- the gathering step for example, the skin S is picked between the pair of holding portions 13 and 14 by the same operation as the skin picking step, the picked skin S is once separated, and the holding portions 13 and 14 are opened again.
- it can be performed by a method of picking a wide range of skin S.
- an adhesive material or a concavo-convex shape may be provided at the tip of each of the pair of sandwiching portions 13 and 14 so that the skin S can be collected more easily.
- the gathering step is not limited to the above method, and can be performed by a method of gathering the skin S by hand without using the puncture assisting device 2 or a method of gathering the skin S using another device.
- the skin S picked by the sandwiching portions 13 and 14 can be tensioned by pulling the holding piece 18 as necessary.
- the syringe 3 is set in either one of the puncture guide portions 21 and 22 as a syringe setting step.
- the needle 32 of the syringe 3 is inserted into the guide hole 22a of the puncture guide portion 22 from the side of the puncture assisting device 2.
