Abstract
Description
弾性ウエストパネル11は、弾性ベルト機能を有し、前ウエスト域13を形成する前ウエストパネル16と、後ウエスト域14を形成する後ウエストパネル17とを含む。前後ウエストパネル16,17は、内端縁16a,17aと、外端縁16b,17bと、外端縁16b,17bから内方へ延びる外側縁(前後ウエスト域の両側縁)16c,17cと、外側縁16c,17cから内方へ斜めに延びる内側縁16d,17dとによって画定された略台形状を有する。互いに対向する前ウエストパネル16の両外側縁16cと後ウエストパネル17の両外側縁17cどうしは、互いに重ね合わされ、縦方向Yへ断続的なサイドシーム18において公知の手段、例えば、熱エンボス/デボス加工、ウルトラソニックなどによる各種の熱溶着手段によって連結され、ウエスト開口19と一対のレッグ開口20とが画定される。
図2及び3を参照すると、吸収シャーシ12は、前後ウエストパネル16,17に取り付けられた前後端部12A,12Bと、前後端部12A,12Bの間に位置する中間部12Cとを有しており、少なくともクロッチ域15において縦方向Yへ延びる吸液性コア43と、吸液性コア43の肌対向面側に位置する親水性の繊維不織布から形成されたトップシート44と、吸液性コア43の非肌対向面側に位置する疎水性又は難透液性の繊維不織布から形成されたバックシート45と、吸液性コア43とバックシート45との間に配置された、少なくとも吸液性コア43のバックシート45と対向する面全体を被覆する大きさを有する不透液性の防漏シート46とを含む。トップシート44とバックシート45には、SMS繊維不織布やスパンボンド不織布等の各種公知の繊維不織布を用いることができる。
各シート21-24の白色度は、日本電色工業株式会社製のMODEL ZE2000を用いて以下の方法で測定した。各シート21-22において、縦方向Y及び横方向Xの幅がそれぞれ50mmの正方形の試験片を切り取る。試験装置の電源を入れて15分間放置した後、試験装置においてX=93.06、Y=95.09、Z=112.00の標準版で標準合わせを実施し、試験片を反射資料台に設置して、黒板で挟んで試験片の白色度を測定した。試験片は各シート21-24について5つ用意し、その平均値を各シート21-24の白色度とした。なお、内層シート21,22は、図2に示す伸長状態のものについて試験片を切り取り、該伸長状態にある試験片について白色度を測定した。
(1)第1ウエスト域13は、吸液性コア43が配置される中央部13Aと、横方向Xにおいて中央部13Aの外側に位置する両側部13Bとを有し、両側部13Bの白色度は、55以上である。
(2)外層シート23は、単位面積当たりの質量が20~30g/m2、繊度が1.0~8.0dtex、厚さ寸法が0.15~1.5mm、白色度が40~50である。
(3)外層シート23は弾性的に非伸縮性であって、内層シート21は、弾性的に伸縮可能な伸縮性シートであって外層シート23に伸長状態で取り付けられる。
(4)外層シート23と中間シート51とは、中間シート51の全域に亘って塗布された接着手段61を介して接合され、接着手段61が塗布された領域は、中間シート51の全面積の4%以上である。
(5)外層シート23は、前記複合繊維が熱圧着により互いに溶着された状態にある溶着部75を有する。
(6)前記外層シートは、酸化チタンの含有量が0.1質量%以下である。

- 縦方向及び横方向と、肌対向面及び非肌対向面とを有し、前後ウエスト域の一方である第1ウエスト域と、それらの他方である第2ウエスト域と、前記第1ウエスト域と前記第2ウエスト域との間に位置するクロッチ域と、前記第1及び第2ウエスト域と前記クロッチ域とのうち、少なくとも前記クロッチ域に位置する吸液性コアとを含む着用物品において、
前記第1ウエスト域は、前記非肌対向面側に位置する外層シートと、前記外層シートよりも内側に位置する内層シートと、前記内外層シート間に配置され、前記外層シートの前記非肌対向面側から視認可能な装飾要素を有する中間シートとを含み、
前記外層シートは、捲縮した複合繊維からなる不織布であって、
前記内層シートの白色度は、前記外層シートの白色度よりも高いことを特徴とする前記着用物品。 - 前記第1ウエスト域は、前記吸液性コアが配置される中央部と、前記横方向において前記中央部の外側に位置する両側部とを有し、
前記両側部の白色度は、55以上である請求項1に記載の着用物品。 - 前記外層シートは、単位面積当たりの質量が20~30g/m2、繊度が1.0~8.0dtex、厚さ寸法が0.15~1.5mm、白色度が40~50である請求項1又は2に記載の着用物品。
- 前記外層シートは弾性的に非伸縮性であって、前記内層シートは、弾性的に伸縮可能な伸縮性シートであって前記外層シートに伸長状態で取り付けられる請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記外層シートと前記中間シートとは、前記中間シートの全域に亘って塗布された接着手段を介して接合され、前記接着手段が塗布された領域は、前記中間シートの全面積の4%以上である請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記外層シートは、前記複合繊維が熱圧着により互いに溶着された状態にある溶着部を有する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
- 前記外層シートは、酸化チタンの含有量が0.1質量%以下である請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の着用物品。
