在本发明实施例中, 当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,根据获得的可 支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线 技术类型, 则在用户设备进行网络搜索时,搜索与所述可用无线技术类型对应 的网络, 以利用所述网络进行数据处理。 由于本发明在进行诸如网络注册等需 要进行网络搜索的数据操作时,仅搜索可用无线技术类型对应的可用网络,对 于用户设备禁止接入的无线技术类型对应的网络不进行搜索,由此减少了不必 要的网络信令负荷,减少了用户设备搜索网络的时间,降低了用户设备的功耗。

具体实施方式
在目前的移动通信技术领域, 第二代移动通信技术(2G )、 第三代移动通 信技术(3G )与第四代移动通信技术(4G ) 并存, 运营商同时运营多种不同 制式的网络, 也出现了可支持多种网络制式的多模用户设备。 例如, 多模用户 设备可以支持用户接入 GSM网络、 UMTS网络、 WCDMA网络、 LTE网络等。 对于可支持不同网络制式的多模用户设备, 其在进行网络注册时,会根据用户 设备支持的网络制式, 按照网络制式的优先级分别尝试注册网络。 例如, 用户 设备可支持用户接入 GSM网络、 WCDMA网络、 LTE网络,用户使用的 USIM 卡, 其只能够注册 WCDMA网络和 GSM网络。但多模用户设备在开机时, 如 果多模用户设备未设置无线接入类型(Radio Access Type, RAT )的优先级别, 设备会首先搜索 LTE网络, 并尝试注册 LTE网络。 当接收到网络侧返回的拒 绝注册网络消息时, 则会搜索 WCDMA网络, 尝试注册 WCDMA网络。 当用 户接入 WCDMA网络后, 在当前所在的位置区将不会再尝试搜索、 注册 LTE 网络, 但在跨区域时仍然会尝试搜索并注册 LTE 网络, 由此浪费了大量的信 令资源, 带来网络负荷增加, 并延长了网络注册时间, 导致用户设备的功耗增 加。 此外, 用户设备被拒绝注册网络后, 会尝试注册其他制式的网络, 这时其 他制式的数据业务也无法使用, 严重影响用户设备的数据传输。 此外, 用户设备在空闲态进行小区重选测量时, 也会对优先级别的 RAT 对应的网络下的小区进行测量, 例如设备会对 LTE 网络下的小区进行测量, 而小区切换时又无法切换到 LTE 网络下的小区上。 因此, 导致用户设备进行 了不必要的小区测量, 增大了用户设备的功耗并浪费了网络资源。 为了解决现有技术存在的网络负荷增加、 用户设备功耗增加的技术问题, 本发明提供了一种用户设备数据处理方法和设备, 以解决网络负荷增加、用户 设备功耗增加的问题, 以减少网络负荷以及降低用户设备的功耗。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本 发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基 于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获 得的所有其他实施例, 都应当属于本发明保护的范围。

参见图 1, 为本发明提供的用户设备数据处理方法一实施例示意图。
图 1所示的方法应用于用户设备,所述用户设备可以应用于不同的通信网 络系统。 所述用户设备为多模用户设备, 可以支持多种无线接入技术类型
( RAT, Radio Access Type )对应的网络, 所述用户设备可接入的网络包括但 不限于 GSM网络、 UMTS 网络、 CDMA网络、 TDCDMA网络、 WCDMA网 络、 SAE/LTE网络等。
S101 , 当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,根据获得的可支持接入的无 线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术类型。
在一种可能的实现方式中,确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索包括: 当确定 用户设备进行网络注册时,确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。 用户设备在 开机或者从盲区进入覆盖区时, 需要搜索网络以进行网络注册, 并选择合适的 小区驻留, 这一过程通常被称为小区选择。 当用户设备从关机状态转换为开机 状态, 或者从盲区进入覆盖区时, 则会进行网络注册, 这时确定用户设备需要 进行网络搜索。
在一种可能的实现方式中, 所述确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索包括: 当 确定用户设备进行小区测量时, 确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。 其中, 确定用户设备进行小区测量又可以包括:确定处于空闲状态的用户设备进行小 区重选测量; 或者, 确定处于专用连接状态的用户设备进行小区测量。 用户设 备通常具有连接态(Connected )和空闲态(Idle ) 两种状态。 在用户设备处于 专用连接态时, 其可以与网络侧进行数据传输, 例如进行通话以及上网、发短 信等其他数据业务。 当用户设备处于空闲状态 (Idle ) 时, 会进行小区重选测 量。 即用户设备会监测其当前服务小区的信号质量以及其邻小区的信号质量, 以决定是否触发小区重选,从而将用户设备从当前服务小区切换到重选后的小 区。 当处于空闲状态的用户设备进行小区测量时, 首先也会进行网络搜索, 因 此当确定处于空闲状态的用户设备进行小区重选测量时,则确定所述用户设备 需要进行网络搜索。 当用户设备处于专用连接状态时, 为了保证数据业务的正 常进行, 其会根据网络侧下发的测量控制消息进行小区测量。 而处于专用连接 状态的用户设备进行小区测量时, 首先也会进行网络搜索, 因此当确定处于专 用连接状态的用户设备进行小区测量时,则确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜 索。
需要说明的是,以上介绍了几种用户设备需要进行网络搜索的典型应用情 形,本领域技术人员可以理解的是其他用户设备需要进行网络搜索的场景或实 现也可以应用于本发明的方法中,在此不进行限制。本领域技术人员在不付出 创造性劳动下获得的其他实现方式, 均属于本发明的保护范围。
当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信 息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息。其中, 所述可支持接入的无线技术类型信息 包括:所述用户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设 备可支持接入的无线技术类型。 所述禁止接入的无线接入类型信息包括: 所述 用户设备的用户识别模块禁止接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设备禁止接入 的无线技术类型。 需要说明的是, 用户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线 技术类型例如可以包括用户设备的 SIM卡、 USIM卡(在此不限定 )可支持接 入的无线技术类型信息。在一种可能的实现方式中, 用户设备的用户识别模块 可支持接入的无线技术类型还可以进一步为用户设备与网络侧签约的网络对 应的无线技术类型。用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类型可以是用户设备自身 所支持的无线技术类型。举例进行说明, 用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类型 可以是 GSM、 WCDMA、 LTE, 用户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技 术类型为 WCDMA和 GSM,则根据用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类型和用 户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技术类型确定出所述可支持接入的 无线技术类型为 WCDMA和 GSM。 又如, 用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类 型可以是 GSM,用户设备的用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类型为 WCDMA, 则确定出所述可支持接入的无线技术类型为 GSM。 对应地, 所述用户设备的 用户识别模块禁止接入的无线技术类型例如可以包括用户设备的 SIM卡、 USIM卡(在此不限定)禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。 用户设备禁止接入的 无线技术类型可以是用户设备自身不支持接入的无线技术类型。 例如可以包 括: 用户设备本身可支持 3G, 用户设备自身禁止接入的无线技术类型为 LTE, 用户设备的用户识别模块例如可以是支持 2G的 SIM卡,则用户设备的用户识 别模块禁止接入的无线技术类型是 WCDMA、 TDCDMA、 LTE, 则这时确定 的禁止接入的无线技术类型可以是 WCDMA、 TDCDMA、 LTE。 以上仅为示 例性说明, 并不视为对本发明的限制。
其中, 在一种可能的实现方式中, 在用户设备的用户身份识别模块中, 预 先存储了可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或者禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。 所述用户身份识别模块可以是 SIM卡、 USIM卡或者其他类型的用于进行用户 身份识别的模块或卡。则获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无 线技术类型信息包括从用户设备的用户身份识别模块预先保存的可支持接入 的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息中,获得可支持接入的无线 技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。 其中, 所述禁止接入的无线技 术类型信息包括了禁止用户设备接入的无线技术类型。例如, 用户设备可支持 接入的无线技术类型 (RAT, Radio Access Type ) 包括 LTE、 WCDMA, GSM 等。 用户设备的 SIM卡中存储的禁止接入类型为 WCDMA。 需要说明的是, 当用户设备从用户身份识别模块中读取了可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或 禁止接入的无线技术类型信息后,也可以将所述可支持接入的无线技术类型信 息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息存储到其他存储位置,例如保存在接入信息 数据库中。之后,再需要获得所述可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入 无线技术类型信息时, 则可以直接从所述接入信息数据库中读取相应的信息, 而无需读取 SIM卡或 USIM卡。
在另外一种可能的实现方式中,网络侧可以主动向用户设备推送可支持接 入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息,用户设备接收网络侧 发送的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息,并利 用接收的所述可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息, 获得与所述用户设备对应的禁止接入无线技术类型信息。例如在一种可能的实 现方式中, 用户设备 UE在进行网络注册或者与网络侧建立链路时, UE可以 向网络侧上报无线技术类型信息,所述无线技术类型信息可以包括用户设备的 用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技术类型和 /或所述用户设备可支持接入的无 线技术类型。 也就是说, UE在向网络侧上报时可以结合 UE自身支持的能力 以及 SIM支持的能力, 确定出可以接入的无线技术类型, 然后上报给网络侧。 此外, 网络侧还可以保存与 UE对应的签约信息, 从而确定 UE可以支持的无 线技术类型或者禁止接入的无线技术类型(例如通过签约信息确定)。 网络侧 可以保存与 UE对应的无线技术类型信息, 网络侧还可以向 UE主动推送所述 信息。 或者, 在接收到 UE的请求时, 向网络侧发送所述信息。
在另外一种可能的实现方式中,用户设备也可以向网络侧请求可支持接入 的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。具体实现时, 用户设备 向网络侧发送可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信 息请求消息; 用户设备接收网络侧反馈的响应信息, 所述响应消息包括可支持 接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息;用户设备利用接收的 所述响应消息,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型 信息。
在另外一种可能的实现方式中,用户设备可以将网络侧拒绝用户设备注册 的网络对应的无线接入技术类型信息作为禁止接入无线技术类型信息保存。在 获得与所述用户设备对应的禁止接入无线技术类型信息时,则利用保存的所述 禁止接入无线技术类型信息获得相应的信息。具体实现时, 当用户设备向网络 侧设备发送网络注册请求且接收到所述网络侧设备反馈的拒绝网络注册消息 时,将与请求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型信息作为禁止接入的无线技 术类型信息保存。。 例如, 当用户设备首次搜索网络时, 当用户设备未保存可 支持接入的无线技术类型信息或者禁止接入的无线技术类型信息,如果尝试注 册网络失败接收到所述网络侧设备反馈的拒绝网络注册消息时,则可以将与请 求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型信息作为禁止接入的无线技术类型信 息保存。 又如, 当更新了用户设备的签约信息或者出现其他更新无线技术类型 信息的情形时, 原本可用的网络变为不可用, 这时也会导致 UE尝试注册网络 失败, 这时,将与请求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型信息作为禁止接入 的无线技术类型信息保存。其中, 网络侧设备反馈的拒绝网络注册消息中携带 标识信息,所述标识信息用于表明所述请求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类 型为网络侧禁止接入的无线接入技术类型。
以上介绍了四种获得与所述用户设备对应的禁止接入无线技术类型信息 的方式, 本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 上述方式可以单独使用, 也可以组合 适用, 在此不限定。
S102,根据确定的所述可用无线技术类型,搜索与所述可用无线技术类型 对应的可用网络, 所述可用网络用于所述用户设备进行数据处理。
当用户设备进行网络搜索时, 则与所述可用无线技术类型对应的可用网 络。举例进行说明,用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类型包括 LTE、 WCDMA、 GSM, 与用户设备对应的禁止接入无线技术类型为 LTE, 则用户设备进行网 络搜索时, 仅搜索 WCDMA网络和 GSM网络。 又如,根据用户设备的可支持 接入无线技术类型(例如 LTE、 WCDMA, GSM )和用户设备的用户识别模块 可支持接入的无线技术类型 (GSM )确定的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息 为 GSM。
在一种可能的实现方式中,用户设备还可以更新所述可支持接入的无线技 术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息,根据更新后的可支持接入的无线技 术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术类型。。 例如可 以包括: 所述当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,根据获得的可支持接入的 无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术类型具 体为: 当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时, 更新可支持接入的无线技术类型 信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息;根据更新后的可支持接入的无线技术类 型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术类型。其中, 更新的 可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或更新的禁止接入的无线接入类型信息可以 通过以下方式获得: 当接收到用户输入的网络注册消息; 根据所述网络注册信 息向网络侧设备发送网络注册请求;当接收到网络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功 消息且确定预先保存的禁止接入无线技术类型信息包括所述请求注册的网络 对应的无线技术类型时,删除与所述无线技术类型对应的禁止接入无线技术类 型信息; 或者, 当接收到网络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功消息且确定预先保存 的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息不包括所述请求注册的网络对应的无线技 术类型时, 将所述无线技术类型作为可支持接入的无线技术类型保存。 这样, 则可以在用户手动选择注册网络时,则可以才艮据网络侧反馈的注册成功消息或 者拒绝注册消息更新相应的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无 线接入类型信息。 当然, 本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 更新可支持接入的无 线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息的方式可以是灵活多样的。例 如可以包括:接收网络侧发送的更新的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止 接入的无线接入类型信息; 或者, 向网络侧发送无线技术类型信息更新请求, 根据网络侧的响应消息更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无 线接入类型信息。 又如, 利用用户的输入信息或者网络侧反馈的其他类型消息 来更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息,本发 明对此不进行限定。
在本发明这一实施例中,当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时根据获得的 可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无 线技术类型, 则在用户设备进行网络搜索时,搜索与所述可用无线技术类型对 应的网络, 以利用所述网络进行数据处理。 由于本发明在进行诸如网络注册等 需要进行网络搜索的数据操作时, 仅搜索可用无线技术类型对应的可用网络, 对于用户设备禁止接入的无线技术类型对应的网络不进行搜索,由此减少了不 必要的网络信令负荷, 减少了用户设备搜索网络的时间, 降低了用户设备的功 耗。 下面结合图 2-图 4对本发明方法的几种具体实现方式进行介绍,以下实施 例均是对图 1所述方法的改动或变形。本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 以下仅 为示例性说明, 不视为对本发明的限制。本领域技术人员在不付出创造性劳动 下,对下述实施例进行改动、 变形和组合获得的其他实施例也属于本发明的保 护范围。 需要说明的是, 以下实施例均以根据获得禁止接入的无线接入类型信 息确定可用无线技术类型为例进行说明, 本领域技术人员可以理解的是, 下述 实施例描述的方法也可以应用到根据获得禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定 可用无线技术类型的情形。 又一实施例

N+l 在上表中, 存储了每一 SIM的 IMSI对应的 PLMN ( Public Land Mobile Network, 公共陆地移动网络) 的禁止 RAT的描述信息。 对于非 PLMN网络, 也可以存储类似的信息, 即所述非 PLMN网络对应的禁止接入 RAT信息。
具体实现时,还可以设置禁止接入 RAT的时效(即有效时间或有效类型)。 则所述禁止接入无线技术类型信息的有效类型包括:
( 1 )所述禁止接入无线技术类型信息持续有效; 或者
( 2 )所述禁止接入无线技术类型信息在用户设备关机后失效; 或者 ( 3 )所述禁止接入无线技术类型信息在预设的时间段内有效。
例如,可以设置禁止接入的 RAT为 LTE, WCDMA。其中, LTE和 WCDMA 的时效均为永久时效, 即一直禁止其接入, 除非用户手动注册成功, 将删除与 所述 RAT对应的禁止接入信息。 也可以设置 LTE的时效为用户设备关机后失 效, 这样, 用户设备在重新开机后, LTE将作为可接入的 RAT, 用户设备在 开机后会尝试注册 LTE。 也可以设置 WCDMA的有效类型为在预设时间内有 效, 超过一定时间则会失效, 则 WCDMA又可以成为可接入的制式, 用户设 备在进行网络搜索时又可以重新搜索 WCDMA网络。
S204, 获得禁止接入 RAT列表。
对于更换 SIM卡的情形,用户设备从 SIM卡中读取禁止接入 RAT信息后, 将所述信息存储在禁止接入模式信息库中。 对于未更换 SIM卡的情形, 用户 设备则可以直接从所述禁止接入模式信息库中获得相应的禁止接入 RAT信 息。 其中, 用户设备的 IMSI与禁止接入 RAT信息之间存在对应关系, 用户设 备是利用其 IMSI信息获得与所述用户设备对应的禁止接入 RAT信息的。
S205,从用户设备支持的可接入 RAT范围内按照优先级别选取一个 RAT, 根据禁止接入 RAT列表判断当前 RAT是否是禁止接入的 RAT, 如果是, 进入 步骤 S206; 如果否, 进入步骤 S209 。
5206, 判断用户是否是手动选择网络并选择了该 RAT。 如果是, 进入步 骤 S207。 如果否, 进入步骤 S208。
5207, 尝试搜索、 注册该 RAT, 如果注册成功, 删除与所述 RAT对应的 禁止接入信息。 如果注册失败, 则等待用户手动选择其他网络, 否则返回步骤

S211 , 将该 RAT对应的信息写入禁止接入 RAT信息中, 设置有效类型。 默认该禁止接入 RAT信息为关机后失效, 也可以配置为永久有效, 或者一定 Timer超时后失效。 然后, 进入步骤 S205, 重新选择下一个 RAT尝试搜索网 络。
需要说明的是, 用户设备存储的禁止接入 RAT信息的来源可以是来自用 户设备的用户身份识别模块(例如 SIM、 UICC、 USIM卡等) 中预先保存的 禁止接入 RAT信息, 也可以是来自网络侧发送的更新禁止接入 RAT信息, 用 户设备在接收到网络侧推送过来的信息后, 更新自身存储的禁止接入 RAT信 息。在另一种实现方式中,用户设备可以定期向网络服务器请求禁止接入 RAT 信息, 利用请求到的信息更新自身存储的禁止接入 RAT信息。 在另一种可能 的实现方式中, 用户设备也可以将于被网络侧拒绝注册的 RAT对应的信息, 更新到禁止接入 RAT信息中。
在这一实施例中, 用户设备的用户识别模块(SIM ) 中预先保存了与用户 设备对应的禁止接入 RAT信息, 当用户设备尝试网络注册时, 根据所述禁止 接入 RAT信息, 仅搜索除禁止接入 RAT之外的 RAT对应的网络, 对禁止接 入 RAT不进行网络搜索和 /或网络注册, 从而减少了用户设备注册网络进行的 信令交互, 减少了网络负荷, 同时减少了用户注册网络的时间, 降低了用户设 备的功耗。 此外, 对于被网络侧拒绝注册的 RAT, 则会更新到禁止接入 RAT 信息中, 当用户设备再次尝试搜索网络时(不限于注册网络, 还可以包括小区 重选、 小区测量等), 对所述拒绝注册的 RAT不进行网络搜索, 由此也减少了 用户搜索网络的时间, 降低了用户设备的功耗。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在图 2所示实施例中是以用户设备的用户 识别模块(SIM ) 中预先保存了禁止接入 RAT信息为例进行说明的, 类似地, 当用户设备的用户识别模块(SIM ) 中预先保存了可支持接入的 RAT信息时, 也可以类似地实施本方法。 例如可以包括, 当用户设备开机, 进入网络注册模 式, 如果判断 SIM卡更换, 则从 SIM卡中读取可支持接入的 RAT信息; 如果 判断未更换, 则获得可支持接入的 RAT信息, 而后, 利用获得的可支持接入 的 RAT信息进行网络搜索和注册。 当用户手动选择进行网络注册失败时, 且 请求注册的网络对应的 RAT为可支持接入的 RAT时, 则从预先保存的可支持 接入的 RAT中删除所述 RAT信息。 当用户手动选择进行网络注册且接收到网 络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功消息且确定预先保存的可支持接入的无线技术 类型信息不包括所述请求注册的网络对应的无线技术类型时,将所述无线技术 类型作为可支持接入的无线技术类型保存。具体实现时, 可参照图 2所示的实 施例进行实现。 另一实施例
参见图 3, 为本发明提供的用户设备数据处理的方法又一实施例示意图。 在这一实施例中,以用户设备在空闲状态时进行小区重选测量为例对本发 明提供的方法进行说明。 S301 , 当用户设备处于空闲状态 (Idle )状态时, 用户设备触发小区重选 测量。

参见图 4, 为本发明提供的用户设备数据处理的方法又一实施例示意图。 在这一实施例中,以用户设备在专用连接状态时进行小区测量为例对本发 明提供的方法进行说明。 S401 , 当用户设备处于专用连接状态时, 用户设备接收测量控制消息, 触 发小区测量。
用户设备处于专用连接状态时, 其可以处于通话模式或者数据业务模式 (例如上网、 短信息等)。 用户设备处于专用连接状态触发小区测量, 可以是 在接收到网络侧发送的测量控制消息后触发,也可以是其他触发方式,在此不 限定。
S402,用户设备获得可支持接入的无线技术类型或者禁止接入无线技术类 型信息。
S403, 用户设备在进行小区测量时, 对禁止接入 RAT对应的网络不进行 小区测量,仅对除禁止接入 RAT之外的 RAT对应的网络进行网络搜索和小区 测量; 或者, 当用户设备在进行小区测量时, 仅对可支持接入的无线技术类型 对应的网络进行网络搜索和小区测量。

在这一实施例中, 当处于专用连接状态(例如通话)的用户设备进行小区 测量时, 首先获取禁止接入 RAT信息, 然后根据所述禁止接入 RAT信息, 仅 搜索除禁止接入 RAT之外的 RAT对应的网络, 对禁止接入 RAT不进行网络 搜索和 /或小区测量, 从而减少了用户设备进行小区测量时进行的信令交互, 减少了网络负荷, 同时提高小区重选后用户设备的网络注册成功几率, 降低了 用户设备的功耗。
需要说明的是, 本发明上述实施例的各个步骤并不是必需的,仅为示例性 说明。 上述实施例也可以通过改动、 变形、 组合的方式得到其他实施例, 均属 于本发明的保护范围。本发明上述实施例的步骤之间也并没有必然的先后执行 进行限定。 参见图 5, 为本发明提供的用户设备一实施例示意图。 其中, 图 5所示的 用户设备是为了实施下述图 1-图 4所示实施例中的方法。
需要说明的是, 本发明提供的用户设备可以应用于不同的通信网络系统, 所述用户设备为多模用户设备, 可以支持多种无线接入技术类型对应的网络, 所述用户设备可接入的网络包括但不限于 GSM 网络、 UMTS 网络、 CDMA ( Code Division Mutiple Access, 码分多址) 网络、 TDCDMA ( Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (时分同步码分多址) ) 网 络、 WCDMA网络、 SAE ( System Architecture Evolved, 系统架构演进网络) /LTE ( Long Term Evolved, 长期演进网络) 网络等。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述确定单元具体用于当确定用户设备进行网 络注册时,确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。用户设备在开机或者从盲区 进入覆盖区时, 需要搜索网络以进行网络注册, 并选择合适的小区驻留, 这一 过程通常被称为小区选择。 当用户设备从关机状态转换为开机状态, 或者从盲 区进入覆盖区时, 则会进行网络注册, 这时确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述确定单元具体用于当确定用户设备进行小 区测量时, 确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。 其中, 确定用户设备进行小 区测量又可以包括: 确定处于空闲状态的用户设备进行小区重选测量; 或者, 确定处于专用连接状态的用户设备进行小区测量。 用户设备通常具有连接态 ( Connected )和空闲态(Idle ) 两种状态。 在用户设备处于连接态时, 其可以 与网络侧进行数据传输, 例如进行通话以及上网、 发短信等其他数据业务。 当 用户设备处于空闲状态 (Idle ) 时, 会进行小区重选测量。 即用户设备会监测 其当前服务小区的信号质量以及其邻小区的信号质量,以决定是否触发小区重 选,从而将用户设备从当前服务小区切换到重选后的小区。 当处于空闲状态的 用户设备进行小区测量时, 首先也会进行网络搜索, 因此当确定处于空闲状态 的用户设备进行小区重选测量时, 则确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。 当 用户设备处于专用连接状态时, 为了保证数据业务的正常进行, 其会根据网络 侧下发的测量控制消息进行小区测量。而处于专用连接状态的用户设备进行小 区测量时, 首先也会进行网络搜索, 因此当确定处于专用连接状态的用户设备 进行小区测量时, 则确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。
其中, 所述确定单元获得的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息包括: 所述用户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设 备可支持接入的无线技术类型;
所述确定单元获得的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息包括:

进一步的, 所述用户设备还包括: 第一接收单元, 用于接收网络侧发送的 可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息;则所述确定 单元具体用于:利用所述第一接收单元接收的所述可支持接入的无线技术类型 信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或 禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。在这一种实现方式中, 网络侧可以主动向用户 设备推送可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息,用 户设备的接收单元接收网络侧发送的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止 接入无线技术类型信息,所述用户设备的确定单元利用接收的所述可支持接入 的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息,获得可支持接入的无线技 术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息。

更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息;根 据更新后的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息 确定可用无线技术类型。具体实现时, 更新的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息 或更新的禁止接入的无线接入类型信息可以通过以下方式获得:当接收到用户 输入的网络注册消息; 根据所述网络注册信息向网络侧设备发送网络注册请 求;当接收到网络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功消息且确定预先保存的禁止接入 无线技术类型信息包括所述请求注册的网络对应的无线技术类型时,删除与所 述无线技术类型对应的禁止接入无线技术类型信息; 或者, 当接收到网络侧设 备反馈的网络注册成功消息且确定预先保存的可支持接入的无线技术类型信 息不包括所述请求注册的网络对应的无线技术类型时,将所述无线技术类型作 为可支持接入的无线技术类型保存。这样,则可以在用户手动选择注册网络时, 则可以根据网络侧反馈的注册成功消息或者拒绝注册消息更新相应的可支持 接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息。 当然, 本领域技术 人员可以理解的是,更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接 入类型信息的方式可以是灵活多样的。例如可以包括: 接收网络侧发送的更新 的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息; 或者, 向 网络侧发送无线技术类型信息更新请求,根据网络侧的响应消息更新可支持接 入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息。 又如, 利用用户的输 入信息或者网络侧反馈的其他类型消息来更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信 息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息, 本发明对此不进行限定。
进一步的, 所述用户设备还包括:
注册信息接收单元, 用于接收用户输入的网络注册信息;
第二网络注册请求发送单元,用于根据注册信息接收单元接收的所述网络 注册信息向网络侧设备发送网络注册请求; 删除单元,用于当接收到网络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功消息且确定请求 注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型为预先保存的禁止接入无线接入技术类 型时, 删除与所述无线接入类型对应的禁止接入无线接入技术类型信息;

具体实现时, 用户设备的搜索单元进行网络搜索时, 则搜索与可用无线技 术类型对应的可用网络。举例进行说明, 用户设备可支持接入的无线技术类型 包括 LTE、 WCDMA、 GSM,与用户设备对应的禁止接入无线技术类型为 LTE, 则用户设备进行网络搜索时, 仅搜索 WCDMA网络和 GSM网络。
在本发明这一实施例中, 当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,根据获得 的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用 无线技术类型, 则在用户设备进行网络搜索时,搜索与所述可用无无线技术类 型对应的网络, 以利用所述网络进行数据处理。 由于本发明在进行诸如网络注 册等需要进行网络搜索的数据操作时,仅搜索可用无线技术类型对应的可用网 络,对于用户设备禁止接入的无线技术类型对应的网络不进行搜索, 由此减少 了不必要的网络信令负荷, 减少了用户设备搜索网络的时间, 降低了用户设备 的功耗。 又一实施例

所述发送器 605还用于:根据所述接收器 604接收的所述网络注册信息向 网络侧设备发送网络注册请求;
所述接收器 604还用于接收网络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功消息; 则所述处理器还用于:当所述接收器 604接收到网络侧设备反馈的网络注 册成功消息且确定请求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型为预先保存的禁 止接入无线接入技术类型时,删除与所述无线接入类型对应的禁止接入无线接 入技术类型信息; 或者, 当接收到网络侧设备反馈的网络注册成功消息且确定 预先保存的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息不包括所述请求注册的网络对应 的无线技术类型时, 将所述无线技术类型作为可支持接入的无线技术类型保 存。

1、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括:
确定单元, 用于当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,根据获得的可支持 接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术 类型; 所述可用无线技术类型对应的可用网络,所述可用网络用于所述用户设备进行 数据处理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元具体用 于:
当确定用户设备进行网络注册时, 确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索; 或者
当确定用户设备进行小区测量时, 确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元获得的 可支持接入的无线技术类型信息包括:
所述用户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设 备可支持接入的无线技术类型;
所述确定单元获得的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息包括:
所述用户设备的用户识别模块禁止接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设备 禁止接入的无线技术类型。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元具体用 于:
从用户设备的用户身份识别模块预先保存的可支持接入的无线技术类型 信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息中,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息 或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备还包括: 第一接收单元,用于接收网络侧发送的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或 禁止接入的无线技术类型信息; 则所述确定单元具体用于:
利用所述第一接收单元接收的所述可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁 止接入的无线技术类型信息,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入 的无线技术类型信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备还包括: 发送单元,用于向网络侧发送可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入 的无线技术类型信息的请求消息;
第二接收单元, 用于接收网络侧反馈的响应信息, 所述响应消息包括可支 持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息;
则所述确定单元具体用于:
利用所述第二接收单元接收的所述响应消息,获得可支持接入的无线技术 类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元通过以 下方式获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息: 当用户设备向网络侧设备发送网络注册请求且接收到所述网络侧设备反 馈的拒绝网络注册消息时,将与请求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型信息 作为禁止接入的无线技术类型信息保存。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述拒绝网络注册消 息中携带标识信息,所述标识信息用于表明所述请求注册的网络对应的无线接 入技术类型为网络侧禁止接入的无线接入技术类型。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定单元具体用 于:
更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息;根 据更新后的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息 确定可用无线技术类型。
10、 一种用户设备数据处理方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
当确定用户设备需要进行网络搜索时,根据获得的可支持接入的无线技术 类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术类型; 根据确定的所述可用无线技术类型,搜索与所述可用无线技术类型对应的 可用网络, 所述可用网络用于所述用户设备进行数据处理。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定用户设备需要 进行网络搜索包括:
当确定用户设备进行网络注册时, 确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索; 或者,
当确定用户设备进行小区测量时, 确定所述用户设备需要进行网络搜索。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获得的可支持接入 的无线技术类型信息包括:
所述用户设备的用户识别模块可支持接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设 备可支持接入的无线技术类型;
所述获得的禁止接入的无线接入类型信息包括:
所述用户设备的用户识别模块禁止接入的无线技术类型和所述用户设备 禁止接入的无线技术类型。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 获得可支持接入的无线 技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息包括:
从用户设备的用户身份识别模块预先保存的可支持接入的无线技术类型 信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息中,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或 禁止接入的无线技术类型信息。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收网络侧发送的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技 术类型信息;
则获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息 包括:
利用接收的所述可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术 类型信息,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信 息。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 向网络侧发送可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型 信息的请求消息;
接收网络侧反馈的响应信息,所述响应消息包括可支持接入的无线技术类 型信息或禁止接入无线技术类型信息;
则获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线技术类型信息 包括:
利用接收的所述响应消息,获得可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接 入的无线技术类型信息。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述可支持接入的无线 技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息通过以下方式获得:当用户设备 向网络侧设备发送网络注册请求且接收到所述网络侧设备反馈的拒绝网络注 册消息时,将与请求注册的网络对应的无线接入技术类型信息作为禁止接入的 无线技术类型信息保存。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述拒绝网络注册消息 中携带标识信息,所述标识信息用于表明所述请求注册的网络对应的无线接入 技术类型为网络侧禁止接入的无线接入技术类型。
18、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据获得的可支持 接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息确定可用无线技术 类型包括:
更新可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息;根 据更新后的可支持接入的无线技术类型信息或禁止接入的无线接入类型信息 确定可用无线技术类型。
