Abstract
Description
また、産業機械における被動機として油圧ポンプが多用されているが、この油圧ポンプは所要動力の変動に伴うトルク変動が大きく、クラッチ装置が接続状態のときにエンジンにトルク変動に伴う動力伝達系のねじり振動が伝わることがある。また特に、エンジンと油圧ポンプとの距離が離れると、ねじり振動により動力伝達が円滑に行われないことがある。
一方、エンジンのクランク軸にフライホイールを一体的に設け、このフライホイールとモータ・ジェネレータのロータとを連結した構造をもつパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構も知られている。しかしながら、フライホイールにロータを連結した場合、フライホイールの面のぶれや芯のぶれによりロータの回転精度が低下する虞がある。ロータの回転精度が低下すると、モータ・ジェネレータのステータとロータとのエアギャップが変動し、モータ・ジェネレータの出力の変動が生じるため好ましくない。上記特許文献3は、この問題を解決するための技術を提案している。
本発明は、フライホイールから弾性体カップリングを介して被動機に至る動力伝達系とフライホイールからモータ・ジェネレータのロータに至る動力伝達系とに分離することにより、ロータにかかる負荷を小さくしかつ被動機の動力伝達系がエンジン及びロータに与える悪影響を回避できるようにしたパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構を提供することを目的とする。また、モータ・ジェネレータのステータとロータとのエアギャップの変動を抑制することもできるパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構を提供することを目的とする。
第1に、パラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構は、エンジン2と、エンジン2に設けられたクランク軸2Aと、モータ・ジェネレータ3と、モータ・ジェネレータ3の動力が伝達される被動機4と、被動機4に設けられた入力軸4Aと、クランク軸2Aに連結されたフライホイール5と、フライホイール5と入力軸4Aとを連結する弾性体カップリング6と、モータ・ジェネレータ3に設けられ且つフライホイール5に連結されたロータ7とを備えている。
第3に、ロータボス7aを中間軸8に回転可能に支持する中間軸受13を備え、中間軸8は、弾性体カップリング6を介してフライホイール5と連結されている。
即ち、パラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構は、エンジン2と、エンジン2に設けられたクランク軸2Aと、モータ・ジェネレータ3と、モータ・ジェネレータ3の動力が伝達される被動機4と、被動機4に設けられた入力軸4Aと、クランク軸2Aに連結されたフライホイール5と、フライホイール5と入力軸4Aとを連結する弾性体カップリング6と、モータ・ジェネレータ3に設けられ且つフライホイール5に連結されたロータ7とを備えている。そのため、エンジン2の動力はロータ7を経由することなく、フライホイール5からの動力を被動機4に直結的でかつ短距離の第1の動力伝達系で伝達できる。また、フライホイール5からの動力をモータ・ジェネレータ3のロータ7に第2の動力伝達系で伝達できる。さらに、モータ・ジェネレータ3のロータ7の動力もフライホイール5を介して第1の動力伝達系エンジン動力をアシストできる。よって、動力伝達系の干渉がなくなり、ロータ7はモータ・ジェネレータ3の動力のみを伝達するので、ロータ7が担うべき負荷が減少できる。また被動機4から伝播される変動トルクによるねじり振動等の悪影響を弾性体カップリング6で緩衝し、またフライホイール5で縁切りすることができる。そのため、エンジン2及びモータ・ジェネレータ3に与える悪影響を減少でき、自動車等の搭載機器の騒音も減少できる。
図1に示すパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構1は、自動車や、農機、建機、ユーティリティビークル等の産業機器に適用される。パラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構1は、エンジン2の動力とモータ・ジェネレータ3の動力とを択一的に又は組み合わせて被動機4に伝達する。
フライホイールハウジング9は、外周部9aと側壁9bとを有している。外周部9aはフライホイール5の径外側に設けられている。側壁9bは、外周部9aのエンジン2側の端部に設けられている。フライホイールハウジング9の内部は、外周部9aと側壁9bとに囲まれた空間となっている。側壁9bはエンジン2に固定されている。外周部9aのエンジン2側と反対側の端部にモータハウジング10が固定されている。
被動機4は、例えば油圧ポンプであり、具体的には静油圧式トランスミッションの油圧ポンプを例示することができる。被動機4は、ポンプハウジングを介してモータハウジング10と連結されている。本実施形態では、被動機4に設けられた入力軸4Aに中間軸8を連結しているが、入力軸4Aをフライホイール5近傍まで届く長い軸として中間軸8を省略してもよい。この中間軸8はホロー形状のロータ7内を同心状に貫通している。中間軸8の先端はフライホイール5に近接している。
次に、パラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構1の動作を説明する。
パラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構1では、エンジン2を駆動すると、クランク軸2Aの回転がフライホイール5に伝達される。また、クランク軸2Aの回転は、フライホイール5から弾性体カップリング6を介して中間軸8及び被動機4の入力軸4Aに伝達され(第1の動力伝達系)、被動機4を駆動する。
被動機4は駆動中に所要動力の変動に伴うトルク変動があると、第1の動力伝達系に衝撃、ねじり振動等が発生し、入力軸4Aから中間軸8に伝播される。しかし、このねじり振動等は弾性体カップリング6によって緩衝・吸収され、また、フライホイール5の慣性力によって縁切りされる。そのため、衝撃、ねじり振動等の伝播は大幅に減少することになり、エンジン2及びロータ7は被動機4からの負荷変動の悪影響を受けることがない。
また、被動機4の入力軸4Aに中間軸8が連結され、中間軸8が弾性体カップリング6を介してフライホイール5と連結されていることにより、中間軸8の回転精度を高くすることができる。そして、回転精度が高い中間軸8に対して、ロータ7が中間軸受13を介して回転可能に支持されていることにより、ロータ7の回転精度が高く維持される。そのため、ロータ7の回転に伴って、ロータ7とモータ・ジェネレータ3のステータ3aとのエアギャップが変動することが抑制される。また、ロータ7と、レゾルバ等の回転検出器14のステータとのエアギャップの変動も抑制することができる。
例えば、フライホイール5が嵌合している弾性体カップリング6を軸方向に長くしておいて、その弾性体カップリング6にモータ・ジェネレータ3のロータ7を嵌合してもよい。また、フライホイール5の環状部12とロータ7のフランジ部7bとを、弾性体又は弾性体カップリングを介在させて連結してもよい。

- エンジン(2)と、
前記エンジン(2)に設けられたクランク軸(2A)と、
モータ・ジェネレータ(3)と、
前記モータ・ジェネレータ(3)の動力が伝達される被動機(4)と、
前記被動機(4)に設けられた入力軸(4A)と、
前記クランク軸(2A)に連結されたフライホイール(5)と、
前記フライホイール(5)と前記入力軸(4A)とを連結する弾性体カップリング(6)と、
前記モータ・ジェネレータ(3)に設けられ且つ前記フライホイール(5)に連結されたロータ(7)と、
を備えているパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構。 - 前記弾性体カップリング(6)と前記入力軸(4A)とを連結する中間軸(8)を備え、
前記ロータ(7)は、ホロー形状のロータボス(7a)を有し、
前記ロータボス(7a)は前記中間軸(8)の径外側に配置されている

請求項2に記載のパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構。 - 前記フライホイール(5)を包囲するフライホイールハウジング(9)と、
前記モータ・ジェネレータ(3)を包囲し且つ前記フライホイールハウジング(9)と内部空間を対向させて連結されたモータハウジング(10)と、を備え、
前記フライホイール(5)の外周側には、前記弾性体カップリング(6)の外周を取り付ける環状部(12)が形成され、
前記ロータ(7)の端部には、径外方向に突出するフランジ部(7b)が形成され、
前記フランジ部(7b)は、前記環状部(12)に連結されている
請求項1又は2に記載のパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構。 - 前記ロータ(7)の回転位相を検出する回転検出器(14)を備えている請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のパラレルハイブリッド動力伝達機構。
