Abstract

 測定装置は、透明な被測定物の表面および裏面での、所定のパターンの反射像を撮影する撮像部と、撮像部が撮影した反射像を用いて、表面または裏面の厚み方向の位置を算出する演算部とを具備する。所定のパターンは、複数の要素を含み、該複数の要素の各要素は、該パターンの延在方向と垂直な方向に形成される一端と他端が、該延在方向に互いにずれている。

Description

形状測定装置、形状測定方法、およびガラス板の製造方法
 本発明は、形状測定装置、形状測定方法、およびガラス板の製造方法に関する。
 従来、ガラス板などの透明な被測定物の表面または裏面の形状を測定する測定装置がある。この測定装置は、直線的なパターンが被測定物の上方に配置されており、該パターンの延在方向に対して垂直な方向から見た反射像の位置から、表面または裏面の局所的な法線ベクトルを求めて被測定物の表面または裏面の形状を算出する(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載の測定装置においては、被測定物の板厚が薄くなると、表面による反射像と、裏面による反射像とが重なってしまい、板厚方向の位置の算出精度が低下してしまうという問題がある。
 本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、より薄い被測定物であっても、表面または裏面の板厚方向の位置を、精度良く算出することができる形状測定装置、形状測定方法、およびガラス板の製造方法を提供する。
(1)この発明は上述した課題を解決するためになされたもので、本発明の一態様は、透明な平板である被測定物に対向する一方または他方に配置された所定のパターンと、前記被測定物の表面および裏面における前記所定のパターンのそれぞれの反射像が前記所定パターンの延在方向と垂直な分離方向に分離するよう構成され、前記被測定物の表面および裏面における前記所定のパターンの反射像を撮影することにより前記表面および裏面それぞれの反射像を含む画像を生成する撮像部と、前記被測定物と前記所定パターンと前記撮像部との位置関係を基に、前記撮像部が撮影した反射像から、前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の傾斜角度を算出する演算部と、算出された前記傾斜角度に基づいて前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の形状を決定する決定部とを具備し、前記所定のパターンは、複数の要素を含み、前記複数の要素の各要素は、前記延在方向と垂直な方向に形成される一端と他端が、前記延在方向に互いにずれていることを特徴とする形状測定装置である。
(2)また、本発明の他の態様は、(1)に記載の形状測定装置であって、前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が前記延在方向に繰り返し配置されている。
(3)また、本発明の他の態様は、(1)または(2)に記載の形状測定装置であって、前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が長尺形状に形成されている。
(4)また、本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(3)のいずれか一つに記載の測定装置であって、前記複数の要素のうち隣り合う第1の要素と第2の要素は、前記第1の要素が、一端から他端に向かって前記延在方向の一方の方向である第1の方向にずれて形成され、前記第2の要素が、前記第1の要素側の一端から他端に向かって前記延在方向のもう一方の方向である第2の方向にずれて形成されている。
(5)また、本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(4)のいずれか一つに記載の測定装置であって、前記複数の要素は、前記各要素同士が離間して形成されている。
(6)また、本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(4)のいずれか一つに記載の測定装置であって、前記所定のパターンは、前記複数の要素によって正弦波の形状に形成されている。
(7)また、本発明の他の態様は、(1)から(6)のいずれか一つに記載の測定装置であって、前記所定のパターンは、前記複数の要素によって形成されている第1のパターン列と、前記第1のパターン列と平行に配置された第2のパターン列であって、前記第1のパターン列と線対称な第2のパターン列とを有する。
(8)また、本発明の他の態様は、透明な平板である被測定物に対向する一方または他方に配置された所定のパターンの、前記被測定物の表面および裏面でのそれぞれの反射像が、前記所定パターンの延在方向と垂直な分離方向に分離された画像として撮影する第1の工程と、前記被測定物と前記所定パターンと前記画像を撮影した位置との位置関係を基に、前記第1の工程にて撮影した反射像から、前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の傾斜角度を算出する第2の工程と、算出された前記傾斜角度に基づいて前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の形状を決定する第3の工程とを有し、前記所定のパターンは、複数の要素を含み、前記複数の要素の各要素は、前記延在方向と垂直な方向に形成される一端と他端が、前記延在方向に互いにずれていることを特徴とする形状測定方法である。
(9)また、本発明の他の態様は、(8)に記載の形状測定方法であって、前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が前記延在方向に繰り返し配置されている。

(14)また、本発明の他の態様は、ガラスの原材料を溶融して溶融ガラスを得る溶融工程と、前記溶融ガラスを連続した板状のガラスリボンに成形する成形工程と、前記ガラスリボンを移動させながら徐々に冷却する徐冷工程と、前記ガラスリボンの表面形状を測定する測定工程と、ガラスリボンを切断する切断工程と、前記測定工程の測定結果に基づいて前記徐冷工程での徐冷条件を制御する制御工程と、を有するガラス板の製造方法であって、前記測定工程は、前記ガラスリボンを測定対象とした(8)から(13)のいずれか一つに記載の形状測定方法を用いて測定を行う工程である。
 この発明によれば、より薄い被測定物であっても、表面または裏面の板厚方向の位置を、精度良く算出することができる。

[第1の実施形態]
 以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態について説明する。図1は、この発明の一実施形態による形状測定装置10の構成を示す模式図である。形状測定装置10は、回転する複数のローラーの上を流れているガラス板Gなど、透明な被測定物の表面および裏面での、パターン表示物11に印刷されているパターンの反射像を用いて、被測定物の表面および裏面の形状を算出する。図1において、ガラス板Gの流れる方向をy軸とし、ガラス板Gの表面に沿った軸であって、y軸と垂直な軸をx軸とし、ガラス板Gの表面と垂直な方向(以下、板厚方向または厚み方向という。)をz軸とする。
 形状測定装置10は、カメラ12と、演算装置13とを含んで構成される。カメラ12は、被測定物の表面および裏面での、パターンの反射像を撮影する。演算装置13は、カメラ12が撮影した反射像を用いて、被測定物の表面および裏面の形状を算出する。
 図2は、パターン表示物11とカメラ12との位置関係を示す図である。図2において、符号R1を付した一点鎖線は、パターン表示物11のパターンの、ガラス板Gの表面による反射像を結ぶ光線を表す。また、符号R2を付した破線は、パターン表示物11のパターンの、ガラス板Gの裏面による反射像を結ぶ光線を表す。図2に示すように、パターン表示物11のパターンの、ガラス板Gの表面による反射像と、ガラス板Gの裏面による反射像とが撮影されるように、カメラ12は設置されている。このように、設置されているので、裏面による反射像は、表面による反射像よりも、パターン表示物11のパターンの延在方向に垂直な方向にずれた像としてカメラ12により撮影される。なお、図2では、パターン表示物11とカメラ12とは、ガラス板Gに対向する一方である上方に設置されているが、ガラス板Gに対向する他方である下方に設置されていてもよい。
 図3は、パターン表示物11に印刷されたパターンを示す図である。図3に示すように、パターン表示物11に印刷されたパターンは、右側に傾いた長方形(第1の要素)と、左側に傾いた長方形(第2の要素)とが交互に繰り返し配列されたものである。なお、長方形に限定されず、平行四辺形、あるいは角部が円弧になっている長方形や平行四辺形などの長尺形状でもよい。パターンの配列方向は、パターン表示物11の延在方向、すなわちx軸方向である。パターン表示物11のパターンのガラス板Gでの表裏面での反射像を撮像した場合、表面での反射像に対して、裏面での反射像がずれる方向(分離方向)は、図2のy軸方向である。すなわち、パターン表示物11のパターンの延在方向であるx軸方向に垂直な方向である。パターン表示物11において、各長方形は、傾いているので、x軸方向に垂直な方向の一端と他端が、x軸方向(パターン表示物11の延在方向)にずれている。これにより、表面での反射像と、裏面での反射像とが、より薄い板厚のときまで重ならないようにすることができる。
 図4は、演算装置13の構成を示す概略ブロック図である。演算装置13は、反射像取得部31、分離部32、表面位置算出部33、裏面位置算出部34を含んで構成される。反射像取得部31は、カメラ12が撮影した、反射像を含む画像を取得する。分離部32は、カメラ12が撮影した画像から、表面による反射像と、裏面による反射像とを分離する。なお、本実施形態における分離部32は、表面による反射像と、裏面による反射像とが重なっていないことを前提に、これらの反射像の間を検出して、分離を行う。
 表面位置算出部33は、分離部32が分離した表面による反射像における、パターンの各長方形に対応する像の、パターンの配列方向と垂直な方向の位置を表す値を算出する。表面位置算出部33は、該位置を表す値を、表面の局所的な傾き(傾斜角度)に変換する。変換方法は、予め記憶していたLUT(Look Up Table)を用いてもよいし、パターンの配列方向と垂直な方向の位置を表す値と、表面の局所的な傾きを表す値との関係式を用いて算出してもよい。
 なお、これらのLUTおよび関係式は、ガラス板Gの表面とパターン表示物11とカメラ12との位置関係に応じたものである。具体的には、パターン表示物11の長方形からガラス板Gの表面に所定の入射角で光線が入射し、ガラス板Gの表面で反射された反射光線が、入射角と等しい反射角で出射したときにカメラ12に到達することを利用し、ガラス板Gの表面の傾きを算出する。また、表面の局所的な傾きを表す値として、図1における表面のz座標値のy座標値による偏微分値を用いるが、表面の局所法線ベクトルのyz成分を用いてもよい。表面位置算出部33は、算出した表面の局所的な傾きを表す値を、y軸方向に積分することで、表面位置(z座標値)のy軸方向の分布(形状)を算出する。これにより、ガラス板Gのy軸方向のうねりなどを検出することができる。
 裏面位置算出部34は、分離部32が分離した裏面による反射像における、パターンの各長方形に対応する像の、パターンの配列方向と垂直な方向の位置を表す値を算出する。裏面位置算出部34は、該位置を表す値を、裏面の局所的な傾き(傾斜角度)に変換する。変換方法は、表面位置算出部33と同様に、予め記憶していたLUT(Look Up Table)を用いてもよいし、パターンの配列方向と垂直な方向の位置を表す値と、裏面の局所的な傾きを表す値との関係式を用いて算出してもよい。
 なお、これらのLUTおよび関係式は、表面の場合と同様に、ガラス板Gの裏面とパターン表示物11とカメラ12との位置関係に応じたものである。また、裏面の局所的な傾きを表す値として、図1における裏面のz座標値のy座標値による偏微分値を用いるが、裏面の局所法線ベクトルのyz成分を用いてもよい。裏面位置算出部34は、算出した裏面の局所的な傾きを表す値を、y軸方向に積分することで、裏面位置(z座標値)のy軸方向の分布(形状)を算出する。これにより、ガラス板Gのy軸方向のうねりなどを検出することができる。
 図5は、カメラ12が撮影する反射像の例を示す図である。図5は、カメラ12が撮影した画像のうち、反射像の一部分を拡大した画像G1である。図5に示すように、表面による反射像Im1と、裏面による反射像Im2とは、互いに離間している。
 図6は、表面位置算出部33の動作を説明するフローチャートである。表面位置算出部33は、分離部32が分離した表面による反射像を、パターンを構成する長方形各々の反射像に分離する(S1)。図3に示したように、パターンを構成する長方形同士は、離間しているので、長方形各々の像への分離も、反射像同士の間を検出することで、容易に行うことができる。
 次に、表面位置算出部33は、分離した反射像各々について、その長方形の重心を通り、その長方形の長辺と平行な直線を算出する(S2)。例えば、表面位置算出部33は、該長方形の像を構成する全画素から、最小二乗法により算出する。このとき、各画素の画素値に応じて重み付けをしてもよい。次に、表面位置算出部33は、該直線のうち、予め決めたy座標値をとる点のx座標値のずれを算出する。次に、表面位置算出部33は、該x座標値のずれを長方形の位置のy軸方向のずれに変換する(S3)。ここで、x座標値のずれとは、該点のx座標値から、例えば、予め記憶していた、表面の傾きが「0」であるときの該点のx座標値を引いた値である。また、該点のx座標値のずれから、長方形の位置のy軸方向のずれへの変換は、長方形の傾きに基づき行う。例えば、長方形がy軸に対して30度傾いていれば、長方形の位置のy軸方向のずれは、該点のx座標値のずれの2倍となる。このとき、長方形の傾きの向きによる正負も考慮する。
 次に、表面位置算出部33は、隣接する長方形について算出したy座標値のずれとの平均をとる(S4)。すなわち、右に傾いた長方形について算出したy座標値のずれと、その隣の左に傾いた長方形について算出したy座標値のずれとの平均をとる。次に、表面位置算出部33は、平均をとったy座標値を、表面の傾きに変換する(S5)。次に、表面位置算出部33は、表面の傾きをy軸方向に積分することで、表面のz座標値の分布(形状)を得る(S6)。
 このように、右に傾いた長方形について算出した位置のy軸方向のずれと、その隣の左に傾いた長方形について算出した位置のy軸方向のずれとの平均をとることで、パターン表示物11やカメラ12の取り付け位置がずれていたときなどに発生する誤差を抑えることができる。例えば、パターン表示物11の取り付け位置が、x軸方向にずれていたときは、右に傾いた長方形による反射像と、左に傾いた長方形による反射像とは、取り付け位置のずれに応じた量だけ、ずれる。そして、上述したステップS3による変換の結果、右に傾いた長方形の位置のy軸方向のずれと、左に傾いた長方形の位置のy軸方向のずれとは、正負が逆の誤差を含むことになる。したがって、これらの平均をとることで、取り付け位置がずれていたときなどに発生する誤差を打消し、抑えることができる。
 図7は、パターン表示物11に印刷されたパターンの別の例(その1)である。図7に示す例では、図3のパターン(第1のパターン列)と平行に配置された第2のパターン列であって、図3のパターンと上下方向に線対称な第2のパターン列を有する。このようなパターンを用いるときは、二点鎖線の矩形AGで囲った、四つの長方形に対応する反射像から得られた位置のy軸方向のずれの平均をとることで、パターン表示物11やカメラ12の取り付け位置がずれていたときなどに発生する誤差を抑えることができる。
 図8、図9、図10は、パターン表示物11に印刷されたパターンの別の例(その2からその4)である。図8のようにギザギザ(zigzag)な線とすることで、図3と同様に、当該パターンの各要素は、x軸方向(パターン表示物11の延在方向)に垂直な方向の一端と他端が、x軸方向にずれているため、表面での反射像と、裏面での反射像とが、より薄い板厚のときまで重ならないようにすることができる。
 図9のように、ギザギザ(zigzag)な線を、飛び飛び(at intervals)のブロックで構成することで、表面での反射像と、裏面での反射像とが、より薄い板厚のときまで重ならないようにすることができ、かつ、要素間の分離も容易となる。
 また、図10のように、ギザギザ(zigzag)な線の角を丸くしたサインカーブ(正弦波)様の線にしてもよい。このように構成することによりx軸方向に情報が欠落するポイントが無くなる点で好ましい。
 上述の実施形態では、ガラス板Gの表面の厚み方向の位置と、裏面の厚み方向の位置とを算出しているが、いずれか一方のみを算出するようにしてもよい。
 また、上述の実施形態では、パターンは、パターン表示物11に印刷されていたが、パターン表示物11に変えて、パターン表示装置を備え、該パターン表示装置がパターンを表示して、撮影装置1に、その反射像を撮影させるようにしてもよい。パターン表示装置による表示方法は、パターンの形状をしたLED(Light Electric Diode)を配置し、該LEDを発光させてもよいし、LEDなど発光装置の前面に、パターンの形状をした穴が開いたスリットを配置してもよい。
 このように、形状測定装置10は、透明な被測定物の表面および裏面での、所定のパターンの反射像を撮影するカメラ12(撮像部)と、カメラ12が撮影した反射像を用いて、表面または裏面の形状を算出する演算装置13(演算部、決定部)とを具備し、所定のパターンは、表面での反射像に対して、裏面での反射像がずれる分離方向(y軸方向)の一端と他端が、分離方向と垂直な延在方向(x軸方向)にずれている要素からなる。
 これにより、表面での反射像と、裏面での反射像とが、より薄い板厚のときまで重ならないようにすることができる。このため、位置を測定する面での反射像全体を用いて、該面の厚み方向の位置を、精度良く算出することができる。
 本発明の他の態様において、要素が繰り返し配置されており、要素同士は離間している。
 これにより、要素各々による反射像を、容易に分離することができる。このため、要素の反射像同士による干渉を受けずに、表面または裏面の厚み方向の位置を、精度良く算出することができる。
 また、本発明の他の態様において、右側に傾いた長方形(第1の要素)における第2の方向と、左側に傾いた長方形(第2の要素)における前記第2の方向とは逆の方向であり、右側に傾いた長方形と、左側に傾いた長方形とが、繰り返し配置されている。
 これにより、パターン表示物11やカメラ12の取り付け不正などによる誤差を抑えることができる。
 また、本発明の他の態様において、所定のパターンは、第1の要素と、第2の要素とが繰り返し配置されている第1のパターン列と、第1のパターン列と平行に配置された第2のパターン列であって、第1のパター列と線対称な第2のパターン列とを有する。
 これにより、パターン表示物11やカメラ12の取り付け不正などによる誤差を抑えることができる。
[第2の実施形態]
 以下、ガラス板の製造ラインにおける形状測定装置10の適用例について説明する。図11は、形状測定装置10を適用したガラス板の製造ラインの概略説明図である。図11に示す製造ラインにおけるガラス板の製造方法は、ガラス原材料を溶融して溶融ガラスを得る溶融工程と、前記溶融ガラスを連続した板状のガラスリボンに成形する成形工程と、前記ガラスリボンを移動させながら徐々に冷却する徐冷工程と、ガラスリボンを切断する切断工程と、を有するガラス板の製造方法において、さらに前記徐冷工程と前記切断工程との間でガラスリボンの基準面からの高さ方向座標を本発明の形状測定装置で測定する測定工程と、前記測定工程で得られた高さ方向座標に基づいて前記徐冷工程での徐冷条件を制御する制御工程と、を有することを特徴とする。図12に、ガラス板の製造方法の工程を示す。
 具体的には、ガラス板の製造工程の中で、本発明の測定方法で得られる厚み方向のデータの結果から、ガラスリボンのそりが大きいと判断された場合には、そのそりの大きさ、箇所を考慮して、徐冷工程での徐冷条件、例えば冷却速度条件、冷却温度条件を変更する。これによって、そりによる形状不良やそりによる割れを防止し、引いては歩留りよくガラス板を製造できる。
 成形工程には、フロート法、ロールアウト法、ダウンドロー法、フュージョン法など種々のものがあり、本発明はこれらのうちいずれか、あるいはその他の方法を適宜用いることができる。図11の例では、フロート法を用いる場合を例に説明をする。
 溶融工程(図12のS1)では、珪砂、石灰石、ソーダ灰等の原材料をガラス製品の組成に合わせて調合し混合したバッチを溶融窯に投入し、ガラスの種類に応じて約1400℃以上の温度に加熱溶融して溶融ガラスを得る。例えば、溶融窯の一端から溶融窯内へバッチを投入し、重油を燃焼して得られる火炎あるいは天然ガスを空気と混合して燃焼して得られる火炎をこのバッチに吹きつけて、約1550℃以上の温度に加熱してバッチを溶かすことによって溶融ガラスを得る。また、電気溶融炉を用いて溶融ガラスを得てもよい。
 成形工程(図12のS2)では、溶融工程で得られた溶融ガラスを溶融窯下流部201から溶融錫浴203へと導入し、溶融錫202上に溶融ガラスを浮かせて図中の搬送方向に進行させることによって連続した板状のガラスリボン204(ガラス板Gに相当する)とする。このとき、所定の板厚のガラスリボン204を成形するために、ガラスリボン204の幅方向の両サイド部分に回転するロール(トップロール205)を押圧し、ガラスリボン204を幅方向(搬送方向に直角な方向)外側に引き伸ばす。
 徐冷工程(図12のS3)では、上記成形されたガラスリボン204をリフトアウトロール208によって溶融錫浴203から引き出し、このガラスリボン204を、金属ロール209を用いて徐冷炉210内で図中の搬送方向に移動させて、ガラスリボン204の温度を徐々に冷却し、引き続き徐冷炉210から出て切断工程に至る間でさらに常温近くまで冷却させる。徐冷炉210は、燃焼ガスや電気ヒータによって制御された熱量を供給して徐冷を行うための機構を炉内の必要位置に備えている。徐冷炉210から出た段階のガラスリボン204の温度は、ガラスリボン204のガラスの歪点以下の温度となっており、ガラスの種類にもよるが通常は150~250℃まで冷却されている。この徐冷工程は、ガラスリボン204内部の残留応力を取り除くことと、ガラスリボン204の温度を下げる目的で実施される。徐冷工程において、ガラスリボン204は測定部211(形状測定装置10に相当する)を通り、さらにその後、ガラスリボン切断部212まで搬送される。ガラスリボン切断部212において常温近くまで徐冷されたガラスリボン204が切断され、矩形状のガラス板が得られる(切断工程、図12のS6)。なお、ガラスリボン切断部212におけるガラスリボンの温度は、その場所の雰囲気温度~50℃であることが通例である。
 測定工程(図12のS4)におけるガラスリボン204の撮影位置(すなわち、測定部211の位置)は、ガラスリボン204の温度がそのガラスの歪点以下の温度にある位置である。通常、測定部211は、徐冷炉210のガラスリボン出口から搬送方向下流の位置に設けられ、さらにガラスリボン204の温度が200℃以下にある位置に設けられることが好ましい。また、測定部211は、切断工程の直前に設けることもできるが、測定工程から得られるデータを切断工程に反映させる場合には、ガラスリボン204の移動速度にもよるが、切断位置から30cm以上、特に1m以上離れた位置に測定部211を設けることが好ましい。
 制御工程(図12のS5)では、測定工程で得られた厚み方向座標に基づいて、徐冷炉210内の徐冷条件を演算する制御手段(図示省略)を利用する。この制御手段により、徐冷炉210に受け渡される徐冷条件の指令に応じて、徐冷炉210内に設置してある燃焼ガスや電気ヒータなどの条件を変更する。これにより、ガラスリボン204に部分的に与えるエネルギー、あるいは与えるエネルギーの速度を変えて、反り等の変形を抑制する制御ができる。
 これにより、表面または裏面の厚み方向の位置を測定した結果を利用して、形状に対する品質の高いガラス板を製造できるようになる。
 また、図1における演算装置13の機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録して、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することにより、演算装置13を実現してもよい。なお、ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、OSや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含むものとする。
 また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであっても良い。
 上記の実施の形態では、被測定物としてガラスを想定したが、樹脂板等の透明な平板の検査にも本発明を適用することもできる。
 以上、この発明の実施形態を図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成はこの実施形態に限られるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。
 本出願は、2013年12月27日出願の日本特許出願2013-272661に基づくものであり、その内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
 この発明によれば、より薄い被測定物であっても、表面または裏面の板厚方向の位置を、精度良く算出することができる。

Claims (14)

  1.  透明な平板である被測定物に対向する一方または他方に配置された所定のパターンと、
     前記被測定物の表面および裏面における前記所定のパターンのそれぞれの反射像が前記所定パターンの延在方向と垂直な分離方向に分離するよう構成され、前記被測定物の表面および裏面における前記所定のパターンの反射像を撮影することにより前記表面および裏面それぞれの反射像を含む画像を生成する撮像部と、
     前記被測定物と前記所定パターンと前記撮像部との位置関係を基に、前記撮像部が撮影した反射像から、前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の傾斜角度を算出する演算部と、
     算出された前記傾斜角度に基づいて前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の形状を決定する決定部と
     を具備し、
     前記所定のパターンは、複数の要素を含み、前記複数の要素の各要素は、前記延在方向と垂直な方向に形成される一端と他端が、前記延在方向に互いにずれている
     ことを特徴とする形状測定装置。
  2.  前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が前記延在方向に繰り返し配置されている請求項1に記載の形状測定装置。
  3.  前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が長尺形状に形成されている請求項1または2に記載の形状測定装置。
  4.  前記複数の要素のうち隣り合う第1の要素と第2の要素は、前記第1の要素が、一端から他端に向かって前記延在方向の一方の方向である第1の方向にずれて形成され、前記第2の要素が、前記第1の要素側の一端から他端に向かって前記延在方向のもう一方の方向である第2の方向にずれて形成されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定装置。
  5.  前記複数の要素は、前記各要素同士が離間して形成されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定装置。
  6.  前記所定のパターンは、前記複数の要素によって正弦波の形状に形成されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定装置。
  7.  前記所定のパターンは、前記複数の要素によって形成されている第1のパターン列と、前記第1のパターン列と平行に配置された第2のパターン列であって、前記第1のパターン列と線対称な第2のパターン列とを有する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定装置。
  8.  透明な平板である被測定物に対向する一方または他方に配置された所定のパターンの、前記被測定物の表面および裏面でのそれぞれの反射像が、前記所定パターンの延在方向と垂直な分離方向に分離された画像として撮影する第1の工程と、
     前記被測定物と前記所定パターンと前記画像を撮影した位置との位置関係を基に、前記第1の工程にて撮影した反射像から、前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の傾斜角度を算出する第2の工程と、
     算出された前記傾斜角度に基づいて前記表面または前記裏面の少なくとも一方の形状を決定する第3の工程と
     を有し、
     前記所定のパターンは、複数の要素を含み、前記複数の要素の各要素は、前記延在方向と垂直な方向に形成される一端と他端が、前記延在方向に互いにずれている
     ことを特徴とする形状測定方法。
  9.  前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が前記延在方向に繰り返し配置されている請求項8に記載の形状測定方法。
  10.  前記複数の要素は、前記各要素が長尺形状に形成されている請求項8または9に記載の形状測定方法。
  11.  前記複数の要素のうち隣り合う第1の要素と第2の要素は、前記第1の要素が、一端から他端に向かって前記延在方向の一方の方向である第1の方向にずれて形成され、前記第2の要素が、前記第1の要素側の一端から他端に向かって前記延在方向のもう一方の方向である第2の方向にずれて形成されている請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定方法。
  12.  前記複数の要素は、前記各要素同士が離間して形成されている請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定方法。
  13.  前記所定のパターンは、前記複数の要素によって正弦波の形状に形成されている請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定方法。
  14.  ガラスの原材料を溶融して溶融ガラスを得る溶融工程と、前記溶融ガラスを連続した板状のガラスリボンに成形する成形工程と、前記ガラスリボンを移動させながら徐々に冷却する徐冷工程と、前記ガラスリボンの表面形状を測定する測定工程と、前記ガラスリボンを切断する切断工程と、前記測定工程の測定結果に基づいて前記徐冷工程での徐冷条件を制御する制御工程と、を有するガラス板の製造方法であって、
     前記測定工程は、前記ガラスリボンを測定対象とした請求項8から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の形状測定方法を用いて測定を行う工程であるガラス板の製造方法。
