　従来、添い寝用のサポート具として、添い寝用隙間防止掛け布団や添い寝用クッション等、各種が提案されている（例えば特許文献１及び２参照）。しかし、これら従来の添い寝用のサポート具には、もともとそれらが０か月～数か月の乳児を利用対象とすることもあって、数才の乳児のお座り用のサポート具としては利用できないという問題がある。

　本発明が解決しようとする課題は、０か月～数才に渡る広範囲の乳幼児に利用できる添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具を提供するところにある。
　前記の課題を解決する本発明は、底面部、背面部及び両側面部を有する本体フレーム部材と、該本体フレーム部材に収納されたマットレスであって座面部と背もたれ部とに区分されたマットレスと、該マットレスの座面部又は背もたれ部の外周に取外し可能に渡された主ベルトと、該主ベルトに取外し可能に取付けられた股ベルトとを備え、添い寝用とするときはマットレスを延ばして該マットレスの座面部及び背もたれ部を平板状にし、その一部を本体フレーム部材の底面部に載置して用い、またお座り用とするときはマットレスの背もたれ部を本体フレーム部材の背面部に当接させると共に該マットレスの座面部を本体フレーム部材の底面部に載置するか、又はマットレスを折り畳んで該マットレスの座面部及び背もたれ部を重ねた状態にし、それらを本体フレーム部材の底面部に載置して用いるようにして成ることを特徴とする添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具に係る。
　本発明に係る添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具（以下、単に本発明のサポート具という）は、本体フレーム部材と、マットレスと、主ベルトと、股ベルトとを備えている。本体フレーム部材は通常、フレームと、フレーム回りに巻き付けられたクッション材と、これらのフレーム及びクッション材を被覆するカバー材とを備え、全体として、底面部、背面部及び両側面部を有し、前面部及び上面部は開放された形状となっている。

　また本発明のサポート具において、更に傾斜マットレスを備え、添い寝用とするときは本体フレーム部材の底面部と該底面部に載置したマットレスの背もたれ部又は座面部との間に挟んで用い、またお座り用とするときは本体フレーム部材の背面部と折り畳んだ状態のマットレスとの間に挟んで用いるようにしたものが好ましい。このようにすると、添い寝用とするときは頭部がやや持ち上げられた状態になり、またお座り用とするときは、本体フレーム部材の背面部と折り畳んだ状態のマットレスとの間に背もたれ部が形成されるので、お座りが安定化する。
　また本発明のサポート具において、更に本体フレーム部材の背面部から椅子の背もたれ部へと渡されて本体フレーム部材の背面部を椅子の背もたれ部に取外し可能に取付ける副ベルトを備えるものが好ましい。副ベルトの両端部に相互を着脱可能に接続する係止手段、例えば対のマジックテープや対の鍵片と錠片等を設け、かかる副ベルトの両端部を本体フレーム部材の背面部に設けた複数のリング部に通し、更に椅子の背もたれ部へと渡して、両端部を接続手段により接続するのである。このようにすると、椅子の座面部上に本体フレーム部材を安定して載置することができる。
　以上説明した本発明のサポート具によると、０か月～数才に渡る広範囲の乳幼児に利用できる添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具を提供することができるという効果がある。

　図１は本発明のサポート具の本件フレーム部材を例示する斜視図である。本体フレーム部材１１は、図示しない自立性のフレームと、フレーム回りに巻き付けられた図示しないクッション材と、これらのフレーム及びクッション材を被覆するカバー材１２とを備え、全体として、底面部１３、背面部１４及び両側面部１５，１６を有し、前面部及び上面部は開放された形状となっている。
　図２は本発明のサポート具のマットレスをやや立ち上げた状態で例示する斜視図である。マットレス２１には、クッション材、例えばポリエステル圧縮綿製の図示しない平板状体と、かかるクッション材を被覆するカバー材２２とを備え、全体としては座面部２３と背もたれ部２４とに区分されている。マットレス２１には、座面部２３及び背もたれ部２４の表面を被覆するカバー２５がスナップボタン２６ａ，２６ｂ，２６ｃ，２６ｄを介して取外し可能に取付けられていて、マットレス２１は、それを折り畳んで底面部２３と背もたれ部２４とを重ねた状態にしたときに、本体フレーム部材１１の底面部１３、背面部１４及び両側面部１５，１６で囲まれた内部空間に収納された状態となるようになっている。
　図３は本発明のサポート具の主ベルトを展開状態で例示する平面図である。主ベルト３１は、その両端部に係止手段として対のマジックテープ３２，３３を備え、マットレス２１の座面部２３又は背もたれ部２４の外周に取外し可能に渡されるようになっていて、本体フレーム部材１１の底面部１３を椅子上に載置したときに、椅子の背もたれ部の外周にも取外し可能に渡すことができるように相応の長さを有している。主ベルト３１には、中央部の２箇所に離間してリング部３４，３５が形成されており、またリング部３４とリング部３５との間の裏面にもマジックテープ３６が取付けられている。リング部３４，３５は後述する股ベルト４１の両上部片４２，４３を係止するためのものであり、またマジックテープ３６は後述する股ベルト４１の下部片４４のマジックテープ４５を係止するためのものである。
　図４は本発明のサポート具の股ベルトを展開状態で例示する平面図である。股ベルト４１は、その展開状態で略Ｔ字形に形成されており、略Ｔ字形の両上部片４２，４３及び下部片４４が主ベルト３１に取外し可能に取付けられるようになっている。すなわち、略Ｔ字形の一方の上部片４２には、中央部寄りに合計２個のボタン４２ａ，４２ｂが離間して取付けられており、また端部寄りに合計３個のボタン穴４２ｃ，４２ｄ，４２ｅが離間して開設されている。同様に他方の上部片４３にも、中央部寄りに合計２個のボタン４３ａ，４３ｂが離間して取付けられており、また端部寄りに合計３個のボタン穴４３ｃ，４３ｄ，４３ｅが離間して開設されている。そして略Ｔ字形の下部片４４の端部の裏面にはマジックテープ４５が取付けられている。略Ｔ字形に形成された股ベルト４１の一方の上部片４２を主ベルト３１の一方のリング部３４に通し、また他方の上部片４３を他方のリング部３５に通して、通した両上部片４２，４３を折り返し、上部片４２のボタン穴４２ｃ，４２ｄ，４２ｅのいずれかをボタン４２ａ，４２ｂのいずれかに係止すると共に、上部片４３のボタン穴４３ｃ，４３ｄ，４３ｅのいずれかをボタン４３ａ，４３ｂのいずれかに係止して、両上部片４２，４３をボタン止めすると共に、かかる股ベルト４１の下部片４４の端部のマジックテープ４５を主ベルト３１のマジックテープ３６に係止するのである。
　図５は本発明のサポート具の傾斜マットレスを例示する側面図である。傾斜マットレス５１は、一方の端部がやや肉厚で、これと相対する他方の端部がやや肉薄の、全体としては一方の端部から他方の端部へと滑らかに傾斜した図示しないクッション材と、これを被覆するカバー５２を備えている。
　図６は本発明のサポート具の副ベルト等とその使用状態を例示する背面図である。マットレス２１の背もたれ部２４の裏面に合計２個の接続部材２４ａ，２４ｂが離間して取付けられており、接続部材２４ａ，２４ｂの端部にスナップボタンの雄形２４ｃ，２４ｄが取付けられている。一方、本体フレーム部材１１の背面部１４の裏面に合計２個のリング部１４ａ，１４ｂが離間して形成されており、リング部１４ａ，１４ｂにスナップボタンの雌形２４ｅ，２４ｆが取付けられている。スナップボタンの雄形２４ｃ，２４ｄを雌形２４ｅ，２４ｆに係止することにより、マットレス２１の背もたれ部２４を本体フレーム部材１１の背面部１４に取外し可能に取付けるようになっている。リング部１４ａ，１４ｂには長さの調節可能な副ベルト６１が通されており、副ベルト６１の両端部には鍵片６１ａとこれと対をなす錠片６１ｂが取付けられていて、後述するように、かかる副ベルト６１を椅子の背もたれ部に渡して鍵片６１ａを錠片６１ｂに係止することにより、本体フレーム部材１１を椅子に取外し可能に取付けられるようになっている。
　図７は本発明のサポート具を添い寝用とするときの使用状態を例示する斜視図である。尚、以下の使用状態を例示する図面では、便宜上、図１～図６の構成部材と同じ構成部材については図１～図６で用いた符号と同じ符号を用いて説明する。図７では、マットレス２１を延ばしてマットレス２１の座面部２３及び背もたれ部２４を平板状にし、背もたれ部２４を本体フレーム部材１１の底面部１３に載置している。マットレス２１の座面部２３と背もたれ部２４の中間部においてそれらの外周に主ベルト３１が巻き付けられており、主ベルト３１に股ベルト４１が取外し可能に取付けられている。
　図８は本発明のサポート具を添い寝用とするときの他の使用状態を例示する斜視図である。図８は、マットレス２１の背もたれ部２４と本体フレーム部材１１の底面部１３との間に傾斜マットレス５１を介在させたこと以外、図７と同様の使用状態を示している。図８の場合、添い寝をさせたときに乳幼児の頭部がやや持ち上げられた状態になる。
　図９は本発明のサポート具をお座り用とするときの使用状態を例示する斜視図である。図９では、マットレス２１の背もたれ部２４を本体フレーム部材１１の背面部１４に当接させると共にマットレス２１の座面部２３を本体フレーム部材１１の底面部１３に載置している。マットレス２１の背もたれ部２４にはその外周に主ベルト３１が巻き付けられており、主ベルト３１に股ベルト４１が取外し可能に取付けられている。
　図１０は本発明のサポート具をお座り用とするときの他の使用状態を例示する斜視図である。図１０では、マットレス２１を折り畳んでマットレス２１の座面部２３及び背もたれ部２４を重ねた状態にし、それらを本体フレーム部材１１の底面部１３に載置すると共に、本体フレーム部材１１の背面部１４と折り畳んだ状態のマットレス２１との間に傾斜マットレス５１を挟んでいる。傾斜マットレス５１にはその外周に主ベルト３１が巻き付けられており、主ベルト３１に股ベルト４１が取外し可能に取付けられている。
　図１１は本発明のサポート具をお座り用とするときの更に他の使用状態を例示する斜視図である。図１１は、本体フレーム部材１１を椅子の座面部に載置し、本体フレーム部材１１の背面部１４を、背面部１４のリング部１４ａ，１４ｂに通して椅子の背もたれ部の外周に巻き付けた副ベルト６１により、椅子の背もたれ部に取付けると共に、主ベルト３１も椅子の背もたれ部の外周に巻き付け、その一方で股ベルト４１を省略したこと以外、図９と同様の使用状態を示している。図１１の場合、お座りをさせたときの幼児のより安全を図っている。
　図１２は本発明のサポート具をお座り用とするときの更にまた他の使用状態を例示する斜視図である。図１２は、本体フレーム部材１１を椅子の座面部に載置し、本体フレーム部材１１の背面部１４を、背面部１４のリング部１４ａ，１４ｂに通して椅子の背もたれ部の外周に巻き付けた副ベルト６１により、椅子の背もたれ部に取付けると共に、主ベルト３１も椅子の背もたれ部の外周に巻き付けたこと以外、図１０と同様の使用状態を示している。図１２の場合も、お座りをさせたときの幼児のより安全を図っている。

Claims (5)

  1. 　底面部、背面部及び両側面部を有する本体フレーム部材と、該本体フレーム部材に収納されたマットレスであって座面部と背もたれ部とに区分されたマットレスと、該マットレスの座面部又は背もたれ部の外周に取外し可能に渡された主ベルトと、該主ベルトに取外し可能に取付けられた股ベルトとを備え、添い寝用とするときはマットレスを延ばして該マットレスの座面部及び背もたれ部を平板状にし、その一部を本体フレーム部材の底面部に載置して用い、またお座り用とするときはマットレスの背もたれ部を本体フレーム部材の背面部に当接させると共に該マットレスの座面部を本体フレーム部材の底面部に載置するか、又はマットレスを折り畳んで該マットレスの座面部及び背もたれ部を重ねた状態にし、それらを本体フレーム部材の底面部に載置して用いるようにして成ることを特徴とする添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具。
  2. 　更にマットレスの背もたれ部を本体フレーム部材の背面部に取外し可能に取付ける取付け手段を備える請求項１記載の添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具。
  3. 　更に傾斜マットレスを備え、添い寝用とするときは本体フレーム部材の底面部と該底面部に載置したマットレスの背もたれ部又は座面部との間に挟んで用い、またお座り用とするときは本体フレーム部材の背面部と折り畳んだ状態のマットレスとの間に挟んで用いるようにした請求項１又は２記載の添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具。
  4. 　更に本体フレーム部材の背面部から椅子の背もたれ部へと渡されて本体フレーム部材の背面部を椅子の背もたれ部に取外し可能に取付ける副ベルトを備える請求項１～３のいずれか一つの項記載の添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具。
  5. 　股ベルトがその展開状態で略Ｔ字形又は略Ｙ字形に形成されており、略Ｔ字形又は略Ｙ字形の両上部片及び下部片が主ベルトに取外し可能に取付けられるようにした請求項１～４のいずれか一つの項記載の添い寝用兼お座り用のサポート具。
