上述分钞装置的径向间隙调节方法,包括:步骤一,调节该第一间隙调整螺钉,使得该第一固定架及与之固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉的螺纹上下移动,以调整该反转轮组件连接该第一固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙;步骤二,调节该第二间隙调整螺钉,使得该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉的螺纹上下移动,以调整该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架的一 端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙,且将该径向间隙调整至与上述步骤一中调整的径向间隙一致;以及步骤三,在该第二固定架的紧固螺丝孔内拧入紧固螺丝,将该第二固定架锁紧在该反转轮组转轴上。
优选的,步骤一中,该第一间隙调整螺钉的头部与该第一间隙调整限位块相接触,顺时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉时,该第一固定架及与之固定连接的反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向上移动,该反转轮组与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙增大;逆时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉时,该第一固定架及与之固定连接的反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向下移动,该反转轮组与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙减小。
优选的,步骤二中,该第二间隙调整螺钉的头部与该第二间隙调整限位结构相接触,顺时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉时,该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向上移动,该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙增大;逆时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉时,该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向下移动,该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙减小。
本发明提供的分钞装置通过改变反转轮组的结构,实现采用螺钉的精细螺纹调节径向间隙,调节操作简单,无需借助相关的工装治具及投影设备的情况下即可完成,调节效率高,有利于提高生产效率,降低生产人力成本,且各零件的精度要求低,加工工艺简单,从降低零件的单价缩减整机成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明所提供的分钞装置及其径向间隙调节方法,以下结合图示进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的分钞装置包括一分钞轮组20和与该分钞轮组20相配合的一反转轮组30,该分钞轮组20和反转轮组30的两端分别安装于安装侧板11和12上。该分钞轮组20与该反转轮组30之间的径向间隙通过第一间隙调整螺钉301以及第二间隙调整螺钉302调整。
具体的,结合图2至图6所示,该反转轮组30包括一反转轮组件、一反转轮组转轴32、一第一固定架33以及一第二固定架34。如图6所示,该反转轮组件包括单向轴承313、旋转轴311以及一对反转轮312,该反转轮312套接在该旋转轴311上,该单向轴承313确保该反转轮312绕该旋转轴311单向转动。该反转轮组转轴32的两端分别固定在该金融自助设备内的两安装侧板11和12上,该第一固定架33与该第二固定架34分别固定连接在该反转轮组件的两端。具体的,该第一固定架33通过三个螺钉304固定在该反转轮组转轴32上,反转轮组件的旋转轴311的一端穿过装配孔334与该第一固定架33固定连接,因此,该第一固定架33、该反转轮组转轴32以及该反转轮组件之间固定连接形成一刚性体。该反转轮组件的旋转轴311的另一端则穿过该第二固定架34的装配孔343,实现该第二固定架34与该反转轮组件的固定连接,该第二固定架34上还设置有两个紧固螺钉孔332,用以配合紧固螺钉303将该第二固定架34固定在该反转轮组转轴32上,使得该第二固定架34、该反转轮组转轴32以及该反转轮 组件三者在径向间隙调整完成后形成一刚性体。
为了调节该分钞径向间隙,在该第一固定架33远离该第二固定架34的一端设置有一第一间隙调整螺纹孔331,在靠近该第一固定架33一侧的该安装侧板12上延伸有一第一间隙调整限位块121,该第一间隙调整限位块121的位置与该第一间隙调整螺纹孔331的位置相对应,一第一间隙调整螺钉301设置在该第一间隙调整螺纹孔331中,该第一间隙调整螺钉301的头部与该第一间隙调整限位块121相接触,详见图1;同时,在该第二固定架34上设置有一第二间隙调整螺纹孔341,在该第一固定架33靠近该第二固定架34的一端延伸有一第二间隙调整限位结构332,该第二间隙调整限位结构332与该第二间隙调整螺纹孔341的位置相对应,一第二间隙调整螺钉302设置在该第二间隙调整螺纹孔341中,该第二间隙调整螺钉302的头部与该第二间隙调整限位结构332相接触。通过顺时针或逆时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉301,可调整该反转轮组30连接有第一固定架33的一端与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙,通过顺时针或逆时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉302,可调整该反转轮组30连接有该第二固定架34的一端与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙,当两端的径向间隙调整至一致后,再锁紧紧固螺钉303,使得该第二固定架34、该反转轮组转轴32以及该反转轮组件三者形成一刚性体。
以下详细介绍上述分钞装置的径向间隙调节方法:
上述分钞装置的径向间隙调节方法包括:步骤一,调节该第一间隙调整螺钉301,使得该第一固定架33及与之固定连接的反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉301的螺纹上下移动,以调整该反转轮组件连接该第一固定架33的一端与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙;步骤二,调节该第二间隙调整螺钉302,使得该第二固定架34及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉302的螺纹上下移动,以调整该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架34的一端与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙,且将该径向间隙调整至与上述步骤一中调整的径向间隙一致;以及步骤三,在该第 二固定架34的紧固螺丝孔342内拧入紧固螺丝303,将该第二固定架34锁紧在该反转轮组转轴32上。
具体的,在步骤一中,该第一间隙调整螺钉301的头部与该第一间隙调整限位块121相接触,顺时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉301时,该第一固定架33及与之固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉301的螺纹向上移动,实际上该第二固定架34与该反转轮组件绕该反转轮组转轴32向上转动了一定角度,使得该反转轮组30与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙增大;逆时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉301时,该第一固定架33及与之固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉301的螺纹向下移动,也就是该第二固定架34与该反转轮组件绕该反转轮组转轴32向下转动了一定角度,使得该反转轮组30与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙减小。
同样的,在步骤二中,首先要求该第二间隙调整螺钉302的头部与该第二间隙调整限位结构332相接触,顺时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉302时,该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉302的螺纹向上移动,实际上该第二固定架34连同该反转轮组件绕该反转轮组转轴32向上转动一定角度,该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架34的一端与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙增大;逆时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉302时,该第二固定架34与该反转轮组件沿该第二间隙调整螺钉302的螺纹向下移动,实际上该第二固定架34与该反转轮组件绕该反转轮组转轴32向下转动一定角度,使得该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架34的一端与该分钞轮组20之间的径向间隙减小。
本实施例采用第一固定架33和第二固定架34将该反转轮组件固定在该反转轮组转轴32上,且在该第一固定架33和第二固定架34上开设第一间隙调整螺纹孔331和第二间隙调整螺纹孔341,通过第一间隙调整螺钉301以及第二间隙调整螺钉302实现反转轮组件两端分别与分钞轮组20之间径向间隙的精细调节,因此调节操作简单,无需借助相关的工装治具及 投影设备的情况下即可完成,调节效率高,有利于提高生产效率,降低生产人力成本,且各零件的精度要求低,加工工艺简单,从降低零件的单价缩减整机成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种分钞装置,应用于金融自助设备,该分钞装置包括一分钞轮组和一与该分钞轮相配合的反转轮组,其特征在于:
    该反转轮组包括一反转轮组件、一反转轮组转轴、一第一固定架以及一第二固定架,该反转轮组转轴的两端分别固定在该金融自助设备内的两安装侧板上,该第一固定架与该第二固定架分别固定连接在该反转轮组件的两端;
    该第一固定架远离该第二固定架的一端设置有一第一间隙调整螺纹孔,靠近该第一固定架一侧的该安装侧板上延伸有一第一间隙调整限位块,该第一间隙调整限位块的位置与该第一间隙调整螺纹孔的位置相对应,一第一间隙调整螺钉设置在该第一间隙调整螺纹孔中,该第一间隙调整螺钉的头部与该第一间隙调整限位块相接触;
    该第二固定架上设置有一第二间隙调整螺纹孔,该第一固定架靠近该第二固定架的一端延伸有一第二间隙调整限位结构,该第二间隙调整限位结构与该第二间隙调整螺纹孔的位置相对应,一第二间隙调整螺钉设置在该第二间隙调整螺纹孔中,该第二间隙调整螺钉的头部与该第二间隙调整限位结构相接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该反转轮组件包括单向轴承、旋转轴以及至少一对反转轮,该反转轮套接在该旋转轴上,该单向轴承确保该反转轮绕该旋转轴单向转动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该第一固定架、该反转轮组转轴以及该反转轮组件之间固定连接形成一刚性体。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的分钞装置,其特征在于,该第二固定架上还设置有两个紧固螺钉孔,用以配合紧固螺钉将该第二固定架固定在该反转轮组转轴上,使得该第二固定架、该反转轮组转轴以及该反转轮组件三者形成一刚性体。
  5. 一种如权利要求4所述的分钞装置的径向间隙调节方法,包括:
    步骤一,调节该第一间隙调整螺钉,使得该第一固定架及与之固定连接的反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉的螺纹上下移动,以调整该反转轮组件连接该第一固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙;
    步骤二,调节该第二间隙调整螺钉,使得该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉的螺纹上下移动,以调整该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙,且将该径向间隙调整至与上述步骤一中调整的径向间隙一致;以及
    步骤三,在该第二固定架的紧固螺丝孔内拧入紧固螺丝,将该第二固定架锁紧在该反转轮组转轴上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的分钞装置的径向间隙调节方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,该第一间隙调整螺钉的头部与该第一间隙调整限位块相接触,顺时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉时,该第一固定架及与之固定连接的反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向上移动,该反转轮组与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙增大;逆时针转动该第一间隙调整螺钉时,该第一固定架及与之固定连接的反转轮组件的一端沿该第一间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向下移动,该反转轮组与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙减小。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的分钞装置的径向间隙调节方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,该第二间隙调整螺钉的头部与该第二间隙调整限位结构相接触,顺时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉时,该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向上移动,该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙增大;逆时针转动该第二间隙调整螺钉时,该第二固定架及与其固定连接的该反转轮组件的一端沿该第二间隙调整螺钉的螺纹向下移动,该反转轮组件连接该第二固定架的一端与该分钞轮组之间的径向间隙减小。
