Description

一种电池杆及电子烟
本申请要求于 2014 年 1 月 22 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201420041635.1、 发明名称为 "一种电池杆及电子烟" 的中国专利申请的优先 权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子烟技术领域, 具体涉及一种电池杆及电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是一种较为常见的仿真香烟电子产品, 其主要包括蓄油棉、 雾化器 和电池杆。 电池杆为雾化器提供电能, 使雾化器发热, 进而将蓄油棉中的油液 汽化以散发油烟, 从而达到仿真香烟的效果。
请参阅图 1 , 图中 a为外螺纹、 b为上电极、 c为内螺纹、 d为上绝缘环、 e为充电电极、 f 为电池、 g为灯帽及 h为充电端, 现有电子烟的充电电极 e 设置在雾化器与电池杆的连接处的电池杆上,使用时,先将雾化器和电池杆分 离, 然后将充电器的接入端连接至充电电极 e处, 即可对电子烟进行充电。
然而由于用户每次进行充电都需要将雾化器取下, 给用户带来很大的不 便,而且雾化器与电池杆的连接处很容易因为长期使用而磨损外螺纹 a及内螺 纹 c , 从而导致连接不稳, 使充电不可靠, 进而给用户带来不好的体验。
因此, 针对上述情况, 如何改进电子烟的结构, 使用户能够方便对电子烟 进行充电, 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种电池杆及电子烟,通过在电池杆远离雾化器的一端 插设有用于与充电器电连接的充电组件的方式,可以在不将雾化器和电池杆分 离的情况下直接给电子烟充电, 能够较大地方便用户的使用, 结构筒单紧凑, 方便组装及充电可靠。
本实用新型提供的电池杆,应用于和雾化器组合形成电子烟, 所述电池杆 包括电池套管、收容在所述电池套管内的电池及插设在所述电池套管一端的用 于与所述雾化器连接的连接件,所述电池套管的远离所述连接件的一端插设有 用于与充电器电连接的充电组件, 所述充电组件包括内电极、 绝缘支架、 绝缘 环和外电极; 所述绝缘支架插设在所述电池套管内,所述内电极套设在所述绝缘支架上 并包覆所述绝缘支架的一端端面; 所述绝缘环套设在所述内电极的外周面上, 所述外电极套设在所述绝缘环的外周面上;所述外电极的一端设置有能够卡持 在所述电池套管的端面上的卡持部;所述内电极及外电极分别电连接至所述电 池的两电极。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例公开了一种电池杆及电子烟,通过在电池杆远离雾化器 的一端插设有用于与充电器电连接的充电组件的方式,可以在不将雾化器和电 池杆分离的情况下直接给电子烟充电, 能够较大地方便用户的使用。
下面结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案 进行清楚和详细的描述,显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实 施例, 而不是全部实施例。 基于本实用新型中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员 在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保 护的范围。 请参阅图 2至图 5 , 本实用新型电池杆的第一实施例, 包括电池套 管 1、 收容在所述电池套管 1内的电池 2及插设在所述电池套管 1一端的用于 与所述雾化器连接的连接件 3 , 所述电池套管 1的远离所述连接件 3的一端插 设有用于与充电器电连接的充电组件 4, 所述充电组件 4包括内电极 41、绝缘 支架 42、 绝缘环 43和外电极 44;
所述绝缘支架 42插设在所述电池套管 1内,所述内电极 41套设在所述绝 缘支架 42上并包覆所述绝缘支架 42的一端端面; 所述绝缘环 43套设在所述 内电极 41的外周面上, 所述外电极 44套设在所述绝缘环 43的外周面上; 所 述外电极 44的一端设置有能够卡持在所述电池套管 1的端面上的卡持部 441 ; 所述内电极 41及外电极 44分别电连接至所述电池 2的两电极。
本实用新型电池杆, 由电池套管 1、 电池 2、 连接件 3和充电组件 4组成, 其中充电组件 4包括内电极 41、 绝缘支架 42、 绝缘环 43和外电极 44。 当电 子烟需要进行充电时, 通过将充电设备连接电池杆处的内电极 41和外电极 44 即可实现对电子烟的充电, 而不需要先将电池杆和雾化器分离, 因此可以较大 地方便用户的使用,同时可以避免电池杆和雾化器经常分离而造成的连接不稳 的情况。
通过将所述内电极 41、 绝缘支架 42、 绝缘环 43和外电极 44相互嵌套插 接相连, 且所述内电极 41套设在所述绝缘支架 42上并包覆所述绝缘支架 42 的一端端面, 因而连接结构筒单紧凑, 方便组装, 保证了充电组件端部结构筒 洁, 避免不合理的设计给用户带来使用上的不便, 此外, 组装时将组装完成后 的所述充电组件直接插设在所述电池套管的一端即可, 从而可提高生产效率; 通过将所述内电极 41套设在所述绝缘支架 42上并包覆所述绝缘支架 42 的一端端面, 因而不仅可提高内电极 41与所述绝缘支架 42连接的可靠性,避 免外力撞击所述内电极 41 而陷入电池套管内, 此种结构还可增大内电极 41 与充电器的接触面积, 提高充电的可靠性;
所述外电极 44的一端设置有能够卡持在所述电池套管 1的端面上的卡持 部 441 , 因而当所述充电组件受到外力撞击时, 可避免所述充电组件 4陷入所 述电池套管内。
其中, 上述的内电极 41可以为沖压成型的导电金属片; 上述绝缘支架 42 和绝缘环 43的制作材料可以为塑胶或电木;上述外电极 44可以为经过金属车 削加工工艺加工的金属套件, 并将金属套件的外表面作为导电电极。
可选的,
所述绝缘支架 42的周面上形成有能够阻止所述外电极 44或 /和所述绝缘 环 43向所述连接件 3方向运动的限位台阶 421。
可选的,
所述绝缘支架 42为阶梯式圓柱体, 所述阶梯式圓柱体按半径从小到大依 次包括第一连接部 422、第二连接部 423及第三连接部 424,所述限位台阶 421 包括第一限位台阶 4211及第二限位台阶 4212, 所述第二连接部 423周面上的 凸出于所述第一连接部 422的部分形成所述第一限位台阶 4211 , 所述第三连 接部 424周面上的凸出于所述第二连接部 423的部分形成所述第二限位台阶 4212;所述内电极 41套设在所述第一连接部 422上并包覆所述第一连接部 422 的一端端面,所述绝缘环 43的端面与所述第一限位台阶 4211的端面位置相对, 所述外电极 44套设在所述第二连接部 423上,所述外电极 44的端面与所述第 二限位台阶 4212的端面位置相对。
所述绝缘支架 42上通过设置第一限位台阶 4211和第二限位台阶 4212, 当充电组件 4的端部受到朝连接件 3方向的外力撞击时,可以有效防止外电极 44及绝缘环 43向连接件 3方向滑动, 进而可以提高电池杆的牢固可靠性。
可选的,
所述绝缘支架 42上开设有插槽 425 , 所述内电极 41上设置有与所述插槽 425相配合的插片 411 ,所述内电极 41通过所述插片 411套设固定在所述第一 连接部 422上。 插槽 425的设置, 可以有效地将内电极 41固定。 可以理解的 是, 所述绝缘支架 42上也可无需开设所述插槽 425 , 此时, 所述内电极 41设 置呈一端开口的筒形亦可。
可选的,
所述电池杆还包括与所述电池 2电连接并用于控制所述电池 2为所述雾化 器供电及控制充电器对所述电池充电的控制模块 5; 所述绝缘支架 42上开设 有与所述绝缘支架 42的一端端面及所述插槽 425相连通的容纳槽 426, 所述 控制模块 5收容在所述容纳槽 426内并通过导线与所述插片 411焊接相连,通 过此种设置可便于组装所述控制模块 5。 需要说明的是, 除了控制模块 5 , 容 纳槽 426还可以放置电池杆的细小部件, 可以节省电子烟空间,使得电子烟的 结构更加紧凑。
可选的,
所述电池杆的远离所述连接件 3的一端设置有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具, 所述内电极 41的端面上设置有若干透光孔。
可选的,
所述透光孔呈圓形、 字母形或数字形状。
可选的,
所述部分透光孔或全部透光孔组成圓形、 字母形或数字形图案。
可选的,
所述内电极 41、所述绝缘环 43、所述外电极 44组成的充电组件 4顶端的 端面呈球冠状,球冠状的结构不仅使电池杆端部结构筒洁, 而且使所述内电极 41及所述外电极 44易于与充电器电连接, 提高充电可靠性。
请参阅图 6, 为本实用新型电池杆的第二实施例。 本实施例与第一实施例 的区别在于: 电池杆上还设置有灯具及内电极 41上设置有若干透光孔。 上述 的透光孔可以为圓形、 字母形或数字形状, 或者是圓形、 字母形及数字形状的 组合, 灯具透过透光孔可以产生绚丽的视觉效果。 内电极 41上的透光孔组成 的图案可以较好地满足用户的个性化需求及用户体验,进而提高本实用新型电 子烟的使用价值。
以上介绍了本实用新型的电池杆,通过在电池杆远离雾化器的一端插设有 用于与充电器电连接的充电组件的方式,可以在不将雾化器和电池杆分离的情 况下直接给电子烟充电, 能够较大地方便用户的使用。
下面介绍本实用新型实施例的电子烟实施例, 请参阅图 7, 本实用新型的 电子烟, 包括雾化器及电池杆, 所述电池杆为本实用新型电池杆第一实施例、 第二实施例中所述的电池杆。在本实施例中, 所述雾化器与所述电池杆为可拆 卸连接结构。可以理解的是, 所述雾化器与所述电池杆也可以设置为不可拆卸 的一体结构, 在此不作限定。
由于本实用新型电子烟的电池杆与本实用新型电池杆第一实施例及第二 实施例中电池杆的结构相同,因此本实用新型的电子烟也应当具有相同的技术 效果。 所述雾化器为现有的雾化器, 在此不再赘述。
以上对本实用新型所提供的一种电池杆及电子烟进行了详细介绍。本文中 应用了具体个例对本实用新型的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说 明只是用于帮助理解本实用新型的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以对本实 用新型进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本实用新型权利要求的保 护范围内。

1、 一种电池杆, 应用于和雾化器组合形成电子烟, 所述电池杆包括电池 套管( 1 )、收容在所述电池套管( 1 )内的电池( 2 )及插设在所述电池套管( 1 ) 一端的用于与所述雾化器连接的连接件(3), 其特征在于, 所述电池套管(1) 的远离所述连接件 (3) 的一端插设有用于与充电器电连接的充电组件(4), 所述充电组件包括内电极( 41 )、绝缘支架( 42 )、绝缘环( 43 )和外电极( 44 ); 所述绝缘支架(42)插设在所述电池套管 (1 ) 内, 所述内电极(41)套 设在所述绝缘支架(42)上并包覆所述绝缘支架(42)的一端端面; 所述绝缘 环(43)套设在所述内电极(41)的外周面上, 所述外电极(44)套设在所述 绝缘环(43)的外周面上; 所述外电极(44)的一端设置有能够卡持在所述电 池套管 (1) 的端面上的卡持部 (441); 所述内电极(41 )及外电极(44)分 别电连接至所述电池( 2 ) 的两电极。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘支架(42) 的 周面上形成有能够阻止所述外电极(44)或 /和所述绝缘环 (43) 向所述连接 件(3)方向运动的限位台阶(421)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘支架(42) 为 阶梯式圓柱体,所述阶梯式圓柱体按半径从小到大依次包括第一连接部( 422 )、 第二连接部(423 )及第三连接部(424), 所述限位台阶(421) 包括第一限位 台阶(4211)及第二限位台阶(4212), 所述第二连接部(423 )周面上的凸出 于所述第一连接部(422)的部分形成所述第一限位台阶(4211 ), 所述第三连 接部(424)周面上的凸出于所述第二连接部(423 )的部分形成所述第二限位 台阶( 4212 ); 所述内电极( 41 )套设在所述第一连接部( 422 )上并包覆所述 第一连接部 (422) 的一端端面, 所述绝缘环 (43) 的端面与所述第一限位台 阶(4211)的端面位置相对, 所述外电极(44)套设在所述第二连接部(424) 上, 所述外电极(44) 的端面与所述第二限位台阶(4212) 的端面位置相对。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述绝缘支架(42)上 开设有插槽(425), 所述内电极(41)上设置有与所述插槽(425)相配合的 插片 (411 ), 所述内电极(41 )通过所述插片 (411 )套设固定在所述第一连 接部 (422)上。 o

5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆还包括与所 述电池(2 )电连接并用于控制所述电池(2 )为所述雾化器供电及控制充电器 对所述电池充电的控制模块( 5 ); 所述绝缘支架( 42 )上开设有与所述绝缘支 架(42 ) 的一端端面及所述插槽(425 )相连通的容纳槽(426 ), 所述控制模 块( 5 )收容在所述容纳槽( 426 ) 内并通过导线与所述插片 ( 411 )焊接相连。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述电池杆的远离所述 连接件的一端设置有用于模仿香烟燃烧的灯具, 所述内电极( 41 )的端面上设 置有若干透光孔。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述透光孔呈圓形、 字 母形或数字形状。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述部分透光孔或全部 透光孔组成圓形、 字母形或数字形图案。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的电池杆, 其特征在于, 所述内电极(41 )、 所述 绝缘环 (43 )、 所述外电极(44 )组成的电池组件 (4 )顶端的端面呈球冠状。
10、 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器及电池杆, 其特征在于,
所述电池杆为权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的电池杆。
