Description
本发明涉及一种及电子烟控制技术,具体涉及一种带有双电压输出的电子烟控制组件。
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子香烟,主要用于戒烟和替代香烟。它有着与香烟一样的外观、与香烟近似的味道,甚至比一般香烟的口味要多出很多,也像香烟一样能吸出烟、吸出味道跟感觉来。相对与传统香烟不同,电子烟的烟雾大小主要受限于电阻丝的发热功率,而目前的电子烟中电阻丝的发热功率恒定,这样电路虽然简单,但是无法调整烟雾。而原始的电位器调节造成额外的电力消耗且输出随电池电压改变,不能给用户带来良好体验。
本发明的目的是提供一种 带有双电压输出的电子烟控制组件,能提供二种稳定的电压输出。
本发明的技术解决方案是所述构建一种双电压电子烟控制组件,包括控制组件外壳及其内由控制电路板固定件固定的控制电路板,还包括与所述控制电路板电连接的按键开关,其特殊之处在于:所述控制电路板上布设用于输出高或低两种设定电压中一种的电源管理模块;所述电源管理模块包括升压单元、降压单元或升降压单元。
作为优选:按照本发明提供的双电压电子烟控制组件,按键和开关一起构成按键开关,所述按键开关中开关或按键是一个或二个:
(一)所述按键开关由单按键开关组成,通过按压按键的不同次数可以输出两种不同的稳定电压;
(二)所述按键开关由双按键开关组成,通过按压不同的按键可以输出两种不同的稳定电压。
(三)所述按键开关由一个触摸式按键和二个开关组成,通过触摸按键的不同部位可以输出两种不同的稳定电压;
(四)所述按键开关由单触摸式按键组成,通过触摸按键的不同次数可以输出两种不同的稳定电压。
作为优选:所述双电压电子烟控制组件,所述电源管理模块包括:与所述按键开关电连接并根据按键开关选择信号和电池电压信号输出相应脉冲宽度调制信号的主控芯片和根据所述脉冲宽度调制信号输出高或低两种设定电压至发热丝的电源管理芯片。
作为优选:所述双电压电子烟控制组件,所述电子烟控制组件还包括与发热丝和主控芯片电连接的用于检测发热丝电压的电压检测单元;电压检测单元由二个电阻串联构成,中间分压端反馈至主控芯片。
作为优选:所述双电压电子烟控制组件,该电子烟控制组件还包括与主控芯片电连接的用于控制电源管理模块输出电压与否的输出开关:主控芯片发出的开关信号HOT通过开关三极管Q
4 驱动开关场效应管Q 5 、Q 6 来控制输出电压与否。
作为优选:所述双电压电子烟控制组件,所述电子烟控制组件还包括发射光露出控制组件外壳的用于指示发热丝短路的指示灯;当检测到发热丝短路时,主控芯片发出开关信号来切断输出电压。

提供电路保护,避免电子烟在电热丝短路时继续工作,避免两个按键开关同时按下时进入吸烟工作状态。

(一)大烟雾输出

Q 8 接收到 PWM 信号后,从 Q 8 的第 2 、 5 脚输出对应的电压控制波形,使电源经过电感 L
、续流二极管 D 4 产生约 4.0V 恒定电压输出,然后由 U 1 发出开的信号 HOT, 控制三极管
Q 4 ,三极管 Q 4 给出驱动信号控制场效应管 Q 5 和 Q 6
,使 Q 5 和 Q 6 接通,使约 4.0V 恒定电压输出到F +
端给发热丝,此时发热丝有大电流通过,并产生大烟雾。
(二)小烟雾输出
当开关 K 2 闭合时,产生 KEY 2 信号,指示灯
D 3 亮蓝灯,同时根据电芯自身的电压, U 1 芯片 8 脚输出的脉宽占空比为窄 PWM 信号,电源管理模块

5 和 Q 6 接通,使约 3.5V 恒定电压输出到F + 端给发热丝,此时发热丝有小电流通过,并产生小烟雾。
(三)短路保护
在吸烟或者充电过程中, F+ 端与地之间如果出现短路现象; U 1 芯片的
VDD_AD 管脚取样为低电平, U 1 的 HOT 控制脚输出低电平, Q 5 、 Q 6
不工作无输出,同时指示灯 D 2 会闪红灯报警。
(四)关闭输出
如果同时按住按键 3 二端,开关 K 1 和 K 2
同时闭合, U 1 芯片扫描发现 KEY 1 和 KEY 2 同时接地,则不发出 PWM
信号,不会进行吸烟模式,属于输入指令无效状态; U 1 芯片 HOT 脚同时发出关的信号 , 控制三极管 Q 4
,三极管 Q 4 给出信号控制 Q 5 和 Q 6 ,使 Q 5 和
Q 6 断开。
(五)充电
当电芯需要充电时,接上充电器(至F + 端), U 1 芯片的 VDD_AD
端检测到有高电平,通过 CH_EN 管脚输出信号控制场效应管 Q2 和 Q3 闭合,系统进入充电状态。当电芯到饱和状态时, U 1
芯片的 VDD_AD 端检测到有低电平,通过 CH_EN 管脚输出信号控制 Q 2 和 Q 3
断开,系统停止充电。

- 一种双电压电子烟控制组件,包括控制组件外壳(4)及其内由控制电路板固定件(1)固定的控制电路板(2),还包括与所述控制电路板电连接的按键开关,其特征在于:所述控制电路板上布设用于输出高或低两种设定电压中一种的电源管理模块;所述电源管理模块包括升压单元、降压单元或升降压单元。
- 根据权利要求1 所述双电压电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述电源管理模块包括:与所述按键开关电连接并根据按键开关选择信号和电池电压信号输出相应脉冲宽度调制信号(PWM)的主控芯片(U1)和根据所述脉冲宽度调制信号(PWM)输出高或低两种设定电压至发热丝(接F+端)的电源管理芯片(Q8)。
- 根据权利要求2 所述双电压电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:所述电子烟控制组件还包括与发热丝(接F+端)和主控芯片(U1)电连接的用于检测发热丝(接F+端)电压的电压检测单元(R9+R10)。
- 根据权利要求2 所述双电压电子烟控制组件,其特征在于:该电子烟控制组件还包括与主控芯片(U1)电连接的用于控制电源管理模块输出电压与否的输出开关(Q4+Q5+Q6)。
