本发明涉及显示器技术领域,尤其涉及一种触摸装置及驱动方法。
采用内嵌式(in-cell)触摸技术的电容触摸屏相较外挂式电容触摸屏结构,可以省去一张触摸基板,将整个显示模组制作得更轻薄。采用in-cell触摸技术的液晶显示屏结构示意图如图1所示,将触控驱动电极(Tx)和触控感应电极(Rx)制作在液晶显示面板的阵列基板侧的玻璃基板上,其中,Tx线与公共电极(Vcom)线共用。采用in-cell触摸技术的液晶显示屏(即电容触摸屏)的Tx和Rx会与薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)显示器件之间产生各种寄生电容和耦合电容,图中的Gatel、Gate2、Gate n表示每一行像素的栅极扫描线,Datal、Data2、Data n表示每一列像素的数据扫描线,CLC表示液晶显示面板之间的电容,Cs表示存储电容。

这样,接收器采用超声波接收器或红外接收器时,在实际工作过程中,原理简单且稳定。
本发明实施例还提供了一种触摸装置的驱动方法,包括:
检测是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸装置的触摸面板,所述触摸面板用于显示内容,按照显示扫描信号来刷新所显示的内容,并能够感应所述触摸面板上的触控,与触控控制器协作以对所述触控进行扫描;
如果有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,向所述触摸面板输出第二显示扫描信号;以及
如果没有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,向所述触摸面板输出第一显示扫描信号;其中,所述第一显示扫描信号的扫描频率高于所述第二显示扫描信号的扫描频率。
根据本发明的实施例,所述驱动方法还包括:
在接收到所述第一指示信号时,控制所述触控控制器不工作;以及
在接收到所述第二指示信号时,控制所述触控控制器开始工作。
根据本发明实施例的触摸装置的驱动方法,有对触摸面板的触摸和没有对触摸面板的触摸时,向触摸面板输出的显示扫描信号不同。此外,在没有触摸时触控控制器不工作。因此,根据本发明实施例的驱动方法能够使得触摸装置在没有触摸时工作在较高的显示刷新率,同时能够降低触摸装置的功耗。
根据本发明的实施例,检测是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸装置的触摸面板包括:
向所述触摸面板的附近发出光波或声波;
接收所述光波或声波,并根据该光波或声波的变化,判断是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板。
这样,采用光波或声波,在实际应用中能够更加方便、简单的检测是否有
物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板。

本发明实施例提供了一种触摸装置及驱动方法,能够使得触摸装置在没有触摸时工作在较高的显示刷新率,改善显示效果。
下面结合附图详细介绍根据本发明实施例的触摸装置及其的工作过程。
图4为根据本发明实施例的触摸装置400的示意图。如图4所示,根据本发明实施例的触摸装置400包括触摸面板40、时序控制器41、触控控制器42、控制器43和感测器44。触摸面板40显示内容,按照显示扫描信号来刷新所显示的内容,并能够感应触摸面板40上的触控,与触控控制器42协作以对所述触控进行扫描。时序控制器41用于向触摸面板40输出显示扫描信号。触控控制器42用于对触摸面板40上的触控进行扫描并定位。
感测器44用于检测是否有物体接触或靠近触摸面板40,当没有物体接触或靠近触摸面板40时,输出第一指示信号到控制器43;当有物体接触或靠近触摸面板40时,输出第二指示信号到控制器43。
控制器43在从感测器44接收到第一指示信号时,控制所述时序控制器41向触摸面板40输出第一显示扫描信号;并在从感测器44接收到第二指示信号时,控制时序控制器41向触摸面板40输出第二显示扫描信号。
第一显示扫描信号的扫描频率高于第二显示扫描信号的扫描频率。
控制器43在接收到第一指示信号时,还控制触控控制器42不工作,而在接收到第二指示信号时,控制触控控制器42开始工作。
其中,感测器44输出的第一指示信号和第二指示信号可以是低电平和高电平信号,也可以是数字信号。
具体地,以第一指示信号为高电平信号,第二指示信号为低电平信号为例,当没有物体接触或靠近触摸面板40时,感测器44输出高电平信号,并将该信号发送给控制器43,控制器43继而控制触控控制器42不工作,并控制时序控制器41输出第一显示扫描信号;当有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,感测器44输出低电平信号,并将该信号发送给控制器43,控制器43继而控制时序控制器41输出第二显示扫描信号,并控制触控控制器42开始工作,即开始对触摸面板40上的触控进行扫描和定位。
具体地,控制器43可以为直接设置在触摸面板中的集成电路,或者也可以为设置在柔性电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC)中的集成电路,当然也可以将其设置在其它位置,本发明实施例并不对其设置的位置作具体限定。
本发明实施例中的感测器44包括发射器51和接收器52。图5为根据本发明实施例的触摸装置中的发射器51和接收器52的位置示意图。
发射器51用于向触摸面板40的附近发出光波或声波。
接收器52用于接收所述光波或声波,并根据该光波或声波的变化,判断是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板。
具体地,本发明实施例中的发射器51的个数与接收器52的个数相等。本发明实施例中发射器51的个数为两个,分别位于触摸面板40的左下角和右下角。当然发射器也可以分别位于触摸面板40的左上角和右上角,本发明实施
例并不对发射器的个数和位置做具体限定。本发明实施例中的发射器为超声波发射器或红外发射器。同样的,本发明实施例也不对发射器的种类做具体限定,发射器还可以是其它类型的感测器,如激光发射器等。本发明实施例中接收器52的个数为两个,分别位于触摸面板40的左上角和右上角。当然接收器也可以分别位于触摸面板40的左下角和右下角,本发明实施例并不对接收器的个数和位置做具体限定。本发明实施例中的接收器为超声波接收器或红外接收器。同样的,本发明实施例也不对接收器的种类做具体限定,接收器还可以是其它类型的感测器,如激光接收器等。
具体地,结合图6,描述根据本发明实施例的触摸装置的工作流程。如图6所示,首先系统进行初始化,初始化后时序控制器41向触摸面板40输出第一显示扫描信号扫描,触控控制器42不工作。在第一显示扫描信号的控制下,触摸面板(例如,液晶显示屏)按正常的显示扫描频率工作;同时位于触摸面板40的左下角和右下角的发射器51开始扫描,发出光波或声波,当发射器51为超声波发射器时,发出超声波,当发射器51为红外发射器时,发出红外光波,同时位于触摸面板40的左上角和右上角的接收器52开始扫描,接收发射器51发出的光波或声波,并根据该光波或声波的变化,判断是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,当没有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,输出第一指示信号到控制器43;当有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,输出第二指示信号到控制器43。当接收到的光波或声波没有发生变化即认为没有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,此时,控制器43控制时序控制器41继续输出第一显示扫描信号,同时控制触控控制器42不工作;当接收到的光波或声波发生变化即认为有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,此时,控制器43控制时序控制器41输出第二显示扫描信号,同时控制触控控制器42开始工作,此时触摸面板40的显示扫描与触控扫描分时驱动。分时驱动的具体工作方法与现有技术相同,在此不予赘述。
具体地,在本发明实施例中,当有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,均认
为该触摸面板存在触摸。相应地,发射器51所发出的光波或声波也用于感应对触摸面板的接触或靠近。在本文所述的“触摸面板的附近”即指所发出的光波或声波可以感应的范围,可以根据需要而设定。图7为根据本发明实施例的触摸面板在有触摸和无触摸时的工作时序。如图7所示,以采用超声波为例,说明根据本发明实施例的触摸装置的工作时序。当没有物体接触或靠近触摸面板表面时,时序控制器41输出第一显示扫描信号,控制触摸面板按正常的显示扫描频率工作。例如,本发明具体实施例中显示扫描频率为60HZ,此时触控控制器42不工作。当有物体接触或靠近触摸面板表面时,超声波发射器发出的超声波会受到干扰,此时通过接收器对接收到的超声波进行分析,判断出有物体接触或靠近触摸面板表面。当接收器判断有物体接触或靠近触摸面板表面时,控制器43控制触控控制器42开始工作,同时控制时序控制器41输出第二显示扫描信号。由于根据本发明实施例的第一显示扫描信号的扫描频率高于第二显示扫描信号的扫描频率,故此时触摸面板的显示扫描频率降低,这样能够确保触控控制器42有足够的时间进行扫描,从而实现触摸面板的显示扫描与触控扫描的分时驱动,如本发明具体实施例中显示扫描频率为40HZ,触控扫描频率为40HZ。当接收器判断无物体接触或靠近触摸面板表面时,控制器43控制触控控制器42停止工作,同时控制时序控制器41输出第一显示扫描信号,此时触摸面板按正常的显示扫描频率工作。例如,本发明具体实施例中显示扫描频率为60HZ。
图8为根据本发明实施例的驱动方法,该方法包括:
S801、检测是否有物体接触或靠近触摸面板;
S802、当有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,向触摸面板输出第二显示扫描信号;当没有物体接触或靠近触摸面板时,向触摸面板输出第一显示扫描信号;其中,所述第一显示扫描信号的扫描频率高于所述第二显示扫描信号的扫描频率。
综上所述,本发明具体实施例通过在采用in-cell触摸技术的触摸装置上添
加感测器和控制器,使得采用in-cell触摸技术的触摸装置的触控扫描仅在触摸发生时工作,从而解决采用in-cell触摸技术的触摸装置的显示扫描和触控扫描需分时进行的矛盾,使触摸装置在无触摸时可以工作在较高的显示刷新率。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (12)
- 一种触摸装置,包括:触摸面板,用于显示内容,按照显示扫描信号来刷新所显示的内容,并能够感应所述触摸面板上的触控,与触控控制器协作以对所述触控进行扫描;时序控制器,被配置用于向所述触摸面板输出显示扫描信号;所述触控控制器,被配置用于对触摸面板上的触控进行扫描和定位,感测器,被配置用于检测是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,当没有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,输出第一指示信号;当有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板时,输出第二指示信号;以及控制器,被配置用于在接收到所述第一指示信号时,控制所述时序控制器输出第一显示扫描信号;并在接收到所述第二指示信号时,控制所述时序控制器输出第二显示扫描信号;其中,所述第一显示扫描信号的扫描频率高于所述第二显示扫描信号的扫描频率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触摸装置,其中,所述控制器还被配置为:在接收到所述第一指示信号时,控制所述触控控制器不工作;以及在接收到所述第二指示信号时,控制所述触控控制器开始工作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触摸装置,其中,所述感测器包括发射器和接收器,其中:所述发射器用于向所述触摸面板的附近发出光波或声波;所述接收器用于接收所述光波或声波,并根据该光波或声波的变化,判断是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板。
- 根据权利要求3所述的触摸装置,其中,所述发射器的个数与所述接收器的个数相等。
- 根据权利要求4所述的触摸装置,其中,所述发射器位于所述触摸面 板的四角区域。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触摸装置,其中,所述发射器的个数为两个。
- 根据权利要求6所述的触摸装置,其中,所述发射器为超声波发射器或红外发射器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的触摸装置,其中,所述接收器位于所述触摸面板的四角区域。
- 根据权利要求8所述的触摸装置,其中,所述接收器为超声波接收器或红外接收器。
- 一种触摸装置的驱动方法,包括:检测是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸装置的触摸面板,所述触摸面板用于显示内容,按照显示扫描信号来刷新所显示的内容,并能够感应所述触摸面板上的触控,与触控控制器协作以对所述触控进行扫描;如果有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,向所述触摸面板输出第二显示扫描信号;以及如果没有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板,向所述触摸面板输出第一显示扫描信号;其中,所述第一显示扫描信号的扫描频率高于所述第二显示扫描信号的扫描频率。
- 根据权利要求10所述的驱动方法,还包括:在接收到所述第一指示信号时,控制所述触控控制器不工作;以及在接收到所述第二指示信号时,控制所述触控控制器开始工作。
- 根据权利要求10所述的驱动方法,其中,检测是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸装置的触摸面板包括:向所述触摸面板的附近发出光波或声波;接收所述光波或声波,并根据该光波或声波的变化,判断是否有物体接触或靠近所述触摸面板。
