M型缠绕机是缠绕机中较为特殊的一种,其转盘开有M形槽以供液压车的叉臂在移送物品时进入。M型缠绕机一直以来都没有办法解决机械化绕膜的问题,无法在M型转盘上设置机械装置进行夹膜,并进而自动控制夹膜过程,提高工作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种M型缠绕机,能够在M型缠绕机中实现自动夹膜,并进而为实现全自动绕膜提供必要条件。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种M型缠绕机,设有底座、可旋转的M型转盘、立柱,立柱中设置膜架升降装置,膜架升降装置由第一电机驱动工作,膜架处在立柱的一侧;其特征在于:
所述M型缠绕机设置有主控制器;
所述M型缠绕机还设置有夹膜装置,所述夹膜装置设置M型转盘上,由第二电机驱动工作,并采用蓄电池作为电源;所述M型转盘上还设置有二级控制器,所述二级控制器与主控制器通过无线数据通讯连接,受主控制器的控制,所述二级控制器控制第二电机的工作;
所述夹膜装置的夹膜工作位在M型转盘转至原始位角度时处在立柱的前方;
所述M型缠绕机还设置有蓄电池充电连接装置,所述蓄电池充电连接装置包括转盘上部分和转盘外部分,转盘上部分安装在M型转盘上,转盘外部分安装在M型转盘旁的底座上,当M型转盘转至充电位角度时,转盘上部分和转盘外部分能实现电连接,转盘 外部分与电源连接,转盘上部分将电传输入蓄电池充电;
第一驱动电机、M型转盘的驱动电机也与主控制器相连,受主控制器的控制。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:
所述转盘外部分设有驱动气缸、连接触头,所述驱动气缸驱动所述连接触头作向着转盘上部分上的接触部件前进和后退的运动,所述驱动气缸的工作受主控制器的控制。
所述M型缠绕机设置有提膜装置,所述提膜装置设置在夹膜装置前的底座上,所述提膜装置设有可升降的提膜部件,所述提膜部件处在升降膜架和M型转盘之间的空间中升降;驱动提膜部件升降的驱动电机或气缸受主控制器的控制;所述M型缠绕机设置有自动断膜装置,自动断膜装置设置在夹膜装置前的底座上,所述自动断膜装置中的动力设备受主控制器的控制。
所述立柱处在所述底座后部的一侧,立柱在底座上所处的这一侧和膜架在立柱上所处的这一侧同向;所述底座后部具有活动安装板,所述活动安装板通过固定件可横向调节地安装在底座上,所述自动断膜装置安装在所述活动安装板上,所述活动安装板形成带缺口的造型,所述立柱的位置就坐落在该缺口上。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明开创性地在M型转盘上实现了设置夹膜装置、永久自动供电及控制,为M型缠绕机的全自动机械化工作铺平了道路;进一步,本发明实现了M型转盘旋转、膜架升降、夹膜、M型转盘上动力的自动供给、提膜、断膜的全自动机械化操作,且能够实现提膜装置、自动断膜装置方便地移除及安装,使得在运输时立柱能够转动放下,节省运输所要求的空间。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明所提供的一种M型缠绕机,设有底座100、可旋转的M型转盘200、立柱300,立柱中设置膜架升降装置,膜架升降装置由第一电机驱动工作,其升降传动机构可采用链条、同步带等,膜架301连接在升降传动装置上。
所述M型缠绕机设置有主控制器,比如采用电脑,附图标号400为其操作面板,主控制器设置在M型转盘200以外的M型缠绕机部分上,比如设置在立柱中,也可设置在独立的操作台中。主控制器中设置有无线通讯装置,该无线通讯装置可和M型转盘上的无线通讯装置进行无线数据通讯。
所述M型缠绕机还设置有夹膜装置500,所述夹膜装置设置M型转盘200上,由第二电机501驱动工作,并采用蓄电池502作为电源;所述M型转盘200上还设置有二级控制器201,所述二级控制器201与主控制器通过无线数据通讯连接,受主控制器的控制,所述遥控控制器控制第二电机501的工作。
所述二级控制器可以是一个具有运算功能的控制器或仅为一个能进行无线数据通讯受主控制器控制的第二电机501开关。
夹膜装置包括两个夹臂504,第二电机501通过齿轮503传动带动两个夹臂504转动夹住膜(图2b)和放开(图2a)。
上述的夹膜也可为柔性夹膜配合,比如,两个夹臂或至少其中一个在夹膜部位都带有柔性夹膜条505,柔性夹膜条都有横向调节槽,以横向调节柔性夹膜条的位置,调节夹紧程度,夹臂504在柔性夹膜条505的后侧设置柔性夹膜条505的限位螺丝506。
为了提高绕膜质量,夹膜装置的罩壳507的顶面的左右两侧分别有罩壳左右两侧与M型转盘200之间的第一过渡面511以及处在罩壳顶部510与罩壳左右两侧的第一过渡面511之间的第二过渡面512。这样,即使膜缠到罩盖上后,也可以顺着第二过渡面被抽出,不会挂在罩盖上,也不会被钩破。使得缠绕机能将膜绕在物品底部的更低位,使缠绕的质量提高很多。
处于左侧的所述第一过渡面511和第二过渡面512向左延伸过程中,向下倾斜,处于右侧的所述第一过渡面511和第二过渡面512向右延伸过程中,向下倾斜。
为了进一步提高罩壳的防挂膜效果,所述罩壳的俯视形状可以设计成类似“柳叶形”,即左侧的第一过渡面511和第二过渡面512向左延伸过程中宽度逐渐减小,右侧的第一过渡面511和第二过渡面512向右延伸过程中宽度逐渐减小。
进一步地,左侧的第一过渡面511向左延伸过程中宽度逐渐减小至形成尖头,右侧的第一过渡面511向右延伸过程中宽度逐渐减小至形成尖头;或者,根据需要,左侧的第一过渡面511和右侧的第一过渡面511的其中之一形成所述尖头。
进一步地,所述罩壳左右侧的第一过渡面511的端部分别超出罩壳前部的挡板520的左右两端。
两个夹臂504从罩壳顶部的槽513中伸出罩壳507外。
上述罩壳的形状还可正好将第二电机501、齿轮503、蓄电池502、遥控控制器201罩在其内部,其中蓄电池和电机分处齿轮503、两个夹臂504的两侧。
M型转盘在每次缠绕工作结束后都需转回到零位,也即原始位角度,此时,M型转盘的M形槽202的M顶端面向立柱(即如图1所示),夹膜装置的位置应当使其夹膜工作位也即当夹臂504(或柔性夹膜条505)夹住膜时的夹口位508处在立柱300的前方,M型转盘上的M形槽的顶端正对夹膜工作位。
所述M型缠绕机还设置有蓄电池充电连接装置,所述蓄电池充电连接装置包括转盘上部分610和转盘外部分620,转盘上部分610安装在M型转盘200上,转盘外部分620安装在M型转盘200旁的底座100上,当M型转盘200转至充电位角度时(图3),转盘上部分和转盘外部分能实现电连接。上述的充电位角度最好就是原始位角度。
所述转盘外部分620设有驱动气缸621、连接触头622,所述驱动气缸621驱动所述连接触头622作向着转盘上部分610上的接触部件611前进和后退的运动,所述驱动气缸621的工作受主控制器的控制,除了气缸驱动之外,其也可采用电机驱动,并同样由主控制器控制其工作。转盘外部分320与电源连接,转盘上部分610将电传输入蓄电池202充电。转盘上部分610还可设置扶正和定位接触部件611的定位螺丝。
当每次传感器检测到M型转盘200转至充电位角度时(图3),主控制器控制驱动气缸621工作,驱动所述连接触头622作向着转盘上部分610上的接触部件611前进的运动,当它们实现电连接后,将电传输入蓄电池502充电;当M型转盘200需启动工作时,主控制器控制驱动气缸621工作,驱动所述连接触头622作离开转盘上部分610上的接触部件611的运动,断开它们之间的连接。
第一驱动电机、M型转盘的驱动电机也与主控制器相连,受主控制器的控制。
所述M型缠绕机设置有提膜装置700,所述提膜装置700设置在夹膜装置前的底座上,所述提膜装置设有可升降的提膜部件701,所述提膜部件701处在升降膜架和M型转盘之间的空间中升降;驱动提膜部件升降的驱动电机或气缸702受主控制器的控制,所述提膜部件701可呈杆状或任何可将膜从下往上捋起的形状,附图标号703为提膜部件701和气缸702之间的连接件;所述M型缠绕机设置有自动断膜装置800,自动断膜装置设置在夹膜装置前的底座上,处于提膜装置之旁,所述自动断膜装置中的动力设备,比如其驱动作用的气缸(气缸3、气缸41)受主控制器的控制,如果由电机驱动,则该电机科可受主控制器的控制。
提膜部件701在包装膜缠绕结束后,在被切断前,能将包装膜从下往上横向捋起,使其产生一定的褶皱而缩短其横向长度,使得其切断长度能小于断膜机构的长度,使包装膜 能够被断膜机构完全切断,使缠绕机在断膜后的工作能正常进行,提高包装膜的缠绕质量。而烫粘机构,在包装膜被切断后能将其烫粘在已缠绕的包装膜上,确保包装膜可靠和持久地缠绕在物品上,提高包装质量。
参照附图。本发明所提供的自动断膜装置,包括断膜元件,所述断膜元件采用加热丝1,所述加热丝1连接有弹性元件10,并被弹性元件10拉紧。所述弹性元件10可采用拉簧,拉簧的一端固定在连接件11上,另一端和加热丝1连接,所述连接件11被绝缘,加热丝的两端再连接到加热电路上。
所述加热丝1经过定滑轮2后与所述弹性元件10连接,使得加热丝被弹性部件自动调节时不阻涩,所述定滑轮的外围被绝缘,比如定滑轮2的外侧设置绝缘件20、定滑轮轴也为绝缘件,使得定滑轮与和其连接的其它部件之间被绝缘,不再向外导电。
进一步地,所述弹性元件10连接在摆动机构上,也即固定弹性元件的部件(连接件11)是摆动机构中的一部分,以进一步提供断膜时的缓冲。摆动机构还包括可摆动的安装架12,连接件11安装在安装架12上,所述定滑轮2也连接在安装架12上,摆动机构的转轴13为垂直轴,所述摆动机构还连接有支撑弹性部件14,所述支撑弹性部件14通过作用于与转轴13固接的连接件15来将摆动机构向外顶紧并在加热丝断膜时提供缓冲。
本发明所提供的自动断膜装置还包括烫粘机构,所述烫粘机构由驱动装置驱动运动,用于在包装膜缠绕结束被切断后,将其尾部烫粘在已缠绕的包装膜上;所述驱动装置包括气缸3,所述烫粘机构由气缸3驱动前后运动,所述气缸3又连接到转动机构4上,转动机构4由气缸41推动转动,所述转动机构4的转动轴42为垂直轴。所述转动机构4使烫粘机构先转动到位,然后由气缸3推动前进进行烫粘动作。
所述断膜元件处在烫粘机构上,和烫粘机构一起运动,以便断膜后顺势烫粘,提高效率减少动力机构。在本实施例中,具体地,断膜元件的摆动机构安装于烫粘机构的安装板51,通过该安装使断膜元件处在烫粘机构上。所述断膜元件处在烫粘机构的外侧,所述断膜烫粘膜装置在断膜元件后侧还设有垂直辊筒16;弹性元件10处于烫粘机构的上端、下端或上端和下端。附图标号17为辊筒安装架,辊筒安装架安装在转动机构4上,辊筒16 起过渡作用。
所述烫粘机构的烫粘元件52旁设置有柔性元件53,在烫粘元件52未被气缸3驱动向前而处于原位时,柔性元件53的前端超出烫粘元件52的前端。柔性元件53可设置在烫粘元件52的一侧旁或两侧旁,对烫粘部位旁的包装膜起压平、防移位的作用,以提高烫粘效果。
烫粘机构设有从上至下的多个烫粘元件,上下烫粘元件间有间隔距离,以既节省烫粘元件,又扩大烫粘范围。
所述转动机构4所处的位置使其与缠绕机的升降膜架301分别处在缠绕机的立柱300的左右两侧。
在本发明中,针对功能强大的M型缠绕机还实现了节省运输空间和方便运输。所述立柱300处在所述底座后部的一侧(图1底座后部右侧部位),立柱300在底座上所处的这一侧和膜架在立柱上所处的这一侧同向(图1膜架处在立柱的右侧);所述底座后部具有活动安装板101,所述活动安装板101通过固定件可横向调节地安装在底座上,该固定件可以是螺栓、插销等,所述自动断膜装置800安装在所述活动安装板101上,所述活动安装板101形成带缺口103的造型,所述立柱300的位置就坐落在该缺口上,所述活动安装板101在松开或移除固定件后能向底座后部的另一侧(向图1的左侧,即缺口的反向)移出一段距离,所述横向调节的距离能使自动断膜装置从立柱前避开。这样,当采用立柱和底座铰接的连接方式时,需要运输时,将自动断膜装置向底座后部的另一侧移开,然后再用固定件固定,而提膜装置的拆装较为简单,因此可以转动放倒立柱,极大地节省运输空间和方便运输。而在安装时,将立柱转动竖立后用定位件将转动部位定位住,再次松开或移除固定件,将活动安装板101和其上的自动断膜装置800形成的移动模块反向移动复位,再用固定件固定住,可快速安装,非常方便。而且,这种结构还能微调自动断膜装置的安装位置。
所述可拆式活动安装板101如采用螺丝固定时,其螺丝固定孔102可以是沿着左右方向的调节长孔,调节长孔的长度能使横向自动断膜装置横向移动调节后避开立柱。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种M型缠绕机,设有底座、可旋转的M型转盘、立柱,立柱中设置膜架升降装置,膜架升降装置由第一电机驱动工作,膜架处在立柱的一侧;其特征在于:
    所述M型缠绕机设置有主控制器;
    所述M型缠绕机还设置有夹膜装置,所述夹膜装置设置M型转盘上,由第二电机驱动工作,并采用蓄电池作为电源;所述M型转盘上还设置有二级控制器,所述二级控制器与主控制器通过无线数据通讯连接,受主控制器的控制,所述二级控制器控制第二电机的工作;
    所述夹膜装置的夹膜工作位在M型转盘转至原始位角度时处在立柱的前方;
    所述M型缠绕机还设置有蓄电池充电连接装置,所述蓄电池充电连接装置包括转盘上部分和转盘外部分,转盘上部分安装在M型转盘上,转盘外部分安装在M型转盘旁的底座上,当M型转盘转至充电位角度时,转盘上部分和转盘外部分能实现电连接,转盘外部分与电源连接,转盘上部分将电传输入蓄电池充电;
    第一驱动电机、M型转盘的驱动电机也与主控制器相连,受主控制器的控制。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种M型缠绕机,其特征在于所述转盘外部分设有驱动气缸、连接触头,所述驱动气缸驱动所述连接触头作向着转盘上部分上的接触部件前进和后退的运动,所述驱动气缸的工作受主控制器的控制。
  3. 如权利要求3所述的一种M型缠绕机,其特征在于所述M型缠绕机设置有提膜装置,所述提膜装置设置在夹膜装置前的底座上,所述提膜装置设有可升降的提膜部件,所述提膜部件处在升降膜架和M型转盘之间的空间中升降;驱动提膜部件升降的驱动电机或气缸受主控制器的控制;
    所述M型缠绕机设置有自动断膜装置,自动断膜装置设置在夹膜装置前的底座上;所述自动断膜装置中的动力设备受主控制器的控制。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种M型缠绕机,其特征在于所述立柱处在所述底座后部的 一侧,立柱在底座上所处的这一侧和膜架在立柱上所处的这一侧同向;所述底座后部具有活动安装板,所述活动安装板通过固定件可横向调节地安装在底座上,所述自动断膜装置安装在所述活动安装板上,所述活动安装板形成带缺口的造型,所述立柱的位置就坐落在该缺口上。
