配合参照图4,钉仓20包括沿其纵长轴设置的一切刀槽22,该切刀槽22任意一侧相邻列的钉仓孔21交错设置,这样的设置同样是为了当钉仓20和钉砧10闭合时,对目标组织起到更好的夹持效果和缝合效果。
参图5和图6,特殊地,在本实施方式中,钉砧10包括第一钉砧单元11、以及分别固定于第一钉砧单元11两侧的第二钉砧单元12,第一钉砧单元11和第二钉砧单元12分体制造。需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,是以具有4列钉仓孔21的钉仓20为例,将钉砧10对应地设置为包括一个第一钉砧单元11和两个第二钉砧单元12,在更多替换的实施方式中,例如具有6列钉仓孔的直线缝合切割装置中,则需要相应设置更多的第二钉砧单元。
由于在本实施方式中,切刀槽22任意一侧相邻列的钉仓孔交错设置,为了降低钉砧的成型难度,将钉砧分为第一钉砧单元和第二钉砧单元并分体制造,实际的生产中,分体制造的第一钉砧单元11和第二钉砧单元12可以通过后续的定位焊接配合在一起,组装方便。
切刀槽22两侧的钉仓孔21彼此对称设置,这样的设置可以对应降低第一钉砧单元11的成型难度。钉砧10具有与钉仓20相对的钉砧成型面,其中第一钉砧单元11的钉砧成型面111和第二钉砧单元12的钉砧成型面121呈波浪形,钉仓20和钉砧10相对表面的整体起伏式设置规律且均匀,参图2,并且,钉砧成型面被构造为可与钉仓20的工作表面彼此啮合,以最大程度地减小挤出效应,优化对目标组织的夹持作用。
本发明通过上述实施方式,具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的直线缝合切割装置通过将钉仓内的钉仓孔设置为呈向所述钉仓的远端倾斜,当钉仓孔内的推钉片被推动时,其受力方向与钉仓孔的延伸方向一致,推钉片不会与钉仓孔的内壁产生较大的摩擦作用力,使得推钉片可以更为顺畅的被推动,减小了手术难度。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种直线缝合切割装置,包括:可互相闭合或打开的上钳夹和下钳夹;
    所述上钳夹包括钉砧;
    所述下钳夹包括钉仓架,所述钉仓架上可拆卸地设置有钉仓,所述钉仓内排列设置有贯穿其工作表面的钉仓孔、及置于所述钉仓孔内并可与之相对滑动的推钉片,所述钉仓架内还可滑动地设置有击发片,所述击发片具有可驱动所述推钉片在所述钉仓孔内滑动的楔形推钉部,其特征在于,所述钉仓孔呈向所述钉仓的远端倾斜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述击发片自所述钉仓的近端向远端运动,所述楔形推钉部具有与所述推钉片配合的推钉面,所述推钉面自远端向近端上升式倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述钉仓孔与所述推钉面垂直设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,在所述钉仓的远端向近端延伸的方向上,各所述钉仓孔的上端面为上升式斜面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述钉砧包括第一钉砧单元、以及分别固定于所述第一钉砧单元两侧的第二钉砧单元,且所述第一钉砧单元和所述第二钉砧单元分体制造。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述钉仓包括沿其纵长轴设置的一切刀槽,所述切刀槽任意一侧相邻列的所述钉仓孔交错设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述切刀槽两侧的钉仓孔彼此对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述钉砧具有与所述钉仓相对的钉砧成型面,其中所述第一钉砧单元的钉砧成型面和第二钉砧单元的钉砧成型面呈波浪形。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述钉砧成型面被构造为可与所述钉仓的工作表面彼此啮合。
  10. 一种直线缝合切割装置,包括可互相闭合或打开的上钳夹和下钳夹,所述上钳夹包括钉砧,所述下钳夹包括钉仓架,所述钉仓架上可拆卸地设置有钉仓,所述钉仓内排列设置有贯穿其工作表面的钉仓孔、及置于所述钉仓孔内并可与之相对滑动的推钉片,所述钉仓架内还可滑动地设置有击发片,所述击发片具有可驱动所述推钉片在所述钉仓孔内滑动的楔形推钉部,其特征在于,所述钉仓孔被如此构造以使所述楔形推钉部驱动所述推钉片在所述钉仓孔内滑动时,所述推钉片受到的推力方向与所述钉仓孔的延伸方向一致。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述钉仓孔呈向所述钉仓的远端或近端倾斜设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的直线缝合切割装置,其特征在于,所述楔形推钉部具有可与所述推钉片配合的推钉面,所述钉仓孔与所述推钉面垂直设置。
