漫游终端用户,也可以在第一消息中一起发送。
可选的,所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式。则处理单元302用于获取所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,具体包括用于根据根据所述第一消息,选择所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息,并通过所述付费方式获取所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
处理单元302在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,根据所述第一消息中携带的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息,并使用所述虚拟SIM卡中的所述漫游地的业务套餐进行数据业务传输。
在处理单元302正常下载所述虚拟SIM卡后,用户可以根据需要来选择使用漫游地本地卡套餐,从而降低资费。
这样,终端在漫游时即可以用漫游地本地的业务套餐进行通信,实现了漫游终端在漫游地的本地化。
可选的,所述终端还包括:存储单元,用于在所述处理单元根据所述第一消息下载所述虚拟SIM卡信息之后,存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息。
具体地,所述存储单元根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息,将所述虚拟SIM信息中的鉴权密码key和鉴权算法存储于安全操作系统中,从而保证key和鉴权计算过程的安全性。将剩余的其他所述虚拟SIM信息存储于加密文件系统EFS中,以便于调制解调器Modem的获取。
在所述存储单元根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息之后,如果所述终端处于手动选择模式时,接收单元301还用于接收用户选择的传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡信息,处理单元302还用于根据所述用户选择的传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行配置;或者,如果所述终端配置为自动选择模式时,处理单元302根据网络访问信息自动配置所述传统SIM 卡或所述虚拟SIM卡。
图4是本实施例提供的一种服务器示意图,该服务器是归属于漫游地的网络运营商的服务器,如图4所示,所述服务器包括:发送单元401、接收单元402和处理单元403。
发送单元401用于发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端。

接收单元402用于接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求。
处理单元403用于根据接收单元402接收的请求,确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在接收单元402接收到所述漫游终端下载虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,通过发送单元401发送所述虚拟SIM卡信息给所述漫游终端。
可选的,接收单元402还用于在发送单元401发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端之前,接收所述漫游终端发起的服务呼叫请求,所述服务呼叫请求中携带有所述漫游地的网络运营商的服务号码和服务密码。则处理单元403确定接收单元402接收的所述服务密码是否合格,若是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
或者,发送单元401发送的所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述漫游终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式。
接收单元402接收所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式的信息。
处理单元403确定接收单元402接收的所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式是否合格,如果是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
实施例三
图5是本实施例提供的终端的组成结构示意图,如图5所示,所述终端500包括:处理器501、通信接口502和存储器503。
通信接口502用于与其他装置进行交互。
存储器503可以是永久存储器,例如硬盘驱动器和闪存,存储器503中具有软件模块和设备驱动程序。软件模块能够执行本发明实施例上述方法的各种功能模块;设备驱动程序可以是网络和接口驱动程序。
在启动时,这些软件组件被加载到存储器503中,然后被处理器501访问并执行如下指令:
当终端500到达漫游地时,通过通信接口502接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,通过通信接口502根据所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息;
通过通信接口502利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。
具体地,终端500还根据所述指令执行上述实施例一所述的数据业务传输方法,具体在此不再赘述。
图6是本实施例提供的服务器的组成结构示意图,如图5所示,所述服务器600包括:处理器601、通信接口602和存储器603。
通信接口602用于与其他装置进行交互。
存储器603可以是永久存储器,例如硬盘驱动器和闪存,存储器603中具有软件模块和设备驱动程序。软件模块能够执行本发明实施例上述方法的各种功能模块;设备驱动程序可以是网络和接口驱动程序。
在启动时,这些软件组件被加载到存储器603中,然后被处理器601访问并执行如下指令:
通过通信接口602发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟SIM卡的标识信息;
通过通信接口602接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求,并确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在通信接口602接收到所述漫游终端下载所述虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,通过通信接口602发送所述虚拟SIM卡信息给所述漫游终端。
具体地,服务器600还根据所述指令执行上述实施例一所述的数据业务传输方法,具体在此不再赘述。
本发明提供的数据业务传输方法及终端,可以解决漫游终端的用户使用数据业务的问题,降低漫游数据业务的使用资费,使得漫游地运营商可以快速吸引漫游终端的用户使用数据业务,方便快捷,不需要换卡。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范 围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据业务传输方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当终端到达漫游地时,接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
    所述终端在通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权之后,根据所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息;
    所述终端利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息为空中传送OTA消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权,具体包括:
    所述终端获取所述漫游地的网络运营商的服务号码和服务密码;
    当所述终端达到所述漫游地时,所述终端发起呼叫所述服务号码,并利用所述服务密码获得所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式;
    所述通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权,具体包括:
    所述终端根据所述第一消息,选择所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息,并通过所述付费方式获取所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息之后,还包括:
    所述终端根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息,将所述虚拟SIM信息中的鉴权密码key和鉴权算法存储于安全操作系统中,将剩余的其他所述虚拟SIM信息存储于加密文件系统EFS中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息之后,还包括:
    如果所述终端处于手动选择模式时,所述终端接收用户选择的传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡信息,并根据所述用户选择的传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行配置;
    或者,如果所述终端配置为自动选择模式时,所述终端根据网络访问信息自动配置所述传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡。
  7. 一种漫游终端的数据业务传输方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    漫游地的网络运营商的服务器发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
    所述服务器接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求,并确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在接收到所述漫游终端下载虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,发送所述虚拟SIM卡 信息给所述漫游终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息为空中传送OTA消息。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述漫游地的网络运营商发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端之前,还包括:
    接收所述漫游终端发起的服务呼叫请求,所述服务呼叫请求中携带有所述漫游地的网络运营商的服务号码和服务密码;
    所述确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,具体包括:
    确定所述服务密码是否合格,若是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述漫游终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式;
    所述方法还包括:
    接收所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式的信息;
    所述确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,具体包括:
    确定所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式是否合格,如果是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    接收单元,用于当所述终端到达漫游地时,接收所述漫游地的网络运营商发送的第一消息,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识 别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
    处理单元,用于通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权,根据所述接收单元接收的所述第一消息中的所述虚拟SIM卡的标识信息下载虚拟SIM卡信息;并利用所述虚拟SIM卡使用所述漫游地的网络运营商提供的服务进行业务传输。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一消息为空中传送OTA消息。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    获取单元,用于获取所述漫游地的网络运营商的服务号码和服务密码;
    当所述终端达到所述漫游地时,所述处理单元具体用于发起呼叫所述获取单元获取的所述服务号码,并利用所述服务密码获得所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
  14. 根据权利要求11或12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式;
    所述处理单元用于获取所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,具体包括用于根据根据所述第一消息,选择所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息,并通过所述付费方式获取所述虚拟SIM卡的鉴权信息,通过所述漫游地的网络运营商的网络鉴权。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:
    存储单元,用于根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息,将所述虚拟SIM信息中的鉴权密码key和鉴权算法存储于安全操作系 统中,将剩余的其他所述虚拟SIM信息存储于加密文件系统EFS中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,在所述存储单元根据所述虚拟SIM信息的安全级别分别存储所述虚拟SIM卡信息之后,如果所述终端处于手动选择模式时,所述接收单元还用于接收用户选择的传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡信息,所述处理单元还用于根据所述用户选择的传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行配置;
    或者,如果所述终端配置为自动选择模式时,所述处理单元根据网络访问信息自动配置所述传统SIM卡或所述虚拟SIM卡。
  17. 一种服务器,归属于漫游地的网络运营商,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    发送单元,用于发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端,所述第一消息中携带所述漫游地的网络运营商的虚拟身份识别卡SIM卡的标识信息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述漫游终端返回的获取所述漫游地本地的虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息的请求;
    处理单元,用于确定是否给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息,若是,则在所述接收单元接收到所述漫游终端下载虚拟SIM卡信息的请求时,通过所述发送单元发送所述虚拟SIM卡信息给所述漫游终端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一消息为空中传送OTA消息。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于在所述发送单元发送第一消息给进入所述漫游地的漫游终端之前,接收所述漫游终端发起的服务呼叫请求,所述服务呼叫请求中携带有所述漫游地的网 络运营商的服务号码和服务密码;
    所述处理单元确定所述接收单元接收的所述服务密码是否合格,若是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17或18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述发送单元发送的所述第一消息中还携带所述漫游地的网络运营商为所述漫游终端提供的所述虚拟SIM卡的服务选项信息及付费方式;
    所述接收单元接收所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式的信息;
    所述处理单元确定所述接收单元接收的所述漫游终端所选择的所述虚拟SIM卡及付费方式是否合格,如果是,则确定给予所述漫游终端所述虚拟SIM卡鉴权信息。
