通过上述注册流程,SM针对每一个其负责配置及管理的eUICC,在数 据库中都保存了对应的EIS,作为后续配置文件(Profile)配置及管理等处 理流程的重要参数。
上述现有技术中,EUM在eUICC出厂时通过注册流程使SM获得包括 eUICC的标识、类型、版本号、生产日期等eUICC初始信息的EIS,并基于 该初始EIS进行后续Profile的生成及管理等处理流程,往往使得处理结果的 准确性不高。

本发明实施例提供的eUICC的管理方法、eUICC、SM平台和系统, eUICC获取到所嵌入的终端的能力信息后,通过向SM平台发送该终端的 能力信息,使得SM平台可以根据该终端的能力对所述eUICC的配置文件 Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进行管理。通过将 所嵌入终端的能力信息上报给SM平台,使得SM平台对eUICC的配置文 件等的管理能够与终端的能力信息相适应,提高了处理准确度。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合 本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整 地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的 实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明实施例一提供的eUICC的管理方法的流程图,如图1所 示,该方法包括:
步骤101、嵌入式通用集成电路卡eUICC获取所嵌入的终端的能力信 息;
步骤102、所述eUICC向签约管理SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息, 以使所述SM平台根据所述终端的能力信息对所述eUICC的配置文件 Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进行管理。
首先对以下实施例中涉及到的主要功能实体进行解释说明,其中,SM 平台包括以下的一种或多种:签约管理-安全路由单元SM-SR、签约管理- 数据准备单元SM-DP。SM-SR,用于实现配置文件(Profile)的安全路由, 直接管理eUICC中的Profile,如传输、激活、去激活、迁移等处理操作。 SM-DP,用于生成Profile;Profile是对eUICC内部与一个移动网络运营 商(Mobile Network Operator,以下简称MNO)相关的一系列文件、数据 及应用的统称。值得说明的是,SM-SR和SM-DP既可以集成设置在一起, 也可以独立设置。
现有技术中,EUM在各eUICC出厂后,将eUICC的初始参数注册到 各对应的SM中,具体主要是注册到SM-SR中。由于EUM无法得知其生 产的eUICC后续会嵌入到哪些终端,所以EUM无法向SM提供与嵌入终 端相关的信息,进而会造成Profile处理流程中出现各种错误问题,例如 Profile中的签约信息与终端的网络接入能力不匹配、Profile激活请求与终 端的单待或多待能力不兼容等。
为解决上述问题,本实施例中,优选地,当eUICC即本实施例中的在 其所嵌入的终端上电初始化的时候,会向该eUICC发送终端的能力信息, 该终端的能力信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述终端支持的无线接入技术 (Radio Access Technology,以下简称RAT)类型、所述终端的无线接入 技术的并行工作能力、所述终端的类型信息、所述终端是否支持分组交换 PS域业务、所述终端是否支持电路交换CS域业务。其中,RAT类型比如 包括GSM、GPRS、CDMA、WCDMA等无线接入技术类型;终端类型比 如包括人与人通信所涉及到的H2H(Human to Human)终端,比如手机、平 板电脑等,还包括机器与机器通信所涉及的M2M(Machine to Machine)设 备;终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力比如包括能支持的同时待机的 Profile个数等。
可以理解的是,还可以设定eUICC所嵌入的终端每隔一定时间间隔, 周期性向eUICC发送其能力信息;或者,也可以由eUICC主动向其所嵌 入终端主动请求获取所嵌入终端的能力信息。以下以终端上电后主动向其 上eUICC发送其能力信息为例说明。
当eUICC接收到所嵌入的终端上电后发送的该终端的能力信息后, eUICC向SM发送该终端的能力信息,以使SM根据该终端的能力信息对 所述eUICC的配置文件Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述 eUICC进行管理。
可选的,本实施例中,eUICC向SM平台不仅可以发送其所嵌入的终 端的能力信息,还可以向其发送自身的当前状态信息,该当前状态信息比 如包括当前可用存储空间、其内部的各Profile的状态,比如处于激活状态 或者去激活状态等等。从而使得SM平台可以进一步根据该终端的能力信 息以及eUICC的当前状态信息对所述eUICC的配置文件Profile进行管理, 或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进行管理。
进一步可选的,SM平台在接收到eUICC发送的其所嵌入终端的终端 能力信息,可选还包括eUICC的当前状态信息后,还将所述终端的能力信 息,可选包括eUICC的当前状态信息,更新至所述eUICC的信息集EIS, 并根据更新后的EIS对所述eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile, 或者对所述eUICC进行管理。即,在后续的eUICC以及eUICC的Profile 的下载、激活等流程中使用更新后的EIS。从而使得对eUICC的Profile 进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对eUICC进行管理的过程中,以所嵌入 终端的终端能力信息以及eUICC的当前状态信息为依据,进一步提高了处 理准确度。
进一步地,所述eUICC获取所嵌入的终端的能力信息之后,还包括:
所述eUICC本地保存所述终端的能力信息。
本实施例中,之所以eUICC本地保存所述终端的能力信息,主要是因 为eUICC与SM平台间有可能不是绝对同步的,通过这种方式使得当SM 平台对eUICC以及其Profile进行管理的过程中,eUICC能够本地判断管 理操作的可行性。
下面将详细说明eUICC与SM平台的交互过程,其中主要以SM-SR 与eUICC的交互为例进行说明,并以SM-SR在接收到eUICC发送的终端 的能力信息后,更新eUICC的EIS为例,可以理解的是,也可以不更新 EIS而直接进行相应处理。
由于在现有的EUM注册流程中,SM-SR中已经存储有其对应的 eUICC的信息集EIS,因此,本实施例中,当SM-SR接收到eUICC发送 的终端的能力信息后,根据该终端的能力信息更新该eUICC的信息集 EIS,比如在该EIS中添加终端的能力信息,可选的,在获得eUICC的当 前状态信息的情况下,还更新该EIS中各Profile的状态以及eUICC的内 存使用情况等,并在后续的eUICC的配置文件的下载、激活等流程中使用 更新后的EIS。值得说明的是,SM-SR与eUICC是具有一定对应关联关系 的,即某一SM-SR负责管理其对应关联的各eUICC,而该对应关联关系 的获取在现有技术中有所规定,不在本实施例中详述。
本实施例中,eUICC获取到所嵌入的终端的能力信息后,通过向 SM-SR发送该终端的能力信息,以使SM-SR根据所述终端的能力信息对 所述eUICC的配置文件Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述 eUICC进行管理。通过将所嵌入终端的能力信息上报给SM-SR,使得 SM-SR对eUICC的配置文件等的管理能够与终端的能力信息相适应,提 高了处理准确度。
图2为本发明实施例二提供的eUICC的管理方法的流程图,如图2所示, 该方法包括:
步骤201、eUICC接收所嵌入的终端上电后发送的所述终端的能力信 息;
本实施例中,eUICC通过如下方式向SM平台发送该终端的能力信 息:
步骤202、所述eUICC接收所述SM平台发送的能力匹配请求;

以下仍以eUICC与SM平台中的SM-SR交互为例,值得说明的是, 在实际应用中,由于eUICC能够获知其关联对应的SM-SR,因此,eUICC 在接收到终端的能力信息后,首先与对应的SM-SR建立安全IP连接,并 在连接建立完毕后接收SM-SR发送的能力匹配请求,并进行响应。
至此,eUICC已经将其所嵌入的终端的能力信息,可选的还包括自身 的当前状态信息发送给了对应的SM-SR,该SM-SR从而能够更新eUICC 的EIS。下面将以SM-SR激活eUICC中的某待激活的Profile为例说明终 端能力信息的使用。
由于Profile中存储有与移动网络运营商MNO相关的文件、数据和应 用,当MNO的Profile下载到eUICC上后,需要完成激活流程,eUICC 才能使用该Profile。
本实施例中,根据一般实际应用情况,可选的,一般是由MNO向SM-DP 发送Profile激活请求来触发激活处理流程,其中,该SM-DP优选地可以设 置于MNO侧的管理实体设备中,也可以与SM-SR集成设置在一起。MNO向 SM-DP发送的Profile激活请求中包括eUICC的标识和eUICC中待激活 Profile的标识,即告知SM-DP需要激活哪个eUICC中的哪个Profile。进 一步地,该激活请求中还包括SM-SR的标识,用于告知SM-DP与哪个 SM-SR交互以进行后续的激活处理流程。SM-DP识别出激活请求中包含 的SM-SR标识,并与对应的SM-SR间进行双向认证,即彼此认证身份的 合法性。在认证通过后,该SM-DP将该激活请求转发给对应的SM-SR。 可选地,MNO也可以直接向SM-SR发送Profile激活请求。
一种方式,当SM-SR进行上述更新EIS的操作后,可以根据更新后 的EIS进行如下处理。该SM-SR根据激活请求中包括的eUICC的标识从 本地存储的数据库中查到与eUICC的标识对应的更新后的EIS,并根据该 更新后的EIS对所述待激活Profile的标识对应的待激活Profile进行兼容 性检查,并在通过兼容性检查时,将包含有待激活Profile的存储位置标识 的激活指示发送给eUICC,使得eUICC根据该存储位置标识确定所述待 激活Profile,并激活所述待激活Profile。另一种方式,SM-SR没有更新 EIS,而是本地保存了eUICC的终端能力信息,此时在接收到激活请求后 直接检查是否允许执行所述激活请求,比如检查所述待激活Profile与所述 终端支持的无线接入技术的并行工作能力是否兼容。并在检查允许的时候 下发激活指示。
优选地,eUICC接收到激活指示后,还根据本地保存的所述终端的能 力信息,检查是否响应所述Profile激活指示,比如检查所述待激活Profile 与所述终端支持的无线接入技术的并行工作能力是否兼容,相当于本地再 次进行一次检查,以避免eUICC与SM平台不同步导致的管理缺陷。
本实施例中,SM-SR根据eUICC的标识对应的更新后的EIS对eUICC 中的待激活Profile进行兼容性检查,举例来说,比如EIS中终端的能力信 息指示该终端仅能支持双待,即仅能支持两个Profile同时处于激活状态, 而eUICC支持多待,比如支持3个Profile同时处于激活状态,或者,在 SM-SR进一步还根据eUICC的当前状态信息根据eUICC的EIS的情况下, EIS中eUICC的当前状态信息指示可用存储空间不足,或者待激活Profile 不允许被激活,则认为待激活Profile不能通过兼容性检查,此时,SM-SR 向SM-DP返回兼容性冲突通知,以给出错误提示,否则,如果通过兼容 性检查,则SM-SR将包含有待激活Profile的存储位置标识的激活指示发 送给eUICC。
进一步地,下面实施例以SM平台根据eUICC发送的所嵌入的终端的 能力信息生成Profile为例说明终端的终端的能力信息的使用。
为了eUICC能够正常使用MNO的网络,会需要在eUICC中生成相 应的Profile,而生成Profile一般是由SM-DP来实现的,从而当SM-SR接 收到eUICC发送的终端能力信息后,SM-SR将所述终端能力信息发送给 所述SM-DP,以使所述SM-DP根据已获得的签约数据和所述终端能力信 息,生成Profile。可以理解的是,SM-DP中预先已经从MNO中获得了终 端用户的签约数据。
进一步地,下面实施例以SM平台根据eUICC发送的所嵌入终端的终 端的能力信息对eUICC进行管理为例说明终端的终端的能力信息的使用。
SM-SR在接收到上述终端的能力信息后,根据该终端的能力信息生成 eUICC的管理策略规则,进一步可以将该管理策略规则下发到eUICC上, 以便在后续对eUICC中Profile的管理过程中,比如兼容性检查时,还可 以进一步根据该管理策略规则进行进一步检查。
上述实施例中,各eUICC接收到所嵌入的终端上电后发送的终端的能 力信息后,通过向SM-SR发送该终端的能力信息,使得SM-SR可以根据 该终端的能力信息更新各eUICC的信息集EIS,并根据更新后的EIS对所 述eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进行 管理。并在管理的过程中,基于终端能力信息进行配置文件兼容性的判 断,有利于避免待处理的配置文件与终端能力不相适应,从而保证终端的 正常工作,提高处理效率。
图3为本发明实施例三提供的eUICC的管理方法的流程图,如图3所 示,该方法包括:
步骤301、SM平台接收第一eUICC发送的所述第一eUICC所嵌入的 第一终端的能力信息;
步骤302、所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一 eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进 行管理。
以下实施例将对SM平台拆分成SM-SR和SM-DP来对上述步骤301 和302进行详细说明。
现有技术中,EUM在各eUICC出厂后,将eUICC的出厂设置注册到 各对应的SM-SR中,即现有技术中SM-SR中仅存储有其对应的各eUICC 的初始配置构成的EIS。
本实施例中,由于eUICC是嵌入到终端中的不可插拔的卡,优选地, 每当其所嵌入的终端上电初始化时,都触发终端向其上的eUICC发送自身 能力信息的过程。可选的,也可以是eUICC主动向其所嵌入终端发送请求 以获得该终端的能力信息。以前种情况为例,即当eUICC即本实施例中的 第一eUICC以及后续实施例中的第二eUICC,所嵌入的终端在上电初始 化的时候,会向该eUICC发送终端的能力信息,其中,该第一终端的能力 信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术RAT类 型、所述第一终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力、所述第一终端的类 型信息、所述第一终端是否支持分组交换PS域业务、所述第一终端是否 支持电路交换CS域业务。值得说明的是,该第一eUICC和第二eUICC 分别嵌入不同的终端,即第一eUICC接收所嵌入的第一终端上电后发送的 所述第一终端的能力信息,第二eUICC接收所嵌入的第二终端上电后发送 的所述第二终端的能力信息。以下以第一eUICC为对象进行说明。
本实施例中,所述SM平台接收所述第一eUICC发送的所述第一 eUICC所嵌入的第一终端的能力信息之后,还包括:
所述SM平台将所述第一终端的能力信息更新至所述第一eUICC的信 息集EIS;
相应的,所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一 eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进 行管理,包括:

当第一eUICC接收到所嵌入的第一终端上电后发送的该第一终端的 能力信息后,第一eUICC向对应的SM-SR发送该能力信息,可选的,还 包括将该第一eUICC的当前状态信息也发送给SM-SR。从而SM-SR可以 根据该第一终端的能力信息,或者还包括该当前状态信息对所述第一 eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进 行管理。可选的,从而SM-SR还可以根据该第一终端的能力信息,或者 还包括该当前状态信息更新该第一eUICC的信息集EIS,并根据更新后的 EIS对第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一 eUICC进行管理。
本实施例中,第一eUICC的当前状态信息,比如包括当前可用存储 空间、其内部的各Profile的状态,比如处于激活状态或者去激活状态等等。
值得说明的是,SM-SR与eUICC是具有一定对应关联关系的,即某 一SM-SR负责管理其对应关联的各eUICC,而该对应关联关系的获取在 现有技术中有所规定,不在本实施例中详述。
本实施例中,SM-SR根据eUICC获取的其所嵌入终端的能力信息来 更新eUICC的信息集EIS,并根据更新后的EIS对eUICC的配置文件进 行的诸如下载、激活、转移等处理,从而使得SM-SR的这些处理能够与 终端的能力信息相适应,有利于提高处理准确度及处理效率。
具体地,步骤301中SM平台接收第一eUICC发送的所述第一eUICC 所嵌入的第一终端的能力信息,具体可以通过如下方式实现:
所述SM-SR向所述第一eUICC发送能力匹配请求;
所述SM-SR接收所述第一eUICC返回的能力匹配响应,所述能力匹 配响应中包括所述第一终端的能力信息。
值得说明的是,在实际应用中,由于第一eUICC能够获知其关联对应 的SM-SR,因此,第一eUICC在接收到第一终端的能力信息后,首先与 对应的SM-SR建立安全IP连接,在连接建立完毕后,SM-SR向第一eUICC 发送能力匹配请求,以使第一eUICC对其进行响应,并在能力匹配响应中 携带所述第一终端的能力信息,可选的,还可以携带第一eUICC的当前状 态信息。
可选的,步骤302中所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所 述第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,包括:
所述SM-SR接收MNO通过SM-DP发送的Profile下载请求,所述下 载请求中包括待下载Profile的标识和所述第一eUICC的标识;

本实施例中,首先以配置文件Profile下载过程为例说明SM-SR如何 根据第一eUICC的第一终端的能力信息对第一eUICC的Profile进行管理。
当某MNO需要将某Profile下载到第一eUICC中时,其首先会向 SM-DP发送Profile下载请求,该下载请求中包括待下载Profile的标识、 第一eUICC的标识,可选的,还包括SM-SR的标识,SM-DP根据该SM-SR 标识确定出相应的SM-SR后,向SM-SR发送包含第一eUICC的标识的获 取请求,以使SM-SR获取该第一eUICC的第一终端的能力信息,可选的, 当SM-SR根据第一终端的能力信息更新第一eUICC的EIS后,可以将该 更新后的EIS返回给SM-DP,以后者为例说明。由于该更新后的EIS中包 含有第一eUICC嵌入的第一终端的能力信息,可选的,还包括该第一 eUICC的状态信息,SM-DP可以根据该更新后的EIS确定待下载Profile 的标识对应的待下载Profile通过兼容性检查后,即允许执行Profile下载 请求后,通过SM-SR向所述第一eUICC发送携带有所述待下载Profile的 下载指示,以使所述第一eUICC根据所述下载指示下载所述待下载 Profile。
其中,SM-DP根据第一终端的能力信息检查是否允许执行所述Profile 下载请求,包括:所述SM-DP检查所述待下载Profile与所述第一终端支 持的无线接入技术RAT类型是否兼容。
可选的,还可以通过如下方式确定待下载Profile能否通过兼容性检 查,例如包括根据第一eUICC的状态信息确定第一eUICC的是否合格, 确定待下载Profile的内容是否与第一终端的能力信息匹配。比如如果第一 eUICC的状态信息指示第一eUICC的存储空间不足,则认为第一eUICC 不合格;或者,如果待下载Profile为4G签约,而第一终端为3G终端, 那么认为待下载Profile与第一终端的能力信息不匹配,从而不通过兼容性 检查,SM-DP分别向MNO和SM-SR发送兼容性冲突通知;相反的,则 通过兼容性检查,继续进行Profile下载的过程。
进一步可选的,步骤302中所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信 息对所述第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,包括:
所述SM-SR接收MNO发送的Profile激活请求,所述激活请求中包 括所述第一eUICC的标识和所述第一eUICC中待激活Profile的标识;

进一步地,本实施例中,其次将以Profile激活过程为例进一步说明 SM-SR如何根据第一eUICC的更新后的EIS对第一eUICC的Profile进行 处理。
由于Profile中存储有与移动网络运营商MNO相关的文件、数据和应 用,当MNO的Profile下载到第一eUICC上后,需要完成激活流程,第 一eUICC才能使用该Profile。
为此,MNO一般通过向SM-DP发送Profile激活请求来触发激活处理 流程。MNO向SM-DP发送的Profile激活请求中包括第一eUICC的标识和第 一eUICC中待激活Profile的标识,即告知SM-DP需要激活哪个eUICC 中的哪个Profile。进一步地,该激活请求中还包括SM-SR的标识,用于 告知SM-DP与哪个SM-SR交互以进行后续的激活处理流程。SM-DP识别 出激活请求中包含的SM-SR标识,并与对应的SM-SR间进行双向认证, 即彼此认证身份的合法性。在认证通过后,该SM-DP将该激活请求转发 给对应的SM-SR。可选地,MNO也可以直接向SM-SR发送Profile激活请 求。
该SM-SR根据激活请求中包括的第一eUICC的标识从本地存储的 EIS数据库中查到与第一eUICC的标识对应的更新后的EIS,并根据该更 新后的EIS确定所述待激活Profile的标识对应的待激活Profile是否通过 兼容性检查,并在通过时,将包含有待激活Profile的存储位置标识的激活 指示发送给第一eUICC,使得第一eUICC根据该存储位置标识确定所述 待激活Profile,并激活所述待激活Profile。
本实施例中,当SM-SR是根据第一eUICC所嵌入的第一终端的能力 信息和其自身的当前状态信息更新第一eUICC的EIS时,SM-SR根据第 一eUICC的标识对应的更新后的EIS确定所述待激活Profile是否通过兼 容性检查,可以包括:
SM-SR根据所述第一eUICC的标识对应的更新后的EIS中的第一终 端的能力信息,确定待激活Profile与第一终端是否匹配;若匹配,则SM-SR 根据第一eUICC的标识对应的更新后的EIS中的第一eUICC的当前状态 信息,确定待激活Profile是否允许激活。举例来说,比如EIS中第一eUICC 的当前状态信息指示可用存储空间不足,则确定待激活Profile不允许激 活;若EIS中第一终端的能力信息指示该第一终端仅能支持双待,即仅能 支持两个Profile同时处于激活状态,而第一eUICC支持多待,比如支持3 个Profile同时处于激活状态,则认为第一eUICC与第一终端不兼容,此 时则认为待激活Profile不能通过兼容性检查,SM-SR向SM-DP返回兼 容性冲突通知,以给出错误提示,否则相反的,如果通过兼容性检查,则 SM-SR将包含有待激活Profile的存储位置标识的激活请求转发给第一 eUICC,使得第一eUICC根据该存储位置标识确定所述待激活Profile,并 激活所述待激活Profile。
下面将以Profile转移过程为例再进一步说明SM-SR如何根据第一 eUICC的更新后的EIS对第一eUICC的Profile进行管理。
下面实施例以SM-SR将第二eUICC中的某待转移的Profile转移至第 一eUICC中为例进一步说明更新后的EIS的使用。值得说明的是,该实施 例中假设由同一SM-SR管理第一eUICC和第二eUICC,且SM-SR中存 储有第一eUICC对应的更新后的EIS和第二eUICC对应的更新后的EIS。 并且,第一eUICC嵌入第一终端,第二eUICC嵌入第二终端,第一终端 和第二终端一般为同一用户的不同终端,为了实现将第二终端中的第二 eUICC中的待转移Profile转移到第一终端中的第一eUICC中,进一步可 选的,步骤302中所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一 eUICC的Profile进行管理,包括:
所述SM-SR接收所述第一eUICC发送的Profile转移请求,所述转移 请求中包括所述第一终端的标识、所述第一eUICC的标识、第二终端的标 识、第二eUICC的标识和待转移Profile的标识,所述第二终端上嵌入所 述第二eUICC,所述转移请求用于请求将所述第二eUICC中的所述待转 移Profile中的用户签约信息转移到所述第一eUICC中;
所述SM-SR根据所述第一eUICC的标识对应的所述更新后的EIS对 所述待转移Profile进行兼容性检查,并根据兼容性检查结果对所述转移请 求进行处理。
其中,兼容性检查与上述激活过程和下载过程中类似,不再赘述。而 SM-SR根据检查结果对所述转移请求进行处理,包括以下两种情况:
其一,若所述待转移Profile通过兼容性检查,则所述SM-SR向所述 SM-DP发送第一修改指示,所述第一修改指示中包括所述第一终端的标 识、所述第一eUICC的标识和所述待转移Profile的标识,以使所述SM-DP 根据所述第一修改指示修改所述待转移Profile,以得到目标Profile,并将 所述目标Profile发送给所述SM-SR;
所述SM-SR向所述第一eUICC返回转移响应,所述转移响应中包括 所述目标Profile。
其二,若所述待转移Profile未通过兼容性检查,则所述SM-SR向所 述SM-DP发送第二修改指示,所述第二修改指示中包括所述第一终端的 标识、所述第一eUICC的标识和所述第一终端的能力信息,以使所述 SM-DP本地获取与所述第一终端的能力信息对应的待修改Profile,并根据 所述第二修改指示修改所述待修改Profile,以得到目标Profile,并将所述 目标Profile发送给所述SM-SR。
可选的,第一eUICC向对应的SM-SR发送Profile转移请求,可选的, SM-SR在接收到该Profile转移请求后,可以根据该请求中包括的第二 eUICC的标识来获取第二eUICC中包含的用户的个性化数据信息,比如 兴趣偏好、使用记录等。之后,SM-SR根据转移请求中包含的第一eUICC 的标识,本地获取与该第一eUICC标识对应的更新后的EIS,并根据该 EIS中包括的第一终端的能力信息和/或第一eUICC的当前状态信息,确 定待转移Profile是否能够通过兼容性检查。
如果通过了兼容性检查,那么,SM-SR向SM-DP发送第一修改指示, 该第一修改指示中包括第一终端的标识、第一eUICC的标识和待转移 Profile的标识,以使SM-DP将待转移Profile中的用户签约信息中的第二 终端的标识和第二eUICC的标识分别修改为第一终端的标识和第一 eUICC的标识,以得到目标Profile,并将目标Profile发送给SM-SR。SM-SR 向所述第一eUICC返回转移响应,进而,第一eUICC激活该目标Profile, 以接入MNO网络即可。
可选的,一般在实际应用中,为了进一步保证第一eUICC的后续正常 使用,SM-SR在确定待转移Profile通过兼容性检查后,还向MNO发送携 带有第一终端的标识和第一eUICC的标识的另一修改指示,以使MNO修 改本地已存储的与第二终端的标识和第二eUICC的标识对应的用户签约 信息中的终端标识和eUICC标识为第一终端的标识和第一eUICC的标识。
另一方面,如果没有通过,则SM-SR向所述SM-DP发送第二修改指 示,所述第二修改指示中包括所述第一终端的标识、第一eUICC的标识和 所述第一终端的能力信息,以使所述SM-DP本地获取与所述第一终端的 能力信息对应的待修改Profile,并根据所述第一终端的标识和所述第一 eUICC的标识修改所述待修改Profile,以得到目标Profile,并将所述目标 Profile发送给所述SM-SR。SM-SR向所述第一eUICC返回转移响应,进 而,第一eUICC激活该目标Profile,以接入MNO网络即可。
相应可选的,为了进一步保证第一eUICC的后续正常使用,SM-SR 在确定待转移Profile未通过兼容性检查后,还向MNO发送携带有第一终 端的标识、第一eUICC的标识以及第一终端的能力信息的另一修改指示, 以使MNO在本地查找与第一终端能力信息相适应的一个用户签约信息, 并修改该用户签约信息中的终端标识和eUICC标识为第一终端的标识和 第一eUICC的标识。
进一步可选的,步骤302中所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信 息生成Profile,包括:
所述SM-SR将所述第一终端能力信息发送给所述SM-DP,以使所述 SM-DP根据已获得的签约数据和所述第一终端能力信息,生成Profile。
为了eUICC能够正常使用MNO的网络,会需要在eUICC中生成相 应的Profile,而生成Profile一般是由SM-DP来实现的,从而当SM-SR接 收到eUICC发送的终端能力信息后,SM-SR将所述终端能力信息发送给 所述SM-DP,以使所述SM-DP根据已获得的签约数据和所述终端能力信 息,生成Profile。可以理解的是,SM-DP中预先已经从MNO中获得了终 端用户的签约数据。
进一步可选的,步骤302中所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信 息对所述第一eUICC进行管理,包括:
所述SM-SR根据所述第一终端能力信息生成或更新所述第一eUICC 的管理策略规则。
SM-SR在接收到上述终端的能力信息后,根据该终端的能力信息生成 eUICC的管理策略规则,进一步可以将该管理策略规则下发到eUICC上, 以便在后续对eUICC中Profile的管理过程中,比如兼容性检查时,还可 以进一步根据该管理策略规则进行进一步检查。
上述实施例中,eUICC在获得所嵌入的终端的能力信息后,通过向对 应的SM-SR发送该终端的能力信息,可选的以及自身当前状态信息,使 得SM-SR可以根据该终端的能力信息和该当前状态信息更新eUICC的信 息集EIS,并根据更新后的EIS对eUICC的配置文件进行下载、激活、迁 移等处理。并在处理的过程中,基于更新后的各EIS进行配置文件兼容性 等的判断,有利于避免待处理的配置文件与终端能力、eUICC的状态信息 相适应,从而保证终端的正常工作,提高处理效率。
图4为本发明实施例四提供的eUICC的结构示意图,如图4所示,本 实施例中的所述eUICC,包括:
获取模块11,用于获取所述eUICC所嵌入的终端的能力信息;

  1. 一种eUICC的管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    嵌入式通用集成电路卡eUICC获取所嵌入的终端的能力信息;
    所述eUICC向签约管理SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息,以使所述 SM平台根据所述终端的能力信息对所述eUICC的配置文件Profile进行管 理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进行管理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述eUICC向签约管 理SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息,以使所述SM平台根据所述终端的 能力信息对所述eUICC的配置文件Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile, 或者对所述eUICC进行管理,包括:
    所述eUICC向所述SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息,以使所述SM 平台将所述终端的能力信息更新至所述eUICC的信息集EIS,并根据更新 后的EIS对所述eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所 述eUICC进行管理。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述eUICC获取 所嵌入的终端的能力信息之后,还包括:
    所述eUICC本地保存所述终端的能力信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述eUICC向签约管 理SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息之后,还包括:
    所述eUICC接收所述SM平台发送的Profile激活指示,所述激活指 示中包括所述eUICC中待激活Profile的存储位置标识;
    所述eUICC根据本地保存的所述终端的能力信息,检查是否响应所述 Profile激活指示。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终 端的能力信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述终端支持的无线接入技术RAT 类型、所述终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力、所述终端的类型信息、 所述终端是否支持分组交换PS域业务、所述终端是否支持电路交换CS 域业务。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM 平台包括以下的一种或多种:
    签约管理-安全路由单元SM-SR、签约管理-数据准备单元SM-DP。
  7. 一种eUICC的管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    SM平台接收第一eUICC发送的所述第一eUICC所嵌入的第一终端的 能力信息;
    所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC的 Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进行管理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台接收所 述第一eUICC发送的所述第一eUICC所嵌入的第一终端的能力信息之后, 还包括:
    所述SM平台将所述第一终端的能力信息更新至所述第一eUICC的信 息集EIS;
    相应的,所述SM平台根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一 eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进 行管理,包括:
    所述SM平台根据更新后的EIS对所述第一eUICC的Profile进行管 理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进行管理。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端的 能力信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术RAT 类型、所述第一终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力、所述第一终端的 类型信息、所述第一终端是否支持分组交换PS域业务、所述第一终端是 否支持电路交换CS域业务。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台包括以 下的一种或多种:
    签约管理-安全路由单元SM-SR、签约管理-数据准备单元SM-DP。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台根据 所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,包括:
    所述SM-SR接收Profile下载请求,所述下载请求中包括待下载Profile 的标识和所述第一eUICC的标识;
    所述SM-SR将所述第一终端的能力信息发送给所述SM-DP,以使所 述SM-DP根据所述第一终端的能力信息,检查是否允许执行所述Profile 下载请求。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM-SR将所述 第一终端的能力信息发送给所述SM-DP,以使所述SM-DP根据所述第一 终端的能力信息,检查是否允许执行所述Profile下载请求,包括:
    SM-SR将所述第一终端的能力信息发送给所述SM-DP,以使所述 SM-DP检查所述待下载Profile与所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术RAT 类型是否兼容。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台根据 所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,包括:
    所述SM-SR接收Profile激活请求,所述激活请求中包括所述第一 eUICC的标识和所述第一eUICC中待激活Profile的标识;
    所述SM-SR根据所述第一终端的能力信息检查是否允许执行所述激 活请求。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM-SR根据所 述第一终端的能力信息检查是否允许执行所述激活请求,包括:
    所述SM-SR检查所述待激活Profile与所述第一终端支持的无线接入 技术的并行工作能力是否兼容。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台根据 所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,包括:
    所述SM-SR接收所述第一eUICC发送的Profile转移请求,所述转移 请求中包括所述第一终端的标识、所述第一eUICC的标识、第二终端的标 识、第二eUICC的标识和待转移Profile的标识,所述第二终端上嵌入所 述第二eUICC,所述转移请求用于请求将所述第二eUICC中的所述待转 移Profile中的用户签约信息转移到所述第一eUICC中;
    所述SM-SR根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述待转移Profile进行 兼容性检查,并根据兼容性检查结果对所述转移请求进行处理。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM-SR根据检 查结果对所述转移请求进行处理,包括:
    若所述待转移Profile未通过兼容性检查,则所述SM-SR向所述SM-DP 发送修改指示,所述修改指示中包括所述第一终端的标识、所述第一 eUICC的标识和所述第一终端的能力信息,以使所述SM-DP本地获取与 所述第一终端的能力信息对应的待修改Profile,并根据所述修改指示修改 所述待修改Profile,以得到目标Profile,并将所述目标Profile发送给所述 SM-SR。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台根据 所述第一终端的能力信息生成Profile,包括:
    所述SM-SR将所述第一终端能力信息发送给所述SM-DP,以使所述 SM-DP根据已获得的签约数据和所述第一终端能力信息,生成Profile。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述SM平台根据 所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC进行管理,包括:
    所述SM-SR根据所述第一终端能力信息生成或更新所述第一eUICC 的管理策略规则。
  19. 一种eUICC,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取所述eUICC所嵌入的终端的能力信息;
    发送模块,用于向SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息,以使所述SM 平台根据所述终端的能力信息对所述eUICC的配置文件Profile进行管理, 或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进行管理。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的eUICC,其特征在于,所述发送模块, 具体用于:
    向所述SM平台发送所述终端的能力信息,以使所述SM平台将所述 终端的能力信息更新至所述eUICC的信息集EIS,并根据更新后的EIS对 所述eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述eUICC进 行管理。
  21. 根据权利要求19或20所述的eUICC,其特征在于,还包括:
    存储模块,用于本地保存所述终端的能力信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的eUICC,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述SM平台发送的Profile激活指示,所述激活 指示中包括所述eUICC中待激活Profile的存储位置标识;
    检查模块,用于根据本地保存的所述终端的能力信息,检查是否响应 所述Profile激活指示。
  23. 根据权利要求19至22中任一项所述的eUICC,其特征在于,所 述终端的能力信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述终端支持的无线接入技术 RAT类型、所述终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力、所述终端的类型信 息、所述终端是否支持分组交换PS域业务、所述终端是否支持电路交换 CS域业务。
  24. 根据权利要求19至22中任一项所述的eUICC,其特征在于,所 述SM平台包括以下的一种或多种:
    签约管理-安全路由单元SM-SR、签约管理-数据准备单元SM-DP。
  25. 一种SM-SR,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一eUICC发送的所述第一eUICC所嵌入的第 一终端的能力信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC的 Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进行管理。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,还包括:
    更新模块,用于将所述第一终端的能力信息更新至所述第一eUICC的 信息集EIS;
    相应的,所述处理模块,还用于:
    根据更新后的EIS对所述第一eUICC的Profile进行管理,或者生成 所述Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进行管理。
  27. 根据权利要求25或26所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,所述第一终 端的能力信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术 RAT类型、所述第一终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力、所述第一终 端的类型信息、所述第一终端是否支持分组交换PS域业务、所述第一终 端是否支持电路交换CS域业务。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,所述处理模块, 包括:
    接收单元,用于接收Profile下载请求,所述下载请求中包括待下载 Profile的标识和所述第一eUICC的标识;
    发送单元,用于将所述第一终端的能力信息发送给SM-DP,以使所述 SM-DP根据所述第一终端的能力信息,检查是否允许执行所述Profile下 载请求。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,所述接收单元, 还用于:
    接收Profile激活请求,所述激活请求中包括所述第一eUICC的标识 和所述第一eUICC中待激活Profile的标识;
    所述SM-SR还包括:
    检查模块,用于根据所述第一终端的能力信息检查是否允许执行所述 激活请求。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,所述检查模块, 具体用于:
    检查所述待激活Profile与所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术的并行 工作能力是否兼容。
  31. 根据权利要求28所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,所述接收单元, 还用于:
    接收所述第一eUICC发送的Profile转移请求,所述转移请求中包括 所述第一终端的标识、所述第一eUICC的标识、第二终端的标识、第二 eUICC的标识和待转移Profile的标识,所述第二终端上嵌入所述第二 eUICC,所述转移请求用于请求将所述第二eUICC中的所述待转移Profile 中的用户签约信息转移到所述第一eUICC中;
    所述检查模块,还用于:
    根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述待转移Profile进行兼容性检查。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的SM-SR,其特征在于,所述发送单元, 还用于:
    若所述待转移Profile未通过兼容性检查,则向所述SM-DP发送修改 指示,所述修改指示中包括所述第一终端的标识、所述第一eUICC的标识 和所述第一终端的能力信息,以使所述SM-DP本地获取与所述第一终端 的能力信息对应的待修改Profile,并根据所述修改指示修改所述待修改 Profile,以得到目标Profile。
  33. 一种SM-DP,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一eUICC发送的所述第一eUICC所嵌入的第 一终端的能力信息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述第一终端的能力信息对所述第一eUICC的 Profile进行管理,或者生成Profile,或者对所述第一eUICC进行管理。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的SM-DP,其特征在于,所述第一终端的 能力信息包括以下的一种或多种:所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术RAT 类型、所述第一终端的无线接入技术的并行工作能力、所述第一终端的 类型信息、所述第一终端是否支持分组交换PS域业务、所述第一终端是 否支持电路交换CS域业务。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的SM-DP,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送模块,用于向SM-SR发送Profile下载请求,所述下载请求中包 括待下载Profile的标识和所述第一eUICC的标识;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述SM-SR返回的所述第一终端的能力 信息;
    所述SM-DP还包括:
    检查模块,用于根据所述第一终端的能力信息,检查是否允许执行所 述Profile下载请求。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的SM-DP,其特征在于,所述检查模块具 体用于:
    检查所述待下载Profile与所述第一终端支持的无线接入技术RAT类 型是否兼容。
  37. 根据权利要求34所述的SM-DP,其特征在于,所述接收模块还 用于:
    接收所述SM-SR发送的修改指示,所述修改指示中包括所述第一终 端的标识、所述第一eUICC的标识和所述第一终端的能力信息;
    所述处理模块用于:
    获取与所述第一终端的能力信息对应的待修改Profile,并根据所述修 改指示修改所述待修改Profile,以得到目标Profile。
  38. 根据权利要求34所述的SM-DP,其特征在于,所述处理模块, 还用于:
    根据已获得的签约数据和所述第一终端能力信息,生成Profile。
  39. 一种管理系统,其特征在于:
    包括权利要求19至24中任一项所述的嵌入式通用集成电路卡 eUICC、权利要求25至32中任一项所述的签约管理-安全路由单元SM-SR 和权利要求33至38中任一项所述的签约管理-数据准备单元SM-DP。
  40. 一种SM-SR,包括:
    接收器、存储器以及与所述存储器连接的处理器,其中,所述存储器 用于存储一组程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序 代码,以执行如权利要求7至18任一所述的eUICC的管理方法。
  41. 一种SM-DP,包括:
    接收器、存储器以及与所述存储器连接的处理器,其中,所述存储器 用于存储一组程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序 代码,以执行如权利要求7至18任一所述的eUICC的管理方法。
  42. 一种eUICC,包括:
    发射器、存储器以及与所述存储器连接的处理器,其中,所述存储器 用于存储一组程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序 代码,以执行如权利要求1至6任一所述的eUICC的管理方法。
