Abstract

 この発明は、冷却油路のコイルと相対する面を開口として圧力損失を少なくして、ポンプ動力を低減し、さらに、油流れ方向変換用突起により冷却油路内を流れる冷却油を軸方向の流れに変換してコイル間に供給して、コイルの温度上昇を抑制し、小型化を実現できる回転電機を得る。 この発明に係る回転電機は、環状に配列された複数のコイルと軸方向に相対して外装フレーム内に構成され、複数のコイルと相対する面を開口とする環状の冷却油路と、オイルポンプと、オイルポンプから圧送された冷却油を上方から冷却油路内に噴射する噴射孔と、それぞれ、コイル間に相対して、かつ冷却油受け面を冷却油の流れ方向の上流側に向けて冷却油路内に設けられて、周方向に配列され、冷却油路を流れる冷却油を軸方向の流れに変換してコイル間に供給する複数の油流れ方向変換用突起と、を有する。

Description

回転電機
 この発明は、例えば、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車に搭載される電動機や発電機などの回転電機に関し、特に、ステータコイルの油冷構造に関する。
 特許文献1に記載の従来の回転電機では、第1および第2コイルエンドがステータコアの軸方向両端部に円周方向に形成され、第1および第2冷却油噴射部が第1および第2コイルエンドのそれぞれの上部に配置され、冷却油が第1および第2冷却油噴射部から噴射されて第1および第2コイルエンドのそれぞれの上部に供給されていた。
 特許文献2に記載の従来の回転電機では、分割ステータコアが周方向に環状に配設され、コイルが分割ステータコアのそれぞれに巻回されて環状に配列され、周方向油路が環状に配列されたコイルに相対するようにハウジングの内側側面に形成され、周方向油路の開口が環状の油路蓋により塞口され、複数の噴射孔が分割ステータコアの間又はコイルの間に対向するように油路蓋に形成され、周方向油路に供給された冷却油が噴射孔から噴射されて、軸方向からコイルに供給されていた。

 特許文献1に記載の回転電機では、冷却油噴射部がコイルエンドの鉛直方向の上部に配置されているので、コイルエンドの鉛直方向の下部側に位置する部位には冷却油が供給されず、コイルエンドの鉛直方向の下部側に位置する部位の温度が高くなる。回転電機の温度制御は、コイルの最高温度に対して行われるので、回転電機の熱定格を向上できず、回転電機が大型化するという課題があった。
 また、特許文献2に記載の回転電機では、周方向油路の開口が油路蓋により塞口されているので、油路における圧力損失が高くなり、大きなポンプ動力が必要となる。しかも、噴射孔がコイルから離れているので、十分な噴射圧力を得るために、大きなポンプ動力が必要となる。そこで、冷却油を供給するオイルポンプが大型化し、回転電機が大型化するという課題があった。
 この発明は、上記のような課題を解決するためになされたものであり、冷却油路のコイルと相対する面を開口として圧力損失を少なくして、ポンプ動力を低減し、さらに、油流れ方向変換用突起により冷却油路内を流れる冷却油を軸方向の流れに変換してコイル間に供給して、コイルの温度上昇を抑制し、小型化を実現できる回転電機を得ることを目的とする。
 この発明に係る回転電機は、外装フレームと、シャフトの軸方向を水平として上記外装フレーム内に回転可能に配設されたロータと、上記ロータを囲繞するように同軸に配置されて上記外装フレームに保持された環状のステータコア、および上記ステータコアに装着されて環状に配列された複数のコイルを有するステータと、環状に配列された上記複数のコイルと軸方向に相対して上記外装フレーム内に構成され、上記複数のコイルと相対する面を開口とする環状の冷却油路と、オイルポンプと、上記オイルポンプから圧送された冷却油を上方から上記冷却油路内に噴射する噴射孔と、それぞれ、上記複数のコイルのコイル間に相対して、かつ冷却油受け面を上記冷却油の流れ方向の上流側に向けて上記冷却油路内に設けられて、周方向に配列され、上記冷却油路を流れる上記冷却油を軸方向の流れに変換して上記コイル間に供給する複数の油流れ方向変換用突起と、を備える。
 この発明では、冷却油路のコイルと相対する面を開口としているので、冷却油路での圧力損失が小さくなり、必要なポンプ動力を小さくできる。これにより、小型のオイルポンプを用いることができ、回転電機の小型化が図られる。
 油流れ方向変換用突起が周方向に配列されているので、冷却油が、環状に配列された複数のコイルに略均一に供給される。これにより、コイル温度が均一化され、回転電機の熱定格が向上されるので、回転電機の小型化が図られる。さらに、冷却油が、最も熱くなるコイル間に集中的に供給されるので、コイルを効果的に冷却することができる。

 以下、本発明による回転電機の好適な実施の形態につき図面を用いて説明する。
 実施の形態1.
 図1はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る回転電機を示す斜視図、図2はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る回転電機におけるステータを示す斜視図、図3はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る回転電機における第1外装フレームを示す正面図、図4はこの発明の実施の形態1に係る回転電機のステータコイルにおける冷却油の流れを説明する模式断面図である。なお、図1から図4中、矢印は冷却油の流れを示している。
 図1において、回転電機100は、第1および第2外装フレーム10A,10B内に回転可能に配設されたロータ1と、ロータ1との間に一定の空隙を介してロータ1を囲繞するように第1および第2外装フレーム10A,10Bに保持されたステータ5と、ステータ5を冷却する冷却機構20と、を備えている。
 ロータ1は、シャフト2と、シャフト2に固着されたロータコア3と、ロータコア3に装着されて磁極を構成する永久磁石4と、を備え、ステータ5の内部に回転可能に配設される。
 ステータ5は、図2に示されるように、円環状のステータコア6と、ステータコア6に装着されたステータコイル8と、を備える。分割コア7は、円弧状のバックヨーク部7aと、バックヨーク部7aの内周面の周方向中央部から径方向内方に突出するティース7bと、を備える。そして、ステータコア6は、12個の分割コア7を、バックヨーク部7aの周方向の側面同士を突き合わせて円環状に配列して構成される。また、ステータコイル8は、それぞれ、導体線を分割コア7のティース7bに複数回巻回して作製された12本のコイル8aにより構成される。そして、12本のコイル8aが、例えば、周方向の並び順に、U相コイル、V相コイル、W相コイル、U相コイル、V相コイル、W相コイル・・・を構成し、ステータコイル8が3相交流巻線となっている。
 第1外装フレーム10Aは、ステータ5の軸方向一側を覆う腕形状に作製されている。そして、図3に示されるように、外径側周壁部11および内周側周壁部12が、それぞれ、軸方向に突出して、第1外装フレーム10Aの内側壁面に、同心に、円環状に形成されて、環状の冷却油路29を構成する。外径側周壁部11の鉛直方向上部の位置が切りかかれ、油流入口13を構成する。また、油流れ方向変換用突起14が、それぞれ、軸方向に突出して、冷却油受け面14aを上方に向けて、第1外装フレーム10Aの内側壁面に、同一円周上に12本形成されている。冷却油受け面14aは、鉛直方向と直交する平坦面に形成されている。12本の油流れ方向変換用突起14は、それぞれ、周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間と軸方向に相対するように、冷却油路29内に形成されている。また、外径側周壁部11、内周側周壁部12、および油流れ方向変換用突起14の軸方向の突出量は等しくなっている。
 第2外装フレーム10Bは、ステータ5の軸方向他側を覆う腕形状に作製されている。そして、第2外装フレームの10Bの内側壁面には、冷却油路が形成されていない。
 冷却機構20は、油流入口13の鉛直方向の上方に位置し、冷却油19を噴射して油流入口13から冷却油路29内に供給する噴射孔21と、第1および第2外装フレーム10A,10B内の下部空間に溜まった冷却油19を吸引して噴射孔21に圧送するオイルポンプ22と、を備える。
 このように構成された回転電機100では、冷却油19がオイルポンプ22により噴射孔21に圧送され、噴射孔21から噴射される。噴射孔21から噴射された冷却油19は、油流入口13から冷却油路29内に供給され、図3に矢印で示されるように、冷却油路29内を下方に流れる。冷却油路29内を下方に流れた冷却油19は、油流れ方向変換用突起14の冷却油受け面14aに当たり、軸方向流れに変換される。軸方向流れに変換された冷却油19は、図2および図4に矢印で示されるように、冷却油路29から、すなわち軸方向一側から周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間に向かって噴出される。そこで、冷却油19の一部は、図4に矢印で示されるように、コイル8a間を通って軸方向他側に流れる。コイル8aの軸方向他側に流れ出た冷却油は、コイル8aを伝って下方に流れる。また、冷却油19の残部は、コイル8aの表面に当たり、コイル8aを伝って下方に流れる。
 この実施の形態1によれば、第1外装フレーム10Aの内側壁面に形成された環状の冷却油路29は、ステータコイル8に相対する側を開口とする開放流路である。そこで、冷却油路29の圧力損失が小さくなり、オイルポンプ22に係る負荷が小さくなる。また、冷却油19は、自重と自重による圧力により冷却油路29内を流れるので、オイルポンプ22にかかる負荷が軽減される。これにより、オイルポンプ22の動力を小さくでき、オイルポンプ22の小型化が可能となり、回転電機100の小型化を実現できる。
 油流れ方向変換用突起14が周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間に相対するように冷却油路29内に配置されているので、冷却油19が隣り合うコイル8a間を軸方向一側から他側に流れる。これにより、冷却油19とコイル8aとの接触面積が大きくなり、最も熱くなるコイル8a間を効果的に冷却することができる。
 また、油流れ方向変換用突起14が周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間のそれぞれに相対するように冷却油路29内に配置されているので、ステータコイル8を構成するコイル8aが均一に冷却される。これにより、一部のコイル8aの温度が高くなって、回転電機100の熱定格が向上できなくなることを未然に回避でき、回転電機100の小型化を実現できる。
 また、コイル8aが集中巻のコイルであるので、コイルエンドが小さく、回転電機100の小型化が図られる。さらに、集中巻のコイル8aは銅損が小さく、発熱量が少なくなる。そこで、本冷却構造を採用することにより、コイル8aの温度上昇を確実に抑えることができる。
 なお、上記実施の形態1では、油流れ方向変換用突起は、平坦面からなる冷却油受け面が水平方向となるように形成されているが、油流れ方向変換用突起は、平坦面からなる冷却油受け面がコイルに向かって漸次低くなる傾斜面に形成されてもよい。この場合、冷却油は、冷却油受け面に当たって流速を早めてコイル間に供給されるので、コイルをより効率よく冷却することができる。
 また、上記実施の形態1では、油流れ方向変換用突起は、その平坦面からなる冷却油受け面が、周方向に隣り合うコイル間に相対するように配設されているが、重力の影響を考慮すれば、平坦面からなる冷却油受け面が、周方向に隣り合うコイル間に対して、面一ではなく、わずかに鉛直方向の上方に位置するように、油流れ方向変換用突起を配設することが望ましい。
 実施の形態2.
 図5はこの発明の実施の形態2に係る回転電機のステータコイルにおける冷却油の流れを説明する模式断面図である。
 図5において、外径側周壁部(図示せず)および内周側周壁部12が、それぞれ、軸方向に突出して、第1および第2外装フレーム10A’,10B’の内側壁面に、同心に、かつ円環状に形成されて、環状の冷却油路29を構成する。外径側周壁部の鉛直方向上部の位置が切りかかれ、油流入口を構成する。また、油流れ方向変換用突起14が、それぞれ、軸方向に突出して、冷却油受け面14aを上方に向けて、第1および第2外装フレーム10A’,10B’の内側壁面に、同一円周上に6本ずつ形成されている。油流れ方向変換用突起14は、周方向の位置が互い違いとなるように、第1および第2が外装フレーム10A’,10B’の内周壁面に形成されている。これにより、油流れ方向変換用突起14は、周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間と軸方向一側と他側とで交互に相対して配置される。
 なお、実施の形態2は、第1および第2外装フレーム10A,10Bに替えて第1および第2外装フレーム10A',10B'を用いている点を除いて、実施の形態1と同様に構成されている。
 この実施の形態2では、噴射孔21から第1外装フレーム10A’の冷却油路29内に供給された冷却油19は、冷却油路29内を下方に流れ、油流れ方向変換用突起14のそれぞれで軸方向流れに変換され、軸方向一側からコイル8a間に噴射される。そして、冷却油が、コイル8a間を軸方向一側から他側に流れる。一方、噴射孔21から第2外装フレーム10B’の冷却油路29内に供給された冷却油19は、冷却油路29内を下方に流れ、油流れ方向変換用突起14のそれぞれで軸方向流れに変換され、軸方向他側からコイル8a間に噴射される。そして、冷却油19は、コイル8a間を軸方向他側から一側に流れる。
 したがって、この実施の形態2においても、実施の形態1と同様の効果が得られる。
 ここで、冷却油19は、コイル8aと熱交換しながら、コイル8a間を軸方向一側から他側に流れるので、冷却油19の温度は軸方向一側から他側に向かって徐々に高くなる。同様に、冷却油19は、コイル8aと熱交換しながら、コイル8a間を軸方向他側から一側に流れるので、冷却油19の温度は軸方向他側から一側に向かって徐々に高くなる。
 この実施の形態2によれば、油流れ方向変換用突起14が、周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間と軸方向一側と他側とで交互に相対するように、第1および第2が外装フレーム10A’,10B’の内周壁面に形成されている。したがって、隣り合う2つのコイル8a間に流れる冷却油は対向流となるので、コイル8aの軸方向における温度分布が均一化され、コイル8aを効果的に冷却することができる。
 実施の形態3.
 図6はこの発明の実施の形態3に係る回転電機のステータコイルにおける冷却油の流れを説明する模式断面図である。
 図6において、外径側周壁部(図示せず)および内周側周壁部12が、それぞれ、軸方向に突出して、第2外装フレーム10B”の内側壁面に、同心に、かつ円環状に形成されて、環状の冷却油路29を構成する。外径側周壁部の鉛直方向上部の位置が切りかかれ、油流入口を構成する。また、油流れ方向変換用突起14が、それぞれ、軸方向に突出して、冷却油受け面14aを上方に向けて、第2外装フレーム10B”の内側壁面に、同一円周上に12本形成されている。油流れ方向変換用突起14は、周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間に相対するように、第2外装フレーム10B”の内周壁面に形成されている。
 なお、実施の形態3は、第2外装フレーム10Bに替えて第2外装フレーム10B"を用いている点を除いて、実施の形態1と同様に構成されている。
 この実施の形態3では、噴射孔21から第1外装フレーム10Aの冷却油路29内に供給された冷却油19は、冷却油路29内を下方に流れ、油流れ方向変換用突起14のそれぞれで軸方向流れに変換され、軸方向一側からコイル8a間に噴射される。そして、冷却油19が、コイル8a間を軸方向一側から他側に流れる。一方、噴射孔21から第2外装フレーム10B”の冷却油路29内に供給された冷却油19は、冷却油路29内を下方に流れ、油流れ方向変換用突起14のそれぞれで軸方向流れに変換され、軸方向他側からコイル8a間に噴射される。そして、冷却油19は、コイル8a間を軸方向他側から一側に流れ、コイル8a間の軸方向中央部で、軸方向一側から他側に流れてきた冷却油と合流する。
 したがって、この実施の形態3においても、コイル8aの軸方向における温度分布が均一化され、コイル8aを効果的に冷却することができる。
 実施の形態4.
 図7はこの発明の実施の形態4に係る回転電機における第1外装フレームを示す正面図である。
 図7おいて、油流れ方向変換用突起14’は、それぞれ、軸方向と直交する断面形状を鉛直下方に凸とする円弧形として、軸方向に突出し、第1外装フレーム10A”の内側壁面に、同一円周上に12本形成されている。つまり、冷却油受け面14a’は、冷却油19の流れ方向の下流に凸の凹面に形成されている。
 なお、実施の形態4は、第1外装フレーム10Aに替えて第1外装フレーム10A"を用いている点を除いて、実施の形態1と同様に構成されている。
 この実施の形態4では、油流れ方向変換用突起14’の冷却油受け面14a’が下方に凸の凹面となっている。そこで、油流れ方向変換用突起14’による、冷却油路29を流れる冷却油19の捕捉量が多くなるので、多量の冷却油19をコイル8a間に供給することができ、コイル8aを効果的に冷却することができる。
 実施の形態5.
 図8はこの発明の実施の形態5に係る回転電機におけるコイルエンドカバーを軸方向内側から見た断面図である。なお、図8は、コイルエンドカバーを軸方向と直交する平面で切った断面を軸方向一側から見た断面図であり、図8中、矢印は冷却油の流れを示している。
 図8において、コイルエンドカバー30は、第1外装フレームの軸方向内側の面に、例えばねじなどにより固定され、ステータコア6の軸方向一端側に突出するコイル8aの突出部分(コイルエンド)を覆うように配設される。このコイルエンドカバー30は、外径側周壁部31と内径側周壁部32の軸方向一端を底部(図示せず)で連結した断面U字状の円環状に作製され、環状の冷却油路39を構成する。そして、冷却油受け口33が外径側周壁部31の鉛直方向の上部に設けられ、冷却油19が冷却油路39内に供給されるようになっている。なお、第1外装カバーは、ステータ5の軸方向一側を覆う腕形状に作製され、冷却油路を構成する外径側および内径側周壁部は形成されていない。
 第1油流れ方向変換用突起35が、上面(冷却油受け面)を鉛直方向と直交する平坦面として、コイルエンドカバー30の底部の鉛直方向上部の内径側周壁部32側から軸方向に突出するように形成されている。第2油流れ方向変換用突起36が、軸方向と直交する断面形状をコイルエンドカバー30の軸心を中心とする円弧形状として、第1油流れ方向変換用突起35の径方向外側に、かつ周方向に離間して、底部から軸方向に突出するように形成されている。第3油流れ方向変換用突起37が第2油流れ方向変換用突起36の冷却油19の流れ方向の下流端部から径方向外方に突出するように形成されている。さらに、第4油流れ方向変換用突起38が、それぞれ、内径側周壁部32から径方向外方に突出して、周方向に複数形成されている。なお、第3および第4油流れ方向変換用突起37,38の冷却油19の流れ方向の上流側の面が冷却油受け面となる。
 ここで、第1油流れ方向変換用突起35は、冷却油受け口33から流入する冷却油19を軸方向の流れと周方向の流れに変換する。第2油流れ方向変換用突起36は、冷却油受け口33から流入する冷却油19を周方向の流れに変換する。第3および第4油流れ方向変換用突起37,38が、冷却油路39内を周方向に流れる冷却油19を軸方向の流れに変換する。そして、第1、第3および第4油流れ方向変換用突起35,37,38が、周方向に隣り合うコイル8a間のそれぞれの軸方向一側に配置されている。
 この実施の形態5では、噴射孔21から噴射された冷却油19は、冷却油受け口33からコイルエンドカバー30の冷却油路39内に供給される。冷却油路39内に供給された冷却油19は、まず、第1油流れ方向変換用突起35の冷却油受け面に当たり、その一部が軸方向流れに変換され、コイル8a間に供給され、残部が周方向に流れる。また、冷却油路39内に供給された冷却油19は、第2油流れ方向変換用突起36により周方向に流される。そして、冷却油路39内を周方向に流れた冷却油19は、第3および第4油流れ方向変換用突起37,38の冷却油受け面に当たって軸方向流れに変換され、対応するコイル8a間に供給される。
 したがって、この実施の形態5においても、実施の形態1と同様の効果が得られる。
 なお、上記実施の形態5では、第1,第3および第4油流れ方向変換用突起35、37,38が、冷却油路39の上半分の領域にのみ配設されているが、環状に配列されたコイルの群の上半分の領域のみならず、コイルの群の下半分の領域も、効果的に冷却できることが確認されている。つまり、第1,第3および第4油流れ方向変換用突起35、37,38によりコイルに供給された冷却油19の一部がコイルの表面を伝わって下降し、コイルの群の下半分の領域にも供給されるとともに、冷却油19が第1および第2外装フレーム内の下部空間に溜まることから、コイルの群の下半分の領域が効果的に冷却される。
 実施の形態6.
 図9はこの発明の実施の形態6に係る回転電機におけるステータを示す斜視図、図10はこの発明の実施の形態6に係る回転電機におけるステータコイルを構成するコイルを示す斜視図、図11はこの発明の実施の形態6に係る回転電機におけるステータコイルを構成するコイルを示す正面図、図12はこの発明の実施の形態6に係る回転電機におけるステータコイルを構成するコイルを示す端面図である。
 図9において、ステータ40は、円環状のステータコア41と、ステータコア41に装着されたステータコイル43と、を備える。ステータコア41は、分割コア42は、円弧状のバックヨーク部42aと、バックヨーク部42aの内周面の周方向中央部から径方向内方に突出するティース42bと、を備える。そして、ステータコア41は、分割コア42を、バックヨーク部42aの周方向の側面同士を突き合わせて円環状に配列して構成される。また、ステータコイル43は、コイル50をステータコア41に周方向に1スロットピッチで配設して構成される。
 コイル50は、例えば、エナメル樹脂で絶縁被覆された、かつ接続部のない連続した平角銅線からなる導体線51をエッジワイズ巻きに巻いて作製された分布巻きの巻線である。具体的には、コイル50は、図10から図12に示されるように、第1直線部50a、第1コイルエンド部50e、第2直線部50b、第2コイルエンド部50f、第3直線部50c、第3コイルエンド部50gおよび第4直線部50dからなるδ状のコイルパターンを導体線51の長方形断面の短辺の長さ方向に2つ配列し、第4直線部50dと第1直線部50aとを連結線52で連結して構成される。そして、連結線52がコイルエンド部を構成し、導体線51の巻き始め端部および巻き終わり端部がコイル端末となる。
 このコイル50を周方向に1スロットピッチで配列して構成されたステータコイル53の軸方向一端側には、第1コイルエンド部50eが1スロットピッチで周方向に配列した第1コイルエンド部50eの層と第3コイルエンド部50gが1スロットピッチで周方向に配列した第3コイルエンド部50gの層とが径方向に交互に4層に配列している。
 なお、実施の形態6は、ステータ5に替えてステータ40を用いている点を除いて、実施の形態1と同様に構成されている。
 この実施の形態6では、実施の形態1と同様に、噴射孔21から噴射された冷却油19は、油流入口13から冷却油路29内に供給され、油流れ方向変換用突起14の結い客油受け面14aに当たり、軸方向流れに変換される。軸方向流れに変換された冷却油19は、図9に矢印で示されるように、軸方向一側から周方向に隣り合うコイル50の第1コイルエンド部50eと第3コイルエンド部50gとの間に供給され、コイル50の軸方向一側から他側に流れる。
 したがって、この実施の形態6においても、実施の形態1と同様に効果が得られる。
 この実施の形態6では、分布巻のコイル50を用いているので、実施の形態1における集中巻のコイル8aと比較して、トルク特性を向上できるが、コイルエンドが大型化して、銅損が大きくなり、発熱量が大きくなる。しかし、本冷却構造を採用することにより、冷却油19をコイル50間に流し、コイル50の温度上昇を抑制できるので、優れたトルク特性を有する回転電機を実現できる。
 なお、上記実施の形態6では、導体線をδ状のコイルパターンに巻いて作製された分布巻のコイルを用いているが、分布巻のコイルはこれに限定されず、例えば導体線を螺旋状に巻いて作製された亀甲形のコイルでもよい。
 また、上記各実施の形態では、油流れ方向変換用突起が平板状又は断面円弧形の板状に作製されているが、油流れ方向変換用突起は、これらの形状に限定されず、冷却油の流れ方向を軸方向に変換できればよく、例えば断面V字形や断面波形の板状に作製されてもよい。
 また、上記各実施の形態では、油流れ方向変換用突起がコイル間の全てに相対するように配置されているが、油流れ方向突起は必ずしもコイル間の全てに相対するように配置されている必要はなく、周方向に略均一に分布していればよく、例えば周方向に1つ置きのコイル間に相対するように配置されていてもよい。

Claims (10)

  1.  外装フレームと、
     シャフトの軸方向を水平として上記外装フレーム内に回転可能に配設されたロータと、
     上記ロータを囲繞するように同軸に配置されて上記外装フレームに保持された環状のステータコア、および上記ステータコアに装着されて環状に配列された複数のコイルを有するステータと、
     環状に配列された上記複数のコイルと軸方向に相対して上記外装フレーム内に構成され、上記複数のコイルと相対する面を開口とする環状の冷却油路と、
     オイルポンプと、
     上記オイルポンプから圧送された冷却油を上方から上記冷却油路内に噴射する噴射孔と、
     それぞれ、上記複数のコイルのコイル間に相対して、かつ冷却油受け面を上記冷却油の流れ方向の上流側に向けて上記冷却油路内に設けられて、周方向に配列され、上記冷却油路を流れる上記冷却油を軸方向の流れに変換して上記コイル間に供給する複数の油流れ方向変換用突起と、
    を有する回転電機。
  2.  上記複数の油流れ方向変換用突起のそれぞれの上記冷却油受け面が上記冷却油の流れ方向の下流側に凸の凹面に形成されている請求項1記載の回転電機。
  3.  上記冷却油路が、上記ステータの軸方向一側にのみ配設されている請求項1又は請求項2記載の回転電機。
  4.  上記冷却油路が、上記ステータの軸方向両側に配設されている請求項1又は請求項2記載の回転電機。
  5.  上記複数の油流れ方向変換用突起は、上記ステータの軸方向両側に配設されている上記冷却油路のそれぞれに、周方向の位置を一致させて設けられ、上記冷却油を軸方向両側から同じ上記コイル間に供給する請求項4記載の回転電機。
  6.  上記複数の油流れ方向変換用突起は、上記ステータの軸方向両側に配設されている上記冷却油路のそれぞれに、周方向の位置が互い違いとなるように設けられ、上記冷却油を軸方向から上記コイル間に交互に供給する請求項4記載の回転電機。
  7.  上記冷却油路は、上記外装フレームの内壁面に形成されている請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
  8.  上記外装フレームに装着されて、環状に配列された上記複数のコイルを覆うように配設される環状のコイルエンドカバーをさらに備え、
     上記コイルエンドカバーが上記冷却油路を構成する請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
  9.  上記複数のコイルが、集中巻コイルである請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
  10.  上記複数のコイルが、分布巻コイルである請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機。
