또한, 내용기뚜껑의 상부로 연장돌륜을 형성하되, 상기 연장돌륜의 형태를 물결 모양으로 돌출부와 함몰부를 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성하고, 외용기뚜껑의 하부 내측에 상기 연장돌륜의 돌출부에 대응하는 가압돌륜을 형성함으로써, 외용기뚜껑을 닫을 때 가압돌륜이 상기 연장돌륜의 3개의 돌출부를 가압하여 내용기 내부에 압력이 발생하는데 이때 외용기뚜껑이 외용기와 체결됨으로서 내용기뚜껑이 위쪽으로 들리려고 하는 것을 차단하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
화장품(化粧品)은 인체를 청결·미화하여 매력을 더하고 용모를 밝게 변화시키거나 피부·모발의 건강을 유지 또는 증진하기 위하여 인체에 사용되는 물품으로 크게 기초화장품과 색조화장품 및 기능성화장품으로 나뉘게 되는데, 대표적인 색조화장품으로 파우더 또는 파운데이션을 들 수 있다.
상기 파운데이션은 피부색을 일정하게 조절하여 원하는 이미지의 피부색을 표현하는데 매우 유용하게 사용되는 화장품으로 이러한 파운데이션은 피부의 결점인 기미, 주근깨, 잡티 등을 커버해주므로 포인트 메이크업을 돋보이게 해준다.
또한 공해나 먼지 자외선으로부터 피부를 보호해주며 얼굴 윤곽을 수정해 주고 입체감을 주기 때문에 널리 이용되고 있다.
상기와 같은 파운데이션은 주로 거울과 퍼프(puff)를 수용하는 구조로 된 파운데이션 용기에 담아 사용되는데, 파운데이션 용기에 수용된 거울은 외용기의 뚜껑 내측에 부착되는 것이 일반적이며, 퍼프는 화장품 내용물이 수용된 내부용기를 덮는 뚜껑의 상부에 놓여 지도록 하는 구조가 보편화 되어 있다.
이러한 파운데이션 용기는 함침부재 또는 겔상의 색조화장품 내용물을 수납 보관하다가 사용 시에 용기본체의 전면부에 구비된 버튼을 가압하여 외부뚜껑을 용기본체로부터 힌지 회동에 의해 열고 내부에 수용된 퍼프나 솔 등의 화장도구를 이용하여 화장품 내용물을 묻혀 얼굴을 화장하는데 사용된다.
하지만, 파운데이션은 휘발성 용매를 다량 함유하고 있어 상기 파운데이션을 수용하는 내부용기의 밀폐력이 떨어질 경우 휘발성 용매가 대기중으로 증발되고, 이로 인해 파운데이션이 딱딱하게 굳어 파운데이션 본래의 기능을 상실하게 되는 문제가 있기 때문에 파운데이션의 휘발성 용매 증발을 차단하기 위한 방법이 필요하게 되었다.
상기와 같은 문제를 해소하기 위해 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 에어 타이트 타입의 리필 케이스를 갖는 화장품용기로 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1318467호가 개시되어 있는데 상기 종래기술은 용기 본체(1), 상기 용기 본체(1)와 힌지 결합에 의해 개폐되는 용기 뚜껑(2) 및 상기 용기 본체(1) 내부에 수용되는 리필 케이스(3)로 이루어져 있다.
상기 리필 케이스(3)는 상부 뚜껑(4)과 하부 본체(5)가 나비 힌지로 연결되어 있고, 상기 하부 본체(5) 외벽 상단에 형성되어 링형의 조립돌기를 갖는 조립홈부(6)와 상기 상부 뚜껑(4) 하부에 형성되어 링형의 조립요홈을 갖는 조립돌부(7)에 의해 이중 기밀 결합 되며, 상기 용기 뚜껑(2)을 닫을 때 용기 뚜껑(2)의 하부가 상부 뚜껑(4)에 형성된 가압 돌기부(8)를 가압하도록 함으로써, 리필 케이스(3)의 기밀성을 더욱 우수하게 확보하는 것이 가능하여 리필 케이스(3) 내부로 외부 공기가 유입되거나 내부의 수분 또는 휘발 성분이 증발하는 것을 방지하게 되는 구조이다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 리필 케이스(3)를 밀폐시키기 위해 상부 뚜껑(4)을 가압하여 닫을 때 상기 리필 케이스(3)의 하부 본체(5) 내부에 남아 있는 잔압으로 인하여 상부 뚜껑(4)이 상부 방향으로 들리게 되고, 이로 인해 리필 케이스(3)의 밀폐력이 떨어지는 문제가 있었다.
또한, 상기 가압 돌기부(8)가 리필 케이스(3)의 상부 뚜껑(4) 상측에 2개만 형성되어 있어 용기 뚜껑(2)이 가압 돌기부(8)를 가압할 때 상부 뚜껑(4)이 한쪽으로 기울어지면서 눌려져 밀폐가 완전히 되지 못하고 리필 케이스(3) 내의 화장품 내용물의 휘발성분이 휘발되어 상품성이 떨어지는 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 내용기 외벽의 직경보다 내용기뚜껑 하부에 형성되어 있는 밀폐돌륜의 직경을 더 크게 형성하여 상기 밀폐돌륜이 내용기의 외벽에 강제 삽입되도록 하고, 내용기 일측에 타원 형상의 힌지구멍이 형성된 제1힌지블럭을 형성하여 힌지핀이 상기 힌지구멍에서 상하 이동할 수 있도록 함으로써, 내용기를 닫을 때 내용기 내부의 밀폐력을 향상시키는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
또한, 내용기뚜껑의 상부로 연장돌륜을 형성하되, 상기 연장돌륜의 형태를 물결 모양으로 돌출부와 함몰부를 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성하고, 외용기뚜껑의 하부 내측에 상기 연장돌륜의 돌출부에 대응하는 가압돌륜을 형성함으로써, 외용기뚜껑을 닫을 때 가압돌륜이 상기 연장돌륜의 3개의 돌출부를 가압하여 내용기 내부에 압력이 발생하는데 이때 외용기뚜껑이 외용기와 체결됨으로서 내용기뚜껑이 위쪽으로 들리려고 하는 것을 차단하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 내용기수용홈(11)이 형성된 외용기(10);
상기 외용기(10)에 힌지 결합되며 내부에 가압돌륜(22)이 형성된 외용기뚜껑(20);
상기 외용기(10)에 수용되며 외벽(33)과 제1힌지블럭(34)이 형성된 내용기(30);
상기 내용기(30)의 제1힌지블럭(34)에 힌지 결합되는 내용기뚜껑(40);으로 구성되되,
상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 하부에 밀폐돌륜(42)이 형성되고, 상기 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경은 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 크게 형성되어 상기 외벽(33) 내측으로 강제 끼움 결합되며,
상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 상부에 연장돌륜(43)이 형성되어 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 가압돌륜(22)에 의해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내용기(30)의 외벽(33) 내측에는 내벽(32)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 제1힌지블럭(34)에는 타원형의 힌지구멍(341)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 연장돌륜(43)은 돌출부(431)와 함몰부(432)가 반복 형성되되, 3개씩 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 고안의 내용기(30)의 내벽(32)과 외벽(33) 사이에는 고정구(50)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같이 본 고안에 따른 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기는 내용기 외벽의 직경보다 내용기뚜껑 하부에 형성되어 있는 밀폐돌륜의 직경을 더 크게 형성하여 상기 밀폐돌륜이 내용기의 외벽에 강제 삽입되도록 하고, 내용기 일측에 타원 형상의 힌지구멍이 형성된 제1힌지블럭을 형성하여 힌지핀이 상기 힌지구멍에서 상하 이동할 수 있도록 함으로써, 내용기를 닫을 때 내용기 내부의 밀폐력을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

상기 외용기(10)는 일측면에 걸림돌기(121)가 형성된 버튼(12)과 상기 버튼(12)의 마주보는 쪽에 힌지가 형성되어 외용기뚜껑(20)과 힌지 결합으로 이루어지며, 내부에는 내용기수용홈(11)이 형성된다.
상기 내용기수용홈(11)에는 내용기(30)가 장착된다.
상기 버튼(12)은 사용자의 누름동작에 의해 버튼(12)의 상부에 연장 형성된 걸림돌기(121)가 후퇴되어 외용기뚜껑(20)의 후크(21)로부터 이탈되어 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)이 열리게 된다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)은 외용기(10)의 상부를 덮는 것으로 외용기(10)와 힌지 결합으로 연결되며, 외용기(10)를 개방하거나 폐쇄하는 역할을 한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 일측에는 후크(21)를 형성하되 외용기(10)의 걸림돌기(121)와 대응되도록 돌기 형상으로 이루어진다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에는 거울(23)이 부착될 수 있으며, 사용자는 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)을 열어 거울(23)을 보면서 화장을 할 수 있다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내측에 형성된 거울(23)의 테두리 부분에는 가압돌륜(22)이 형성되어 외용기뚜껑(20)을 닫을 때, 상기 가압돌륜(22)이 내용기뚜껑(40)에 형성된 연장돌륜(43)을 가압한다.
상기 내용기(30)는 내용물수용공간(31)을 구비하며 옆면에는 내벽(32)과 외벽(33)이 형성되고, 상기 외벽(33)의 일측 상단에는 제1힌지블럭(34)이 형성된다.
상기 내용기(30)는 외용기(10)의 내용기수용홈(11)에 장착된다.
상기 내용물수용공간(31)에는 내용물이 수용되며, 상기 내용물은 휘발성 용매를 다량 함유하고 있는 파운데이션이나 스펀지와 같은 함침부재에 함침이 가능한 내용물이다.
상기 내벽(32)과 외벽(33) 사이에는 고정구(50)가 더 결합될 수 있다.
상기 고정구(50)는 도 4 내지 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 내벽(32)의 바깥쪽에 결합되어 내용기(30)에 수용된 내용물이나 함침부재가 상기 내용기(30)에서 이탈되지 않도록 하는 역할을 한다.
상기 외벽(33)은 도 5 내지 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌륜(42)이 끼워져서 내용기(30)의 기밀성을 증대시키는 역할을 한다.
상기 제1힌지블럭(34)은 도 9에서 보는 바와 같이 타원 형상으로 된 힌지구멍(341)이 형성된다.
상기 힌지구멍(341)에는 내용기뚜껑(40)이 힌지핀(35)에 의해 힌지 결합되되, 힌지구멍(341)의 위쪽에 도 4와 도 5 및 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(30)를 덮을 때 힌지핀(35)이 위치한다.
상기와 같이 힌지구멍(341)의 위쪽에 힌지핀(35)이 위치해 있다가 외용기뚜껑(20)을 닫을 때, 상기 외용기뚜껑(20) 내측에 형성된 가압돌륜(22)이 내용기뚜껑(40)에 형성된 연장돌륜(43)을 가압하여 상기 내용기뚜껑(40)을 아래쪽으로 밀어내림에 따라 도 6과 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 힌지핀(35)이 힌지구멍(341)의 아래쪽으로 이동하여 위치하게 된다.
즉, 도 7과 같은 상태로부터 도 8과 같은 상태로 되어 내용기(30)가 밀폐된다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 상면에는 화장도구인 퍼프(도면미도시)를 보관할 수 있는 퍼프내장공간(41)이 형성되며 하부에는 밀폐돌륜(42)이 형성되고 상부에는 연장돌륜(43)이 형성된다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(40)의 일측에는 제2힌지블럭(44)이 형성되어 힌지핀(35)에 의해 내용기(30)의 제1힌지블럭(34)과 힌지 결합된다.
상기 밀폐돌륜(42)은 도 5 내지 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(30)의 외벽(33) 내측에 끼워지되, 상기 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경은 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 크게 형성되어 상기 외벽(33) 내측에 강제 끼움 결합되어 내용기(30)의 기밀성을 증대시킨다.
상기 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경은 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 0.01mm 내지 1.0mm 크게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
만일 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경이 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 0.01mm 미만으로 크게 형성되면 내용기(30)에 수용된 내용물의 휘발물질이 휘발되어 압력이 증가할 경우 휘발물질의 배출압력을 이기지 못해 내용물의 휘발물질이 유출되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경이 내용기(30)의 외벽(33)의 내경보다 1.0mm 초과로 크게 형성되면 내용기뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌륜(42)이 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내측으로 강제 끼움되면서 내용기(30) 외벽(33)에 피로가 누적되어 상기 외벽(33)에 균열이 발생하여 내용물의 휘발물질이 유출되는 문제가 발생한다.
상기 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외주면에는 밀폐환돌기(421)가 형성되어 상기 밀폐돌륜(42)이 외벽(33) 내측에 강제 끼움 결합되어 내용기(30)의 기밀성을 더욱 증대시킨다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(40)의 연장돌륜(43)은 물결 모양의 형태로 형성된 돌출부(431)와 함몰부(432)가 반복 형성되되, 3개씩 등각으로 형성된다.
상기 연장돌륜(43)은 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌륜(42)이 내용기(30)의 외벽(33) 내측으로 끼움 결합될 때, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 외용기뚜껑(20)의 가압돌륜(22)이 연장돌륜(43)을 가압한다.
이때, 상기 가압돌륜(22)은 상기 연장돌륜(43)에 3개 형성된 돌출부(431)를 균일하게 가압한다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기의 조립방법 및 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 내용기수용홈(11)이 형성된 외용기(10)와 내부에 가압돌륜(22)이 형성된 외용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합으로 결합되며 상기 외용기(10)의 내용기수용홈(11)에 내용기(30)가 장착된다.
상기 내용기(30)는 내벽(32)과 외벽(33)이 형성되고, 내용기뚜껑(40)과 힌지 결합으로 결합되되, 상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 하부에는 밀폐돌륜(42)이 형성되고, 상부에는 연장돌륜(43)이 형성된다.
상기 내용기(30)의 내벽(32)과 외벽(33) 사이에는 고정구(50)가 더 결합될 수 있다.
상기와 같이 조립된 본 고안의 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기의 내용물을 사용하기 위해서는 외용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한 후, 내용기뚜껑(40)을 개방한다.
이후, 퍼프를 이용하여 내용기(30)에 수용된 내용물 취하여 화장을 한다.
화장을 완료한 후에 본 고안의 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 밀폐하기 위해 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(40)을 아래쪽으로 회전시켜 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(30)와 내용기뚜껑(40)을 결합시킨다.
이때, 내용기뚜껑(40)의 하부에 형성된 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경이 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 크게 형성되어 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌륜(42)이 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내측에 얹혀지게 된다.
이후, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 외용기뚜껑(20)을 외용기(10)에 닫아서 결합시키면 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 내부에 형성된 가압돌륜(22)이 내용기뚜껑(40)의 상부에 형성된 연장돌륜(43)을 가압하게 된다.
상기 연장돌륜(43)은 물결 모양의 형태로 형성된 돌출부(431)와 함몰부(432)가 3개씩 등각으로 반복 형성되며, 가압돌륜(22)이 상기 돌출부(431)를 균일하게 가압하여 내용기뚜껑(40)의 밀폐돌륜(42)을 내용기(30)의 외벽(33) 아래쪽으로 밀어 내린다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 가압돌륜(22)이 내용기뚜껑(40)의 연장돌륜(43)의 돌출부(431)를 강제로 가압하여 내용기뚜껑(40)이 내용기(30)를 밀폐시킴에 따라 상기 내용기(30) 내부에 압력이 발생하는데 이때 외용기뚜껑(20)이 외용기(10)와 체결됨으로서 내용기뚜껑(40)이 위쪽으로 들리려고 하는 것을 차단하게 된다.
상기 가압돌륜(22)의 가압으로 인하여 내용기(30)와 내용기뚜껑(40)을 힌지 결합시키고 있는 힌지핀(35)을 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 제1힌지블럭(34)의 제1힌지홈(341)의 위쪽에 위치해 있다가 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 제1힌지블럭(34)의 힌지구멍(341) 아래쪽으로 이동하게 된다.
이때, 제1힌지홈(341)과 제2힌지홈(342) 사이에 형성된 걸림턱(343)에 의해 힌지핀(235)이 제2힌지홈(342)에 위치하여 내용기(30)의 밀폐를 증대시킨다.
또한, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외주면에 형성된 밀폐환돌기(421)가 외벽(33)의 상단 내주면에 견고하게 끼움 결합되어 내용기(30)의 밀폐를 더욱 증대시키는 효과가 있다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 내용기수용홈(11)이 형성된 외용기(10);
    상기 외용기(10)에 힌지 결합되며 내부에 가압돌륜(22)이 형성된 외용기뚜껑(20);
    상기 외용기(10)에 수용되며 외벽(33)과 제1힌지블럭(34)이 형성된 내용기(30);
    상기 내용기(30)의 제1힌지블럭(34)에 힌지 결합되는 내용기뚜껑(40);으로 구성되되,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 하부에 밀폐돌륜(42)이 형성되고, 상기 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경은 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 크게 형성되어 상기 외벽(33) 내측으로 강제 끼움 결합되며,
    상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 상부에 연장돌륜(43)이 형성되어 상기 외용기뚜껑(20)의 가압돌륜(22)에 의해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  2. 내용기수용홈(11)이 형성된 외용기(10)와 내부에 가압돌륜(22)이 형성된 외용기뚜껑(20)이 힌지 결합으로 결합되며, 상기 외용기(10)의 내측으로 외벽(33)과 제1힌지블럭(34)이 형성된 내용기(30)가 장착되고, 상기 내용기(30)는 내용기뚜껑(40)과 힌지 결합되되, 상기 내용기뚜껑(40)은 하부에는 밀폐돌륜(42)이 형성되고, 상부에는 연장돌륜(43)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)의 외벽(33) 내측에는 내벽(32)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(42)의 외경은 내용기(30) 외벽(33)의 내경보다 0.01mm 내지 1.0mm 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1힌지블럭(34)은 타원형의 힌지구멍(341)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐돌륜(42)은 외주면에 밀폐환돌기(421)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 연장돌륜(43)은 돌출부(431)와 함몰부(432)가 반복 형성되되, 상기 돌출부(431)와 함몰부(432)는 각각 3개씩 등각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기(30)의 내벽(32)과 외벽(33) 사이에는 고정구(50)가 더 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 화장품 용기.
