背景技术
盲人由于其固有的视觉缺陷,导致在日常生活中会存在诸多不便。尤其是路上的障碍物和行驶在路上的车辆对盲人出行带来的危险隐患,使得盲人的日常出行不便。
目前,盲人出行多数依赖拐杖探索前方的路面状况,当然也有少数盲人依赖导盲犬陪伴出行。但是发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:拐杖的功能有限不能很好的满足目前复杂的路面状况;在发生突发情况时,导盲犬很有可能受到惊吓,而威胁到周边行人的安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题包括,针对盲人出行不方便的问题,提供一种辅助盲人出行的盲人眼镜。
解决本发明技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种盲人眼镜,包括镜架,所述镜架上设置有信号采集单元、中央处理单元、功能单元,其中,
所述信号采集单元用于采集图像信息和语音信息;
所述中央处理单元从所述信号采集单元接收信息,并对接收到的信息进行处理;以及
所述功能单元根据所述中央处理单元的处理结果执行相应功能操作。
本发明的盲人眼镜,通过信号采集单元采集图像信息和语音信息,其中语音信息主要是盲人使用者的语音信息,图像信息主要是路面以及周边环境信息,再通过中央处理单元对所采集的图像信息和语音信息进行分析和处理,以指示功能单元执行相应的功能操作。该眼 镜可以有效地帮助盲人解决出行中遇到的问题,使得盲人出行更加安全。

进一步优选的是,所述音频播放单元为设置在所述镜架上的骨传导耳机。
优选的是,所述盲人眼镜还包括镜片,所述镜片上设置有太阳能供电单元,所述太阳能供电单元用于给所述信号采集单元、所述中央处理单元、所述功能单元供电。
优选的是,所述镜架上还设置有数据传输单元,所述数据传输单元用于与外接设备之间进行数据传输。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
图1至图3示出了本发明优选实施例的盲人眼镜的外观结构示意图以及模块单元的结构框图,其中图3的虚线框部分为本发明的盲人眼镜的一种优选模块化结构。如图所示,本实施例提供一种盲人眼镜,包括镜架,其中,在镜架上设置有信号采集单元、中央处理单元1、功能单元;所述信号采集单元用于采集图像信息和语音信息,并将所采集到的信息发送给所述中央处理单元1,所述中央处理单元1对接收到的信息进行处理,所述功能单元根据所述中央处理单元1的处理结果执行相应功能操作。
本实施例的盲人眼镜,通过信号采集单元采集图像信息和语音信息,其中语音信息主要是盲人使用者的语音信息,图像信息主要是路面以及周边环境信息。通过中央处理单元1对所采集的图像信息和语音信息进行分析和处理,以指示功能单元执行相应的功能操作。该眼镜可以有效地帮助盲人解决出行中遇到的问题,使得盲人出行更加安全。
本实施例中的信号采集单元包括麦克风2,所述麦克风2用于将所采集的语音信息发送给所述中央处理单元1进行处理。具体的说,使用者可以发出语音信息(例如,说一句话即发出一个指令),通过麦克风采集该语音信息,并经过一系列数据转换处理后以处理器可处 理的格式传递给中央处理单元1。中央处理单元1对该语音信息进行分析处理,然后根据分析处理的结果指示相应的功能单元模块执行相应的功能操作。该麦克风2可以通过采集盲人自己发出的语音信息指令来辅助盲人出行,缓解盲人视力缺陷带来的不便。
本实施例中的信号采集单元还包括摄像头3,所述摄像头3用于获取路面以及周边环境信息,并将路面以及环境信息发送给中央处理单元1进行处理。需要说明的是,摄像头3可以为全方位布局,包括设置在镜架的前方和镜架的左右镜腿的外侧。该种设置方式可实现对路面以及周边环境的全方位信息收集,做到全方位监控,使使用者的安全保护级别最大。当然该摄像头3也可以只设置在镜架的前方,该种设置方式可实现对使用者行走路线前方的信息进行收集,使使用者对于来自其正前方的障碍物进行实时监控。此时摄像头3的个数可以设置为一个,也可以设置为两个。设置两个摄像头3的目的是在其中一个出现故障时保证有一个摄像头3仍可以正常工作。
进一步优选地,功能单元包括定位单元4,所述定位单元4与中央处理单元1连接。此时,所述中央处理单元1根据从所述摄像头3接收到的路面以及周边环境信息以及在所述中央处理单元1的数据库中预存的路面以及环境信息进行比较和计算处理。所述定位单元4根据比较和计算处理的结果执行对当前位置定位的操作。也就是说可以通过定位单元4实现导航功能,使得盲人出行更加安全方便。优选地,在定位单元4对使用者进行导航的同时,定位单元所确定的位置还可以被存储为历史记录。例如,可以存储到设置在盲人眼镜上的存储单元中,或者通过无线的方式被发送并存储到远程计算机的内部存储装置中。通过这种方式,在使用者想要沿原路返回时,定位单元4可以通过参考历史记录的方式为使用者导航,从而无需再次通过中央处理单元1进行比较和计算处理。另外,当使用者的家属需要获知使用者当前所处的位置时,可以方便地通过操作上述远程计算机而得到相关信息。
本实施例的盲人眼镜优选的是,所述信号采集单元包括测距单元5,用于对周边环境中的目标物体进行测距,并将距离信息发送给 中央处理单元1。其中所述目标物体例如为路面上的障碍物、行驶中的车辆等等。
在上述实施方式的基础上,所述功能单元包括警告单元。所述中央处理单元1根据从所述测距单元5接收到的与目标物体之间的距离信息以及在所述中央处理单元1的数据库中预存的危险距离进行比较处理,并且所述警告单元根据比较处理的结果执行警告操作。具体地说,首先测距单元5感测使用者的当前位置与周边环境中的目标物体位置之间的距离,再将该距离信息发送给中央处理单元1。中央处理单元1将该距离信息与其数据库中预存的危险距离进行比较,如果比较结果为该距离小于危险距离,则中央处理单元1指示所述警告单元生成警告信息。所述警告信息可以通过例如音频播放单元(下文将描述)以声音的形式输出,也可以通过例如振动单元转换为使用者能够感知的机械振动输出。另外,警告单元还可以实现为以有效方式向作为目标物体的附近车辆发出警告的机构。例如,可以在该盲人眼镜中设置射频单元,当作为目标物体的车辆或其他物体中设置有与该盲人眼镜的射频单元相匹配的射频定位单元时,该车辆的驾驶者或持有相同射频定位单元的使用者也将接收到盲人眼镜的使用者的位置信息,从而可以及时躲避,避免危险的发生,进而可以提升盲人使用者在路上行走的安全性。
本实施中的测距单元5优选为采用多普勒效应的测距仪、超声波测距仪、红外测距仪、激光测距仪中的任意一种。
在本实施例中,盲人眼镜还包括音频播放单元,其设置在盲人眼镜的镜架上。所述音频播放单元根据所述中央处理单元1的指示用于将功能单元所执行的功能操作作为音频信息进行输出。例如说,定位单元4将当前位置与目标位置定位完成后,将该信息反馈给中央处理单元1,中央处理单元1指示音频播放单元开启,输出相应的语音信息以传递给盲人眼镜的使用者,也就是语音导航的功能。再例如,当警告单元执行警告操作时,可以将警告信息(警告内容)发送到音频播放单元,以通过音频播放单元输出为相应的语音信息传达给盲人眼镜的使用者。当然该音频播放单元还可以根据中央处理单元1的指 示输出乐音等语音信息。
本实施例的音频播放单元优选为骨传导耳机9,所述骨传导耳机9设置在镜架上,例如设置在镜架的镜腿上。骨传导耳机9可以避免外界噪音带来的干扰,同时也可以减少对公共场所下其他人员的干扰。另外,采用骨传导耳机9的方案可以确保盲人使用者准确及时获得信息,减少事故的发生。同时该耳机还采用弹簧伸缩的设计。当需要使用的时候直接拉镜腿上的耳机即可将耳机拉出到适当的长度,佩戴在耳朵上。当使用完毕后,耳机从耳朵上脱离的瞬间,将依靠耳机的弹簧线、耳机自动回复到眼镜腿上的耳机槽内。
本实施例的盲人眼镜还包括镜片,所述镜片上设置有太阳能供电单元6,所述太阳能供电单元6用于给信号采集单元、中央处理单元1、功能单元供电。在镜框上同样还可以设置蓄电池单元7,用于在无光照时为信号采集单元、中央处理单元1、功能单元供电。
本实施例的盲人眼镜的镜架上还设置有数据传输单元8,所述数据传输单元8可以用于与外接设备之间进行数据传输。该数据传输单元8包括wifi单元和/或蓝牙单元。例如,通过wifi单元可以实现中央处理单元1云端信息库之间的信息传输,实现更完善的处理功能和无线网络连接。通过蓝牙单元可以实现与外接设备的数据传输。使得本实施例的盲人眼镜更加智能化。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种盲人眼镜,包括镜架,其特征在于,所述镜架上设置有:
    信号采集单元,配置为用于采集图像信息和语音信息;
    中央处理单元,配置为从
    所述信号采集单元接收信息,并对接收到的信息进行处理;以及
    功能单元,配置为根据所述中央处理单元的处理结果执行相应功能操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述信号采集单元包括麦克风,
    所述麦克风用于采集语音信息,并将所采集的语音信息发送给所述中央处理单元进行处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述信号采集单元包括摄像头,
    所述摄像头用于获取路面以及周边环境信息,并将路面以及环境信息发送给所述中央处理单元进行处理。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述功能单元包括定位单元;
    所述中央处理单元根据从所述摄像头接收到的路面和周边环境信息以及在所述中央处理单元的数据库中预存的路面和环境信息进行比较和计算处理;并且
    所述定位单元根据比较和计算处理的结果执行对当前位置定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述信号采集单元包括测距单元;
    所述测距单元用于对周边环境中的目标物体进行测距,并将距离信息发送给所述中央处理单元。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述功能单元包括警告单元;
    所述中央处理单元根据从所述测距单元接收到的与目标物体之间的距离信息以及在所述中央处理单元的数据库中预存的危险距离进行比较处理;并且
    所述警告单元根据比较处理的结果执行警告。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述测距单元为采用多普勒效应的测距单元、超声波测距仪、红外测距仪、激光测距仪中的任意一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,还包括音频播放单元,所述音频播放单元用于将所述功能单元所执行的功能操作作为音频信息进行输出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述音频播放单元为设置在所述镜架上的骨传导耳机。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述盲人眼镜还包括镜片,所述镜片上设置有太阳能供电单元,所述太阳能供电单元用于给所述信号采集单元、所述中央处理单元、所述功能单元供电。
  11. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的盲人眼镜,其特征在于,所述镜架上还设置有数据传输单元,所述数据传输单元用于与外接设备之间进行数据传输。
