Abstract

본 고안은 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 용기본체 상부에 도포면과 토출구 및 마사지 볼이 형성되어 있는 도포부재를 구비함으로써, 화장품 내용물을 도포부위에 바름과 동시에 마사지가 가능한 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이며, 또한, 상기 용기본체 내부에 펌프를 구비하고 펌프 상부에 버튼부재를 형성함으로써, 버튼을 가압하면 화장품 내용물이 정량 토출되도록 하여 사용이 편리한 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다. 아울러, 도포부재를 버튼부재의 측면에 탈부착하여 조립되도록 함으로써, 도포부재의 형태가 각기 다른 다양한 종류의 제품을 소량으로 생산하는데 적합하고, 도포부재의 형태가 각각 다른 제품을 생산함에 있어 상기 도포부재를 부착 또는 변경하는 공정이 간단하여 제품 생산속도가 증가되고, 생산비용이 절감되는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 따른 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기는 저장공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10)의 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 펌프(20)와 상기 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10)에 고정시키는 캡(30)과 상기 펌프(20) 상부에 결합되되 캡(30) 상부로 돌출 형성된 버튼부재(40)와 상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재(50)로 이루어진다. 그리고, 상기 버튼부재(40)는 상면에 누름돌기(42)가 형성되고, 상기 버튼부재(40)는 일측에 걸림홈(43)이 형성되며, 상기 버튼부재(40)는 아래쪽에 하부연장부(44)가 형성되며 상기 하부연장부(44) 끝단에는 걸림환돌기(45)가 형성되고, 상기 도포부재(50)는 결합부(51)와 상기 결합부(51) 상단에 결합되는 토출부(52)와 상기 토출부(52) 상단에 결합되는 도포면(53)으로 형성되며, 상기 도포부재(50)는 아래쪽에 걸림돌기(54)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 고안은 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 용기본체 상부에 도포면과 토출구 및 마사지 볼이 형성되어 있는 도포부재를 구비함으로써, 화장품 내용물을 도포부위에 바름과 동시에 마사지가 가능한 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
또한, 상기 용기본체 내부에 펌프를 구비하고 펌프 상부에 버튼부재를 형성함으로써, 버튼을 가압하면 화장품 내용물이 정량 토출되도록 하여 사용이 편리한 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
아울러, 도포부재를 버튼부재의 측면에 탈부착하여 조립되도록 함으로써, 도포부재의 형태가 각기 다른 다양한 종류의 제품을 소량으로 생산하는데 적합하고, 도포부재의 형태가 각각 다른 제품을 생산함에 있어 상기 도포부재를 부착 또는 변경하는 공정이 간단하여 제품 생산속도가 증가되고, 생산비용이 절감되는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 사람의 얼굴에는 크고 작은 점이나 주근깨, 기미, 잡티, 검버섯 등은 물론이고 나이가 들수록 신체의 내,외부 요인으로 인하여 피부가 지나치게 건조하거나 크고 작은 주름이 발생되는 등 피부의 기능이 저하되는 현상이 발생되며, 특히 양쪽 눈 주위에는 다크 서클(dark circle)이 발생되는 사람도 많이 있다.
이와 같이 사람들의 얼굴 피부에 발생되는 여러 가지 현상들을 미연에 방지하거나 이미 발생된 것을 커버 또는 제거하기 위하여 여러 가지 의료적인 시술을 시행하거나 각종 기능성 화장품을 많이 사용하고 있다.
그 중에서도 눈가에 발생되는 다크 서클을 시각적으로 보이지 않도록 커버하기 위한 기능성 화장품을 아이크림(eye cream) 화장품이라고 하며, 이러한 아이크림 화장품은 다크 서클을 케어(care) 및 커버하는 기능 외에도 눈가의 보습, 미백, 주름제거, 각질층의 노폐물제거 등의 효과를 기대하는 여러 가지 기능을 첨가하여 생산되고 있다.
하지만, 상기와 같은 아이크림 화장품은 손으로 바르거나 또는 여러 가지 형태의 화장도구를 따로 구비하여 발라야 하기 때문에 사용이 불편한 문제가 있었다.
또한 상기의 종래 아이크림 화장품용기는 단순히 튜브용기에 뚜껑으로 개폐되는 구성이고, 화장을 할 때 튜브용기를 압박하여 내용물을 토출시켜 사용하게 되므로 화장품 내용물의 정량 토출이 어려워 화장품 내용물의 낭비를 초래하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기와 같은 문제를 해소하기 위해 미국특허 US 2007/0075097호로 도포부재와 펌프가 구비된 디스펜서 도포부재가 개시되어 있는데, 상기 종래 기술은 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 원통 형태이며 상부에 주둥이(4)가 연장 형성되어 있는 코어(1)와 원통 형태이며 상부에 엔드피스(5)가 연장 형성되어 있는 케이싱(2) 및 위 아래로 이동이 가능한 디스펜서 부재(3)로 구성되어 있다.
또한, 상기 종래기술은 디스펜서 부재(3)의 상부에 코어(1)가 결합되고, 상기 코어(1)를 케이싱(2)이 감싸면서 결합되어 있어, 배출유로가 디스펜서 부재(3)에서부터 코어(1), 케이싱(2)으로 연결되어 있으며, 펌핑에 의해 내용물의 정량 토출이 가능한 디스펜서이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 코어(1)와 케이싱(2)이 디스펜서 부재(3)의 상부에 겹쳐져 결합되어 배출유로를 형성하고 있기 때문에 구조 및 제조공정이 복잡하고, 이로 인해 생산성이 떨어지는 문제가 있었다.
또한, 화장품 내용물을 도포부위에 바르기 위해서는 사용자가 내용물을 토출시켜 손으로 직접 발라야 하는 불편함이 있었고, 마사지 기능이 따로 없어 피부에 내용물을 효과적으로 흡수시킬 수 없는 문제가 있었다.
아울러, 도포부재의 형태가 각기 다른 다양한 제품을 소량으로 생산하기 위해서는 디스펜서 부재(3) 상부에 코어(1)와 케이싱(2)을 교체하여야하기 때문에 공정이 복잡해져 다품종 소량생산에 적합하지 않고, 제조원가가 높아지는 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 용기본체 상부에 도포면과 토출구 및 마사지 볼이 형성되어 있는 도포부재를 구비하여 화장품 내용물을 도포부위에 바름과 동시에 마사지가 가능한 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 고안은 용기본체 내부에 펌프를 구비하고 펌프 상부에 버튼부재를 형성하므로 버튼을 가압하면 화장품 내용물이 정량 토출되도록 하여 사용이 편리한 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.

상기 펌프(20)는 피스톤(22)과 상기 피스톤(22)이 삽입되는 원통형상의 실린더(24)와 상기 피스톤(22)의 외주면과 실린더(24)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(21)과 상기 실린더(24) 내부에 장착되며 상기 실린더(24)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(23)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 버튼부재(40)는 상면에 누름돌기(42)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 버튼부재(40)는 일측에 걸림홈(43)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 버튼부재(40)는 아래쪽에 하부연장부(44)가 형성되며 상기 하부연장부(44) 끝단에는 걸림환돌기(45)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 도포부재(50)는 결합부(51)와 상기 결합부(51) 상단에 결합되는 토출부(52)와 상기 토출부(52) 상단에 결합되는 도포면(53)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 도포부재(50)는 아래쪽에 걸림돌기(54)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같이 본 고안에 따른 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기는 용기본체 상부에 도포면과 토출구 및 마사지 볼이 형성되어 있는 도포부재를 구비하여 화장품 내용물을 도포부위에 바름과 동시에 마사지가 가능하다.
또한, 본 고안에 따른 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기는 용기본체 내부에 펌프를 구비하고 펌프 상부에 버튼부재를 형성하여 버튼을 가압하면 화장품 내용물이 정량 토출되기 때문에 사용이 편리하다.

본 고안에 따른 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기는 저장공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10)의 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 펌프(20)와 상기 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10)에 고정시키는 캡(30)과 상기 펌프(20) 상부에 결합되되 캡(30) 상부로 돌출 형성된 버튼부재(40)와 상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재(50)로 이루어진다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 내부에는 내용물을 수용하는 저장공간(13)이 형성되며, 상부에는 내용물의 주입이 가능한 개구부(11)가 형성되고, 상단 외주면에는 용기본체나사산(12)이 형성된다.
상기 개구부(11)는 내측으로 펌프(20)의 실린더(24)가 걸림 결합되고, 상기 용기본체나사산(12)은 캡(30)과 나사 결합된다.
본 고안의 일실시예에서는 캡(30)과 나사 결합으로 되지만, 언더컷 결합 또는 강제끼움 결합으로 결합될 수도 있다.
*상기 펌프(20)는 용기본체(10)의 내용물을 외부로 배출시키며, 피스톤(22)과 상기 피스톤(22)이 삽입되는 원통형상의 실린더(24)와 상기 피스톤(22)의 외주면과 실린더(24)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(21)과 상기 실린더(24) 내부에 장착되며 상기 실린더(24)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(23)로 이루어진다.
상기 피스톤(22)은 내부에 중공(223)이 형성되며, 측면에 상기 중공(223)으로 내용물이 유입될 수 있도록 제1유입구(221)가 형성되고, 하단에는 플랜지(222)가 형성된다.
상기 피스톤(22)의 상부에는 피스톤(22)의 중공(223)과 연통하는 버튼부재(40)가 결합 조립된다. 따라서 상기 버튼부재(40)의 승강에 따라 피스톤(22)도 일체로 함께 승강된다.
상기 실린더(24)는 측면에 에어홀(241)이 형성되며, 캡(30)의 내벽(31)에 끼움 결합된다.
상기 실린더(24)는 외주면에 걸림환턱(243)이 형성되고, 상기 걸림환턱(243)의 아래쪽에는 밀폐벽(244)이 형성된다.
상기 실린더(24)에는 피스톤링(21)이 끼워진 피스톤(22)이 삽입되어 승하강하고, 하부에는 용기본체(10)에 수용된 내용물이 유입될 수 있도록 제2유입구(242)가 형성된다. 여기서 상기 실린더(24)의 제2유입구(242)에는 체크밸브(23)가 설치되어 실린더(24)로 유입된 내용물이 용기본체(10) 쪽으로 역류하는 것을 방지한다.
상기 실린더(24)의 에어홀(241)은 용기본체(10)의 내용물이 빠져 나감에 따라 용기본체(10)내에는 음압이 발생한다. 상기 음압으로 인해 실린더(24)에 형성된 에어홀(241)을 통해서 외부의 공기가 용기본체(10)로 유입하게 된다.
상기 걸림환턱(243)은 실린더(24)의 외주면에 형성되어 용기본체(10)의 개구부(11)에 걸림 결합된다.
상기 밀폐벽(244)은 걸림환턱(243)의 아래쪽에 형성되어 상기 걸림환턱(243)이 개구부(11)에 걸림 결합될 때, 개구부(11)의 내벽에 끼움 결합되어 용기본체(10)의 내용물이 외부로 누수되는 것을 방지하는 역할을 한다.
상기 피스톤링(21)은 피스톤(22) 외주면에 끼워져 설치되며, 상기 피스톤(22)의 플랜지(222) 상부에 배치된다.
따라서 상기 피스톤(22)이 하강함에 따라 상기 피스톤(22)의 플랜지(222)와 피스톤링(21) 사이에 간극이 생겨 내용물 배출통로가 생기게 되고, 상기 피스톤(22)이 상승함에 따라 상기 피스톤(22)의 플랜지(222)와 피스톤링(21)이 밀착되어 내용물 배출통로가 폐쇄된다.
상기 캡(30)은 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10)에 고정시키는 역할을 하며, 용기본체(10)에 나사 결합된다.
상기 캡(30)은 내측으로 내벽(31)이 형성되고, 하단 내주면에는 캡나사산(32)이 형성된다.
상기 내벽(31) 사이에는 실린더(24)가 끼움 결합되며, 실린더(24)의 걸림환턱(243)을 눌러주어 용기본체(10)의 기밀성을 높여준다.
상기 캡나사산(32)은 용기본체(10)의 용기본체나사산(12)과 결합하여 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10)에 고정 위치시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 캡(30)의 내벽(31) 상면에는 탄성부재(25)가 위치한다.
상기 탄성부재(25)는 버튼부재(40)와 캡(30)의 내벽(31) 사이에 위치하여 상기 버튼부재(40)의 펌핑 동작을 탄발지지한다.
상기 버튼부재(40)는 내부에 제1토출구(41)가 형성되고, 상면에는 누름돌기(42)가 형성되며, 일측에는 걸림홈(43)이 형성된다.
상기 제1토출구(41)는 도포부재(50)의 제2토출구(55)와 연결되어 용기본체(10)의 내용물이 외부로 토출되게 한다.
상기 누름돌기(42)는 버튼부재(40)의 상면에 형성되어 사용자가 본 고안의 아이크림 용기를 사용하기 위해 펌핑 동작을 할 때, 버튼부재(40)에서 미끄럼없이 원할하게 펌핑할 수 있도록 한다.
상기 누름돌기(42)는 버튼부재(40) 상면에 별도로 형성될 수도 있고, 본 고안에서와 같이 일체로 형성될 수도 있다.
상기 걸림홈(43)은 누름돌기(42)의 반대편에 형성되어 도포부재(50)가 버튼부재(40)에 걸림 고정될 수 있게 하는 역할을 한다.
*상기 버튼부재(40)는 아래쪽에 하부연장부(44)가 형성되며, 상기 하부연장부(44) 끝단에는 걸림환돌기(45)가 형성된다.
상기 하부연장부(44)의 내측으로 피스톤(22)이 끼움 결합되며, 중공(223)을 통해 배출되는 내용물이 버튼부재(40)의 내부에 형성된 제1토출구(41)로 배출된다.
상기 걸림환돌기(45)는 하부연장부(44)의 끝단에 형성되며, 캡(30)의 내벽(31)에 걸림 결합되어 버튼부재(40)가 캡(30)에서 분리되는 것을 방지한다.
상기 도포부재(50)는 결합부(51)와 상기 결합부(51) 상단에 결합되는 토출부(52)와 상기 토출부(52) 상단에 결합되는 도포면(53)으로 형성되며, 아래쪽에 걸림돌기(54)가 형성된다.
상기 결합부(51)는 아래쪽에는 걸림돌기(54)가 형성되고, 내부에는 제2토출구(55)가 형성된다.
상기 도포부재(50)의 결합부(51)는 버튼부재(40)의 제1토출구(41)의 측면으로 끼움 결합되며, 아래쪽에 형성된 걸림돌기(54)가 버튼부재(40)의 걸림홈(43)에 걸림 결합되어 상기 도포부재(50)를 버튼부재(40)에 고정 결합시킨다.
상기 제2토출구(55)는 도포부재(50)의 결합부(51) 내부에 형성되며, 용기본체(10)의 내용물이 버튼부재(40)의 내부에 형성된 제1토출구(41)로 배출된 후, 도포부재(50)의 제2토출구(55)를 통해서 외부로 배출되게 된다.
*상기 토출부(52)는 결합부(51)의 상단에 끼움 결합되며, 상단에 다수개의 마사지볼(56)이 장착된다.
제2배출구(55)를 통해서 배출되는 내용물은 마사지볼(56)이 장착된 사이로 스며나와 토출부(52) 상단에 끼움 결합되는 도포면(53)을 통해서 피부에 도포된다.
상기 도포면(53)은 안쪽에 마사지볼(56)을 고정시켜주는 다수개의 장착홀(57)이 형성된다.
본 고안의 일실시예에서 보는 바와 같이 도포면(53)과 마사지볼(56)이 함께 형성되어 있는 도포부재(50)를 구비함으로써, 내용물을 도포부위에 바름과 동시에 마사지가 가능한 편리한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 고안의 일실시예에서는 도포부재(50)가 결합부(51)와 상기 결합부(51) 상단에 결합되는 토출부(52)와 상기 토출부(52) 상단에 결합되는 도포면(53)으로 형성되지만, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 본 고안의 다른 실시예에서는 내부에 제2토출구(55)가 형성되며, 결합부와 토출부와 도포면이 일체형으로 형성된 일체형도포부재(50-1)가 버튼부재(40)에 결합될 수 있다.
즉, 일체형도포부재(50-1)가 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 탈부착하여 간편하게 조립이 가능하기 때문에 상기 일체형도포부재(50-1)는 다양한 형태로 소량 생산하는데 적합하고, 공정이 간단하여 생산속도가 증가되고, 생산비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
상기 도포부재(50) 또는 일체형도포부재(50-1)가 외부로 노출되어 오염되는 것을 방지하기 위해 용기뚜껑(60)이 캡(30)의 외주면에 결합 장착되어 도포부재(50) 또는 일체형도포부재(50-1)가 외부로 노출되는 것을 방지한다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해서 용기본체(10)에 내용물을 주입한다.
이후, 펌프(20)를 결합 조립하고, 상기 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10) 상단에 장착한다.
이후, 캡(30)의 내벽(31)에 펌프(20)를 끼움 결합한 후, 상기 캡(30)을 용기본체(10)에 고정 결합한다.
그리고, 상기 내벽(31)의 상단에 탄성부재(25)를 끼운 후 버튼부재(40)을 끼움 결합한다.
상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면으로 도포부재(50)를 끼움 결합하여 본 고안의 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기의 방법으로 조립된 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기는 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 버튼부재(40)을 가압하면 펌프(20)의 피스톤(22)이 아래쪽 방향으로 가압된다. 이때 버튼부재(40)의 상면에 누름돌기(42)가 형성되어 있기 때문에 사용자가 버튼부재(40)를 가압할 때 미끄럼없이 원할하게 가압할 수 있도록 형성된다. 상기 피스톤(22) 외주면에 끼움 설치된 피스톤링(21)은 실린더(24)의 내측벽과의 마찰로 인하여 정지된 상태에 있는 동안 상기 피스톤(22)만 하강하여 상기 피스톤(22)의 플랜지(222)와 상기 피스톤링(21) 사이에 간극이 생기면서 내용물이 배출될 수 있는 통로가 생기게 된다.
그 후 더욱 피스톤(22)을 아래쪽으로 누르면 버튼부재(40)의 단부가 피스톤링(21)에 닿으면서 피스톤링(21)이 함께 하강하게 되어 상기 실린더(24)의 체적이 줄어들게 된다. 이에 따라 실린더(24) 내에 있던 내용물이 밀려서 상기 피스톤(22)의 플랜지(222)와 피스톤링(21) 사이를 통해 배출되고 이어서 제1유입구(221)를 통과한 후 중공(223)을 거쳐 버튼부재(40)의 제1토출구(41)를 지나서 상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 끼움 결합된 도포부재(50)의 제2토출구(55)를 통해서 외부로 배출되게 된다.
이때 도포부재(50)는 도포면(53)과 상기 도포면(53)의 장착홀(57)에 장착되는 마사지볼(56)로 구성되기 때문에 내용물을 도포부위에 바름과 동시에 마사지가 가능하다.
또한, 일체형도포부재(50-1)를 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 탈부착하여 간편하게 조립되도록 함으로써, 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 일체형도포부재(50-1)가 다른 형태로 생산할 때 공정이 간단하여 화장품 용기의 생산속도가 증가되고, 생산비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
*이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 저장공간(13)이 형성된 용기본체(10);
    상기 용기본체(10)의 내용물을 외부로 배출시키는 펌프(20);
    상기 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10)에 고정시키는 캡(30);
    상기 펌프(20) 상부에 결합되되 캡(30) 상부로 돌출 형성된 버튼부재(40);
    상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재(50);로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  2. 펌프(20)를 용기본체(10) 상단에 장착하며, 상기 펌프(20) 상단에 캡(30)을 씌우면서 상기 캡(30)을 용기본체(10)에 고정 결합하고, 상기 캡(30)의 상단에 탄성부재(25)를 끼우고, 그 위에 버튼부재(40)을 끼움 결합하며, 상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면으로 도포부재(50)를 끼움 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 펌프(20)는 피스톤(22)과 상기 피스톤(22)이 삽입되는 원통형상의 실린더(24)와 상기 피스톤(22)의 외주면과 실린더(24)의 내주면 사이에 설치되는 피스톤링(21)과 상기 실린더(24) 내부에 장착되며 상기 실린더(24)의 하부에 형성된 체크밸브(23)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재(40)는 상면에 누름돌기(42)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재(40)는 일측에 걸림홈(43)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재(40)는 아래쪽에 하부연장부(44)가 형성되며 상기 하부연장부(44) 끝단에는 걸림환돌기(45)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부재(50)는 결합부(51)와 상기 결합부(51) 상단에 결합되는 토출부(52)와 상기 토출부(52) 상단에 결합되는 도포면(53)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 화장품 용기.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 도포부재(50)는 아래쪽에 걸림돌기(54)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 아이크림 용기.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 버튼부재(40)의 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재(50)는 결합부(51)와 토출부(52)와 도포면(53)이 일체로 형성된 일체형도포부재(50-1)로 대체되어 상기 버튼부재(40)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버튼부재 측면에 탈부착되는 도포부재가 구비된 아이크림 용기.
