- 스프레이 분사버튼(10)의 토출부(11)에 결합되어 액상의 내용물을 외부로 분사시키는 스프레이 오리피스 구조(1)에 있어서,상기 토출부(11)에 인입되어 결합되되, 내측에는 내부오리피스(200)가 삽입되도록 내부오리피스삽입공(110)이 형성되는 외부오리피스(100);가 구성되되,상기 외부오리피스(100)는,상기 내부오리피스삽입공(110)의 말단측에서 선단측으로 지름이 점차 작아지도록 형성되는 원추형상의 제1 분사구(120)가 형성되고,상기 제1 분사구(120)의 선단측으로부터 연장되어 형성되되, 소정의 지름(Φ)과 소정의 길이(L)를 갖는 제2 분사구(130)가 형성되어, 상기 제2 분사구(130)의 소정의 지름(Φ)과 소정의 길이(L)의 비율에 의해 액상의 내용물이 분사되는 분사각도(K)가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 오리피스 구조(1).

- 청구항 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 분사구(130)의 지름(Φ)을 0.3㎜, 분사구의 길이(L)를 0.8㎜으로 설정할 경우에는 분사각도(K)가 40°로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 오리피스 구조(1).
- 청구항 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2 분사구(130)의 일측 둘레에는 라운딩으로 이루어지는 필렛부(131)가 형성되되, 상기 필렛부(131)는 반지름(R)이 0.1㎜로 라운딩 되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 오리피스 구조(1).
