Claims (7)
- 복수개의 마이크로 렌즈를 갖는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법에 있어서,일면에 복수개의 오목부가 형성된 기판을 준비하는 기판 준비단계; 및상기 오목부가 형성된 기판의 일면에 렌즈원료물질을 증착시켜, 상기 오목부의 형상과 대응되는 렌즈층을 형성하는 렌즈층 형성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기판 준비단계는기판을 예열하는 단계; 및예열된 상기 기판의 일면에 끝단이 볼록한 프로브로 가압하여, 상기 프로브의 끝단 형상과 대응되는 복수개의 오목부를 형성하는 오목부 형성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 프로브의 끝단은 구면 또는 비구면형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 기판의 재료는 유리 또는 칼코게나이드(Chalcogenide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 렌즈원료물질은 유리 또는 저마늄(Ge)인 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 렌즈층은 상기 기판보다 굴절률이 적어도 0.1 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 렌즈층 형성단계는진공 챔버 내에 렌즈원료물질을 준비하는 렌즈원료물질 준비단계;상기 렌즈원료물질을 전자빔으로 기화시키는 기화단계; 및기화된 상기 렌즈원료물질을 상기 기판의 일면에 증착시키는 증착단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 어레이 렌즈의 제조방법.
